In one embodiment, when the called terminal displays the incoming call reminding popup including the answer key, the called user may perform touch operation on the answer key, so that the called terminal (specifically, the operating system of the called terminal) may call up the network telephone application based on the deep link of the network telephone application in response to the touch operation on the answer key, that is, the called terminal may jump to the network telephone application, so as to restore the network telephone application to an online state. After the network telephone application resumes the online state, a request to update the online state may be sent to the network telephone platform, so that the network telephone platform updates the online state of the network telephone application.
Step 204, based on the touch operation for the answer button, a notification message is sent to the network phone platform through the SIM card application platform, and the notification message is used for the network phone platform to connect the call with the network phone application.
Specifically, under the condition that the called user performs touch operation on the answering key, the called terminal can generate a notification message based on the touch operation on the answering key, send the notification message to the SIM card application platform, then send the notification message to the network telephone platform by the SIM card application platform, and the network telephone platform receives the notification message and detects that the network telephone application is in an on-line state, so that the call with the network telephone application can be continued.
In one embodiment, the notification message sent by the called terminal to the network phone platform through the SIM card application platform may include first operation result information, where the first operation result information indicates that the first call request has been answered. The network telephone platform is used for receiving the first operation result information, detecting that the network telephone application is in an on-line state, retransmitting a second call request carrying an automatic answering identifier to the network telephone application, wherein the automatic answering identifier is used for indicating the network telephone application to answer the second call request automatically, and establishing a media channel with the network telephone platform.
The first operation result information can be generated by an operating system in the called terminal, sent to the SIM card application, then sent to the SIM card application platform by the SIM card application platform, and sent to the network telephone platform by the SIM card application platform.
The second call request carries information in the original first call request besides the automatic answering identification.
Therefore, the network telephone platform can directly establish a media channel with the network telephone application under the condition that the called user performs touch operation on the contact key, and continuous calling with the network telephone application is realized.
According to the incoming call reminding method of the network telephone, the operation information in the SIM card application message comprises the attribute information of the answering key, the attribute information comprises the deep link of the network telephone application, and the called terminal jumps to the network telephone application based on the deep link under the condition that the called user performs touch operation on the answering key in the incoming call reminding popup, so that the network telephone application is restored to an on-line state and sends a notification message to the network telephone platform, the network telephone platform is connected with a call of the network telephone application, the called user performs one-time touch operation on the answering key in the incoming call reminding popup, a media channel can be directly established between the network telephone platform and the network telephone application, and a call interface is directly entered, the called user can answer the network telephone conveniently, operations required by the called user when answering the network telephone are reduced, and user experience is improved. And through displaying the incoming call reminding popup window, the called user answers the network telephone through an answer button in the incoming call reminding popup window, so that the similar strong touch, strong reminding and connection experience of the network telephone and the system-level telephone can be realized, and the call completing rate of the network telephone is effectively improved.
As a possible implementation, the incoming call notification message may include a sms message. The incoming call reminding method applied to the network telephone of the called terminal according to the embodiment of the application is further described below with reference to fig. 3. It should be noted that, for the description of the steps identical to or similar to those in the other embodiments, reference may be made to the other embodiments, and the description of this embodiment is omitted.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of another method for reminding an incoming call of a network phone according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 3, the incoming call reminding method of the network phone includes the following steps 301-305.
Step 301, receiving a short message including operation information sent by the SIM card application platform, where the operation information includes a deep link of the internet phone application.
The short message is generated when a first call request sent to the network telephone application in the called terminal meets a preset condition, and is used for the called user to operate and process the first call request.
In the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the SIM card application platform determines that the first call request meets the preset condition, a short message including operation information can be generated and sent to the called terminal. Correspondingly, the called terminal can receive the short message including the operation information sent by the SIM card application platform.
The short message can be generated and sent to the called terminal under the condition that the called terminal does not activate the SIM card application. Therefore, the incoming call notification message in the corresponding display form can be sent to the called terminal under the condition that the called terminal does not activate the SIM card application.
The short message is a short message displayed in a traditional short message mode, can be sent to a short message module of a called terminal through a common short message channel, and is displayed through a short message interaction interface. The short message module is a module used for receiving short message information and carrying out short message related processing in the called terminal.
In one embodiment, the short message is a text short message encapsulating a deep link of a web phone application. The short message may further include text for alerting the called party to receive a first call request sent by the calling party through the internet phone application.
Step 302, a short message including a deep link is displayed.
Specifically, when the short message module in the called terminal receives the short message, the short message can be displayed through the short message interaction interface, wherein the deep link in the operation information can be displayed as the short message content.
Step 303, in response to the touch operation for the deep link, jumping to the network phone application to restore the network phone application to the online state.
