2D gesture estimation is carried out on each frame of image of the pedestrian with the action track recorded by using a 2D gesture estimation model, so that 2D human skeleton key points are obtained; the adopted gesture estimation network is HRNet, a high-resolution sub-network is adopted as a first stage, then the high-resolution sub-network is gradually added to the low-resolution sub-network, finally, the outputs of the multi-resolution sub-networks are connected in parallel, and multi-scale fusion is carried out for a plurality of times, so that the high-resolution representation can be always ensured by the HRNet, and the skeleton heat map obtained by the method has higher space accuracy.
