Specifically, the administrator can click different windows to trigger a switching instruction, and the remote assistance management platform responds to the switching instruction, so that the currently displayed remotely connected window can be switched, and the administrator can perform remote assistance operation on the cloud desktop in the currently displayed remotely connected window.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic diagram illustrating a plurality of cloud desktops with batch remote assistance according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. As shown in fig. 3, for each target cloud desktop (e.g., cloud desktop 1 to cloud desktop n in fig. 3), the target cloud desktops that are remotely connected are respectively displayed in the corresponding windows. Further, a unique identifier (such as name and address information of the target cloud desktop) of the corresponding target cloud desktop can be displayed on each window, so that an administrator can distinguish which target cloud desktop corresponds to each window, different windows can be displayed through clicking and switching, and remote assistance is implemented on the target cloud desktop in the currently displayed window.
In the embodiment of the application, the remote assistance management platform may include the following modules: the system comprises a cloud desktop information management module, a remote assistance management module and a remote assistance implementation module.
The cloud desktop information management module can be used for storing related information of the registered cloud desktops acquired from the cloud server. And the remote assistance management platform can collect related information of the registered cloud desktop of the cloud server in full amount and store the related information into the cloud desktop information management module in the initialization process. When the registered cloud desktop in the cloud server is subjected to updating operations such as adding/deleting/modifying, the cloud server can actively upload the updating information to the cloud desktop information management module of the remote assistance management platform.
The cloud desktop information management module is configured to receive a first processing request triggered by the control end, determine a second cloud desktop satisfying the remote assistance condition from the first processing request, request to the cloud server to obtain a connection key of the second cloud desktop, and push related information of the second cloud desktop satisfying the remote assistance condition and the connection key to the remote assistance management module.
The remote assistance management module can be used for storing related information of the second cloud desktop and a connection key. The remote assistance management module may be further configured to provide a selection list or an input interface, determine a target cloud desktop through a second cloud desktop selected in the selection list, or determine the target cloud desktop through input information received through the input interface, and initiate a remote assistance instruction for the target cloud desktop to the remote assistance implementation module.
The remote assistance implementation module is configured to receive a remote assistance instruction for the target cloud desktop initiated by the remote assistance management module, and respond to the remote assistance instruction, request an operating system of the control end to start a process for each target cloud desktop and create a new window (if a corresponding process is not started yet), establish remote connection based on address information and a connection key of the target cloud desktop, and display the corresponding target cloud desktop in the corresponding window through a remote communication protocol.
In an alternative embodiment of the present application, the method may further include:
step S41, verifying the legality of the user identity of the uploading target file;
step S42, carrying out validity verification on the target file under the condition that the user identity passes the validity verification;
step S43, receiving the target file under the condition that the target file passes the validity verification.
In practical applications, a user may use multiple cloud desktops, e.g., tens or hundreds of cloud desktops under a user identifier. If a user has a need to issue the same file to all cloud desktops under the user identification, an administrator connects the cloud desktops one by one and issues the file, so that the efficiency is low, and the situation of error transmission or missed transmission is easy to occur.
Aiming at the problem, the remote assistance management platform of the embodiment of the application can realize batch issuing of the target files to a plurality of cloud desktops. The target file can be an optimal configuration file of a cloud desktop, and is provided by an administrator; or the target file can be a private file of the user, and the private file is provided for an administrator by the user for unified distribution, so that omission is prevented.
Further, the remote assistance management platform of the embodiment of the application can further comprise a file distribution management module. The file distribution management module can be used for receiving the file issuing instruction sent by the remote assistance management module and realizing batch issuing of the target files. The file distribution management module can perform validity verification on the user identity of the uploading target file; under the condition that the user identity passes the validity verification, carrying out validity verification on the uploaded target file; and receiving the target file under the condition that the target file passes the validity verification. If the user identity of the uploading target file fails the validity verification, or the target file fails the validity verification, the receiving of the target file can be refused.
The validity verification can be used for verifying whether the identity of an administrator uploading the target file is legal or not so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the uploaded target file. The validity verification can be used for verifying whether the uploaded target file is accurate and reliable. Illustratively, the remote assistance management platform may receive the target file and MD5 summary information of the target file uploaded by the administrator and store the target file to the remote assistance management platform when determining that the user identity of the administrator passes the validity verification. The remote assistance management platform calculates the received target file based on an MD5 algorithm to obtain MD5 abstract information, compares the calculated MD5 abstract information with the received MD5 abstract information, and if the calculated MD5 abstract information is consistent with the received MD5 abstract information, the target file passes the validity verification; otherwise, the target file fails validation.
