3. A system for implementing a method for metering energy consumption of an air conditioner comprising any one of claims 1-2, characterized in that: comprises a user group dividing unit (1), a channel switching unit (2), a metering processing unit (3) and a consumption integrating unit (4);
the user group dividing unit (1) is used for dividing the users in groups according to the positions of the users in the building;
the channel switching unit (2) is used for switching the ventilation channel according to the requirement of a user, so that the gas exhausted by the central air conditioner is conveyed to a designated position;
the metering processing unit (3) is used for metering the flow of the gas flowing in the ventilation channel and acquiring the effective gas flow at the front end and the tail end of the ventilation channel;
and the consumption integration unit (4) integrates and compares the data according to the gas flow data measured by the measurement processing unit (3) to calculate the energy consumption consumed by the central air conditioner used by each user.
4. A system according to claim 3, characterized in that: the user group dividing unit (1) comprises a group dividing module (11), a user channel determining module (12) and a user service condition recording module (13);
the group division module (11) is used for dividing groups according to positions in the building, so that adjacent users in the building are divided into the same group;
the household channel determining module (12) is used for determining a ventilation channel according to the grouped positions of the users and the position of the central air conditioner, so that each user is communicated with a branch of the ventilation channel;
the user use condition recording module (13) is used for counting the times and time of using the central air conditioner by the user.
5. The system according to claim 4, wherein: the channel switching unit (2) comprises a channel user analysis module (21), a front-end switching module (22) and a tail-end switching module (23);
the channel user analysis module (21) is used for analyzing the ventilation direction of the ventilation channel according to the condition that a user uses the central air conditioner, and controlling the front end switching module (22) and the tail end switching module (23) to switch the flow of gas in the ventilation channel after the ventilation channel analysis is completed, so that the air flow generated by the central air conditioner flows to the position of the user through the ventilation channel;
the front-end switching module (22) is used for controlling the closing of the front end of the ventilation channel;
the tail end switching module (23) is used for controlling the closing of the tail ends of the ventilation channels and controlling whether the air flow generated by the central air conditioner flows to the position where the user is located.

the channel metering module (33) collects data of gas passing volumes metered by the front end flow metering module (31) and the tail end flow metering module (32), and transmits the obtained data to the consumption integration unit (4), and the consumption integration unit (4) processes the data.

the flow data comparison module (42) calculates the volume of the gas passing through the front end of the ventilation channel and the end of the ventilation channel according to the total gas throughput of the front end of the ventilation channel and the total gas throughput of the end of the ventilation channel counted by the consumption integration module (41), and calculates the consumption of the gas from the front end of the ventilation channel to the end of the ventilation channel;
the metering calculation module (43) calculates the electric energy consumed by each user for using the central air conditioner according to the calculated consumption and the volume of the gas passing through the tail end of the ventilation channel corresponding to each user.
8. The system according to claim 7, wherein: the flow data comparison module (42) calculates the formula of the consumption of the gas from the front end of the ventilation channel to the tail end of the ventilation channel as follows:
