It should be noted that the terms "first" and "second" and the like in the description and claims of the present application and the above figures are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged where appropriate such that embodiments of the present application described herein may be implemented in sequences other than those illustrated or otherwise described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an automatic mail clearing method according to an embodiment of the present application, where the embodiment is applicable to a case of automatically clearing mails received in a mail system, and the method may be performed by an automatic mail clearing device, and the device may be implemented by software and/or hardware and specifically configured in the mail system, for example, an email box.
Referring to the automatic mail cleaning method shown in fig. 1, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s110, acquiring an unprocessed mail, and determining the mail type of the unprocessed mail.
The unprocessed mail may be mail received in the mail system that has not been automatically cleared. For example, after the mail system starts the mail automatic cleaning function, the mail system periodically scans the received mail to determine whether a cleaning operation is required for the mail.
The mail type may be a purpose or attribute of the mail for classifying the mail. By way of example, mail types may include daily newspapers, notifications, meeting offers, calendars, advertisements, and the like, as this application is not specifically limited. Optionally, the mail type of the unprocessed mail is determined by the network data leakage protection system. The network data leakage protection system (network data leakage prevention, NDLP) is a system that can detect data in transmission, storage and use of mail systems based on deep content identification technology. Training a pre-established NDLP through a mail sample with a label to obtain a trained NDLP, and determining the mail type of an unprocessed mail through the trained NDLP. Preferably, after the user manually modifies the determined mail type, taking the mail and the mail type modified by the user as a sample, training the NDLP, and updating the NDLP so as to improve the accuracy of the mail type determined by the updated NDLP and meet the personalized requirement of the user.
S120, matching corresponding mail cleaning rules according to the mail types of unprocessed mails; the mail cleaning rules are updated periodically according to the manual mail cleaning data during the historical time period.
The mail cleaning rule may be a cleaning rule for different mails, and is used for determining a rule for cleaning unprocessed mails. By way of example, mail clear rules may include mail identification, mail type, trigger action, and clear period. The mail identification may represent the importance of the mail and may be used to determine different cleanup deadlines. By way of example, mail identifications may include no identifications, collections, asterisks, set-top, to-do, importance, and the like. For example, when mail is identified as being collected, no automatic cleaning is performed. For example, when mail is marked as star, set top, pending or important, no cleaning is performed or the cleaning period is delayed relative to no marking. The trigger action may be an action that triggers the mail to automatically clear. By way of example, the triggering action may be receipt of mail, reading, replying to, forwarding, meeting start, meeting end, calendar start and calendar end, etc. Different mail types may correspond to different trigger actions. For example, the mail type is a meeting-invited mail, and the trigger action may be reading, meeting start, or meeting end. The cleaning period may be one week, one ten days, one month, or the like, which is not particularly limited in this application.
Different mail types correspond to different mail cleaning rules, and the corresponding mail cleaning rules can be determined according to the mail types. The manual mail clear data may be related data that the user manually clear the mail. Specifically, the manual mail cleaning data includes a mail identifier, a mail type, a trigger action, a post-trigger time length, and the like of the manual mail cleaning. Alternatively, the manual mail clear data may also be related data of the mail manually restored by the user. And updating the mail cleaning rule through the related data of the mail manually restored by the user, so that the error cleaning of the mail is reduced. The historical time period may be a period of time prior to the current time. By way of example, the historical time period may be one week, one month, two months, etc., prior to the current time, as this application is not specifically limited. In order to enable the mail cleaning rule to better meet the personalized requirements of users, the mail cleaning rule is updated periodically according to manual mail cleaning data of the manually cleaned or restored mails of the users in a historical time period.
S130, cleaning the unprocessed mails according to the matched mail cleaning rules.