In one embodiment, the called user may perform a touch operation on the deep link, so that the called terminal (specifically, the short message module of the called terminal) may call up the network telephone application based on the deep link of the network telephone application in response to the touch operation on the deep link, that is, the called terminal jumps to the network telephone application, so as to restore the network telephone application to an online state. After the network telephone application resumes the online state, a request to update the online state may be sent to the network telephone platform, so that the network telephone platform updates the online state of the network telephone application.
Step 304, a third call request is received, the third call request being sent by the network telephony platform in response to detecting that the network telephony application is brought back online, the third call request being identical to the information comprised by the first call request.
In one embodiment, the landline platform may determine whether the first call request times out in response to detecting that the landline application in the called terminal is restored to an online state. The sending time of the first call request and the current time are differenced, whether the difference exceeds a preset duration is judged, the first call request is determined not to be overtime under the condition that the difference does not exceed the preset duration, and the first call request is determined to be overtime to be released under the condition that the difference exceeds the preset duration.
In the event that the network telephony platform determines that the first call request has not timed out, a third call request may be sent to the network telephony application. The third call request carries information in the original first call request.
In the event that the network telephony platform determines that the first call request has been released over time, missed call information may be sent to the network telephony application to inform the network telephony application that the first call request was not successfully answered.
In step 305, the third call request is answered or hung up in response to the operational processing of the third call request by the called user in the internet phone application.
In one embodiment, when the third call request is received by the network phone application, the called user may perform an answer operation or a hang-up operation on the third call request in the network phone application. The called terminal responds to the operation processing of the called user on the third call request in the network telephone application, and can answer or hang up the third call request. After the called user answers the third call request, the network telephone application in the called terminal can establish a media channel with the network telephone platform and enter a call interface to answer the third call request.
According to the incoming call reminding method of the network telephone, when the network telephone in the called terminal is used for incoming call, the SIM card application platform is used for sending the short message including the operation information to the called terminal, and the short message is displayed in the called terminal, so that the called user can be reminded of the incoming call, the user can see the incoming call reminding notification in time, and the call completing rate of the network telephone is improved. And the network telephone application is jumped to in response to the touch operation aiming at the deep link by carrying the deep link of the network telephone application in the short message, so that the network telephone application is in an on-line state, a third call request is received, answering or hanging up is carried out on the third call request in response to the operation processing of the called user on the third call request in the network telephone application, so that the called user can directly answer or reject the answering operation on the network telephone by clicking the deep link, the user operation is facilitated, and the user experience is improved.
As one possible implementation, the incoming notification message may include a 5G message. The incoming call reminding method applied to the network telephone of the called terminal according to the embodiment of the application is further described below with reference to fig. 4. It should be noted that, for the description of the steps identical to or similar to those in the other embodiments, reference may be made to the other embodiments, and the description of this embodiment is omitted.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of another method for reminding an incoming call of a network phone according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, the incoming call reminding method of the network phone includes the following steps 401-405.
Step 401, receiving a 5G message including operation information sent by the SIM card application platform, where the operation information includes attribute information of a view detail key, and the attribute information includes a deep link of the internet phone application.
The 5G message is generated when a first call request sent to the network telephone application in the called terminal meets a preset condition, and is used for the called user to perform operation processing on the first call request.
In the embodiment of the application, under the condition that the SIM card application platform determines that the first call request meets the preset condition, a 5G message comprising operation information can be generated and sent to the called terminal. Correspondingly, the called terminal can receive the 5G message including the operation information sent by the SIM card application platform.
The 5G message may be generated and sent to the called terminal under the condition that the called terminal does not activate the SIM card application. Therefore, the incoming call notification message in the corresponding display form can be sent to the called terminal under the condition that the called terminal does not activate the SIM card application.
The 5G message, namely RCS (Rich Communication Suite, rich media communication) message, is an upgrade of short message service, is a basic telecommunication service of an operator, supports more media formats and has more expression forms. The 5G message can bear the forms of multimedia contents such as characters, pictures, audio and video, positions, cards and the like, also supports searching, menu options and online payment, has interaction capability of man-machine conversation and webpage skipping, and can provide enhanced message service for users.
Wherein, the 5G message can be issued to the 5G message module of the called terminal through the data network. The 5G message module is a module used for receiving the 5G message and carrying out the related processing of the 5G message in the called terminal. The 5G message can carry attribute information of the network telephone application, the identification of the calling user and the incoming call reminding text, so that the attribute information of the network telephone application, the identification of the calling user and the incoming call reminding text can be displayed in the form of a message card through an interactive interface of the chat robot Chatbot to remind the called user of the incoming call according to the first call request.
Step 402, a view details key is displayed based on the attribute information.
Specifically, after the 5G message module receives the 5G message, the view details key can be displayed through the interactive interface of the chat robot Chatbot.
Step 403, in response to the touch operation for the view detail key, jumping to the network phone application based on the deep link to restore the network phone application to the online state.
