In an automobile actuator, the main structure is a motor and worm gear pair, and an adjusting screw is arranged at the top end of a motor shaft and is mainly used for adjusting the axial movement clearance of the motor shaft, so that the clearance is ensured to be in a certain range, and the clearance is overlarge and the movement is too large, so that noise is caused; the gap is too small, the motor current is too large, and the motor generates too much heat, so that the service life is influenced. Most of the existing copper screws on the market have the defects that:

2. the copper screw is easy to fall off;
3. when the motor shaft is in contact with the copper screw, the noise is particularly loud;

The external hexagonal part and the internal hexagonal part replace the external threaded component to be screwed, so that the phenomenon of slipping and abrasion of the external threaded component made of plastic is avoided, and meanwhile, the stability and the bearing capacity of the columnar metal insert are improved.
