A steel bar sleeve connection quality detection device, comprising: a mounting mechanism (1); the mounting mechanism (1) comprises a main frame (101), a connecting hole (1011) and a sliding groove (1012), wherein a rectangular through groove is formed in the main frame (101), the main frame (101) is of a rectangular structure, and two groups of circular through holes are formed in the upper end of the front side of the main frame (101); the connecting holes (1011) are provided with two groups in total, the connecting holes (1011) are symmetrically arranged at the inner ends of the two sides of the bottom of the main frame (101), the connecting holes (1011) penetrate through the two sides of the main frame (101), and internal threads are arranged inside the connecting holes (1011); the sliding groove (1012) is formed in the lower end of the inner side of the main frame (101); the mounting mechanism (1) is provided with a connecting component (2), the connecting component (2) comprises a base (201) and a slot (2011), the base (201) is of a rectangular structure, the base (201) is arranged on the front side of the main frame (101), and the tail end of a connecting rod (2031) on the bottom side of the base (201) is arranged in a connecting hole (1011) in the main frame (101) in a threaded manner; the slot (2011) is formed in the base (201), and the slot (2011) penetrates through two sides of the base (201); the connecting device is characterized in that a fixing assembly (3) is arranged on the connecting assembly (2), a mounting plate (301) of the fixing assembly (3) is inserted into a slot (2011) in the base (201), and a limiting hole (3011) in the mounting plate (301) is clamped with the tail end of an elastic block (2021) in the base (201); the mounting mechanism (1) is provided with a sliding component (4), the sliding component (4) comprises a contact supporting rod (401), a guide groove (4011), a rear groove (4012), a movable part (402), a feeler gauge (4021), a fastening nut (4022), a sliding plate (403) and a contact part (4031), the contact supporting rod (401) is of a rectangular structure, the front side of the contact supporting rod (401) is provided with an arc groove, the inside of the contact supporting rod (401) is provided with a rectangular through groove, the contact supporting rod (401) is movably mounted in the main frame (101), the bottom side of the contact supporting rod (401) is in sliding connection with a sliding groove (1012) in the main frame (101) through an elastic part, the front end of the contact supporting rod (401) extends out of the main frame (101), the rear end of the contact supporting rod (401) is adjacent to a push plate (102) in the main frame (101), the inside of the contact supporting rod (401) is spliced with a plugboard (1041) at the tail end of a limiting plate (104) outside the main frame (101), and the front side of the contact supporting rod (401) is adjacent to the mounting plate (301); the guide grooves (4011) are provided with two groups, the guide grooves (4011) are symmetrically arranged in the middle positions of two sides of the contact supporting rod (401), and the guide grooves (4011) are communicated with rectangular through grooves in the contact supporting rod (401); the rear groove (4012) is formed in the inner end of the rear side of the abutting rod (401), and the rear groove (4012) penetrates through two sides of the abutting rod (401); the movable piece (402) is slidably arranged in the abutting rod (401), a rectangular groove is formed in the movable piece (402), screw rods are fixedly arranged at two ends of the movable piece (402), and the screw rods are slidably connected with the guide grooves (4011) at two sides of the abutting rod (401); the feeler gauge (4021) is arranged in a rectangular groove in the movable piece (402) in an equidistant sliding manner, and the feeler gauge (4021) can slide on the inside of the movable piece (402); the fastening nut (4022) is arranged on the screw rod outside the movable piece (402) in a threaded manner; the sliding plate (403) is slidably arranged in a rear groove (4012) at the rear side of the contact rod (401), and an elastic piece is arranged between the sliding plate (403) and the rear groove (4012); the contact (4031) is mounted on the sliding plate (403) by threads, and the rear end of the contact (4031) extends from the interference rod (401).

The steel bar sleeve connection quality detection device according to claim 1, wherein: the mounting mechanism (1) comprises: a push plate (102) and a cover plate (103); the push plate (102) is slidably arranged in the main frame (101), a screw is rotatably arranged at the rear end of the push plate (102), and the screw is in threaded connection with the main frame (101); the cover plate (103) is rotatably mounted to the upper end of the main frame (101).

The steel bar sleeve connection quality detection device according to claim 1, wherein: the connection assembly (2) comprises: a side groove (202) and a bullet block (2021); two groups of side grooves (202) are arranged in total, and the side grooves (202) are arranged at the bottom ends of two sides in the slot (2011); the elastic block (2021) is slidably mounted in the side groove (202) through an elastic piece, and the upper end of the elastic block (2021) extends into the slot (2011).