In one embodiment, the called user may perform a touch operation on the view details key, so that the called terminal (specifically, the 5G message module of the called terminal) may call up the network telephone application based on the deep link of the network telephone application included in the operation information in response to the touch operation on the view details key, that is, the called terminal jumps to the network telephone application, so as to restore the network telephone application to an online state. Step 404, receiving a fourth call request, the fourth call request being sent by the network telephony platform in response to detecting that the network telephony application is brought back online, the fourth call request being identical to the information comprised by the first call request.
In one embodiment, the landline platform may determine whether the first call request times out in response to detecting that the landline application in the called terminal is restored to an online state. The called terminal responds to the operation processing of the called user on the fourth call request in the network telephone application, and can answer or hang up the fourth call request. After the called user answers the fourth call request, the network telephone application in the called terminal can establish a media channel with the network telephone platform and enter a call interface to answer the fourth call request.
According to the incoming call reminding method of the network telephone, when the network telephone in the called terminal is used for incoming call, the 5G message comprising the operation information is sent to the called terminal through the SIM card application platform, and the 5G message comprising the detail checking key is displayed in the called terminal, so that the called user can be reminded of the incoming call, the user can see the incoming call reminding notification in time, and the call completing rate of the network telephone is improved. And the network telephone application is jumped to the network telephone application in response to the touch operation aiming at the detail checking key by carrying the deep link of the network telephone application in the 5G message, so that the network telephone application is in an on-line state, a fourth call request is received, the fourth call request is answered or hung up in response to the operation processing of the fourth call request performed by a called user in the network telephone application, so that the called user can directly answer or reject the answering operation of the network telephone by clicking the detail checking key, the network telephone application is jumped to, the user operation is facilitated, and the user experience is improved.
Next, an incoming call reminding method applied to a network phone of a SIM card application platform according to an embodiment of the present application is described with reference to fig. 5. It should be noted that, for the description of the steps identical to or similar to those in the other embodiments, reference may be made to the other embodiments, and the description of this embodiment is omitted.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of another method for reminding an incoming call of a network phone according to an embodiment of the present application.
It should be noted that, the method for reminding the incoming call of the network phone provided by the embodiment of the application can be executed by the incoming call reminding device of the network phone, wherein the incoming call reminding device of the network phone can be a SIM card application platform or can be configured in the SIM card application platform, and the application is not limited to this. The embodiment of the application takes the incoming call reminding device of the network telephone as an SIM card application platform as an example for explanation.
As shown in fig. 5, the incoming call reminding method of the network phone includes the following steps 501-503.
Step 501, determining that a first call request sent to a network telephony application in a called terminal satisfies a preset condition.
The first call request is a call request sent by the calling terminal to the called terminal through the network telephone platform.
The preset conditions may be set as required, for example, may be set such that the preset time period is exceeded and the user is not switched on, or answering is refused, etc. When the first call request satisfies the preset condition, it may be determined that the first call request is not connected.
In one embodiment, the SIM card application platform may determine whether the first call request meets a preset condition according to whether an incoming call notification request sent by the network phone platform is received.
Specifically, the network telephone platform may send a first paging request to a network telephone application in the called terminal, and send an incoming call notification request to the SIM card application platform in response to the first paging request meeting a preset condition. The incoming call notification request is used for requesting the SIM card application platform to push an incoming call notification message to the called terminal. After receiving the incoming call notification request, the SIM card application platform can determine that the first call request meets the preset condition.
The incoming call notification request may include a telephone number of the called terminal, attribute information of the network telephone application, an identification of the calling user, and the like.
Step 502, an incoming notification message including operation information is generated.
The operation information is information for implementing operation processing of the called user on the first call request, for example, the operation information may include a deep link of the network telephone application, and the network telephone application in the called terminal may be called up by the touch operation of the called user on the deep link, so as to answer or hang up the first call request in the network telephone application.
Step 503, sending an incoming call notification message to the called terminal, where the incoming call notification message is used for the called user to perform operation processing on the call request.
The operation process may include answering, hanging up, etc.
In one embodiment, the SIM card application platform may send an incoming call notification message to the called terminal through a phone number in the called party included in the incoming call notification request.
In summary, according to the incoming call reminding method of the network telephone provided by the embodiment of the application, the first call request sent to the network telephone application in the called terminal is determined to meet the preset condition through the SIM card application platform, the incoming call notification message including the operation information is generated, and the incoming call notification message is sent to the called terminal, wherein the incoming call notification message is used for the called user to operate and process the call request, so that when the network telephone application in the called terminal is not connected, the SIM card application platform sends the incoming call notification message including the operation information to the called terminal, and the called user can operate and process the incoming call based on the incoming call notification message, thereby improving the call completing rate of the network telephone.
As one possible implementation, the incoming notification message may include a SIM card application message. The following further describes an incoming call reminding method applied to the network phone of the SIM card application platform according to the embodiment of the present application, with reference to fig. 6. It should be noted that, for the description of the steps identical to or similar to those in the other embodiments, reference may be made to the other embodiments, and the description of this embodiment is omitted.

