On the other hand, the supporting rod 503 and the pipe fitting sealing ring 400 form a cam locking structure, in the process that the fastening cylinder 201 and the outer expanding cylinder 301 are close to each other, the fastening cylinder 201 drives the pipe fitting sealing ring 400 to be abutted against one end of the inner wall of the fastening cylinder 201 to be close to the outer expanding cylinder 301, so that the section long axial direction of the pipe fitting sealing ring 400 rotates in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the aluminum pipe 300, and the tightness of the gap between the fastening cylinder 201 and the outer expanding cylinder 301, which is sealed by the pipe fitting sealing ring 400, is improved.
Further, after the swivel 200 is fitted to the connection pipe 100 from the end of the aluminum pipe 300 remote from the outer expansion cylinder 301, a stopper 302 is fixed to the aluminum pipe 300 to prevent the swivel 200 from falling off.
When the aluminum pipe 300 and the connecting pipe 100 are mutually far away due to external force after the installation is completed, the aluminum pipe 300 drives one end of the pipe sealing ring 400, which is abutted against the aluminum pipe 300, to be far away from the outer expanding cylinder 301, the supporting rod 503 and the pipe sealing ring 400 form a cam locking structure, and the tightness between the pipe sealing ring 400 and the aluminum pipe 300 is improved.

1. A connecting piece for aluminum pipe connection, its characterized in that: comprises a connecting pipe and a connecting component;
the connecting pipe is coaxially arranged at one end of the aluminum pipe to be connected;
the connecting component comprises an outer expansion cylinder, a sealing ring, a swivel, a clamping elastic piece and a pipe fitting sealing ring;
the outer expansion cylinder is funnel-shaped; the small end of the external expansion cylinder is fixedly connected to the connecting end of the aluminum pipe, and the large end of the external expansion cylinder is far away from the aluminum pipe;
the sealing ring is coaxially arranged between the outer expansion cylinder and the connecting pipe, one end of the sealing ring is in sealing connection with the large end of the outer expansion cylinder, and the other end of the sealing ring is in sealing connection with one end of the connecting pipe;
the swivel is movably sleeved on the outer side of the connecting pipe along the connecting pipe, and the swivel is in threaded fit with the connecting pipe; one end of the swivel close to the outer expansion cylinder is provided with a fastening cylinder; the fastening cylinder is funnel-shaped, the large end is fixedly connected to the upper end of the swivel, and the small end is far away from the swivel; the fastening cylinder is arranged at the outer side of the joint of the outer expansion cylinder and the aluminum pipe;
the pipe fitting sealing ring is sleeved outside the aluminum pipe and is positioned in a gap between the fastening cylinder and the aluminum pipe; the pipe fitting sealing ring is an elastic ring with an elliptical section; one end of the elliptical long axis of the cross section of the pipe fitting sealing ring, which is close to the axis of the aluminum pipe, is close to the outward expansion cylinder and is abutted to the outer peripheral wall of the aluminum pipe, and one end of the elliptical long axis of the cross section of the pipe fitting sealing ring, which is far away from the axis of the aluminum pipe, is close to the outward expansion cylinder and is abutted to the inner peripheral wall of the fastening cylinder;
the clamping elastic piece is arranged between the fastening cylinder and the outer expansion cylinder and is configured to enable the fastening cylinder and the outer expansion cylinder to be close to each other and squeeze the clamping elastic piece in the process that the swivel is far away from the aluminum pipe along the connecting pipe, and provide fastening elastic force for the fastening cylinder and the outer expansion cylinder, and drive one end of the pipe fitting sealing ring, which is abutted against the aluminum pipe, to be far away from the outer expansion cylinder;
the clamping elastic piece comprises a clamping ring, a plurality of first elastic pieces and a plurality of second elastic pieces; the compression ring is an elastic ring and is sleeved at the large end of the outer expansion cylinder; the plurality of first elastic pieces and the plurality of second elastic pieces are alternately arranged along the circumferential direction of the compression ring; one end of the first elastic sheet approaches to the axis of the aluminum pipe and is abutted against the peripheral wall of the outer expansion cylinder, and the other end of the first elastic sheet is connected to the compression ring; one end of the second elastic sheet is far away from the axis of the aluminum pipe and is abutted against the inner peripheral wall of the fastening cylinder, and the other end of the second elastic sheet is connected to the fastening ring; the movable end of the second elastic piece is provided with a supporting rod; one end of the supporting rod is fixedly connected with the movable end of the second elastic piece, and the other end of the supporting rod is connected with one end of the pipe fitting sealing ring, which is abutted against the aluminum pipe.
