Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the present invention will be further specifically described below with reference to fig. 1 to 13 for the convenience of understanding of those skilled in the art.
Example 1:
a disposable clean environment-friendly dry and wet tissue comprises a long fiber tissue roll, a liquid-containing burst bead and an independent packaging box; the liquid-containing explosive beads and the long fiber tissue roll are arranged in the independent packaging box for sealing, and the liquid-containing explosive beads are wrapped in the long fiber tissue roll.
The long fiber tissue roll material is prepared from green plant fibers, such as soybean protein fibers, and the long fiber tissue roll texture is prepared from three-dimensional pearl patterns.
The liquid-containing explosive bead is an extrudable spherical soft bead which comprises water, disinfectant, humectant, antioxidant, skin penetrating agent and preservative, and is a mixed liquid with mild properties; wherein the water is RO pure water; the humectant is propylene glycol and sodium lactate; the disinfectant is benzalkonium chloride; the antioxidant is tocopherol; the skin penetrating agent is azone; the preservative is methylparaben; the liquid explosion-containing bead comprises, by mass, 5.5% of propylene glycol, 1.5% of sodium lactate, 0.05% of benzalkonium chloride, 0.5% of tocopherol, 0.15% of azone, 0.15% of methylparaben and the balance of RO pure water.
The independent packaging box is a biodegradable paper box.
The liquid-containing explosive beads are inserted into the long fiber tissue roll in a balloon shape, and are packaged in a disposable packaging independent packaging box together.
When the disposable independent packaging box is used, the disposable independent packaging box is torn, the long fiber paper towel roll is opened, the liquid-containing burst beads are kneaded to be opened, the long fiber paper towel roll is moistened, the skin such as hands and faces is cleaned, and the disposable independent packaging box is discarded to the garbage can after being used.
A disposable clean environment-friendly dry and wet tissue processing device comprises a frame 1, a power mechanism 2, a discharging mechanism 3, a curling mechanism 4, a feeding mechanism 5, a conveying mechanism 6 and a gluing mechanism 7; the frame 1 carries a power mechanism 2, a discharging mechanism 3, a curling mechanism 4, a feeding mechanism 5, a conveying mechanism 6 and a gluing mechanism 7; one end of the frame 1 is provided with a supporting roller for supporting a paper towel roller 9, and the discharging mechanism 3, the curling mechanism 4, the feeding mechanism 5, the conveying mechanism 6 and the gluing mechanism 7 are arranged at the other end of the frame 1; the power mechanism 2 is arranged on one side of the discharging mechanism 3 and is used for assisting in driving the paper towel 8; the gluing mechanism 7 and the crimping mechanism 4 are respectively arranged at two sides of the discharging mechanism 3, the conveying mechanism 6 is arranged below the discharging mechanism 3, the feeding mechanism 5 is arranged at one side of the conveying mechanism 6, the conveying mechanism 6 is provided with a box body 61, and the feeding mechanism 5 is provided with a cap 57; the paper towel 8 is conveyed on the frame 1 by traction, and the power mechanism 2 provides power to stabilize the conveying; the folded paper towel 8 is curled into a paper towel roll 81 through the curling mechanism 4 in sequence, then the paper towel roll 81 is glued and cut off through the gluing mechanism 7 to form a complete paper towel roll 81, and then the liquid-containing explosive beads 38 are placed in the paper towel roll 81 through the discharging mechanism 3; after completion, the tissue roll 81 is controlled to fall into the box body 61 on the conveying mechanism 6; finally, the box body 61 is covered by the feeding cap 57 through the feeding mechanism 5, and the processing of the environment-friendly wet tissue is completed to form a finished product body 62.

A first indentation mechanism 103, a first turning plate 104, a second turning plate 105 and a second indentation mechanism 107 are arranged on one side of the frame 1; the first indentation mechanism 103 is the same as the second indentation mechanism 107, the first indentation mechanism 103 includes a first fixing plate 1031, a first adjusting groove 1033 is provided on the first fixing plate 1031, a pressing plate 1032 is provided on one side of the first fixing plate 1031, a screw 1034 is provided on one side of the pressing plate 1032 and is provided in the first adjusting groove 1033, a nut is provided on the screw 1034 and is located on two sides of the first fixing plate 1031, the pressing plate 1032 is provided below the second supporting plate 1062, the screw 1034 is locked by rotating the nut, and the adjustment of the height of the pressing plate 1032 in the first adjusting groove 1033 and the adjustment of the distance between the pressing plate 1032 and the first supporting plate 1061 are achieved; one end of the second turning plate 105 is rotatably connected with the first supporting plate 1061, and one side of the second turning plate 105 is provided with a first electric push rod 1051 and hinged with the top shaft of the first electric push rod 1051; the first electric push rod 1051 is fixed on the frame 1, and the second turning plate 105 is pushed to turn upwards by the first electric push rod 1051; the first folding plate 104 and the second folding plate 105 have the same structure and the first folding plate 104 is disposed at one side of the fourth supporting plate 1064 in the same manner.
