Underwear buckle component
The invention relates to the field of clothing accessories, in particular to an underwear buckle assembly. Background art bras can be classified into front-fastening type, rear-fastening type, and the like according to wearing modes. Wherein the front buckle type bra is characterized in that the buckle is arranged in front of the tying belt and is positioned between the two bra cups; the back-fastening bra is characterized in that the fastener is arranged at the back of the lacing and positioned at the back of a wearer, and the fastener can be adjustable so as to adjust the circumference of the lacing to be matched with the chest circumference. Fasteners can be arranged at the joint of the shoulder straps and the cup, so that the shoulder straps can be conveniently detached for cleaning; the fasteners may also be provided as adjustment fasteners for size adjustment. The prior bra and other underwear are mostly connected with the underwear by adopting a one-way disassembly button or an non-disassembly button in a shape of 6 or 8, the underwear belt is difficult to disassemble and assemble, the replacement procedure is complex, the connecting button is bound with the underwear or the shoulder strap, so that part of the underwear can not be used after the connecting button is damaged. Many underwear belts have tended to be diversified and colorful, and have become part of apparel decoration, and the connection mode of the underwear belts and the underwear naturally also need to develop in a more flexible and autonomous direction. The invention aims at the defects in the prior art, and provides the underwear buckle component which can assemble the decorative piece and solve the problem that the bra buckle cannot be detached from the bra shoulder straps, so that the underwear buckle component can be effectively prevented from being damaged in the process of cleaning and storing the bra, and can be effectively replaced after being damaged, thereby meeting the use requirements of users. In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention provides an underwear buckle assembly, which is characterized by comprising a connecting piece, a lock buckle and a decoration piece, wherein the connecting piece consists of a pin shaft and a fixed shaft; the plurality of pin shafts are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the fixed shaft, one end of each pin shaft is connected with the fixed shaft, and the other end of each pin shaft is bent to form a pin shaft opening with the fixed shaft, so that a shoulder belt hole is formed between each pin shaft and the fixed shaft; the fixed shaft is provided with a first surface and a second surface which are opposite, the first surface is used as a track, the lock catch is slidably arranged on the first surface, the length of the lock catch is greater than or equal to that of the fixed shaft, and the lock catch is abutted against or close to one end of the pin shaft; the lock catch slides to open or close the pin shaft opening; the pin shaft opening is closed, and a shoulder strap positioned in the shoulder strap hole cannot be separated from the shoulder strap hole; the pin shaft opening is opened, so that the shoulder belt is separated from the pin shaft opening; the second face is a decoration mounting face, and is connected with the decoration. Preferably, a through hole is formed in the middle of the first surface of the fixed shaft, and movement grooves are formed in two sides of the through hole and are formed along two ends of the fixed shaft. Preferably, a baffle is arranged at the lower end of the movement groove, the baffle and the fixed shaft are connected into an integrated structure, the length of the through hole is smaller than the width of the fixed shaft, and the lock catch moves along the movement groove. Preferably, the lock catch comprises a lock plate and a clamping piece, and the lock plate and the clamping piece are connected into an integrated structure; the clamping piece is arranged at one end of the lock catch, which faces the connecting piece, the clamping piece is two protruding blocks which are arranged in parallel, a hook piece is arranged at the top end of each protruding block, and the distance between the hook piece and the locking plate is larger than one side breadth of the baffle plate. Preferably, the fixing shaft is provided with first locating pieces on opposite sides, the two ends of the lock catch are provided with second locating pieces, and the first locating pieces and the second locating pieces are mutually clamped and located. Preferably, the middle parts of the two ends of the fixed shaft and the middle parts of the two ends of the lock catch are provided with symmetrical convex positions, and the other one of the two ends of the fixed shaft and the middle parts of the two ends of the lock catch is provided with symmetrical concave positions; the symmetrical convex positions and the symmetrical concave positions are respectively a first positioning piece or a second positioning piece. Preferably, a first guide rail is arranged on the first surface of the fixed shaft, a second guide rail is arranged on the surface, facing the connecting