Description

Seepage liquid collecting device
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of disposable medical auxiliary materials, in particular to a seepage collecting device.
Background
Abdominal drainage is one of the most common and important basic technologies for abdominal surgery, and drainage tubes are placed in the abdominal cavity to drain seepage, pus and the like in the abdominal cavity to the outside of the body, so that wound healing in the body is promoted, and secondary infection is avoided. In recent years, the abdominal cavity drainage technology is widely applied to the auxiliary treatment of a large number of ascites patients caused by different reasons, so that the pain and the mental pressure caused by repeated puncture and ascites release of the patients are relieved, but in the continuous drainage process, the condition of seepage of the orifice of a drainage tube is frequently seen clinically, the risk of retrograde infection and pipeline slipping of the patients is increased by frequently changing the dressing, the psychological pressure of the patients and families is increased, and the workload of medical staff is increased.
The thoracocentesis catheterization is a clinically more common method for treating hydrothorax, and drainage is carried out through an indwelling drainage tube, so that administration can be carried out through the drainage tube conveniently. The indication of the thoracocentesis catheterization can be a large amount of thoracocentesis water which is repeatedly and continuously generated in the thoracocentesis caused by reasons such as tumors, has no obvious adhesion, wrapping or separation, is extracted for a small number of times and cannot be pumped out, and can be continuously generated or is required to repeatedly puncture a patient with flushing liquid, so that the thoracocentesis catheterization can reduce the puncture times, and the pain of the patient is relieved.
In clinical work, during the period of retaining the abdominal cavity or the intrathoracic drain tube due to various reasons, the pressure of the accumulated liquid in the abdominal cavity or the intrathoracic drain tube is overlarge, and the mouth of the drain tube is penetrated with a large amount of liquid at the puncture part, so that the skin, the bed sheet or the clothes of a patient are soaked, and the skin is flushed, dermatitis and even ulceration are caused. The pain and discomfort of the patient greatly increase the psychological burden of the patient and the family members thereof.
In the prior art, the treatment of the indwelling abdominal cavity or the intrathoracic drain at the puncture part generally adopts an absorptive medical dressing, such as gauze, foam dressing and the like, to absorb the seepage. If the puncture part is permeated with liquid, dressing should be replaced in time; when the integrity of the dressing is damaged, such as loosening, pollution and the like, the dressing should be replaced immediately. The current prevention and treatment methods require skilled medical personnel for treatment and are relatively complex to operate; the dressing needs to be repeatedly replaced after the penetration part is permeated, and the periphery of the patient penetration point is easy to be infected.