The power mechanism 2 comprises a first power roller 21, a motor 22, a chain 23 and a second power roller 24; the first power roller 21 is provided with a pair of power rollers and is arranged at one end of the first supporting plate 1061, the second power roller 24 is provided with a pair of power rollers and is arranged at the empty slot 1065, and the first power roller 21 and the second power roller 24 are rotationally connected with the first mounting plate 106 and the frame 1; one end of the first power roller 21 and one end of the second power roller 24 are provided with gears and chain wheels, the gears on the first power roller 21 are meshed with each other, the gears on the second power roller 24 are meshed with each other, the chain wheels on the first power roller 21 and the second power roller 24 are connected through a chain, a motor 22 is fixed on a first mounting plate 106, a motor 22 shaft penetrates through the first mounting plate 106 and is connected with the first power roller 21, and the motor 22 drives the first power roller 21 and the second power roller 24 to rotate.
The paper towel on the paper towel roller 9 passes through the first guide frame 101, the paper towel 8 is folded in half from the middle by the supporting plate 1012, the first guide roller 1011 guides the paper towel, then the paper towel passes through the second guide frame 102, and passes through the space between the second guide rollers 1021 to compact the folded paper towel 8; then the compacted paper towel 8 passes through the gap between the first supporting plate 1061 and the second supporting plate 1062, and simultaneously passes through the gap between the first power rollers 21 and the gap between the second power rollers 24 in the power mechanism 2, and the first power rollers 21 and the second power rollers 24 rotate to drive the paper towel 8 to be stably transported; in the process of transporting the paper towel 8, firstly, pressing the folded paper towel 8 through a pressing plate 1032 in a first indentation mechanism 103 to form a groove mark easy to fold, then, upwards folding the paper towel 8 along the pressed mark through a first folding plate 104 after passing through the first indentation mechanism 103, enabling the folded part of the paper towel 8 to enter a transport gap between a second supporting plate 1062 and a third supporting plate 1063, simultaneously transporting the paper towel between the first supporting plate 1061 and the second supporting plate 1062 in the process, pressing the paper towel in the process of transporting through a pressing plate in the second indentation mechanism 107 to form the groove mark easy to fold, turning the paper towel 8 along the groove mark through a second folding plate 105 in the same manner, transporting and compacting the paper towel 8 along the transport gap between a fourth supporting plate 1064 and the first supporting plate 1061, finally, completing multiple folds of the paper towel 8, and continuing to transport the paper towel 8 to enter a curling mechanism 4 for curling; the paper towel 8 is pressed by the pressing plate 1032 to form a groove mark, so that the folding is smoother; the paper towel folding process is completed by a plurality of times of indentation and folding.
The discharging mechanism 3 is fixed at one end of the first mounting plate 106, the discharging mechanism 3 comprises a first supporting frame 31, the first supporting frame 31 is fixedly connected with the first mounting plate 106, a first guide groove 311 is formed in one end of the first supporting frame 31, a first mounting block 33 is arranged in the first guide groove 311, and a first L-shaped plate 331 is arranged on the first mounting block 33; the first supporting frame 31 is provided with a third electric push rod 32 fixedly connected, the top shaft of the third electric push rod 32 is fixedly connected with a first mounting block 33, the first L-shaped plate 331 is provided with a fourth electric push rod 34 fixedly connected, the top shaft of the fourth electric push rod 34 penetrates through the first L-shaped plate 331 and is provided with a first push plate 341 fixedly connected at the shaft end, the first push plate 341 is provided with a first air pipe 35 fixedly connected, and the first air pipe 35 penetrates through the first L-shaped plate 331 and the first mounting block 33 and is mutually connected in a sliding manner; a channel 36 which is obliquely arranged is arranged below the first supporting frame 31, liquid-containing explosion beads 38 are arranged in the channel 36, the diameter of the channel 36 is the same as that of the liquid-containing explosion beads 38, the liquid-containing explosion beads 38 roll in a single row, a first cylinder 37 is arranged on one side of the channel 36, a first partition plate 39 which is in sliding connection is arranged on the side wall of the channel 36, a second partition plate 391 which is fixedly connected is arranged at one end of the first partition plate 39 and is in sliding connection with the other side wall of the channel 36, and a space is arranged between the first partition plate 39 and the second partition plate 391 and is equal to the diameter of the liquid-containing explosion beads 38; pushing out and resetting the top shaft of the first air cylinder 37 to drive the first partition plate 39 and the second partition plate 391 to slide simultaneously and sequentially block the channel 36, blocking the liquid-containing explosive beads 38 when the channel 36 is blocked by the first partition plate 39, blocking the next liquid-containing explosive bead 38 when the blocking of the liquid-containing explosive beads 38 is removed by sliding of the first partition plate 39, blocking the next liquid-containing explosive bead 38 by the second partition plate 391 when the liquid-containing explosive beads 38 move by sliding, and alternately blocking and releasing the liquid-containing explosive beads by sliding of the first partition plate 39 and the second partition plate 391, so that orderly and orderly discharging of the liquid-containing explosive beads 38 is realized; then the fourth electric push rod 34 is used for controlling the first air tube 35 to move downwards and align with the liquid-containing explosive bead 38 at the end part of the channel 36, the first air tube 35 is lifted after the liquid-containing explosive bead 38 is adsorbed by the first air tube 35 under negative pressure, and the third electric push rod 32 is used for pushing the first mounting block 33 to slide to the extension plate 10641 along the first guide groove 311; the fourth electric push rod 34 controls the first air pipe 35 to move downwards to insert the liquid-containing explosive beads 38 into the tissue roll 81; the first air tube 35, the third electric push rod 32 and the fourth electric push rod 34 are then reset in succession.
