In order that the above-recited objects, features and advantages of the present application will be more clearly understood, a more particular description of the application will be rendered by reference to the appended drawings and appended detailed description. It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present application and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application, however, the present application may be practiced in other ways than those described herein, and therefore the scope of the present application is not limited to the specific embodiments disclosed below.
A cleaning device and a cooking appliance provided according to some embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 8.
As shown in connection with fig. 1, 2 and 5, in some embodiments of the present application, a cleaning device is provided, comprising: the main body 100, the main body 100 is provided with a feed inlet 110 and a material washing cavity 120, the feed inlet 110 is communicated with the material washing cavity 120, and a discharging cavity 130 and a discharging opening 140 which are communicated with each other are also arranged; the frame body 200 is provided with an inner cavity 210 and a water outlet, the water outlet is communicated with the inner cavity 210, when the current position of the frame body 200 is positioned in the material washing cavity 120, the feeding port 110 is communicated with the inner cavity 210, and when the current position of the frame body 200 is positioned in the material discharging cavity 130, the material discharging port 140 is communicated with the inner cavity 210; the driving assembly 300 is disposed on the main body 100, and is used for driving the frame 200 to move between the material washing chamber 120 and the material discharging chamber 130.
In the cleaning device provided in this embodiment, the frame 200 can move relative to the main body 100, when the cleaning operation is required for the food, the frame 200 is located in the material cleaning cavity 120, the food to be cleaned and water enter the cavity, after the cleaning of the food is completed, the frame 200 is located in the discharging cavity 130, and the cleaned food is discharged from the cavity. Specifically, the food and water to be washed enter the inner cavity 210 of the frame 200 through the inlet 110, and the food to be washed can be washed in the inner cavity 210 in various manners, for example, a stirring member is provided to stir the inner cavity 210, or a vibrating member drives the frame 200 to vibrate. After the food is washed, the sewage in the material washing cavity 120 is discharged through the water outlet, the washed food is left in the inner cavity 210, the driving assembly 300 can drive the frame body 200 to move, the frame body 200 can move into the discharging cavity 130, in the moving process of the frame body 200, the frame body 200 can drive the food in the inner cavity 210 to move together, the frame body 200 and the food move into the discharging cavity 130 together, the inner cavity 210 is communicated with the discharging opening 140, the food in the inner cavity 210 is discharged through the discharging opening 140, and the washed food can enter a container of the cooking utensil, so that the discharging function is completed. When the rack 200 is located in the material washing cavity 120, the bottom of the rack 200 contacts with the bottom wall of the material washing cavity 120, so that food and water in the inner cavity 210 are not easy to flow out of the inner cavity 210, and when the rack 200 moves, the side wall of the rack 200 pushes the food, so that the food is pushed into the discharging cavity 130. Through setting up mobilizable support body 200, the support body 200 has realized wasing the function of eating material and unloading respectively when being located different cavitys, does not need to accomplish the cleaning process to eating material in the container, simplifies the structure of container, reduces the processing degree of difficulty to the container, moreover, separates belt cleaning device and container, when heating the container, belt cleaning device also is difficult for receiving high temperature influence and takes place to damage, is favorable to improving the functional stability of the cooking utensil of this belt cleaning device of assembly.
Through set up washing material chamber 120 and unloading chamber 130 on main part 100 for belt cleaning device can accomplish the function of washing material and unloading simultaneously, need not set up two independent parts, has simplified the structure of product, reduces belt cleaning device's occupation volume, thereby can reduce the occupation space of the culinary art device of this belt cleaning device of assembly, and convenience of customers accomodates cooking utensil.
As shown in connection with fig. 1 and 2, in one possible embodiment, the top of the inner cavity 210 is formed with a first opening 220, and when the current position of the rack 200 is located in the washing cavity 120, the feed inlet 110 is communicated with the first opening 220; the bottom of the inner cavity 210 is formed with a second opening 230, and when the current position of the frame body 200 is located in the blanking cavity 130, the blanking opening 140 is communicated with the second opening 230.
In this embodiment, the top of the inner cavity 210 is provided with the first opening 220, the bottom of the inner cavity 210 is provided with the second opening 230, so that the inner cavity 210 is a cavity that is penetrated up and down, when the rack 200 is located in the material washing cavity 120, food and water to be washed sequentially enter the inner cavity 210 through the feeding port 110 and the first opening 220, so that the food to be washed can be washed in the inner cavity 210, after the food is washed, the rack 200 pushes the food to move when moving, and as the rack 200 enters the material discharging cavity 130, the second opening 230 on the rack 200 gradually faces the material discharging port 140, the food washed in the rack 200 sequentially passes through the second opening 230 and the material discharging port 140, and the food to be washed is discharged under the action of gravity. By providing the second opening 230 at the bottom of the frame 200, no auxiliary component is needed to push the food material in the inner cavity 210 out of the inner cavity 210 during the discharging process, and the structure of the product can be further simplified.
As shown in connection with fig. 1, 2 and 4, in one possible embodiment the cleaning device further comprises: the scraper 400, the scraper 400 is located in the inner cavity 210, the scraper 400 is mounted on the driving assembly 300, and the driving assembly 300 can drive the scraper 400 to rotate.
In this embodiment, the driving assembly 300 can drive the scraper 400 to rotate, and in the process of cleaning the food, the scraper 400 rotates in the inner cavity 210, and the rotating scraper 400 can stir the food in the inner cavity 210, so that the food in the inner cavity 210 is fully contacted with water, the food can be fully washed, and the cleaning effect of the food is improved.