Under the condition that the target file passes the validity verification, the remote assistance management platform can receive the target file and trigger a second processing request to the file distribution management module aiming at the target file so as to realize batch issuing of the target file.
In an alternative embodiment of the present application, the method may further include:
step S51, receiving a second processing request triggered by a target file, wherein the second processing request carries a specified identifier and a specified path; the appointed identification comprises address information of at least one appointed target cloud desktop or appointed user identification; the specified path is a storage path of the target file;
and step S52, based on the established remote connection, the target file is issued to the specified path of the target cloud desktop indicated by the specified identifier.
According to the embodiment of the application, when the user has a need to issue the same file (target file) to all cloud desktops under the user identification, the target file can be uploaded to a remote assistance management platform, and a second processing request is triggered for the target file. The second processing request may be triggered by an administrator via a control terminal. The second processing request can carry a specified identifier and a specified path; the specified identification comprises address information of at least one specified target cloud desktop or specified user identification. The specified path is a storage path of the target file.
It should be noted that, when the target file is issued to the plurality of cloud desktops in batches, the specified paths are uniform and identical paths for the plurality of different cloud desktops. Further, in order to avoid that the target files are issued in batches by mistake due to different directory structures of different cloud desktops, the designated path can be set to be a public path of the cloud desktops, such as a c packing directory and the like.
And the remote assistance management platform receives a second processing request and issues the target file to the designated path of the target cloud desktop indicated by the designated identifier based on the established remote connection. For example, if the specified identifier carried by the second processing request includes address Information (IP) of n target cloud desktops, the target file is issued to the specified paths of the target cloud desktops corresponding to the n IP. For another example, if the specified identifier carried by the second processing request includes the user identifier of the user a, the target file is issued to the specified paths of all target cloud desktops under the user identifier of the user a.
When the batch distribution of the target files is realized, the target cloud desktops indicated by the specified identifiers can be determined from a plurality of target cloud desktops which are connected remotely; or, after receiving the second processing request, a selection list or an input interface is displayed, and the target cloud desktop indicated by the specified identification is determined according to the selection information or the input information. Further, the remote assistance management platform can request to the cloud server to acquire the connection key of the target cloud desktop indicated by the specified identifier, and further establish remote connection for the target cloud desktop indicated by the specified identifier respectively, so that batch issuing of the target file is realized. According to the embodiment of the application, the target file is only required to be uploaded to the remote assistance management platform, and the target file can be issued to the appointed cloud desktops in batches through one-time triggering by the remote assistance management platform, so that the efficiency of issuing the file can be greatly improved, and the occurrence of the condition of error transmission or missing transmission can be avoided.
In the embodiment of the application, the designated identifier carried by the second processing request triggered by the target file can be acquired through a selection list or an input interface. For example, the remote assistance management module maintains related information of the second cloud desktop meeting the remote assistance condition, so the remote assistance management module can provide a selection list, wherein the selection list comprises related information of the second cloud desktop meeting the remote connection condition, so that an administrator can select the cloud desktop from which the target file needs to be issued; for example, address information of the second cloud desktop selected in the selection list may be determined to be a specified identifier. For another example, an input interface may be provided, where input information (such as input address information of a cloud desktop or input user identifier) received by the input interface is used as a specified identifier.
The target cloud desktop indicated by the specified identifier can receive a target file issued by the remote assistance management platform. Further, when the remote assistance management platform unifies and issues the target file, the MD5 digest of the target file can be issued uniformly. The target cloud desktop indicated by the specified identifier can perform validity verification on the received target file, and if the validity verification is passed, the target file is received; otherwise, the target file may be refused to be received.