The curling mechanism 4 comprises a second mounting plate 42, the second mounting plate 42 is fixed on the frame 1 through a support arm 41, a third mounting plate 43 is arranged on one side of the second mounting plate 42, a pair of first guide shafts 431 are arranged on one side of the third mounting plate 43 and penetrate through the second mounting plate 42, the first guide shafts 431 are connected with the second mounting plate 42 in a sliding manner, a fifth electric push rod 44 is arranged on one side of the second mounting plate, and the top shaft of the fifth electric push rod 44 penetrates through the second mounting plate 42 and then is fixedly connected with the third mounting plate 43; one end of the third mounting plate 43 is provided with a supporting table 435, the third mounting plate 43 is provided with a T-shaped groove 432, the third mounting plate 43 is provided with a second fixing plate 433 and a rack 47 which are respectively positioned at two sides of the T-shaped groove 432, and the second fixing plate 433 is provided with a through groove 434; the second bearing plate 45 and the third bearing plate 48 are arranged in the T-shaped groove 432 and can slide along the T-shaped groove 432, the second bearing plate 45 passes through the T-shaped groove 432 and the second bearing plate 45 through bolts and is locked in a rotating manner to realize the position adjustment and fixation of the second bearing plate 45, a fixedly connected mounting frame 451 and a slidingly connected first fixed shaft 46 are arranged on the second bearing plate 45, a key block is arranged on the first fixed shaft 46 and is slidingly connected with the second bearing plate 45 to form a spline structure to prevent the first fixed shaft 46 from rotating at will, a sixth electric push rod 452 is arranged on the mounting frame 451, and a top shaft of the sixth electric push rod 452 passes through the mounting frame 451 and is fixedly connected with the end part of the first fixed shaft 46 and pushes the first fixed shaft 46 to slide up and down through the sixth electric push rod 452; the other end of the first fixed shaft 46 is provided with a first pneumatic finger 461; the third bearing plate 48 is provided with a roller sleeve 481 in rotational connection, one end of the roller sleeve 481 is provided with a fixed frame 481 in fixed connection, the other end of the roller sleeve 481 is provided with a gear 4811 and is meshed with the rack 47, the fixed frame 4812 is provided with a seventh electric push rod 482, a top shaft of the seventh electric push rod 482 passes through the fixed frame 4812 and is fixedly connected with a second fixed shaft 483, the second fixed shaft 483 is in sliding connection with the roller sleeve 481, the second fixed shaft 483 is provided with a key block to enable the second fixed shaft 483 and the roller sleeve 481 to form a spline structure, and one end of the second fixed shaft 483 is provided with a second pneumatic finger 4831; a tenth electric push rod 49 is arranged on the supporting table 435, and the top shaft of the tenth electric push rod 49 is fixedly connected with a third bearing plate 48; the sixth electric push rod 452 is used for controlling the first pneumatic finger 461 to clamp one end of the folded tissue 8 to fix the tissue, the seventh electric push rod 482 is used for controlling the second pneumatic finger 4831 to clamp the other end of the tissue 8, the tenth electric push rod 49 is used for pushing the third bearing plate 48 to slide along the T-shaped groove 432, the gear 4811 drives the second fixed shaft 483 to rotate, the second pneumatic finger 4811 is further driven to curl the tissue 8, the curled tissue 8 is positioned at the adjusting plate 10613 and glued by the gluing mechanism 7 to synthesize a tissue roll 81, the discharging mechanism 3 is used for placing the liquid-containing explosive beads 38 in the tissue roll 81, and the second electric push rod 10612 is used for controlling the adjusting plate 10613 to slide so that the tissue roll 81 falls into the box body 61 on the lower tissue conveying mechanism 6.
