s101, adding deionized water into a reaction tank 108 through a feeding assembly 102;
through base 106 is right support frame 107, support frame 107 can be right retort 108 is carried out stable support the top of retort 108 is provided with material loading subassembly 102, material loading subassembly 102 quantity can set up a plurality of as required to raw materials such as deionized water, humectant, galactomannan oligosaccharide, water-soluble VE, aloe extract and chelating agent are adorned respectively.
S102, adding a humectant, galacto-oligosaccharide and water soluble VE into the reaction tank 108 through the feeding ring 109 and the rotating pipe 110;
s103, adding aloe extract and chelating agent into the premix shell 104 through the feed ring 109 and the rotary pipe 110 for preliminary mixing, and simultaneously starting the mixing assembly 105 to mix the humectant, the galacto-mannan and the water-soluble VE in the reaction tank 108;
after S104, adding the mixed aloe extract and chelating agent in the premix shell 104 into a reaction tank 108 for continuous mixing;
and S105, finally adding citric acid to adjust the pH value to be 4.0-4.5, thus obtaining the antibacterial gynecological lotion.
The application is provided with the premixing shell 104, when the existing raw materials in the reaction tank 108 are mixed by the mixing component 105, simultaneously, a plurality of raw materials added next time can be fed into the feeding ring 109, then the rotating pipe 110 is rotated by the driver 111, so that the raw materials can enter the premixing shell 104 for stirring and mixing, and then the mixture can be directly added into the reaction tank 108 to be better mixed with the raw materials in the reaction tank 108, thereby improving the working efficiency.
Fourth embodiment
On the basis of the first embodiment, the application also provides a bacteriostatic gynecological lotion, which is prepared by adopting the preparation method of the bacteriostatic gynecological lotion of the third embodiment.
