A second aspect of the present invention provides a seal ring comprising: a skeleton for a seal ring searched in any of the above embodiments; and a sealing portion partially encasing the skeleton and having an outer ring sealing portion configured to form a seal with the bearing outer ring and an inner ring sealing portion configured to form a seal with the bearing inner ring.

When the sealing ring in the prior art is used for sealing a deep groove ball bearing, the lubricating oil can impact the outer ring part when flowing through the oil drain groove, so that the outer ring part is easy to separate from the groove of the outer ring of the bearing. Secondly, when the sealing ring is applied in a high-speed high-temperature environment, the outer ring part and the inner ring part of the sealing ring gradually lose elasticity, and then the sealing function is lost.
Based on the findings of the above technical problems, the embodiment of the invention provides a sealing ring and a framework for the sealing ring. In the embodiment of the invention, the sealing ring is applied to the bearing. The bearing has an inner bearing ring 17 and an outer bearing ring 16, with an inner annular space defined between the inner bearing ring 17 and the outer bearing ring 16. The seal ring is used for sealing the annular space to prevent lubricating oil inside the bearing from leaking to the outside of the bearing. An annular groove is concavely formed on the inner peripheral surface of the bearing outer ring 16, and an annular groove is concavely formed on the outer peripheral surface of the bearing inner ring 17.
FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a skeleton according to an embodiment of the present invention; and fig. 3 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a seal ring according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the gasket includes a frame 11 and a sealing portion connected to each other. The backbone 11 is integrally formed as a ring structure and serves to provide rigid support for the seal ring. The seal portion is also formed integrally in an annular structure and is used to form a seal with the bearing inner race and the bearing outer race.
In this embodiment, the seal at least partially encloses the skeleton. The sealing part comprises an inner ring sealing part, an outer ring sealing part and a connecting part. The inner ring seal is for forming a seal with the bearing inner ring 17 and the outer ring seal is for forming a seal with the bearing outer ring 16. The connecting portion is used for connecting the inner ring sealing portion and the outer ring sealing portion. In one embodiment, the connection is located on the axial side of the skeleton remote from the inner annular space of the bearing.
It will be appreciated that the skeleton acts to support the sealing ring and therefore the rigidity of the skeleton is higher than the rigidity of the sealing portion. In one embodiment, the skeleton 11 is made of a metal material with a certain elasticity, for example, a metal material such as spring steel, copper (e.g. 65Mn steel) or copper alloy. The metal material has certain elasticity and better rigidity. In one embodiment, the sealing portion is made of rubber material. The rubber material has good elasticity, so that good sealing fit can be formed with the bearing outer ring 16 and the bearing inner ring 17. In one embodiment, the seal is attached to the backbone by vulcanization or extrusion. Since the skeleton 11 provided in this embodiment is made of an elastic metal material, when the elasticity of the rubber material of the outer ring portion 12 of the skeleton 11 is weakened, the elasticity of the skeleton 11 can also enable the outer ring portion 12 of the skeleton 11 to form a sealing fit with the bearing outer ring 16, so that the problem of sealing failure is avoided.
In the present embodiment, the seal portion is configured of a conductive material to form a conductive path between the bearing inner ring 17 and the bearing outer ring 16. By the arrangement, a current path is formed between the bearing inner ring 17 and the bearing outer ring 16, so that the problem that a high pressure drop exists between the bearing inner ring and the bearing outer ring to cause damage to a bearing raceway or rolling bodies is avoided.
The outer ring portion 12 of the skeleton 11 is at least partially engaged with the bearing outer ring 16, and the inner ring portion 13 of the skeleton 11 is at least partially engaged with the bearing inner ring 17. In one embodiment, when the seal ring having the skeleton 11 in this embodiment is mounted to the bearing, the outer ring portion 12 of the skeleton 11 extends at least partially into the groove of the bearing outer ring 16 in the radial direction, and furthermore, the inner ring portion 13 of the skeleton 11 extends at least partially into the groove of the bearing inner ring 17 in the radial direction.
In this embodiment, the oil drain groove 14 is provided in the outer ring portion 12 of the skeleton 11. In some embodiments, the oil drain grooves 14 are provided in plurality and are spaced apart along the circumferential direction of the outer ring portion 12, particularly uniformly spaced apart.