In summary, the embodiment of the application provides a remote connection method, which is characterized in that a first processing request is received through a remote assistance management platform, wherein the first processing request carries address information of a first cloud desktop; the number of the first cloud desktops is greater than or equal to 2. The remote assistance management platform determines a target cloud desktop in the first cloud desktop; requesting a cloud server to acquire a connection key of the target cloud desktop; for each target cloud desktop, starting a process and a window corresponding to the target cloud desktop by using a unique identifier, wherein the process establishes remote connection for the target cloud desktop based on a remote communication protocol, and displays the target cloud desktop in the corresponding window so as to realize remote connection for a plurality of target cloud desktops at the same time. The remote assistance management platform can display windows respectively corresponding to a plurality of target cloud desktops which are simultaneously connected remotely so as to facilitate the administrator to check and operate, improve the efficiency and timeliness of the administrator in carrying out remote assistance on the plurality of cloud desktops, improve more efficient technical support for cloud desktop users, and help the cloud desktop users to quickly solve the problems. Furthermore, the remote assistance management platform can realize batch delivery of the target files to a plurality of cloud desktops, so that the efficiency of file delivery can be greatly improved, and the occurrence of error transmission or missing transmission can be avoided.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the method embodiments are shown as a series of acts, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments are not limited by the order of acts, as some steps may occur in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the embodiments. Further, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are presently preferred embodiments, and that the acts are not necessarily required by the embodiments of the application.
Referring to fig. 4, there is shown a block diagram of an embodiment of a remote connection device of the present application, the device being applied to a remote assistance management platform, the device may include:
a first request receiving module 401, configured to receive a first processing request, where the first processing request carries address information of a first cloud desktop; the number of the first cloud desktops is greater than or equal to 2;
a target determining module 402, configured to determine a target cloud desktop in the first cloud desktop;
a request key module 403, configured to request a cloud server to obtain a connection key of the target cloud desktop;
the connection display module 404 is configured to, for each target cloud desktop, start a corresponding process respectively; the process and the target cloud desktop have a one-to-one correspondence, the process establishes remote connection with the corresponding target cloud desktop through a remote communication protocol based on the address information and the connection key of the corresponding target cloud desktop, and the target cloud desktop returned by the remote communication protocol is displayed in a corresponding window.
Optionally, the target determining module includes:
a first determining submodule, configured to determine a second cloud desktop that meets a remote assistance condition in the first cloud desktop;
and the second determining submodule is used for determining a target cloud desktop in the second cloud desktop.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
the second request receiving module is used for receiving a second processing request triggered by the target file, wherein the second processing request carries a designated identifier and a designated path; the appointed identification comprises address information of at least one appointed target cloud desktop or appointed user identification; the specified path is a storage path of the target file;
and the file issuing module is used for issuing the target file to the specified path of the target cloud desktop indicated by the specified identifier based on the established remote connection.

Optionally, the remote assistance management platform stores the mapping relation between the address information and the login information of the registered cloud desktop; the apparatus further comprises:
the query acquisition module is used for querying the mapping relation according to the address information of the target cloud desktop and acquiring login information of the target cloud desktop;
the request key module is specifically configured to send a connection authorization request to the cloud server, where the connection authorization request carries login information of the target cloud desktop, so that the cloud server performs validity verification on the login information of the target cloud desktop, and receive a connection key of the target cloud desktop returned by the cloud server when the login information of the target cloud desktop passes the validity verification of the cloud server.

the cloud desktop information management module 501 is configured to receive a first processing request triggered by a control end, where the first processing request carries address information of a first cloud desktop; the number of the first cloud desktops is greater than or equal to 2; determining a second cloud desktop meeting remote assistance conditions from the first cloud desktop, requesting a cloud server to acquire a connection key of the second cloud desktop, and pushing related information and the connection key of the second cloud desktop to the remote assistance management module;
the remote assistance management module 502 is configured to store related information and a connection key of the second cloud desktop, provide a selection list or an input interface, determine a target cloud desktop through the second cloud desktop selected in the selection list, or determine the target cloud desktop through input information received through the input interface, and initiate a remote assistance instruction for the target cloud desktop to the remote assistance implementation module;
The remote assistance implementation module 503 is configured to receive a remote assistance instruction for the target cloud desktop initiated by the remote assistance management module, respond to the remote assistance instruction, request an operating system of the control end (i.e., an operating system of the remote assistance management platform) to start a process for each target cloud desktop, establish remote connection with the corresponding target cloud desktop through a remote communication protocol based on address information and a connection key of the corresponding target cloud desktop, and display the target cloud desktop returned by the remote communication protocol in a corresponding window.
In a specific implementation, the remote assistance management platform may further include a control end, which may be configured to receive a first processing request triggered by an administrator and send the first processing request to the cloud desktop information management module, and may be further configured to display a plurality of windows for remote assistance.
