When the device is particularly used, the supporting frame 1 is pushed to the position where the edge of a building is opposite to a supporting chute on an outer vertical surface of the building by utilizing the pushing handle 46, a curtain wall panel is placed on the vacuum chuck 37 on the placing slide plate 36, the vacuum chuck 37 adsorbs and fixes the curtain wall panel, then the rotating handle 16 is rotated, the rotating handle 16 drives the pushing threaded rod 12 to rotate, the pushing threaded rod 12 drives the linkage slide block 14 to move forwards, the linkage slide block 14 drives the adjusting cross rod 17 to move forwards, the adjusting cross rod 17 drives the adjusting linkage shaft 20 and the adjusting rotating rod 18 to move forwards, meanwhile, the adjusting cross rod 17 drives the adjusting rotating shaft 25 and the adjusting gear 24 to move forwards, when the adjusting gear 24 moves to the adjusting rack 26, the adjusting gear 24 is meshed with the adjusting rack 26, the adjusting gear 24 drives the adjusting rotating shaft 25 to rotate, the adjusting rotating shaft 25 drives the take-up reel 27 to rotate, the take-up reel 27 takes up the adjusting lifting rope 28, the adjusting lifting rope 28 pulls the fixing rod 29, the fixing rod 29 drives the adjusting rotating rod 18 and the adjusting linkage shaft 20 to rotate, the adjusting linkage shaft 20 overcomes the torsion force of the powerful torsion spring 19, the adjusting rotating rod 18 drives the curtain wall adjusting outer frame 33 and the placing sliding plate 36 to incline, so that the curtain wall panel can be moved to the outside of the building, the inclination angle of the curtain wall panel and the indoor ground of the building is adjusted, then the fine adjustment motor 30 is turned on, the fine adjustment motor 30 drives the fine adjustment threaded rod 31 to rotate, the fine adjustment threaded rod 31 drives the fine adjustment sliding block 32 to move, the fine adjustment sliding block 32 drives the connecting shaft 34 to move, the connecting shaft 34 drives the curtain wall adjusting outer frame 33 and the placing sliding plate 36 to move, the curtain wall panel is driven to move, the two adjusting motors 41 are turned on again, the rotation directions of the two adjusting motors 41 are opposite, the adjusting motors 41 drive the adjusting threaded rod 44 to rotate, the adjusting threaded rod 44 moves on the adjusting rotary rod 18, the adjusting threaded rod 44 drives the adjusting sliding block 45 to slide in the connecting groove 39, and then the curtain wall adjusting outer frame 33 can be adjusted to rotate around the connecting shaft 34 until the lower edge of the curtain wall panel is aligned with the supporting sliding groove on the outer vertical surface of the building, then the electric hoist 35 is opened, the lower part of the curtain wall panel slides into the supporting sliding groove, then the vacuum chuck 37 releases the adsorbed curtain wall panel, the curtain wall panel slides into the supporting sliding groove under the action of gravity, and the curtain wall panel is installed in the supporting sliding groove.
