Further, the diaphragm valve further comprises a valve rod 9, and the adjusting piece 1 is in threaded connection with the valve rod 9. When the regulator 1 rotates, the valve rod 9 moves, and the opening degree of the diaphragm connected to the valve rod 9 changes.

1. The diaphragm valve opening adjusting device is characterized by comprising an adjusting piece and an adjusting mechanism; wherein,
one end of the adjusting piece is connected with the valve rod, an adjusting channel is arranged in the adjusting piece, and a limiting part and an adjusting hole are arranged in the adjusting channel;
the adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting piece, an adjusting ball and an elastic piece, wherein the adjusting piece is provided with an adjusting part matched with the limiting part, the adjusting part is provided with a positioning surface and an adjusting surface, the adjusting ball is positioned in the adjusting hole, the depth of the adjusting hole is smaller than the diameter of the adjusting ball, the positioning surface or the adjusting surface is matched with the adjusting ball, the outer diameter of the positioning surface is larger than that of the adjusting surface, the positioning surface is far away from the limiting part compared with the adjusting surface, the elastic piece is positioned in the adjusting channel, and the elastic piece is used for providing acting force towards the direction of the adjusting part for the adjusting piece.

The diaphragm valve opening degree adjusting device according to claim 1, wherein the adjusting passage has an adjusting section, a fitting section and a limiting section, the adjusting section and the limiting section are respectively located at two ends of the adjusting member, the fitting section is slidably fitted with the adjusting member, and an inner diameter of the fitting section is smaller than that of the adjusting section and the limiting section, and a joint of the limiting section and the fitting section forms the limiting portion.
3. The diaphragm valve opening degree adjusting apparatus according to claim 2, wherein a handle is provided on the adjusting member at an outer wall surface corresponding to the adjusting section.
4. The diaphragm valve opening degree adjustment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of the adjustment holes are provided in the adjustment passage so as to be equally spaced along an inner wall surface of the adjustment passage.
5. The diaphragm valve opening degree adjustment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein a junction between the positioning surface and the adjustment surface is smoothly transitioned.
6. The diaphragm valve opening degree adjusting apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the outer wall surface of the adjusting member is provided with scale marks.
7. The diaphragm valve opening degree adjustment apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the adjustment mechanism further comprises an elastic member stopper installed in the adjustment passage, the elastic member cooperating with the elastic member stopper.

The diaphragm valve opening degree adjusting apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the adjusting mechanism further comprises an elastic member lower support seat, the elastic member is a spring, and both ends of the elastic member are respectively engaged with the elastic member lower support seat and the adjusting portion.

A diaphragm valve, characterized by comprising a cylinder body, an adjusting cover and the diaphragm valve opening adjusting device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the adjusting cover is arranged on the outer surface of the cylinder body, a sliding cavity is arranged in the adjusting cover, and the adjusting piece is in sliding fit with the sliding cavity.
10. The diaphragm valve of claim 9 further comprising a valve stem, the regulator being threadably coupled to the valve stem.
