The contract is an important evidence in the audit and verification process, and the compliance of the contract itself is a very important part of compliance audit.
Contract examination refers to examination of legal documents such as various contracts, agreements, performance vouchers and letters, and when contract examination is carried out, whether all contents in the contract documents are illegal or not is generally judged according to laws and regulations, for example, whether the contents of the documents accord with relevant laws and regulations, and whether relevant rights obligations are clear and reasonable or not; whether the rights and interests of the company are fully protected or not, and whether the rights and interests of the company are unfavorable or not; whether legal elements related to the file are complete, whether forbidden regulations related to laws and regulations are violated, and whether relevant regulatory regulations are met.
At present, examination or auditing of the contract is mainly performed manually, and an examiner judges and analyzes each section in the contract text according to own knowledge accumulation and examination experience, so that a great deal of time and labor are required, the examination efficiency is low, the examination is easily influenced by various external factors, and the examination accuracy is low. In response to this problem, embodiments of the present disclosure provide a contract review method, which is described below in connection with specific embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a contract checking method provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. The execution subject of the method is an electronic device. The electronic equipment can be portable mobile equipment such as smart phones, tablet computers, notebook computers, vehicle navigation equipment, intelligent sports equipment and the like; the system can also be a fixed device such as a personal computer, an intelligent household appliance, a server and the like, wherein the server can be a single server, can be a server cluster, and can be a distributed cluster or a centralized cluster. The method can be applied to a scenario where a contract is reviewed. It will be appreciated that the contract review method provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure may also be applied in other scenarios.
The following describes the contract checking method shown in fig. 1, which includes the following specific steps:
s101, setting a hierarchical structure for a target title of a standard contract text, and splitting the standard contract text according to the hierarchical structure of the target title to obtain a plurality of standard edition texts.
In the step, the electronic equipment sets a hierarchical structure for a target title of the standard contract text, and splits the standard contract text according to the hierarchical structure of the target title to obtain a plurality of standard edition texts. Specifically, the electronic device performs longitudinal structural splitting on the standard contract text by taking the target title as a dividing line to obtain a plurality of standard block texts, for example, five standard block texts are obtained by splitting, wherein the standard block texts are respectively a standard block text A, a standard block text B, a standard block text C, a standard block text D and a standard block text E. Wherein each standard layout text comprises a target title and paragraph text under the target title.
S102, acquiring a contract text to be checked, identifying the contract text to be checked, and extracting a title of the contract text to be checked.
After a plurality of standard edition texts are obtained, the electronic equipment obtains the contract text to be checked, identifies the contract text to be checked and extracts the title of the contract text to be checked. The text of the contract to be checked can be an electronic version file or a scanning piece of a paper version file, and is not limited herein.
And S103, matching the title of the contract text to be checked with the target title of the standard contract text, and splitting the contract text to be checked to obtain a plurality of edition text to be checked.
In the step, after extracting the title of the contract text to be checked, the electronic equipment matches the title of the contract text to be checked with the target title of the standard contract text, splits the contract text to be checked, and obtains a plurality of block texts to be checked. Specifically, the title of the contract text to be checked and the target title of the standard contract text can be subjected to similarity matching, if the similarity is larger than a preset threshold, the successful matching is determined, and the contract text to be checked is further split according to the successfully matched title in the contract text to be checked, so that a plurality of section texts to be checked are obtained. Each section text to be checked comprises a title and paragraph text under the title.
S104, determining a target standard layout text corresponding to each to-be-checked layout text from a plurality of standard layout texts for each to-be-checked layout text in the plurality of to-be-checked layout texts.
Further, for each of the plurality of to-be-inspected layout texts, determining a target standard layout text corresponding to each to-be-inspected layout text from a plurality of standard layout texts. The essence of the step is that each to-be-checked edition text in a plurality of to-be-checked edition texts corresponds to a plurality of standard edition texts, and a corresponding target standard edition text is determined for each to-be-checked edition text.
S105, determining a target review model associated with the target standard layout text corresponding to each layout text to be reviewed.
After determining the target standard layout text corresponding to each to-be-inspected layout text, the electronic device may further determine a target inspection model associated with the target standard layout text corresponding to each to-be-inspected layout text. And determining the target examination model corresponding to each block text to be examined according to the target standard block text corresponding to each block text to be examined.
S106, checking each block text to be checked based on the target checking model to obtain checking results of each block text to be checked.
After determining the target inspection model associated with the target standard layout text corresponding to each layout text to be inspected, the electronic device can inspect each layout text to be inspected based on the target inspection model to obtain an inspection result of each layout text to be inspected. Specifically, inputting each text of the to-be-inspected edition into the target inspection model, and outputting the inspection result of each text of the to-be-inspected edition through the target inspection model. In some alternative embodiments, the result of the examination of each text of the section to be examined includes compliance, or non-compliance, and displaying non-compliance text content, which is not specifically limited herein.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, a hierarchical structure is set for a target title of a standard contract text, the standard contract text is split according to the hierarchical structure of the target title to obtain a plurality of standard edition texts, the standard edition texts are obtained, the standard contract text is identified, the title of the standard contract text is extracted, the title of the standard contract text is matched with the target title of the standard contract text, the standard contract text is split to obtain a plurality of edition texts to be inspected, for each edition text to be inspected in the plurality of edition texts to be inspected, a target standard edition text corresponding to each edition text to be inspected is determined from the plurality of standard edition texts, a target inspection model associated with the target standard edition text corresponding to each edition text to be inspected is determined, and inspection results of each edition text to be inspected are obtained based on the target inspection model. Compared with the prior art, the method and the device for checking the contract text have the advantages that the contract text to be checked is split into the plurality of the plate text to be checked, each plate text to be checked is checked based on the target checking model associated with the target standard plate text corresponding to each plate text to be checked, the checking result of each plate text to be checked is obtained, the contract can be automatically checked comprehensively, the problems that the contract cannot be checked comprehensively, the efficiency is low and the accuracy is low in the traditional checking process can be solved, time and manpower resources can be saved, the checking efficiency is improved, and the checking accuracy is improved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a contract checking method according to another embodiment of the disclosure, as shown in fig. 2, the method includes the following steps:

And S203, matching the title of the contract text to be checked with the target title of the standard contract text to obtain the corresponding relation between the title of the contract text to be checked and the target title of the standard contract text.
In this step, the electronic device matches the title of the contract text to be checked with the target title of the standard contract text to obtain the corresponding relationship between the title of the contract text to be checked and the target title of the standard contract text. Specifically, the similarity between each title of the contract text to be checked and each target title of the standard contract text is calculated through traversal, if the similarity between the title Q of the contract text to be checked and the target title Q of the standard contract text is larger than a preset threshold, the title Q and the target title Q are successfully matched, the title Q and the target title Q which are successfully matched are corresponding relations, and the corresponding relations between each title of the contract text to be checked and each target title of the standard contract text are further obtained.