The control terminal may provide an interactive interface, where the interactive interface may include an input interface to receive input information, thereby triggering the first processing request. The input information may include a specified cloud desktop address and/or a specified user identification for indicating a plurality of cloud desktops (first cloud desktops) that require bulk remote assistance. When an administrator needs to remotely assist a plurality of cloud desktops at the same time, the administrator can log in the remote assistance management platform at the control end, input addresses (designated cloud desktop addresses) of the plurality of cloud desktops needing remote assistance, namely, input address information of a first cloud desktop. Alternatively, the administrator may input a specified user identification. The cloud desktop address under the appointed user identification can be inquired through the appointed user identification, namely the address information of the first cloud desktop.
The cloud desktop information management module can determine a second cloud desktop meeting remote assistance conditions from the first cloud desktops indicated by the first processing request, request to a cloud server to acquire a connection key of the second cloud desktop, and push relevant information of the second cloud desktop and the connection key to the remote assistance management module.
The remote assistance management module can display a selection list through an interactive interface of the control end, and the selection list can display related information of the second cloud desktop which completely or partially meets the remote assistance condition. And the administrator can select one or more second cloud desktops in the selection list, wherein the selected second cloud desktops are target cloud desktops. The remote assistance management module can also provide an input interface through an interactive interface of the control end so as to receive input information. The input information may include a specified cloud desktop address and/or a specified user identification. And after receiving the input information, determining a target cloud desktop matched with the input information in the second cloud desktop.
Optionally, the cloud desktop information management module 501 is further configured to receive and store related information of a registered cloud desktop collected by the remote assistance management platform from a cloud server in an initialization process, and receive and store update information uploaded by the cloud server when an update operation occurs on the registered cloud desktop in the cloud server.
Referring to FIG. 6, a block diagram of another embodiment of a remote assistance management platform of the present application is shown, which, as shown in FIG. 6, further includes a file distribution management module 504.
The control end is further configured to receive a second processing request and send the second processing request to the remote assistance management platform; the second processing request carries a designated identifier and a designated path; the appointed identification comprises address information of at least one appointed target cloud desktop or appointed user identification; the specified path is a storage path of the target file.
The remote assistance management platform 502 is further configured to receive a second processing request triggered by the control end, and perform validity verification on the user identity of the uploading target file; under the condition that the user identity passes the validity verification, carrying out validity verification on the uploaded target file; and receiving the target file under the condition that the target file passes the validity verification.
The remote assistance management platform 502 is further configured to, after receiving the target file, respond to the second processing request, issue a file issue instruction to the file distribution management module, where the file issue instruction is configured to issue the target file to the specified path of the target cloud desktop indicated by the specified identifier.
The file distribution management module 504 is further configured to receive and execute a file issuing instruction sent by the remote assistance management platform for the target file.
Through the remote assistance management platform provided by the application, an administrator can realize simultaneous remote connection of a plurality of cloud desktops by operating the control end of the remote assistance management platform, and simultaneously display a plurality of remote assistance windows on the control end, so that the administrator can conveniently check and operate. The application can effectively solve the problem of the point-to-point scene limitation of the remote assistance, simplify the operation flow of the administrator, greatly improve the work efficiency and the work effect of the administrator, provide more rapid and effective technical support for the user and help the user to quickly solve the problem. Furthermore, the remote assistance management platform provided by the application not only can realize batch remote assistance of a plurality of cloud desktops, but also can realize batch downloading of target files, can greatly improve the efficiency of file issuing, and can avoid the occurrence of error transmission or missing transmission.
The embodiment of the application also provides a cloud desktop system, as shown in fig. 2. The cloud desktop system comprises the remote assistance management platform in any embodiment.
For the device embodiments, since they are substantially similar to the method embodiments, the description is relatively simple, and reference is made to the description of the method embodiments for relevant points.
In this specification, each embodiment is described in a progressive manner, and each embodiment is mainly described by differences from other embodiments, and identical and similar parts between the embodiments are all enough to be referred to each other.
The specific manner in which the various modules perform the operations in the apparatus of the above embodiments have been described in detail in connection with the embodiments of the method, and will not be described in detail herein.
Embodiments of the present application provide a device for remote connection, comprising a memory, and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by one or more processors, including for performing the remote connection method described in one or more embodiments above.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram illustrating an apparatus 800 for remote connection according to an example embodiment. For example, apparatus 800 may be a mobile phone, computer, digital broadcast terminal, messaging device, game console, tablet device, medical device, exercise device, personal digital assistant, or the like.