Judging the unprocessed mails according to the matched mail cleaning rules, and cleaning the mails if the unprocessed mails meet the corresponding mail cleaning rules. Specifically, whether the mail identification, the mail type, the triggering action, the cleaning period and the like of the unprocessed mails meet the mail cleaning rules can be sequentially judged, and if so, the unprocessed mails are determined to meet the matched mail cleaning rules. If the unprocessed mail meets the matched mail cleaning rule, storing the mail into a to-be-deleted list, and deleting the mail in the to-be-deleted list at a preset deleting time point. And providing buffering time for restoring the mail to the user by storing the mail into the to-be-deleted list. For example, after the mail of which the user forgets to mark the collection mark moves to the to-be-deleted list after meeting the mail cleaning rule, the user has a certain buffer time to restore the mail, so that the probability of deleting the mail by mistake is reduced, and the user experience is improved. The preset deletion time point may be a fixed time of each week or each month, and may be determined according to the capacity of the mail storage system of the user, the frequency of receiving new mails, and the like, which is not particularly limited in this application. For example, the preset deletion time point may be No. 5 a week two or month, or the like.
According to the technical scheme, an unprocessed mail is obtained, and the mail type of the unprocessed mail is determined; matching corresponding mail cleaning rules according to the mail types of the unprocessed mails; the mail cleaning rule is updated according to the manual mail cleaning data in the historical time period at regular intervals; the mail cleaning rule is updated according to the manual mail cleaning data, so that the mail cleaning rule can be more in line with the requirements of users, and the flexibility of the mail cleaning rule is improved; and cleaning the untreated mails according to the matched mail cleaning rules, so that the untreated mails are automatically cleaned, users are not required to manually clean the mails, and the mail cleaning efficiency is improved. Therefore, through the technical scheme of the application, the problems that a great deal of energy is consumed by a user when the user manually cleans the mails, the cleaning efficiency is low, fixed cleaning rules are set, the flexibility is poor, and personalized requirements of different users cannot be met are solved, and the effects of improving the mail cleaning efficiency and meeting the personalized requirements of different users are achieved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a flowchart method of an automatic mail cleaning method according to a second embodiment of the present application, and the technical solution of this embodiment is further refined based on the above technical solution.
Further, on the basis of the technical scheme, a mail cleaning rule periodic updating mode is added: acquiring manual operation of a user in a history cleaning period; the manual operations include at least one of manual deletion, manual restoration, and manual type modification; according to the manual operation, the mail cleaning rule "corresponding to the mail type is updated to periodically update the mail cleaning rule.
Referring to fig. 2, an automatic mail cleaning method includes:
s210, acquiring manual operation of a user in a history cleaning period; the manual operations include at least one of manual deletion, manual restoration, and manual type modification.
The manual operation may be an operation performed manually by a user on the mail. The manual operations include at least one of manual deletion, manual restoration, and manual type modification. Manual deletion may be the user manually deleting mail. Manual restoration may be for the user to manually restore mail from the delete list. The manual type modification is a user manually modifying the determined mail type. The manual operation of the user can reflect the personalized requirements of the user.
S220, updating mail cleaning rules of the corresponding mail types according to manual operation.
And updating the rule corresponding to the operation content in the cleaning rule corresponding to the mail type according to the triggering action and the time length after the action of the manual operation. In order to eliminate the specificity of manual operation, after the number of times of the same manual operation of the same mail type reaches a certain number in a preset time, the mail cleaning rule of the corresponding mail type can be updated, so that the mail cleaning rule is ensured to meet the personalized requirement of a user, and meanwhile, the probability of false cleaning is reduced. For example, for a temporarily cancelled meeting, the user may delete the corresponding meeting offer mail immediately, but cannot modify the deletion rule of the mail clear rule whose mail type is meeting offer according to this manual operation. For example, if the user manually deletes the corresponding meeting offer mail after the meeting starts 10 times in a month, the deletion rule corresponding to the mail with the mail type of meeting offer may be modified to delete the original mail after the meeting starts.
In an alternative embodiment, if the manual operation is manual deletion, updating the mail cleaning rule corresponding to the mail type according to the manual operation includes: acquiring a mail type, an action type and a post-action duration corresponding to the manually deleted mail; accumulating the deleting operation times of manually deleting the same mail type; if the number of deleting operations is greater than or equal to a preset manual deleting threshold, updating mail cleaning rules of the corresponding mail types according to the action types and the time length after the actions of manually deleting the corresponding mails.
