Claims (10)

1. A household electrical appliance safety detection method is characterized in that: the method specifically comprises the following steps:
step one, after finishing the manufacture of the product, transporting and realizing subsequent detection operation;
secondly, placing the household appliance on detection equipment, and realizing the opening and closing operation of the cabinet door by applying force to detect the safety of the household appliance in use;
packaging the products which are detected to meet the requirements, and returning the products which are detected to be not met with the requirements to a manufacturing procedure for checking and remanufacturing;
the detection equipment comprises a detection table (1), a fixing plate (2) is fixedly arranged on the left side of the top of the detection table (1), an extension plate (3) is arranged on the front side of the fixing plate (2), a detection toggle mechanism (4) is arranged on the extension plate (3) to realize the opening operation of a product cabinet door, and a detection fixing mechanism (5) is arranged on the surface of the fixing plate (2) and used for fixing a product and detecting the rebound force of the cabinet door;
the detection fixing mechanism (5) comprises a front clamping plate (51) and a rear clamping plate (52) which are symmetrical, the left sides of the front clamping plate (51) and the rear clamping plate (52) are extended to the inside of the fixed plate (2) through a rotating rod (53) and are rotatably provided with a tilting rod (59), the extending ends of the inclined rotating rods (59) are respectively connected with a vertical rod (510) through a rotating pin, a central shaft (511) is fixedly arranged at the center of the surface of the vertical rod (510), and one end of the central shaft (511) rotates on the inner wall of the fixed plate (2), front support plates (512) and rear support plates (513) are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the front clamping plate (51) and the rear clamping plate (52), the front side of the front support plate (512) moves in the front-back side direction through a first pneumatic piece (54), the surface of the rear support plate (513) enables a vertical rotating shaft (514) to rotate at the bottom of an inner cavity of the detection table (1) through a meshing assembly (55), and the surface of the vertical rotating shaft (514) enables the detection plate (515) to move left and right through the transmission component (56), and the lower side of the detection plate (515) is provided with an elastic component (57) for resetting the initial state, a rebound detection piece (58) is arranged on the upper side of the surface of the detection plate (515) to detect the rebound force of the cabinet door.