Referring to fig. 7, apparatus 800 may include one or more of the following components: a processing component 802, a memory 804, a power component 806, a multimedia component 808, an audio component 810, an input/output (I/O) interface 812, a sensor component 814, and a communication component 816.
The processing component 802 generally controls overall operation of the apparatus 800, such as operations associated with display, telephone calls, data communications, camera operations, and recording operations. Processing element 802 may include one or more processors 820 to execute instructions to perform all or part of the steps of the methods described above. Further, the processing component 802 can include one or more modules that facilitate interactions between the processing component 802 and other components. For example, the processing component 802 can include a multimedia module to facilitate interaction between the multimedia component 808 and the processing component 802.
The memory 804 is configured to store various types of data to support operations at the device 800. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the device 800, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, and the like. The memory 804 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or nonvolatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disk.
The power supply component 806 provides power to the various components of the device 800. The power components 806 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the device 800.
The multimedia component 808 includes a screen between the device 800 and the user that provides an output interface. In some embodiments, the screen may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive input signals from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touches, swipes, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may sense not only the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation. In some embodiments, the multimedia component 808 includes a front camera and/or a rear camera. The front camera and/or the rear camera may receive external multimedia data when the device 800 is in an operational mode, such as a shooting mode or a video mode. Each front camera and rear camera may be a fixed optical lens system or have focal length and optical zoom capabilities.
The audio component 810 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 810 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the device 800 is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice information processing mode. The received audio signals may be further stored in the memory 804 or transmitted via the communication component 816. In some embodiments, audio component 810 further includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The I/O interface 812 provides an interface between the processing component 802 and peripheral interface modules, which may be a keyboard, click wheel, buttons, etc. These buttons may include, but are not limited to: homepage button, volume button, start button, and lock button.
The sensor assembly 814 includes one or more sensors for providing status assessment of various aspects of the apparatus 800. For example, the sensor assembly 814 may detect the on/off state of the device 800, the relative positioning of the components, such as the display and keypad of the apparatus 800, the sensor assembly 814 may also search for a change in position of the apparatus 800 or one component of the apparatus 800, the presence or absence of user contact with the apparatus 800, the orientation or acceleration/deceleration of the apparatus 800, and a change in temperature of the apparatus 800. The sensor assembly 814 may include a proximity sensor configured to detect the presence of nearby objects without any physical contact. The sensor assembly 814 may also include a light sensor, such as a CMOS or CCD image sensor, for use in imaging applications. In some embodiments, the sensor assembly 814 may also include an acceleration sensor, a gyroscopic sensor, a magnetic sensor, a pressure sensor, or a temperature sensor.
The communication component 816 is configured to facilitate communication between the apparatus 800 and other devices, either in a wired or wireless manner. The device 800 may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi,2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 receives broadcast signals or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component 816 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on radio frequency information processing (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus 800 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), digital Signal Processors (DSPs), digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors, or other electronic elements for executing the methods described above.
In an exemplary embodiment, a non-transitory computer readable storage medium is also provided, such as memory 804 including instructions executable by processor 820 of apparatus 800 to perform the above-described method. For example, the non-transitory computer readable storage medium may be ROM, random Access Memory (RAM), CD-ROM, magnetic tape, floppy disk, optical data storage device, etc.
Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of a server in some embodiments of the application. The server 1900 may vary considerably in configuration or performance and may include one or more central processing units (central processing units, CPU) 1922 (e.g., one or more processors) and memory 1932, one or more storage media 1930 (e.g., one or more mass storage devices) that store applications 1942 or data 1944. Wherein the memory 1932 and storage medium 1930 may be transitory or persistent. The program stored in the storage medium 1930 may include one or more modules (not shown), each of which may include a series of instruction operations on a server. Still further, a central processor 1922 may be provided in communication with a storage medium 1930 to execute a series of instruction operations in the storage medium 1930 on the server 1900.

Claims (11)

1. A method of remote connection, for use with a remote assistance management platform, the method comprising:
receiving a first processing request, wherein the first processing request carries address information of a first cloud desktop; the number of the first cloud desktops is greater than or equal to 2;
determining a target cloud desktop in the first cloud desktop;
requesting a cloud server to acquire a connection key of the target cloud desktop;
for each target cloud desktop, respectively starting a corresponding process; the process and the target cloud desktop have a one-to-one correspondence, the process establishes remote connection with the corresponding target cloud desktop through a remote communication protocol based on the address information and the connection key of the corresponding target cloud desktop, and the target cloud desktop returned by the remote communication protocol is displayed in a corresponding window.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the determining a target cloud desktop in the first cloud desktop comprises:
determining a second cloud desktop meeting remote assistance conditions in the first cloud desktop;
and determining a target cloud desktop in the second cloud desktop.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
Receiving a second processing request triggered by a target file, wherein the second processing request carries a designated identifier and a designated path; the appointed identification comprises address information of at least one appointed target cloud desktop or appointed user identification; the specified path is a storage path of the target file;
and based on the established remote connection, issuing the target file to the specified path of the target cloud desktop indicated by the specified identification.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
verifying the legality of the user identity of the uploading target file;
under the condition that the user identity passes the validity verification, carrying out validity verification on the target file;
and receiving the target file under the condition that the target file passes the validity verification.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the remote assistance management platform stores a mapping relationship between address information and login information of the registered cloud desktop; the method further comprises the steps of:
inquiring the mapping relation according to the address information of the target cloud desktop, and acquiring login information of the target cloud desktop;
The request for obtaining the connection key of the target cloud desktop from the cloud server comprises the following steps:
and sending a connection authorization request to the cloud server, wherein the connection authorization request carries login information of the target cloud desktop, so that the cloud server performs validity verification on the login information of the target cloud desktop, and receiving a connection key of the target cloud desktop returned by the cloud server under the condition that the login information of the target cloud desktop passes the validity verification of the cloud server.
6. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving and storing related information of a registered cloud desktop in the cloud server, which is uploaded by the cloud server, in an initialization process;
and receiving and storing the updated information generated by the registered cloud desktop uploaded by the cloud server in the running process.
7. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and responding to the switching instruction, and switching the window showing the remote connection currently displayed.
8. A remote connection device for use with a remote assistance management platform, the device comprising:
The first request receiving module is used for receiving a first processing request, wherein the first processing request carries address information of a first cloud desktop; the number of the first cloud desktops is greater than or equal to 2;
the target determining module is used for determining a target cloud desktop in the first cloud desktop;
the request key module is used for requesting the cloud server to acquire the connection key of the target cloud desktop;
the connection display module is used for starting corresponding processes for each target cloud desktop respectively; the process and the target cloud desktop have a one-to-one correspondence, the process establishes remote connection with the corresponding target cloud desktop through a remote communication protocol based on the address information and the connection key of the corresponding target cloud desktop, and the target cloud desktop returned by the remote communication protocol is displayed in a corresponding window.
9. The remote assistance management platform is characterized by comprising a cloud desktop information management module, a remote assistance management module and a remote assistance implementation module; wherein:
the cloud desktop information management module is used for receiving a first processing request triggered by a control end, wherein the first processing request carries address information of a first cloud desktop; the number of the first cloud desktops is greater than or equal to 2; determining a second cloud desktop meeting remote assistance conditions from the first cloud desktop, requesting a cloud server to acquire a connection key of the second cloud desktop, and pushing related information and the connection key of the second cloud desktop to the remote assistance management module;
The remote assistance management module is used for storing related information and a connection key of the second cloud desktop, providing a selection list or an input interface, determining a target cloud desktop through the second cloud desktop selected in the selection list, or determining the target cloud desktop through the input information received by the input interface, and initiating a remote assistance instruction aiming at the target cloud desktop to the remote assistance implementation module;
the remote assistance implementation module is used for receiving a remote assistance instruction for the target cloud desktops initiated by the remote assistance management module, responding to the remote assistance instruction, requesting an operating system of the control end to start a process for each target cloud desktop, establishing remote connection with the corresponding target cloud desktops through a remote communication protocol based on address information and a connection key of the corresponding target cloud desktops, and displaying the target cloud desktops returned by the remote communication protocol in corresponding windows.

An apparatus for remote connection comprising a memory, and one or more programs, wherein one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by one or more processors, the one or more programs comprising instructions for performing the remote connection method of any of claims 1-7.
11. A readable storage medium having instructions stored thereon, which when executed by one or more processors of an apparatus, cause the apparatus to perform the remote connection method of any of claims 1 to 7.