If the manual operation is manual deletion, namely the user manually deletes the mail, the mail type of the user manually deletes the mail and the manual mail cleaning data are obtained. The manual mail clear data includes an action type and a post-action duration. The action type may be manual deletion of the corresponding trigger action. Different mail types may correspond to different action types. For example, when the mail type is a meeting offer, the action type may be reading, meeting start, or meeting end. For another example, when the mail type is a notification, the action type may be reading. The post-action duration may be a duration to a user's manual deletion time after the action type occurs.
The preset manual deletion threshold may be a minimum of the number of manual deletions within a preset time period for the same mail type. That is, in a preset time period, if the number of manual deletion times is greater than or equal to a preset manual deletion threshold value for a certain type of mail, the mail cleaning rule corresponding to the mail type can be updated. The preset manual deletion threshold value corresponding to different mail types may be different.
And accumulating the times of the deletion operation for manually deleting the same mail type in a preset time period, and respectively updating the trigger action and the cleaning period in the mail cleaning rule according to the action type and the post-action duration of the deletion operation when the times of the deletion operation are greater than or equal to a preset manual deletion threshold value. Specifically, the average value, the median value, or a value greater than the average value of the action duration of the deletion operation in the preset time period is used as the cleaning period, which is not particularly limited in this application. For example, the average value of the operation time periods of the deletion operation in a predetermined time period is increased by 1 day as the cleaning period.
The mail type, the action type and the post-action duration corresponding to the manually deleted mail are obtained; accumulating the deleting operation times of manually deleting the same mail type; if the number of deletion operations is greater than or equal to the preset manual deletion threshold, updating the mail cleaning rule corresponding to the mail type according to the action type and the time after the action of manually deleting the corresponding mail, and updating the corresponding mail cleaning rule according to the deletion operation of the user, so that the mail cleaning rule is more in line with the personalized requirements of the user, meanwhile, the influence of special deletion operations on the mail cleaning rule is avoided by accumulating the number of deletion operations, the erroneous deletion operations on the mail are reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In an alternative embodiment, if the manual operation is manual recovery, updating the mail cleaning rule corresponding to the mail type according to the manual operation includes: acquiring a mail type corresponding to the manually restored mail; accumulating the recovery operation times of manually recovering the same mail type; and if the recovery operation times are greater than or equal to a preset manual recovery threshold, deleting the mail cleaning rule of the corresponding mail type.
Manual restoration may restore mail from the delete list manually for the user. If the manual operation is manual restoration, the mail type of the manual restoration mail is obtained. The preset manual restoration threshold may be a minimum of the number of manual restoration times within a preset time period for the same mail type. And accumulating the recovery operation times of manually recovering the same mail type, and deleting the mail cleaning rule of the corresponding mail type if the recovery operation times are greater than or equal to a preset manual recovery threshold value.
The mail type corresponding to the manually restored mail is obtained; accumulating the recovery operation times of manually recovering the same mail type; if the recovery operation times are greater than or equal to the preset manual recovery threshold value, deleting the mail cleaning rule corresponding to the mail type, deleting the deletion rule corresponding to the mail recovered by the user for many times in time, and updating the mail cleaning rule, so that the mail cleaning rule meets the personalized requirements of the user, meanwhile, the influence of the special recovery operation on the mail cleaning rule is avoided by setting the manual recovery threshold value, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In an alternative embodiment, if the manual operation is a manual type modification, updating the mail cleaning rule corresponding to the mail type according to the manual operation includes: acquiring a mail type before modification corresponding to the mail with the manual type modification; accumulating the number of modification operations for performing manual type modification on the same pre-modification mail type; if the number of the modification operations is greater than or equal to a preset manual modification threshold, a mail type mapping rule corresponding to the mail type before modification is generated.
The manual type modification may manually modify the mail type of the mail for the user. By way of example, manual type modification may include both cases, either modifying the mail type of the mail to an existing other mail type or modifying the mail type to an absent mail type. The preset manual modification threshold may be a minimum of the number of times the mail type is manually modified within a preset time period for the same mail type.