As shown in fig. 6, the incoming call reminding method of the network phone includes the following steps 601-605.
Step 601, determining that a first call request sent to a network telephony application in a called terminal meets a preset condition.
In step 602, a SIM card application message including operation information is generated, the operation information including attribute information of an answer key, the attribute information including a deep link of a web phone application.
The SIM card application message refers to a message which can be sent to and displayed in the SIM card application. The SIM card application message is a special data short message which follows the communication standard and can be analyzed by the SIM card application, and is sent to the called terminal through a short message channel and then sent to the SIM card application in the called terminal.
The attribute information of the answering key is used for displaying an incoming call reminding popup window comprising the answering key by the called terminal.
The network telephone application is used for receiving the response of the called terminal, and the network telephone application is started to be started.
In one embodiment, the operation information further includes attribute information of a reject button, which is used for displaying the reject button in the incoming call reminding popup by the called terminal, and canceling displaying the incoming call reminding popup in response to a touch operation for the reject button.
The operation information included in the SIM card application message comprises the attribute information of the answer key and/or the attribute information of the reject key, so that the called terminal can display an incoming call reminding popup window comprising the answer key and/or the reject key based on the attribute information of the answer key and/or the attribute information of the reject key, thereby carrying out incoming call reminding on the called user, leading the user to intuitively see the incoming call reminding notification, realizing the strong touch and strong reminding experience similar to that of a system-level phone, and effectively improving the call completing rate of the network phone. And through displaying the rejection key in the incoming call reminding popup, the called terminal responds to the touch operation aiming at the rejection key, and can cancel displaying the incoming call reminding popup, so that the called user directly closes the incoming call reminding popup through touching the rejection key.
In one embodiment, the SIM card application message may include attribute information of the internet phone application and an identifier of the calling subscriber, so that the attribute information of the internet phone application and the identifier of the calling subscriber may also be displayed in the incoming call alert and pop-up window.
In one embodiment, the SIM card application message may further include a phone number of the called terminal, so that the phone number of the called terminal may also be displayed in the incoming call alert and pop-up window.
In one embodiment, the incoming call notification message further includes an incoming call ring trigger for the called terminal to play an incoming call ring based on the incoming call ring trigger. Thereby, the call completing rate of the network telephone can be further improved.
In one embodiment, the incoming call notification message further includes a target duration for the called terminal to continuously display the incoming call reminding popup window and play the incoming call ringtone until the display duration of the incoming call reminding popup window and the play duration of the incoming call ringtone reach the target duration. Therefore, the called terminal can display the incoming call reminding popup window and/or play the incoming call bell according to the set target duration.
And 603, sending an SIM card application message to the called terminal, wherein the SIM card application message is used for the called user to operate and process the call request.
In one embodiment, the SIM card application platform may generate and send a SIM card application message to the called terminal if the called terminal has activated the SIM card application. That is, before step 602, the SIM card application platform may first determine whether the called terminal has activated the SIM card application, and if the called terminal has activated the SIM card application, then generate and send a SIM card application message to the called terminal, and if the called terminal has not activated the SIM card application, then generate and send an incoming call notification message in other display forms to the called terminal.
The SIM card application platform can store a user list of activated SIM card applications and a user list of unactivated SIM card applications, so that whether the called user has activated the SIM card applications is judged by inquiring the user list. When the called user activates the SIM card application, determining that the called terminal activates the SIM card application; and when the called user does not activate the SIM card application, determining that the called terminal does not activate the SIM card application.
Therefore, the SIM card application platform can flexibly generate and send the incoming call notification message in the corresponding display form to the called terminal according to the condition of whether the called terminal activates the SIM card application.
Step 604, receiving a notification message sent by the called terminal based on the touch operation for the answer key.
Step 605, a notification message is sent to the network telephony platform, the notification message being for the network telephony platform to connect a call with the network telephony application.
Specifically, under the condition that the called user performs touch operation on the answer button in the incoming call reminding popup window, the called terminal can generate a notification message based on the touch operation and send the notification message to the SIM card application platform, and then the SIM card application platform can send the received notification message to the network telephone platform, and the network telephone platform receives the notification message and detects that the network telephone application is in an on-line state, so that a call with the network telephone application can be continued.
In one embodiment, the notification message may include first operation result information indicating that the first call request has been answered. The 5G message module is a module used for receiving the 5G message and carrying out the related processing of the 5G message in the called terminal. The 5G message can carry attribute information of the network telephone application, the identification of the calling user and the incoming call reminding text, so that the attribute information of the network telephone application, the identification of the calling user and the incoming call reminding text can be displayed in the form of a message card through an interactive interface of the chat robot Chatbot to remind the called user of the incoming call according to the first call request.
In one embodiment, the SIM card application platform may generate and send a 5G message to the called terminal in the event that the called terminal does not activate the SIM card application. That is, before step 802, the SIM card application platform may first determine whether the called terminal has activated the SIM card application, and if the called terminal has not activated the SIM card application, then generate and send a 5G message to the called terminal, and if the called terminal has activated the SIM card application, then generate and send an incoming call notification message in other display forms to the called terminal.
The SIM card application platform can store a user list of activated SIM card applications and a user list of unactivated SIM card applications, so that whether the called user has activated the SIM card applications is judged by inquiring the user list. When the called user activates the SIM card application, determining that the called terminal activates the SIM card application; and when the called user does not activate the SIM card application, determining that the called terminal does not activate the SIM card application.
Therefore, the SIM card application platform can flexibly generate and send the incoming call notification message in the corresponding display form to the called terminal according to the condition of whether the called terminal activates the SIM card application.
According to the incoming call reminding method of the network telephone, when the network telephone in the called terminal is used for incoming call, the 5G message comprising the operation information is sent to the called terminal through the SIM card application platform, so that the 5G message comprising the detail checking key can be displayed in the called terminal, the incoming call reminding is carried out on the called user, the user can timely see the incoming call reminding notice, and the call completing rate of the network telephone is improved. And through carrying the deep link of the network telephone application in the 5G message, the called terminal can jump to the network telephone application in response to the touch operation aiming at the detail checking key, so that the network telephone application is restored to the on-line state, the called user can jump to the network telephone application to answer or reject the answering operation by clicking the detail checking key, the user operation is facilitated, and the user experience is improved.
The following describes the implementation process of the incoming call reminding method of the network phone according to the embodiment of the present application when the incoming call notification message includes the SIM card application message with reference to the signaling interaction diagram shown in fig. 9.

in step 901, the network telephony platform sends a first call request to a network telephony application in a called terminal.

In step 903, the network phone platform sends an incoming notification request to the SIM card application platform.
In step 904, the sim card application platform determines that the first call request sent to the network telephony application in the called terminal meets a preset condition.

The operation information comprises attribute information of the answering key, and the attribute information comprises deep links of the network telephone application.

In step 907, the called terminal displays an incoming call reminding popup including the answer key based on the attribute information of the answer key.
Referring to step 9071, the called terminal includes a SIM card application and an operating system, after the SIM card application receives the SIM card application message, the SIM card application message may be parsed to obtain attribute information of the answer key, and a corresponding active command is sent to the operating system, so that the operating system is triggered to display an incoming call reminding popup including the answer key.
In one embodiment, the SIM card application message further includes an incoming ring trigger, and the called terminal may play an incoming ring based on the incoming ring trigger.
In one embodiment, the SIM card application message further includes a target duration, and the called terminal may continuously display the incoming call alert window and play the incoming call ringtone based on the target duration until the display duration of the incoming call alert window and the play duration of the incoming call ringtone reach the target duration.
In step 908, the called terminal jumps to the network phone application based on the deep link of the network phone application in response to the touch operation for the answer button, so as to restore the network phone application to the online state.
Specifically, the called terminal (specifically, the operating system of the called terminal) responds to the touch operation for the answer key, and can call up the network telephone application based on the deep link of the network telephone application, that is, the called terminal can jump to the network telephone application, so that the network telephone application is restored to the online state.
In one embodiment, the operation information further includes attribute information of a reject key, and the incoming call reminding popup further includes a reject key; the called terminal can respond to the touch operation aiming at the refusal key to cancel displaying the incoming call reminding popup.
In step 909, the called terminal sends a request to update the presence status to the network telephony platform.
Specifically, after the online telephone application in the called terminal resumes the online state, a request for updating the online state may be sent to the online telephone platform, so that the online telephone platform updates the online state of the online telephone application.

Therefore, the called user can directly establish a media channel between the network telephone platform and the network telephone application by performing one-time touch operation on the contact button in the incoming call reminding popup window, and directly enter a call interface, so that the called user can conveniently answer the network telephone, the operation required by the called user when answering the network telephone is reduced, and the user experience is improved. And through displaying the incoming call reminding popup window, the called user answers the network telephone through an answer button in the incoming call reminding popup window, so that the similar strong touch, strong reminding and connection experience of the network telephone and the system-level telephone can be realized, and the call completing rate of the network telephone is effectively improved.
Next, with reference to fig. 10, a further description is given of an implementation procedure of the method for reminding an incoming call of a network phone according to an embodiment of the present application in a case where an incoming call notification message includes a short message.

In step 1013, the network telephone platform sends missed call information to the network telephone application in the called terminal if the first call request has been released over time.
Therefore, when the network telephone in the called terminal is used for calling, the SIM card application platform is used for sending a short message including operation information to the called terminal, and the short message is displayed in the called terminal, so that the called user can be reminded of the calling, the user can see the reminding notification of the calling in time, and the call completing rate of the network telephone is improved. And the called terminal responds to the touch operation aiming at the deep link by carrying the deep link of the network telephone application in the short message, jumps to the network telephone application so as to enable the network telephone application to be in an on-line state, and the network telephone platform sends a third call request, so that a called user can directly jump to the network telephone application to answer or reject to answer the network telephone by clicking the deep link, thereby facilitating the user operation and improving the user experience.
Next, with reference to fig. 11, a further description will be given of an implementation procedure of the method for reminding an incoming call of a network phone according to an embodiment of the present application in a case where an incoming call notification message includes a 5G message.

The operation information comprises attribute information of a detail checking key, and the attribute information of the detail checking key comprises a deep link of the network telephone application.
In step 1106, the sim card application platform sends a 5G message to the called terminal.
The 5G message is used for the called user to operate and process the call request.
The SIM card application platform can specifically send the 5G message to a 5G message module of the called terminal through a data network. The 5G message module is a module used for receiving the 5G message and carrying out the related processing of the 5G message in the called terminal.
Step 1107, the called terminal displays the 5G message and displays a view detail key based on the attribute information.
After receiving the 5G message, the 5G message module can display the 5G message and view detail keys through an interactive interface of the chat robot Chatbot.
In step 1108, the called terminal jumps to the network phone application based on the deep link of the network phone application in response to the touch operation for the view details key, so as to restore the network phone application to the online state.
The called terminal (particularly, a 5G message module of the called terminal) responds to the touch operation for the view detail key, and can call up the network telephone application based on the deep link of the network telephone application included in the operation information, that is, the called terminal jumps to the network telephone application, so that the network telephone application is restored to an online state.
In step 1109, the called terminal sends a request to update the presence status to the network telephony platform.
Specifically, after the network telephone application resumes the online state, a request for updating the online state may be sent to the network telephone platform, so that the network telephone platform updates the online state of the network telephone application.
In step 1110, the landline platform determines whether the first call request has timed out in response to detecting that the landline application is restored to an online state.