In the seal ring provided with the frame 11, the oil drain groove 14 of the frame 11 constitutes the oil drain groove of the seal ring. The seal ring provided with the skeleton 11 of the present embodiment is applied to a bearing, and when lubricating oil flows through the oil drain groove 14 of the skeleton 11, the lubricating oil impacts the skeleton 11. Because the skeleton 11 has good rigidity, the sealing ring and the groove of the bearing outer ring 16 can always keep good clamping force, and the problem that the sealing ring is separated from the groove of the bearing outer ring 16 is avoided.
In a further embodiment, the inner ring portion 13 of the skeleton 11 is provided with a tooth arrangement 15. In some embodiments, the tooth structure 15 may be plural and spaced apart along the circumference of the inner ring portion 13, particularly uniformly spaced apart. Specifically, a plurality of tooth grooves may be machined along the edge of the inner ring portion 13 of the skeleton 11, and the plurality of tooth grooves are circumferentially spaced apart, and the tooth structure 15 may be formed by a structure between two adjacent tooth grooves.
In the skeleton 11 of the present embodiment, since the inner ring portion 13 is provided with the tooth structure 15, the skeleton 11 has better supporting property on one hand, and on the other hand, the tooth structure 15 is easy to generate elastic deformation, and the elasticity is durable and is not easy to fail.
In one embodiment, the inner ring seal wraps around the tooth structure 15. After the sealing ring is assembled on the bearing, the tooth structure 15 and the sealing part constructed as rubber material are elastically deformed and form a sealing fit with the bearing inner ring 17 by elastic force. When the sealing ring is applied in a high-speed high-temperature environment, even if the rubber material gradually loses elasticity, the tooth structure 15 still keeps better elasticity, and the rubber material and the bearing inner ring 17 can be kept in sealing fit, so that the problem of sealing failure is avoided.
The inner ring sealing portion may include a first sealing lip 18 for abutting sealing with the bearing inner ring 17 and a second sealing lip 19 for forming a non-contact seal with the bearing inner ring 17. By this arrangement, the inner ring seal portion can form a good seal with the bearing inner ring 17, and the first seal lip 18 can be brought into contact with the bearing inner ring 17 by electrical conduction. The lip of the second sealing lip 19 is made of polytetrafluoroethylene.
Further, the outer race seal may include a third sealing lip 20, the third sealing lip 20 for abutting sealing with the bearing outer race 16. By the arrangement, the outer ring sealing part can form a good sealing effect with the bearing outer ring 16, and the sealing ring is in conductive contact with the bearing outer ring 16.
There is also provided in an embodiment of the invention a bearing comprising a bearing outer race 16, a bearing inner race 17 and a seal ring as described in any of the embodiments above. The seal ring is configured to be located between the bearing outer race 16 and the bearing inner race 17 such that an outer race seal portion of the seal ring forms a seal with the bearing outer race 16 and an inner race seal portion of the seal ring forms a seal with the bearing inner race 17.
In one embodiment, the inner ring portion 13 of the armature 11 extends at least partially into the groove of the bearing inner ring 17 in the radial direction. In this way, when the lubricating oil impinges on the outer ring portion 12, a good clamping force can be maintained between the seal ring and the groove of the bearing outer ring 16 at all times, thereby further avoiding the problem of the seal ring coming out of the bearing outer ring 16. In one embodiment, the outer ring portion 12 of the cage 11 extends at least partially radially into the groove of the bearing outer ring 16. Similarly, the problem of the seal ring backing out of the bearing inner race 16 can be further avoided.

1. A skeleton (11) for a sealing ring for sealing an annular space defined by a bearing inner ring and a bearing outer ring of a bearing, the skeleton (11) being integrally constructed in an annular shape and comprising:
an outer ring portion (12) for at least partially mating with the bearing outer ring (16); and
an inner ring portion (13) for at least partial cooperation with the bearing inner ring (17), wherein,
the outer ring portion is provided with an oil drain groove.
2. The skeleton (11) for a sealing ring according to claim 1, wherein,
the inner ring portion (13) is provided with a tooth structure (15).
3. The skeleton (11) for a sealing ring according to claim 1, wherein,
the framework (11) is made of elastic metal.
4. The skeleton (11) for a sealing ring according to claim 1, wherein,

and a sealing part which partially covers the skeleton (11) and has an outer ring sealing part configured to form a seal with the bearing outer ring (16) and an inner ring sealing part configured to form a seal with the bearing inner ring (17).