Accumulating the number of modification operations for performing manual type modification on the same pre-modification mail type; if the number of the modification operations is greater than or equal to a preset manual modification threshold, a mail type mapping rule corresponding to the mail type before modification is generated. For example, when the manual type modification is to modify the mail type of the mail into other existing mail types, a mail type mapping rule corresponding to the mail type before modification is generated, and a mapping relationship between the mail type before modification and the mail type after modification may be established. For example, when the manual type modification is to modify the mail type of the mail into other non-existing mail types, a mail type mapping rule corresponding to the mail type before modification is generated, a mapping relationship between the mail type before modification and the mail type after modification may be established, a mail sample may be generated, and the network data leakage protection system is trained, so that the trained network data leakage protection system can identify the mail type of the type.
The mail type before modification corresponding to the mail modified by the manual type is obtained; accumulating the number of modification operations for performing manual type modification on the same pre-modification mail type; if the number of the modification operations is greater than or equal to a preset manual modification threshold, a mail type mapping rule corresponding to the mail type before modification is generated, a judgment rule of the mail type is updated in time, personalized requirements of users are met, accurate mail types are provided for subsequent steps, and the accuracy of cleaning unprocessed mails is guaranteed.
S230, acquiring the unprocessed mail, and determining the mail type of the unprocessed mail.
S240, matching corresponding mail cleaning rules according to the mail types of unprocessed mails; the mail cleaning rules are updated periodically according to the manual mail cleaning data during the historical time period.
S250, cleaning the unprocessed mails according to the matched mail cleaning rules.
It should be noted that the mail clear rule is updated periodically, that is, S210-S220 may also occur after S230-S250, which is only one possible example. The update period of the mail cleaning rule may be determined according to the receiving frequency of the mail, the manual operation frequency, or the like, or may be set manually, which is not particularly limited in this application.
According to the technical scheme, the manual operation of a user in a history cleaning period is obtained; the manual operations include at least one of manual deletion, manual restoration, and manual type modification; according to the manual operation, updating mail cleaning rules corresponding to mail types, acquiring personalized requirements of users according to the manual operation, and updating the corresponding mail cleaning rules, so that mail cleaning meets the personalized requirements of the users, and the satisfaction degree of the users is improved.
Example III
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a flowchart method of an automatic mail cleaning method according to a third embodiment of the present application, where the technical solution of the present embodiment is further refined on the basis of the technical solution.
Further, "clean untreated mail according to the matched mail cleaning rule", the method is refined as follows: judging whether the unprocessed mail generates a triggering action in the matched mail cleaning rule or not; if yes, accumulating the triggering time after the triggering action; and cleaning the unprocessed mails according to the triggering time length so as to automatically clean the mails.
Referring to fig. 3, an automatic mail cleaning method includes:
s310, acquiring an unprocessed mail, and determining the mail type of the unprocessed mail.
S320, matching corresponding mail cleaning rules according to the mail types of unprocessed mails; the mail cleaning rules are updated periodically according to the manual mail cleaning data during the historical time period.
S330, judging whether the unprocessed mail generates a triggering action in the matched mail cleaning rule.
Triggering acts as triggering an action to clear the mail. And after the mail cleaning rule is matched according to the mail type of the mail, acquiring a triggering action in the mail cleaning rule. And judging whether the untreated mail generates a triggering action or not. For example, if the mail type is meeting offer and the triggering action in the corresponding mail cleaning rule is meeting start, the meeting start time is extracted from the unprocessed mail, whether the meeting starts or not is judged according to the current time, and if the current time is later than the meeting start time, the triggering action can be determined to occur.
And S340, if so, accumulating the triggering time after the triggering action occurs.
The trigger time length may be a time length after the trigger action occurs, that is, a time length from the trigger action to the current time. If so, namely, the trigger action occurs, the duration from the trigger action to the current time is accumulated. Otherwise, no processing is required.
S350, cleaning the unprocessed mails according to the triggering time.
Extracting a cleaning period in the matched mail processing rule, adding the unprocessed mail into a deletion list when the triggering period is greater than or equal to the cleaning period, and deleting the mail in the deletion list at a preset deletion time.
According to the technical scheme, whether the unprocessed mail generates the triggering action in the matched mail cleaning rule is judged; if yes, accumulating the triggering time after the triggering action; according to the triggering time length, the untreated mails are cleaned, and the untreated mails can be cleaned timely according to mail cleaning rules, so that the automatic cleaning of the mails is realized.