The feeding mechanism 5 comprises a conveying support 58, a first conveying belt 51 is arranged on the conveying support 58, a cap 57 is arranged on the first conveying belt 51, a second supporting frame 52 is arranged at one end of the conveying support 58, and a second guide groove 521 is formed in the second supporting frame 52; an eighth electric push rod 53 is arranged at one end of the second support frame 52, a second installation block 54 is arranged in the second guide groove 521, the top shaft of the eighth electric push rod 53 is fixedly connected with the second installation block 54, a second L-shaped plate 541 is arranged on the second installation block 54, a ninth electric push rod 55 is arranged on the second L-shaped plate 541, a second push plate 551 is arranged at the end part of the ninth electric push rod 55 after the top shaft passes through the second L-shaped plate 541, a second air pipe 56 is fixedly connected on the second push plate 551, and the second air pipe 56 passes through the second L-shaped plate 541 and the second installation block 54 and is mutually connected in a sliding manner; the second push plate 551 and the second air pipe 56 are driven to move up and down by the ninth electric push rod 55; the second air pipe 56 is used for absorbing the cap 57 through negative pressure, and the eighth electric push rod 53 is used for driving the second air pipe 56 and the cap 57 to move to the conveying mechanism 6 to seal the box body 61.
The gluing mechanism 7 comprises a fourth mounting plate 71, wherein the fourth mounting plate 71 is fixed on the frame 1, one side of the fourth mounting plate 71 is provided with a second air cylinder 72, the end part of the top shaft of the second air cylinder 72 is provided with a fixedly connected top plate 73, one side of the top plate 73 is provided with a guide plate 731 and is in sliding connection with the fourth mounting plate 71, and one end of the top plate 73 is provided with a guillotine 732; a top block 74 is arranged on one side of the top plate 73, a second guide shaft 741 is arranged on one side of the top block 74 and is connected with the top plate 73 in a sliding manner, a limiting plate is arranged at the end part of the second guide shaft 741, a spring 742 is sleeved on the second guide shaft 741, two ends of the spring 742 respectively contact the top plate 73 and the top block 74, the inside of the top block 74 is hollow and is communicated with a connecting pipe 743 and a through pipe 751, the connecting pipe 743 is connected with a box body 76, the box body 76 is fixed on a fourth mounting plate 71 and is filled with glue, the through pipe 751 is communicated with a fixed block 75, and the fixed block 75 is fixedly connected with the top block 74; a sponge 752 is arranged on the fixed block 75, glue enters the top block 74 through a connecting pipe 743, then infiltrates the sponge 752 through a through pipe 751, and glues the paper towel 8 through the sponge 752; the second cylinder 72 pushes the top plate 73 to move, the spring 742 pushes the top block 74 to pre-press and glue the paper towel 8, the paper towel is curled into a paper towel roll which is not easy to spread after gluing, and then the paper towel 8 is cut off by the guillotine 732 to form an independent paper towel roll.
The conveying mechanism 6 comprises a second conveying belt 63, one end of the conveying mechanism 6 is used for conveying the box body 61, the cap 57 is moved to the upper side of the box body 61 after passing through the feeding mechanism 5, the cap is combined to form a finished product body 62, and the finished product body is conveyed away through the conveying mechanism 6.

The disposable clean environment-friendly dry and wet tissue according to claim 1, wherein the liquid-containing explosive beads are provided as extrudable spherical soft beads, and comprise water, disinfectant, humectant, antioxidant, skin penetrating agent and preservative, and are a mild mixed liquid; wherein the water is RO pure water; the humectant is propylene glycol and sodium lactate; the disinfectant is benzalkonium chloride; the antioxidant is tocopherol; the skin penetrating agent is azone; the preservative is methylparaben; the liquid explosion-containing bead comprises, by mass, 5.5-7% of propylene glycol, 1.5-2.5% of sodium lactate, 0.05-0.15% of benzalkonium chloride, 0.5-1.5% of tocopherol, 0.15-0.25% of azone, 0.15-0.25% of methylparaben, and the balance RO pure water.

The disposable clean environment-friendly dry and wet tissue according to claim 2, which is characterized in that the mass percentages of various components in the liquid-containing explosive beads are 5.85% of propylene glycol, 2.2% of sodium lactate, 0.13% of benzalkonium chloride, 1.25% of tocopherol, 0.19% of azone, 0.22% of methylparaben and the balance of pure water.
4. The disposable clean environment-friendly dry and wet tissue as claimed in claim 1, wherein the liquid-containing burst beads are inserted into the long fiber tissue roll in a balloon shape, and are packaged together in a disposable package independent package box.