piece, of the lock catch, and the first guide rail and the second guide rail are combined to realize positioning and mutually slide. Preferably, one of the first guide rail and the second guide rail is a convex position strip, the other one of the first guide rail and the second guide rail is a concave position strip, and the convex position strip and the concave position strip are matched with each other to slide. Preferably, the lock catch at least covers the first face of the fixed shaft, the length of the lock catch is the same as that of the pin shaft, and the width of the lock catch is the same as the distance between the two pin shafts. Preferably, the fixing bolt is connected in the through hole of the fixing shaft, the fixing bolt comprises a first convex piece and a second convex piece, the first convex piece can be a cylinder, and the second convex piece can be a polygonal cylinder; the first convex piece and the second convex piece are connected to one surface of the decorating piece corresponding to the fixed shaft; the second convex piece can be arranged between the first convex piece and the decoration piece; the second projection may have a cross-sectional length greater than a cross-sectional length of the first projection. The beneficial effects of the invention are: compared with the prior art, the underwear buckle assembly provided by the invention can be assembled with decorative pieces, is different from 6-shaped or 8-shaped buckles used in the market, and can freely move on the connecting piece by designing the connecting piece into a special structure and matching with the lock catches, so that the pin shaft opening on the connecting piece is closed, the shoulder straps of the bra are limited, and the shoulder straps are prevented from being separated; when the underwear buckle component is replaced, the lock catch is only required to be pushed to move along the fixed shaft, so that the underwear buckle can be detached, and the underwear buckle is more convenient to clean and store. In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 1 to 8, an undergarment fastener assembly of the present invention includes a connecting member, a latch 3 and a decoration member 4, wherein the latch 3 is mounted on the connecting member; the connecting piece consists of a plurality of pin shafts 2 and fixed shafts 1, wherein the pin shafts 2 are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the fixed shafts 1, one end of each pin shaft 2 is connected with the fixed shaft 1, and the other end of each pin shaft is bent to form a pin shaft opening 22 with the fixed shaft 1, so that shoulder belt holes are formed between the pin shafts 2 and the fixed shafts 1; the lock catch 3 is mounted on the fixed shaft 1, specifically, the fixed shaft 1 is provided with a first surface 10a and a second surface 10b which are opposite, the first surface 10a is used as a track, the lock catch 3 is slidably mounted on the first surface 10a, the length of the lock catch 3 is larger than or equal to that of the fixed shaft 1 and is abutted against or close to one end of the pin shaft 2, the lock catch 3 slidably opens or closes the pin shaft opening 22, and the pin shaft opening 22 is closed, so that a shoulder belt in a shoulder belt hole cannot be separated from the shoulder belt hole; the pin opening 22 is opened, so that the shoulder strap is separated from the pin opening 22; the second face 10b is a garnish attachment face, and is connected to the garnish 4. Referring to fig. 3, preferably, the latch connector 21 may be disposed at a position of the end of the pin 2 opposite to the fixed shaft 1, the latch connector 21 may be configured as an extension connected to the end of the pin 2, the cross-sectional area of the latch connector 21 is smaller than that of the pin 2, a surface of the latch connector 21, a surface of the end of the pin 2, and the latch 3 are correspondingly engaged with at least one surface of the fixed shaft 1, such that when the latch 3 slides to a fixed position on the first surface 10a of the fixed shaft 1, the latch 3 is connected with the latch connector 21 and closes the pin opening 22. When the pin shaft opening 22 is closed, the shoulder strap positioned in the shoulder strap hole cannot be separated from the shoulder strap hole; the pin opening 22 is opened so that the shoulder strap is pulled out of the pin opening 22. In order to achieve the above objective, referring to fig. 3b, at least one through hole 11 or a second protruding member connecting hole 111 is provided at a middle position of the second surface 10b of the fixed shaft 1, and moving grooves 12 are provided at two sides of the through hole 11 or the second protruding member connecting hole 111, wherein the moving grooves 12 are provided along two ends or two sides of the fixed shaft 1. The lower end of the movement groove 12 is provided with a baffle 13, and the baffle 13 is connected with the fixed shaft 1 into an integrated structure; the length of the through hole 11 or the second male member connection hole 111 is smaller than or equal to the width of the fixed shaft 1. In this embodiment, the lock catch 3 can slide along the direction of the movement groove 12, and