In one embodiment, after a media channel is established between the network telephone application and the network telephone platform, a call interface may be directly displayed, the called user may perform operation processing on the fourth call request in the network telephone application, and the called terminal may answer or hang up the fourth call request in response to the operation processing on the fourth call request by the called user in the network telephone application.
In step 1113, the landline platform sends missed call information to the landline application in the called terminal if the first call request has been released over time.
Therefore, when the network telephone in the called terminal is used for calling, the 5G message comprising the operation information is sent to the called terminal through the SIM card application platform, and the 5G message comprising the detail checking key is displayed in the called terminal, so that the called user can be reminded of the calling, the user can timely see the reminding notification of the calling, and the call completing rate of the network telephone is improved. And through carrying the deep link of the network telephone application in the 5G message, the called terminal can jump to the network telephone application in response to the touch operation of the detail checking key, so that the network telephone application is restored to the on-line state, and the network telephone platform sends a fourth call request, so that a called user can jump to the network telephone application to answer or reject the answering operation by clicking the detail checking key directly, thereby facilitating the user operation and improving the user experience.
Fig. 12 is a schematic structural diagram of an incoming call reminding apparatus applied to a network phone of a called terminal according to an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 12, the incoming call reminding apparatus 1200 of the network telephone includes: a first transceiver module 1210.
A first transceiver module 1210, configured to receive an incoming call notification message including operation information sent by the SIM card application platform;
the incoming call notification message is generated when a first call request sent to the network telephone application in the called terminal meets a preset condition, and is used for the called user to perform operation processing on the first call request.
It should be noted that, the incoming call reminding apparatus 1200 for a network phone according to the embodiment of the present application may execute the incoming call reminding method for a network phone executed by the called terminal in the foregoing embodiment. The incoming call reminding apparatus 1200 of the network phone may be a called terminal, or may be configured in the called terminal, which is not limited by the present application.
In one embodiment, the incoming call notification message includes a SIM card application message, and the incoming call reminder 1200 of the network phone further includes: the first display module is used for displaying an incoming call reminding popup window comprising the answering key based on the attribute information of the answering key included in the operation information; the first processing module is used for responding to the touch operation of the answering key, jumping to the network telephone application based on the deep link of the network telephone application included in the attribute information of the answering key so as to enable the network telephone application to be in an on-line state; the first transceiver module 1210 is further configured to: based on the touch operation aiming at the answering key, a notification message is sent to the network telephone platform through the SIM card application platform, and the notification message is used for the network telephone platform to connect a call with the network telephone application.
In one embodiment, the notification message includes first operation result information indicating that the first call request has been answered; the network telephone platform is used for receiving the first operation result information, detecting that the network telephone application is in an on-line state, retransmitting a second call request carrying an automatic answering identifier to the network telephone application, wherein the automatic answering identifier is used for indicating the network telephone application to answer the second call request automatically, and establishing a media channel with the network telephone platform.
In one embodiment, the operation information further includes attribute information of a reject key, and the incoming call reminding popup further includes a reject key; the first display module is further used for canceling to display the incoming call reminding popup in response to the touch operation aiming at the refusing key.
In one embodiment, the SIM card application message includes an incoming ring trigger, and the incoming call alert device 1200 of the network phone further includes: and the playing module is used for playing the incoming call ringtone based on the incoming call ringtone trigger identifier.
In one embodiment, the SIM card application message further includes a target duration, and the first display module is further configured to: based on the target duration, continuously displaying the incoming call reminding popup until the display duration of the incoming call reminding popup reaches the target duration; the playing module is also used for: and continuously displaying and playing the incoming call bell based on the target duration until the playing duration of the incoming call bell reaches the target duration.

The incoming call reminding device of the network telephone provided by the embodiment of the application can be used for executing the technical scheme of the incoming call reminding method of the network telephone executed by the called terminal side in the embodiment, and the implementation principle and the technical effect are similar and are not repeated here.
According to the incoming call reminding device of the network telephone, the incoming call notification message comprising the operation information and sent by the SIM card application platform is received through the called terminal, wherein the incoming call notification message is generated when a first call request sent to the network telephone application in the called terminal meets a preset condition, the incoming call notification message is used for the called user to operate and process the first call request, and the incoming call notification message is used for the called user to operate and process the first call request, so that when the network telephone application in the called terminal is not connected, the SIM card application platform sends the incoming call notification message comprising the operation information to the called terminal, and the called user can operate and process the incoming call based on the incoming call notification message, and the call completing rate of the network telephone is improved.

