Abstract
The invention discloses a ventilator cover and a switch machine with waterproof and ventilation functions, wherein the ventilator cover comprises: a cover plate of the machine cover; the lower end of the left side of the cover plate of the machine cover is provided with two hinge lugs which are distributed at intervals front and back; the middle part of the lower end of the right side of the cover plate of the machine cover is provided with a pressing plate which is horizontally and transversely distributed; the front side of the cover plate of the machine cover is provided with a manual module and a ventilation module at the opening; the manual module is used for enabling the crank joint of the hand crank to be in butt joint with a hand crank shaft on the original motor reducer of the switch machine after penetrating and inserting; the hand shaft on the original motor reducer of the switch machine is positioned in the hollow cover plate of the machine cover; the ventilation module is used for playing the role of water resistance and ventilation and enabling air to flow into the cover plate of the machine cover. The invention can improve the ventilation capacity of the switch machine on the premise of not reducing the sealing protection performance, so as to achieve the aim of only ventilating air but not ventilating water vapor in and out of the switch machine and effectively avoid condensation in the switch machine.

Background
The switch machine is an important signal basic device for reliably converting the switch position, changing the switch opening direction, locking the switch tongue, reflecting the switch position and state, and can well ensure the driving safety, improve the transportation efficiency and improve the labor intensity of driving personnel.

Compared with the prior art, the invention provides the ventilator cover with the waterproof and breathable functions and the switch machine, which are scientific in design, and can improve the ventilation capacity of the switch machine on the premise of not reducing the sealing and protecting performance so as to achieve the aim of only ventilating air in the switch machine and not ventilating water vapor outside the switch machine, effectively avoid condensation in the switch machine, and have great practical significance.

the lower end of the left side of the cover plate 3 is provided with two hinge lugs 1 which are distributed at intervals in front and back;

It should be noted that, the crank handle joint 101 has a crank shaft docking slot 1010 with an opening at the rear side (the crank shaft docking slot 1010 includes three parts of a left section, a middle section and a right section which are sequentially communicated, the left section is a cylindrical cavity, the middle section is a cavity with a truncated cone shape, and the right end is a cavity with a rectangular longitudinal section), and the crank shaft docking slot 1010 is correspondingly spliced with a crank shaft (i.e. a gear shaft) on an original motor reducer of the switch machine.
It should be noted that, for the present invention, the main functions of the manual module 4 are: under the condition that the ventilator cover is not opened, the switch machine can be rotated by inserting a hand crank into a gear shaft (namely, a hand crank shaft on an original motor reducer of the existing electric switch machine) from outside only by opening the manual cover 16 in the manual module 4, so that the forward and reverse actions of the switch machine (namely, the switch switching can be realized) can be realized through the gear shaft.

1. A ventilator cover having waterproof and breathable functions, comprising: the machine cover comprises a machine cover plate (3), folding lugs (1), a pressing plate (7), a manual module (4) and a ventilation module (5);
the lower end of the left side of the cover plate (3) is provided with two hinge lugs (1) which are distributed at intervals in front and back;
the middle part of the right lower end of the cover plate (3) is provided with a pressing plate (7) which is horizontally and transversely distributed;
the front side of the cover plate (3) of the machine cover is provided with a manual module (4) and a ventilation module (5) in an opening;
the manual module (4) is used for enabling a crank handle joint (101) of the crank handle (100) to be connected with a hand shaft on an original motor reducer of the switch machine in a butt joint mode after penetrating and inserting;
the hand shaft on the original motor reducer of the switch machine is positioned in the hollow cover plate (3);
and the ventilation module (5) is used for playing a role of water resistance and ventilation and enabling air to flow into the cover plate (3).

the front end of the ventilation opening of the ventilation cover (14) is provided with a sponge block accommodating groove;
a sponge block (15) is arranged in the sponge block accommodating groove;
the inner hole at the rear end of the fixed flange (9) is provided with a waterproof and breathable film (10).

the diameter of the sponge block accommodating groove is larger than that of the ventilation opening of the ventilation cover (14);

the central inner hole of the stop washer (12) is in interference fit with the butt joint section (142) of the fixed flange;
the front side and the rear side of the stop washer (12) are respectively tightly attached to the cover plate (3) of the machine cover and the fixed flange (9);

a second rubber cushion gasket (13) is arranged between the front side surface of the front side panel (300) of the cover plate (3) and the rear side surface of the cover exposed section (141) of the ventilation cover (14);
the second rubber cushion gasket (13) is sleeved on the circumferential side surface of the fixed flange butt joint section (142);
the central inner hole of the second rubber cushion gasket (13) is in interference fit with the butt joint section (142) of the fixed flange;
the front side and the rear side of the second rubber cushion gasket (13) are respectively tightly attached to the exposed section (141) of the cover of the ventilation cover (14) and the cover plate (3) of the cover;

a waterproof breathable film limiting groove distributed in a surrounding manner is formed in the rear end inner hole of the flange inner hole, which is close to the rear side of the first rubber cushion gasket limiting groove;