the blocking piece 32 of the lock catch 3 moves and locks the baffle 13, so that the lock catch 3 can move along the track direction of the movement groove 12. The first locating piece 15 is arranged on the fixed shaft 1 and is matched with the second locating piece 35 of the lock catch to fix the lock catch, so that the use requirement is met, the lower end of the lock catch is hidden by the fixed shaft due to the baffle 13, any part is not observed on the other side of the fixed shaft, and the whole lock catch is more attractive. Referring to fig. 1 to 9, further, the decoration 4 is provided with a fixing pin 41 for connecting with the fixing shaft 1, the fixing pin 41 can be connected in the through hole 11 of the fixing shaft 1, and the diameter of the fixing pin 41 is approximately the same as or the same as that of the through hole 11, so as to achieve the effect of fixedly connecting with the fixing shaft 1. Preferably, the fixing latch 41 may include a first protrusion 410 and a second protrusion 411, the first protrusion 410 may be configured as a cylinder or a polygonal cylinder, and the second protrusion 411 may be configured as a polygonal cylinder. The first protruding member 410 and the second protruding member 411 are connected to a surface of the decoration member 4 corresponding to the fixed shaft 1. The second protruding member 411 is disposed between the first protruding member 410 and the display portion of the decoration 4. The second protrusion 411 may have a cross-sectional length greater than or equal to the cross-sectional length of the first protrusion 410. Preferably, the through-hole 11 may include second male member connection holes 111 and first rail through-holes 112 provided at opposite end portions of the through-hole 11. The second male member connecting hole 111 is provided at an end position of the through hole 11 corresponding to the garnish 4. The first guide rail through hole 112 is disposed at an end position of the through hole 11 corresponding to the latch 3 and is connected to the first guide rail 19. The second protruding member connecting hole 111 can accommodate the second protruding member 411, and is matched with the second protruding member 411, when the second protruding member 411 is configured as a polygonal cylinder, the second protruding member connecting hole 111 can limit the second protruding member 411 to rotate in the second protruding member connecting hole 111, so as to achieve the positioning effect of the fixing shaft 1 on the decoration member 4. Preferably, the inner diameter length of the second male member connection hole 111 is greater than or equal to the inner diameter length of the other end of the through hole 11 corresponding to the shackle 3. In another embodiment, the through holes 11 may be provided as through holes of the same diameter, and the through holes 11 may be circular or polygonal in cross section. The fixing bolt 41 may be provided as a cylindrical protruding member, and when the cross section of the through hole 11 is circular, the fixing bolt 41 may be rotationally connected in the through hole 11; when the cross section of the through hole 11 is polygonal, the fixing pin 41 is restricted from rotating in the through hole 11 and is fixed at a position of the through hole 11. The lock catch 3 comprises a lock plate 31 and a clamping piece 32, and the lock plate 31 and the clamping piece 32 are connected into an integrated structure; the clamping piece 32 is arranged at one end of the lock catch 3 facing the connecting piece, the clamping piece 32 is two mutually parallel convex blocks, the top end of each convex block is provided with a hook piece, and the distance between the hook piece and the lock plate 31 is larger than or equal to the width or thickness of one side face of the baffle 13; the middle part of the clamping piece 32 is provided with a groove matched with the through hole 11. The lock plate 31 has a rectangular structure, the length of the lock plate 31 is the same as the length of the pin shafts 2, and the width of the lock plate 31 is the same as the distance between the two pin shafts 2. In this embodiment, the engaging member is fastened in the moving slot, so as to move left and right along the moving slot, and the hook member at the top end of the engaging member has the same diameter as the clearance ruler at the lower end of the first positioning member 15, so as to move randomly along the moving slot, and the groove on the engaging member or the second positioning member 35 is exactly matched with the first positioning member 15, so that the lock catch can be fastened and fixed. That is, it is also understood that the shackle 3 covers at least the first face 10a of the fixed shaft, and the length of the shackle 3 is the same as the length of the pin shaft 2, and the width of the shackle 3 is the same as the distance between the two lock shafts. The blocking piece 32 of the lock catch 3 moves and locks the baffle 13 so that the lock catch 3 can move along the track direction of the movement groove 12. Referring to fig. 7b and 8, the fixing shaft 1 is further provided with a through hole 11, and the through hole 11 is provided with one or more