As shown in fig. 13, the incoming call reminding apparatus 1300 of the network telephone includes: a determination module 1310, a generation module 1320, and a second transceiver module 1330.
A determining module 1310, configured to determine that a first call request sent to a network phone application in a called terminal meets a preset condition;

In one embodiment, the SIM card application message includes an incoming ring trigger for the called terminal to play an incoming ring based on the incoming ring trigger.
In one embodiment, the SIM card application message further includes a target duration for the called terminal to continuously display the incoming call alert window and play the incoming call ringtone until the display duration of the incoming call alert window and the play duration of the incoming call ringtone reach the target duration.

It should be noted that, it should be understood that the division of the modules of the above apparatus is merely a division of a logic function, and may be fully or partially integrated into a physical entity or may be physically separated. And these modules may all be implemented in software in the form of calls by the processing element; or can be realized in hardware; the method can also be realized in a form of calling software by a processing element, and the method can be realized in a form of hardware by a part of modules. For example, the generating module 1320 may be a processing element that is set up separately, may be implemented in a chip of the above apparatus, or may be stored in a memory of the above apparatus in the form of a program code, and the functions of the generating module 1320 may be invoked and executed by a processing element of the above apparatus. The implementation of the other modules is similar. In addition, all or part of the modules can be integrated together or can be independently implemented. The processing element here may be an integrated circuit with signal processing capabilities. By way of example, and not limitation, such architectures include industry Standard architecture (Industry Standard Architecture; hereinafter ISA) bus, micro channel architecture (Micro Channel Architecture; hereinafter MAC) bus, enhanced ISA bus, video electronics standards Association (Video Electronics Standards Association; hereinafter VESA) local bus, and peripheral component interconnect (Peripheral Component Interconnection; hereinafter PCI) bus.
Electronic device 12 typically includes a variety of computer system readable media. Such media can be any available media that is accessible by electronic device 12 and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
Memory 28 may include computer system readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as random access memory (Random Access Memory; hereinafter: RAM) 30 and/or cache memory 32. The electronic device 12 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, storage system 34 may be used to read from or write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (not shown in FIG. 16, commonly referred to as a "hard disk drive").
Although not shown in fig. 16, a magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk"), and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable nonvolatile optical disk (e.g., a compact disk read only memory (Compact Disc Read Only Memory; hereinafter CD-ROM), digital versatile read only optical disk (Digital Video Disc Read Only Memory; hereinafter DVD-ROM), or other optical media) may be provided. In such cases, each drive may be coupled to bus 18 through one or more data medium interfaces. Memory 28 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the application.
A program/utility 40 having a set (at least one) of program modules 42 may be stored in, for example, memory 28, such program modules 42 including, but not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each or some combination of which may include an implementation of a network environment. Program modules 42 generally perform the functions and/or methods of the embodiments described herein.
The electronic device 12 may also communicate with one or more external devices 14 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 24, etc.), one or more devices that enable a user to interact with the electronic device 12, and/or any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable the electronic device 12 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may occur through an input/output (I/O) interface 22. Also, the electronic device 12 may communicate with one or more networks, such as a local area network (Local Area Network; hereinafter: LAN), a wide area network (Wide Area Network; hereinafter: WAN) and/or a public network, such as the Internet, via the network adapter 20. As shown in fig. 16, the network adapter 20 communicates with other modules of the electronic device 12 over the bus 18. It should be appreciated that although not shown in fig. 16, other hardware and/or software modules may be used in connection with electronic device 12, including, but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, data backup storage systems, and the like.
The processing unit 16 executes various functional applications and data processing by running a program stored in the memory 28, for example, implementing the incoming call reminding method of the network phone mentioned in the foregoing embodiment.

Claims (24)

