The application discloses a method, a system and a medium for analyzing a polluted site based on microorganisms, which realize comprehensive analysis and repair scheme formulation of the polluted site. The method comprises the following steps: first, microorganism population information, contaminant information, and environmental data in a target contaminated site are collected. Second, the response mode and degradation capacity of the microorganism to the contaminant are determined. And then judging the pollution degree of the polluted site and predicting the future pollution trend. And (5) formulating a proper microbial remediation scheme to reduce the pollution condition of the polluted site. Continuously monitoring the adaptive evolution condition of the microorganism and obtaining the adaptive evolution data of the microorganism. And finally, adjusting a microbial repair scheme according to the microbial adaptability evolution data. The method utilizes the characteristics of microorganisms to effectively analyze the condition of the polluted site, and makes a feasible repair scheme, so that scientific management and repair of the polluted site are realized, and the method has wide application prospect.

according to a microbial remediation scheme, monitoring the microbial adaptive evolution condition in a target polluted site to obtain microbial adaptive evolution data;
and adjusting a microbial repair scheme according to the microbial adaptability evolution data.
2. The method for analyzing a contaminated site based on microorganisms according to claim 1, wherein the acquiring of the microbial population information, the contaminant information, and the environmental data in the target contaminated site specifically includes:
Collecting a soil sample of a target area, and analyzing according to the soil sample to obtain microbial population information in a target polluted site, wherein the microbial population information comprises microbial names, microbial numbers and microbial population densities;

calculating the quantity proportion of microorganisms in a target pollution site according to the microorganism population information, culturing the microorganisms according to the quantity proportion, placing the cultured microorganisms in a simulated pollution environment, and recording change information in the simulated pollution environment by taking hours as a recording time period, wherein the change information comprises simulated environment microorganism population change information, simulated environment pollutant change information and simulated environment change information;
Constructing an analysis model based on a DBSCAN algorithm, and importing the change information into the analysis model for analysis;
performing feature selection on the change information to obtain change information feature data;
calculating density information of the change information characteristic data, and identifying core points, boundary points and noise points of the change information characteristic data according to the density information;
dividing the change information characteristic data into different cluster clusters based on the core points, the boundary points and the noise points;
analyzing the cluster to determine the response mode of the microorganism population to the pollutant;
and judging the degradation capability of the microorganism to the pollutants according to the response mode.

according to a preset period, randomly acquiring a soil sample in a target pollution site, and recording the pollutant concentration, the microorganism number and the microorganism population density in the soil sample to obtain microorganism population change information and pollutant change information;
Performing association analysis on the microbial population change information, the pollutant change information and the response mode, and judging the pollution condition of the polluted site;
acquiring time sequence data of the change information according to the microbial population change information and the pollutant change information;
establishing an ARIMA model, calculating time series data based on an autocorrelation function, and determining an autoregressive order, a difference number and a moving average order of the ARIMA model;
the microbial population change information and the pollutant change information are imported into an ARIMA model for fitting, and a data fitting model is obtained;
extracting microbial population change information and pollutant change information in a preset time period, checking the data fitting model, and judging the prediction accuracy of the data fitting model on the pollution trend;
if the prediction accuracy is greater than a preset value, predicting the pollution trend of the target pollution site to obtain a prediction result;
if the prediction accuracy is smaller than the preset value, acquiring more microbial population change information and pollutant change information to fit the ARIMA model until the prediction accuracy is larger than the preset value.

The method for analyzing a contaminated site based on a microorganism according to claim 1, wherein the determining a microbial remediation scheme of the target contaminated site based on the contamination level, the response mode of the microorganism to the contaminant and the degradation capability, specifically, the method comprises:
Determining a plurality of dominant microorganism populations for pollution degradation based on the pollution level of the target pollution site, the response mode of the microorganisms to the pollutants, and the degradation capacity;
acquiring proper growth environment conditions and reproduction data of the dominant microorganism population, wherein the environment conditions comprise temperature, humidity and pH value, and the reproduction data comprise life cycle, reproduction rate and reproduction quantity;
comparing the environmental conditions with environmental data of the target polluted site to obtain a microbial remediation population of the target polluted site;
formulating the culture quantity of microorganisms based on the pollution degree of the target pollution site;
and determining the throwing position of the microorganism according to the pollution distribution range of the target pollution site, and forming a microorganism repairing scheme of the target pollution site.

The method for analyzing a contaminated site based on a microorganism according to claim 1, wherein the method for monitoring the adaptive evolution condition of the microorganism in the target contaminated site according to the microorganism repairing scheme, to obtain adaptive evolution data of the microorganism comprises the following steps:
performing pollution remediation on the target pollution site according to a microbial remediation scheme;
setting a microorganism population and a pollutant monitoring time range, a monitoring frequency and a monitoring position when microorganism restoration is carried out on a target pollution site, and forming a monitoring plan;
Periodically acquiring a soil sample at a monitoring position according to a monitoring plan, extracting DNA information of a microbial population in soil, and carrying out analysis and calculation according to the soil sample to obtain microbial monitoring data and pollutant monitoring data;