symmetrically distributed on the fixing shaft 1; the decoration 4 is provided with a fixed bolt 41, and the lower end of the fixed bolt 41 is the same as the diameter of the through hole 11. The thickness of the pin shaft 2 is smaller than that of the fixed shaft 1. The connecting piece and the lock catch 3 are both made of high-strength plastic. In the present embodiment, in the fixing shaft 1, the through hole 11 is provided in a direction extending from the second face 10b to the first face 10a so as to be conveniently fixed with the fixing latch 41, thereby increasing aesthetic feeling, and the thickness of the pin shaft 2 is slightly smaller than that of the fixing shaft 1, so that when the shoulder belt is provided on the pin shaft 2, it is exactly the same as the ruler diameter of the fixing shaft 1, thereby being more smooth. The present invention creates another embodiment different from the previous embodiment in the structure of the fixed shaft 1, the lock catch 3. Referring to fig. 9, in another embodiment, a first positioning member 15 is disposed at the middle of two ends of the fixed shaft 1. Preferably, at least two first positioning members 15 are provided at two opposite side positions of the fixed shaft 1, the first positioning members 15 being provided with protruding members. Further, the first positioning member 15 may be provided at a position between the barrier 13 and the garnish 4. The middle parts of the two ends of the lock catch 3 are provided with second positioning pieces 35. Preferably, the second positioning members 35 are provided at end portions of the side surfaces of the engaging members 32 away from the lock catch 3, and at least two second positioning members 35 are provided on opposite surfaces of at least two engaging members 32. The second positioning member 35 is provided with a female member, the female member of the second positioning member 35 cooperating with the male member of the first positioning member 15. When the lock catch 3 slides to the middle part of the lock catch 3 at the first surface 10a and approaches to the middle part of the fixed shaft 1, the first positioning piece 15 and the second positioning piece 35 start to be connected, and at the moment, the lock catch 3 is pushed continuously, so that the first positioning piece 15 and the second positioning piece 35 are clamped with each other, and the lock catch 3 performs closed positioning on the pin shaft opening 22. It will be appreciated that the shackle 3 progressively opens the pin opening 22 as the first and second positioning members 15, 35 are separated from one another, i.e. when they are moved apart from one another. Specifically, the middle parts of the two ends of the fixed shaft 1 are provided with symmetrical convex positions, the middle parts of the two ends of the lock catch 3 are provided with symmetrical concave positions, when the lock catch 3 slides to the symmetrical concave positions of the middle part of the lock catch 3 on the first surface 10a to be connected with the symmetrical convex positions, the lock catch 3 is pushed continuously, so that the symmetrical concave positions and the symmetrical convex positions are clamped with each other, and at the moment, the lock catch 3 is positioned for sealing the pin shaft opening 22. Of course, the middle parts of the two ends of the fixed shaft 1 are arranged to be symmetrical concave positions, the middle parts of the two ends of the lock catch 3 are arranged to be symmetrical convex positions, and the lock catch 3 can also realize the closed positioning of the pin shaft opening 22. In order to enable the lock catch 3 to slide more stably on the first surface 10a, the first surface 10a of the fixed shaft 1 is provided with a first guide rail 19, the surface of the lock catch 3 facing the connecting member is provided with a second guide rail 39, and the first guide rail 19 and the second guide rail 39 are combined, so that the lock catch 3 is directly above the first surface of the fixed shaft 1 and parallel to the fixed shaft 1, and the second guide rail 39 slides along the first guide rail 19, so that the first positioning member 15 and the second positioning member 35 can be mutually engaged, thereby positioning and sliding each other. Specifically, the first guide rail 19 is configured as a cam bar, and the second guide rail 39 is configured as a cam bar, and the cam bar slide in cooperation with each other. The first guide rail 19 is provided as a concave bar, and the second guide rail 39 is provided as a convex bar, which can also slide in cooperation with each other. Referring to fig. 10 to 12, the use process of the above embodiment of the invention is as follows: firstly, pushing the lock catch 3 to one side to expose the pin shaft opening 22, then sleeving the shoulder strap from the pin shaft opening 22, and after the shoulder strap is sleeved, reversely pushing the lock catch 3 to seal the pin shaft opening 22 so as to fix the shoulder strap; then promote the hasp to other one side, fix another baldric, after two baldric are fixed, fix the decoration with the through-hole on the fixed axle 1 to realize two fixed baldric, it is more pleasing to the eye simultaneously.