1. An incoming call reminding method of a network telephone is applied to a called terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving an incoming call notification message comprising operation information sent by a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card application platform;
The incoming call notification message is generated when a first call request sent to the network telephone application in the called terminal meets a preset condition, and is used for the called user to operate and process the first call request.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the incoming notification message comprises a SIM card application message, the method further comprising:
displaying an incoming call reminding popup window comprising the answering key based on the attribute information of the answering key included in the operation information;
responding to the touch operation of the answering key, and jumping to the network telephone application based on the deep link of the network telephone application included in the attribute information of the answering key so as to enable the network telephone application to be in an on-line state;
and based on the touch operation of the answering key, sending a notification message to a network telephone platform through the SIM card application platform, wherein the notification message is used for the network telephone platform to connect a call with the network telephone application.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the notification message includes first operation result information indicating that the first call request has been answered;
The first operation result information is used for responding to the received first operation result information by the network telephone platform, detecting that the network telephone application is in an on-line state, retransmitting a second call request carrying an automatic answering identifier to the network telephone application, wherein the automatic answering identifier is used for indicating the network telephone application to automatically answer the second call request, and establishing a media channel with the network telephone platform.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein the operation information further includes attribute information of a reject key, and the incoming call reminder popup further includes the reject key; the method further comprises the steps of:
and responding to the touch operation of the rejection key, and canceling to display the incoming call reminding popup.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the SIM card application message includes an incoming ring trigger, the method further comprising:
and playing the incoming call ringtone based on the incoming call ringtone trigger identifier.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the SIM card application message further comprises a target duration, the method further comprising:
And continuously displaying the incoming call reminding popup window and playing the incoming call bell based on the target duration until the display duration of the incoming call reminding popup window and the playing duration of the incoming call bell reach the target duration.
7. The method according to any of claims 2-6, characterized in that the called terminal has activated a SIM card application.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the incoming notification message comprises a short message and the operational information comprises a deep link of the network telephony application; the method further comprises the steps of:
displaying the short message including the deep link;
in response to a touch operation for the deep link, jumping to the network telephone application to restore the network telephone application to an online state;
receiving a third call request, wherein the third call request is sent by a network telephone platform in response to detecting that the network telephone application is restored to be online, and the third call request is identical to the information included in the first call request;
and responding to the operation processing of the called user on the third call request in the network telephone application, and answering or hanging up the third call request.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the incoming notification message comprises a 5G message, and the operation information comprises attribute information of a view details key, and wherein the attribute information comprises a deep link of the internet phone application; the method further comprises the steps of:
displaying the view detail key based on the attribute information;
responding to the touch operation of the detail view key, and jumping to the network telephone application based on the deep link so as to enable the network telephone application to be in an online state;
receiving a fourth call request, wherein the fourth call request is sent by a network telephone platform in response to detecting that the network telephone application is restored to be online, and the fourth call request is identical to the information included in the first call request;
and responding to the operation processing of the called user on the fourth call request in the network telephone application, and answering or hanging up the fourth call request.
10. A method according to claim 8 or 9, characterized in that the called terminal does not activate a SIM card application.
11. An incoming call reminding method of a network telephone is applied to a SIM card application platform, and comprises the following steps:
Determining that a first call request sent to a network telephone application in a called terminal meets a preset condition;
generating an incoming call notification message including operation information;
and sending the incoming call notification message to the called terminal, wherein the incoming call notification message is used for the called user to operate and process the call request.
12. The method of claim 11, wherein the incoming call notification message comprises a SIM card application message, and the operation information comprises attribute information of an answer key, and is used for displaying an incoming call reminder popup window comprising the answer key by the called terminal;
the attribute information comprises a deep link of the network telephone application, and is used for enabling the called terminal to jump to the network telephone application based on the deep link in response to the touch operation of the answering key so as to enable the network telephone application to be in an on-line state;
the method further comprises the steps of:
and receiving a notification message sent by the called terminal based on the touch operation, and sending the notification message to a network telephone platform, wherein the notification message is used for connecting a call with the network telephone application by the network telephone platform.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein the operation information further includes attribute information of a rejection key for displaying the rejection key in the incoming call reminder popup by the called terminal, and canceling displaying the incoming call reminder popup in response to a touch operation for the rejection key.
14. The method of claim 12, wherein the SIM card application message includes an incoming ring trigger for the called terminal to play an incoming ring based on the incoming ring trigger.
15. The method of claim 14, wherein the SIM card application message further includes a target duration for the called terminal to continue displaying the incoming call alert window and playing an incoming call ringtone until the display duration of the incoming call alert window and the playing duration of the incoming call ringtone reach the target duration.
16. Method according to any of claims 12-15, characterized in that the incoming notification message is generated and sent in case the called terminal has activated a SIM card application.
17. The method of claim 11, wherein the incoming notification message comprises a short message; the operation information comprises a deep link of the network telephone application, and is used for the called terminal to jump to the network telephone application in response to the touch operation for the deep link so as to enable the network telephone application to be in an online state.
18. The method of claim 11, wherein the incoming notification message comprises a 5G message;
the operation information comprises attribute information of a detail checking key, and is used for displaying the detail checking key by the called terminal;
the attribute information comprises a deep link of the network telephone application, and the deep link is used for the called terminal to jump to the network telephone application based on the deep link in response to the touch operation of the detail viewing key so as to enable the network telephone application to be in an online state.
19. A method according to claim 17 or 18, characterized in that the incoming notification message is generated and sent in case the called terminal does not activate a SIM card application.
20. An incoming call reminding apparatus of a network telephone, applied to a called terminal, comprising:
the first receiving and transmitting module is used for receiving an incoming call notification message which comprises operation information and is sent by the SIM card application platform;
the incoming call notification message is generated when a first call request sent to the network telephone application in the called terminal meets a preset condition, and is used for the called user to operate and process the first call request.
21. An incoming call reminding apparatus of a network telephone, applied to a SIM card application platform, comprising:
the determining module is used for determining that a first call request sent to the network telephone application in the called terminal meets a preset condition;
the generating module is used for generating an incoming call notification message comprising operation information;
and the second transceiver module is used for sending the incoming call notification message to the called terminal, wherein the incoming call notification message is used for the called user to operate and process the call request.

at least one processor; and
a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor; wherein,

23. The incoming call reminding system of the network telephone is characterized by comprising a SIM card application platform and a called terminal provided with a network telephone application; wherein,
the called terminal being adapted to implement the method of any of claims 1-10;
The SIM card application platform is for implementing the method of any one of claims 11-19.
24. A storage medium storing instructions that, when executed on an electronic device, cause the electronic device to perform the method of any one of claims 1-10 or to perform the method of any one of claims 11-19.
