Abstract
The invention relates to a TPU flocking material and a preparation process thereof, the method comprises compounding a hot-melt TPU material fiber with a fabric base material to form TPU fabric, carrying out rough polishing on the surface of a flocking area of the TPU fabric, coating flocking adhesive on the flocking area after polishing, planting fluff on the flocking area of the TPU fabric by an electrostatic flocking method to obtain a TPU flocking material, solidifying and drying the TPU flocking material by a multistage drying box, cooling and brushing to remove non-adhered floating fluff, and rolling and packaging; the TPU flocking fabric has the advantages of good wear resistance and tear resistance, and no formaldehyde residue in finished products.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a TPU flocking material and a preparation process thereof, and belongs to the field of flocking fabric manufacturing.
Background
TPU flocked fabrics are a high performance material with a unique background art that creates a more powerful and durable product by combining TPU film with fibrous material. The TPU film has flexibility and plasticity, can be tightly combined with fiber materials, and the combination mode not only enhances the strength and the durability of the flocked fabric, but also enhances the abrasion resistance and the tear resistance of the flocked fabric, and the TPU flocked fabric also has excellent chemical properties. This makes TPU flocked fabrics an ideal material for use in making protective clothing, protective gloves, dust cloth, and the like.
The traditional flocking cloth is generally composed of a fiber material and a backing layer, a high-temperature adhesive is used on the surface of the fabric, then fluff and the adhesive are combined together, the material limitation is received, the traditional flocking cloth is poor in wear resistance and tear resistance and cannot be applied to specific fields, meanwhile, the traditional flocking cloth uses adhesive paint containing formaldehyde during flocking, formaldehyde is required to be discharged after finished products are produced for normal use, and the environment is easily polluted after long time consumption.

In the above preparation method, preferably, the flocking adhesive in the step S2 is 100 parts of HW-997A paste, 0.3-0.6 part of HW-817 paste, and 0.3-0.5 part of ammonia water.
In the above preparation method, preferably, in the step S3, the fluff material may be cotton fiber, viscose fiber, nylon fiber, fine denier fiber, superfine denier fiber, etc.
In the above preparation method, preferably, in the step S3, the electrostatic voltage in the electrostatic flocking process is 45-65 KV.
In the above preparation method, preferably, in the step S3, the temperature during the electrostatic flocking is 150 to 170 ℃.
In the above preparation method, preferably, in the step S4, the length of the TPU fabric backing material is not more than 5mm after soaking in water for one minute during finished product detection and wet-grinding for 20 times.
In the above preparation method, preferably, the fluff is full-viscose fluff, and the pasting tool cleans every 6 minutes.
In the above production method, it is preferable that the pasting pump, pasting wheel, doctor blade, etc. be cleaned before the start of production, and the surface fluff of the drying box, mesh belt, and guide wheel be completely removed.

step 4: the flock is planted in the flocking area of the TPU fabric cloth by an electrostatic flocking method to obtain TPU flock, and the flock can be adsorbed on the flocking area by utilizing electrostatic force through contacting the flocking area with the flock with static electricity;
step 5: the TPU flocking material is solidified and dried through a multistage drying box, and in the drying process, heat energy solidifies flocking adhesive, so that fluff and TPU fabric cloth are more firmly combined together;
step 6: cooling, brushing hair to remove non-adhered floating velvet, cooling TPU flocking materials after solidification and drying, and removing non-adhered velvet by using tools such as a brush and the like so as to ensure the tidy and quality of the velvet;
step 7: finally, the treated and cleaned TPU flocking material is coiled and packaged for subsequent production and application.
The flocking adhesive is 100 parts of HW-997A paste, 0.3 part of HW-817 paste, 0.3 part of ammonia water, the static voltage is 65KV, and the flocking temperature is 160 ℃.

The flocking adhesive is 100 parts of HW-997A paste, 0.5 part of HW-817 paste, 0.4 part of ammonia water, 55KV of static voltage and 170 ℃ of flocking temperature.
