As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the panel of the water filtering tank 5 is connected with the installation positioning block 55, the outer wall of the circulating water tank 12 is provided with the positioning seat 121, the installation positioning block 55 is matched with the positioning seat 121 in size, the installation positioning block 55 and the positioning seat 121 play a role in determining the installation position of the water filtering tank 5, when the installation positioning block 55 and the positioning seat 121 form butt joint, the water inlet channel 51 just butt joints the water return discharge port of the water washing tank 11, the backflow cleaning water is ensured to pass through the water filtering tank 5, the filtering can be formed, the filtered impurities can be left in the water filtering tank 5, and the water filtering tank 5 can be detached for cleaning operation after the work is finished because of the disassembly of the water filtering tank 5, and the water filtering tank 5 has the advantage of convenient maintenance.
