Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a scoring module 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be applied to a folder 2000, a mounting machine, a skin machine, or the like. The scratch module 1000 may score a slot in the paper to facilitate folding of the paper at the slot, such as a crystal film of the scratch module 1000 on the photographic paper 101. The paper may be a sheet made of plant fiber, cloth, plastic, etc., and for convenience of explanation, the photo paper 101 provided with a crystal film will be described in all the following embodiments.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a scratching module 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a frame 100, a cutter assembly 200, and a first driving means 300. The frame 100 is provided with a first guide rail 110, and the first guide rail 110 is arranged to extend in a direction perpendicular to the feeding direction of the paper, for example, in a left-right direction. The frame 100 is further provided with a first baffle 120 and a second baffle 130, the first baffle 120 and the second baffle 130 may be disposed at intervals along an up-down direction, and the first baffle 120 is located above the second baffle 130. A conveyance path 131 is formed between the first barrier 120 and the second barrier 130, and the conveyance path 131 is used to convey the photographic paper 101. The frame 100 is further provided with a first conveying roller set 140 located at the front end of the conveying channel 131, and the first conveying roller set 140 includes two conveying rollers arranged in parallel, and the conveying rollers rotate to enable the photographic paper 101 to move into the conveying channel 131.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the cutter assembly 200 includes a mounting block 210, a second guide rail 220, a cutter 230, and a guide block 240. The cutter assembly 200 may be disposed below the first baffle 120, the mounting base 210 is slidably disposed on the first guide rail 110, the mounting base 210 is provided with a second guide rail 220, and an extending direction of the second guide rail 220 is perpendicular to the first guide rail 110, for example, the second guide rail 220 is extended in an up-down direction. The cutter 230 is mounted on a guide holder 240, the guide holder 240 is slidably disposed on the second guide rail 220, and the guide holder 240 can drive the cutter 230 to move in a direction approaching or separating from the conveying channel 131, for example, the guide holder 240 drives the cutter 230 to move in an up-down direction. And the first driving means 300 may drive the cutter assembly 200 to move along the first guide rail 110 so that the cutter 230 strokes through the crystal film of the photographic paper 101.
The side of the photographic paper 101 provided with the crystal film is disposed downward, the photographic paper 101 is conveyed through the conveying passage 131 between the first shutter 120 and the second shutter 130, and when the photographic paper 101 reaches a predetermined position, the first conveying roller group 140 stops conveying the photographic paper 101. The cutter assembly 200 is moved along the first guide rail 110 by the first driving means 300, and the cutter 230 is moved upward before the cutter 230 contacts the crystal film. The cutter 230 is driven by the cutter assembly 200 to scratch the crystal film, so that the crystal film forms a slot extending in the left-right direction. By adopting the scheme, the photographic paper 101 is folded at the cutting groove, so that the conditions of tilting, wrinkling, white mark and the like of the photographic paper 101 can be reduced.
The photographic paper 101 is likely to be bent due to its own weight, and the depth of the cut groove is affected, which may be disadvantageous in that the photographic paper 101 is cut or the cut groove is too shallow. For this purpose, referring to fig. 5, in the embodiment of the present invention, the cutter assembly 200 further includes two rollers 250, and the two rollers 250 are respectively located at two sides of the cutter 230 and rotatably connected with the guide holder 240 along the extending direction of the first guide rail 110. That is, the two rollers 250 are respectively located at the left and right sides of the cutter 230, and the upper end of the cutter 230 protrudes from the upper end of the roller 250, and the distance that the cutter 230 protrudes from the roller 250 determines the depth of the cutting groove. Before the cutter 230 cuts through the crystal film, one of the rollers 250 is abutted against the photographic paper 101, so that the photographic paper 101 is abutted against the first baffle 120, and the flatness of the position of the photographic paper 101 where the cutting groove needs to be cut is ensured. Meanwhile, the cutting depth of the cutter 230 is limited through the roller 250, so that the situation that the cutting depth is different is effectively reduced, the situation that the photographic paper 101 is cut off is further guaranteed, and the reliability of the scratch module 1000 is improved. It should be noted that, the roller 250 may be made of a bearing, and an appropriate scheme is specifically selected according to practical situations.
It will be appreciated that the cutter 230 may reciprocate in the left-right direction to cut the crystal film of different photographic papers 101, i.e., the crystal film of the previous photographic paper 101 is cut from the left-to-right movement, and the crystal film of the next photographic paper 101 is cut from the right-to-left movement, so as to improve the working efficiency. In another embodiment, the cutter 230 is provided with a unidirectional blade, i.e. a blade that cuts the crystal film when moving from left to right. And the cutter assembly 200 needs to be moved back from right to left to the original position to continue. In order that the cutter assembly 200 does not touch the photographic paper 101 when moving to the initial position, referring to fig. 3, in the embodiment of the invention, the scratching module 1000 further includes a second driving device 400 connected to the frame 100, where the second driving device 400 is used to drive the guide holder 240 to move away from the conveying channel 131, for example, drive the guide holder 240 to move downward, so as to drive the cutter 230 to move downward, so as to avoid the cutter 230 touching the photographic paper 101 in the process of returning to the initial position. Therefore, the scratch module 1000 has reasonable structural design and high reliability.
With continued reference to fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the second driving device 400 includes a first cylinder 410 and a driving plate 420, and the first cylinder 410 may be provided in two and spaced apart in the left-right direction. The driving plate 420 is elongated and extends in the left-right direction. The driving plate 420 is connected to the output end of the first cylinder 410, and the driving plate 420 is located below the first cylinder 410. When the first cylinder 410 drives the driving plate 420 to move downward, the driving plate 420 can abut against the guide seat 240, thereby driving the guide seat 240 to move downward.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, in the embodiment of the present invention, the cutter assembly 200 further includes an elastic member 280, wherein the elastic member 280 is connected to the mounting base 210 and the guide base 240, and the elastic member 280 is used to provide an elastic force for driving the cutter 230 to approach the conveying channel 131, i.e., the elasticity of the elastic member 280 causes the cutter 230 to move upwards. Therefore, during the process of the cutter 230 being stroked on the photographic paper 101, the roller 250 can be always kept in contact with the photographic paper 101 by the elastic force of the elastic member 280, so that the situation that the roller 250 is separated from the photographic paper 101 due to the reasons of manufacturing precision, vibration and the like is reduced, the situation that the cutting grooves are different in depth can be further reduced, and the reliability of the cutter assembly 200 is improved.
