The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows: the anti-theft oil extraction wellhead device comprises an oil extraction wellhead, wherein the oil extraction wellhead consists of a large four-way joint, a double-wing annular pipeline, a small four-way joint, a double-wing production pipeline and a blowout preventer, a wellhead flange at the lower part of the large four-way joint is hermetically connected with a sleeve flange, a base is welded on the wellhead flange, an anti-theft cap is arranged at the upper part of the base, the anti-theft cap and the base are all shells formed by welding steel plates, the anti-theft cap and the base are combined together to form a closed space, the anti-theft cap and the base are covered outside the oil extraction wellhead, the anti-theft cap respectively processes a section of dovetail groove guide rail at the front side and the rear side of the oil extraction wellhead, and the base respectively processes a section of dovetail groove slide block at the front side and the rear side of the oil extraction wellhead, and the dovetail groove slide block and the dovetail groove guide rail are in sliding fit connection;
a through hole is formed in the dovetail groove guide rail at the front end, a counter bore is formed in the dovetail groove sliding block at the corresponding position of the through hole, and a shearing pin shaft is inserted into the through hole and the counter bore;
the anti-theft cap is internally provided with a section of empty groove at the rear end face, the empty groove is arranged at the position of a dovetail groove guide rail, the base is provided with a baffle at the rear end face, the baffle is blocked outside the dovetail groove sliding block, the size of the baffle is larger than the section size of the dovetail groove sliding block, the baffle is in clearance fit connection with the empty groove, and the depth of the empty groove is larger than the thickness of the baffle;

The base is provided with a travel switch, a contact of the travel switch is positioned at the rear end face of the dovetail groove guide rail at the front end, the distance between the contact of the travel switch and the rear end face of the dovetail groove guide rail is smaller than the diameter of the shearing pin shaft, the inner wall of the anti-theft cap is provided with a temperature sensor, and the temperature sensor and the travel switch are both connected with a control box through wires.
The dovetail groove guide rail is fixedly connected with a positioning sleeve at the upper part of the shearing pin shaft, an inner hole of the positioning sleeve is in threaded connection with a lead screw, a compression spring is arranged between the lead screw and the shearing pin shaft, the diameter of the lead screw is larger than that of the shearing pin shaft, and when the dovetail groove guide rail is installed, soluble metal is filled in the counter bore.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: when the anti-theft cap is opened, the engineering machinery is used for pushing the anti-theft cap backwards, the shearing pin shaft is sheared under the action of the shearing blade A and the shearing blade B, the anti-theft cap moves backwards to the baffle to stop, then the anti-theft cap is pushed forwards until the dovetail groove sliding block and the dovetail groove guide rail are separated, the anti-theft cap can be opened for normal operation, lawless persons cannot use large machinery for theft-recovery of crude oil generally, even if the large machinery is adopted, the anti-theft cap cannot be pushed forwards or pushed backwards, the anti-theft performance of the oil extraction wellhead is further improved, the control box can monitor the pressure of an oil pipe and a sleeve in the oil extraction wellhead in real time, and an alarm signal is sent timely when the lawless persons attempt to open the anti-theft cap by various means.

a through hole 24 is formed in the dovetail groove guide rail 16 at the front end, a counter bore 26 is formed in the dovetail groove slide block 15 at the corresponding position of the through hole 24, and a shearing pin shaft 19 is inserted into the through hole 24 and the counter bore 26;

the dovetail groove guide rail 16 is provided with a groove A25 at the front end of the shearing pin 19, a shearing blade A22 is connected in the groove A25 through a bolt, a groove B27 is provided at the rear end of the shearing pin 19 by the dovetail groove slide block 15, a shearing blade B23 is connected in the groove B27 through a bolt, so that the shearing pin 19 forms a unidirectional opening mode, the shearing pin 19 can be sheared by pushing the anti-theft cap 3 backwards, and the shearing pin 19 cannot be sheared by pushing the anti-theft cap 3 forwards.
When the anti-theft cap 3 is opened, the engineering machinery is used for pushing the anti-theft cap 3 backwards, the shearing pin shaft 19 is sheared under the action of the shearing blade A22 and the shearing blade B23, the anti-theft cap 3 is moved backwards to the baffle 17 to stop, then the anti-theft cap 3 is pushed forwards until the dovetail groove sliding block 15 and the dovetail groove guide rail 16 are separated, the anti-theft cap 3 can be opened for normal operation, lawless persons generally dare to use large machinery for theft-extraction of crude oil, and even if the large machinery is adopted, the anti-theft cap 3 cannot be opened by pushing the anti-theft cap 3 forwards or pushing the anti-theft cap backwards, so that the anti-theft performance of an oil extraction wellhead is further improved.
One side of the double-wing production pipeline 6 is in sealing connection with a screwed plug A7, the other side is in sealing connection with a pressure sensor B13, one side of the double-wing annular pipeline 29 is in sealing connection with a screwed plug B14, the other side is in sealing connection with a pressure sensor A10, a control box 11 is installed on the base 4, a battery, a PLC and an RTU are installed in the control box 11, the top of the anti-theft cap 3 is covered with a solar power generation plate 12, the solar power generation plate 12 is provided with a wire connected control box 11, and the pressure sensor A10 and the pressure sensor B13 are both provided with the wire connected control box 11.
The base 4 is provided with a travel switch 30, the contact of the travel switch 30 is positioned at the rear end face of the dovetail groove guide rail 16 at the front end, the distance between the contact of the travel switch 30 and the rear end face of the dovetail groove guide rail 16 is smaller than the diameter of the shearing pin shaft 19, the inner wall of the anti-theft cap 3 is provided with a temperature sensor 28, and the temperature sensor 28 and the travel switch 30 are both provided with a wire connection control box 11.
When an lawbreaker forcibly disassembles the anti-theft cap 3, the shear pin shaft 19 breaks, the travel switch 30 acts, the RTU in the control box 11 can send an alarm signal before the anti-theft cap 3 is not opened, the temperature sensor 28 can detect the surface temperature of the anti-theft cap 3, and when the lawbreaker adopts oxygen acetylene to cut and destroy the anti-theft cap 3, the temperature of the anti-theft cap 3 is abnormal, and the RTU sends a signal to alarm in time.
The control box 11 can monitor the pressure of oil pipe and sleeve pipe in the oil recovery well head in real time, and solar panel 12 gives the battery power supply, and PLC can gather the electric quantity data of battery simultaneously, and when rainy season, the electric quantity of battery sends early warning when low, and the suggestion relevant personnel charges, in time sends alarm signal when lawless persons attempt to open theftproof cap 3 with various means.
The dovetail groove guide rail 16 is fixedly connected with a positioning sleeve 20 at the upper part of a shear pin shaft 19, an inner hole of the positioning sleeve 20 is in threaded connection with a lead screw 21, a compression spring is arranged between the lead screw 21 and the shear pin shaft 19, the diameter of the lead screw 21 is larger than that of the shear pin shaft 19, the shear pin shaft 19 is installed into a through hole 24 from the upper part of the positioning sleeve 20, when the shear pin shaft is installed, soluble metal is filled in a counter bore 26, after the shear pin shaft is installed, the soluble metal is melted, the shear pin shaft 19 is inserted into the counter bore 26 under the action of the compression spring, and the anti-theft cap 3 is fixed.
