The undergarment fastener of claim 5 wherein one of the central portions of the two ends of the fixed shaft and the central portions of the two ends of the locking buckle is provided with a symmetrical male portion and the other is provided with a symmetrical female portion; the symmetrical convex position and the symmetrical concave position are respectively a first positioning piece or a second positioning piece.
    7. The undergarment fastener of claim 5 wherein a first face of the fixed axle is provided with a first guide rail and a face of the latch facing the connector is provided with a second guide rail, the first and second guide rails being positioned in combination and sliding relative to each other.
    8. The undergarment fastener of claim 7 wherein one of the first and second rails is a male bar and the other is a female bar, the male and female bars sliding in cooperation with each other.
    9. The undergarment button assembly of any one of claims 4-8 wherein the lock catch covers at least a first face of the fixed shaft and the lock catch has the same length as the pin shaft and the lock catch has the same width as the distance between the two pins.
    10. The undergarment fastener of claim 1 wherein the stationary shaft has at least one through hole disposed therein.
    11. The undergarment button assembly of claim 10 wherein the decorative piece is provided with a fixing pin having a lower end having the same diameter as the through hole.
    12. The undergarment button assembly of claim 1 wherein the decorative piece comprises a trim or a fragrance. 13. The undergarment button assembly of claim 1 wherein the pin shaft has a thickness less than a thickness of the fixed shaft.
    The undergarment button assembly of claim 1 wherein the connector and the latch are both made of a high strength plastic.
    15. The undergarment fastener of claim 1 wherein one side of the pin is provided with a snap connection, the snap connection being disposed at a location of the pin end relative to the fixed shaft; the cross-sectional area of the latch connector is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the pin shaft; one surface of the lock connection, one surface of the pin end and the lock are matched with at least one surface of the fixed shaft 1.
    16. The undergarment fastener of claim 11 wherein the securing latch is connected within the through bore of the securing axle, the securing latch including a first male member and a second male member, the first male member being configured as a cylinder and the second male member being configured as a polygonal cylinder; the first convex piece and the second convex piece are connected to one surface of the decorating piece corresponding to the fixed shaft; the second convex piece can be arranged between the first convex piece and the decoration piece; the second projection may have a cross-sectional length greater than a cross-sectional length of the first projection.
    17. The undergarment fastener of claim 8 wherein said through hole includes second male member attachment holes and first rail through holes disposed at opposite end portions of said through hole; the second convex piece connecting hole is arranged at the end part of the through hole, which corresponds to the decorating piece; the first guide rail through hole is arranged at the end part of the through hole corresponding to the lock catch and is connected with the first guide rail.
