the insulating rod (2) rotates to enable the driving gear (73) to rotate and synchronously drive the two groups of driven gears (74) to rotate through the connecting gear (72), so that the two groups of sleeve wrenches (71) rotate synchronously.

A bird repellent charged mounting tool according to claim 3, wherein the insulating rod (2) comprises an inner rod (21) and an outer rod (23), the inner rod (21) being rotatably arranged in the outer rod (23) and being movable up and down in the outer rod (23), the driving gear (73) being mounted on the inner rod (21).
5. A bird repellent charged mounting tool according to claim 4, wherein the end of the inner rod (21) remote from the lower plate (12) is beyond the outer rod (23) and is provided with a turning handle (22).