The driving assembly 300 can drive the frame body 200 to move and drive the scraper 400 to rotate, and the two working parts are driven by one driving part, so that the number of the driving parts is reduced, the structure of a product is further simplified, and the structure in the cleaning device is more compact, thereby reducing the volume of the cleaning device.
In one possible embodiment, the walls of the inner cavity 210 are in contact with the blade 400 or are spaced less than 2mm apart.
In this embodiment, the scraper 400 contacts with the wall of the inner cavity 210 during the rotation process, so that the scraper 400 not only can stir the food, but also can scrape the food adhered to the wall of the inner cavity 210, avoiding the food not washed by water, and improving the washing cleanliness of the washing device for the food. In the blanking process, the scraper 400 can also rotate in the inner cavity 210, at this time, the scraper 400 can scrape food materials adhered to the wall of the inner cavity 210, so that the food materials in the inner cavity 210 can be discharged through the blanking opening 140, the grain waste is avoided, the smoothness of the blanking process is improved, a user is not required to actively clean the food materials in the inner cavity 210, and the operation of the user is simplified.
The space between the scraping plate 400 and the cavity wall of the inner cavity 210 can be less than 2mm, the scraping plate 400 is close to the cavity wall of the inner cavity 210, food materials on the cavity wall can be scraped, and abrasion of the scraping plate 400 and the inner cavity 210 can be reduced.
As shown in connection with fig. 1, 2 and 3, in one possible embodiment, the drive assembly 300 includes: a driving member 310, a driving wheel assembly 320 and a driving shaft assembly 330, the driving member 310 being mounted to the main body 100; the drive wheel assembly 320 is in driving connection with the drive member 310; the transmission shaft assembly 330 is in driving connection with the transmission shaft assembly 330, and the scraping plates 400 and the frame body 200 are arranged on the transmission shaft assembly 330.
In this embodiment, the driving member 310 can drive the driving wheel assembly 320 to rotate, the driving wheel assembly 320 can drive the driving shaft assembly 330 to rotate, the rotating shaft assembly can drive the frame 200 to move and can drive the scraper 400 to rotate, two groups of structures can be arranged on the driving shaft assembly 330, one group of structures is used for driving the frame 200 to move, and the other group of structures drives the scraper 400 to rotate, so that the structure of a product is facilitated to be simplified.
As shown in connection with fig. 1, 2, 4, and 5, in one possible embodiment, the driveshaft assembly 330 includes: the screw 331 is arranged on the frame body 200, and the screw 331 is provided with a mounting hole along the axial direction; a nut 332 provided on the main body 100, the outer circumference of the nut 332 being formed with engagement teeth, the screw 331 being movable in the axial direction of the nut 332; the rotating shaft 333 penetrates through the mounting hole, the scraper 400 is mounted on the rotating shaft 333, the screw 331 and the rotating shaft 333 can synchronously move along the axial direction of the screw 331, and the rotating shaft 333 can rotate in the mounting hole; the transmission gear 334 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 333, and when one of the meshing teeth and the transmission gear 334 is in driving connection with the transmission wheel assembly 320, the other is separated from the transmission wheel assembly 320.
In this embodiment, the nut 332 is mounted on the main body 100, the screw 331 is capable of being assembled with the nut 332, the screw 331 is capable of being moved by the nut 332, meshing teeth are formed on the periphery of the nut 332, the meshing teeth are in driving connection with the driving wheel assembly 320, the nut 332 is capable of rotating on the main body 100, in use, the driving member 310 drives the driving wheel assembly 320 to rotate, and when the driving wheel assembly 320 is matched with the meshing teeth, the driving wheel assembly 320 can drive the meshing teeth to rotate, so that the nut 332 rotates on the main body 100. The frame 200 needs to move relative to the main body 100, so that the first opening 220 on the frame 200 can be opposite to the feeding hole 110, and the second opening 230 is opposite to the discharging hole 140, and the frame 200 needs to be limited to rotate relative to the main body 100, so that the screw 331 is set to move axially, so that the screw 331 drives the frame 200 to translate, when the nut 332 rotates, in order to limit the rotation of the screw 331, a limiting structure can be set on the frame 200 or the main body 100, and the limiting structure limits the rotation of the frame 200, so that the rotation of the screw 331 is limited, so that when the nut 332 rotates, the screw 331 can only translate along the axial direction of the nut 332. The rotating shaft 333 passes through the mounting hole of the screw 331, and the axial direction of the rotating shaft 333 and the axial direction of the screw 331 are arranged in the same direction, and since the scraper 400 is assembled on the rotating shaft 333, the frame 200 and the scraper 400 can move together, so that the screw 331 needs to be arranged to drive the rotating shaft 333 to move. The rotation shaft 333 is provided with a transmission gear 334, and the transmission gear 334 is fixed to the rotation shaft 333, so that the transmission gear 334 and the rotation shaft 333 can rotate synchronously. The driving wheel assembly 320 can be in driving connection with the driving gear 334, when the scraper 400 needs to be controlled to rotate, the driving wheel assembly 320 drives the driving gear 334 to rotate, the driving gear 334 drives the rotating shaft 333 to rotate, and the rotating shaft 333 drives the scraper 400 to rotate. When the driving wheel assembly 320 drives the meshing teeth to rotate, the driving wheel assembly 320 is separated from the driving gear 334, and similarly, when the driving wheel assembly 320 is meshed with the driving gear 334, the driving wheel assembly 320 is separated from the meshing teeth, in practical application, the scraper 400 does not need to move the frame 200 when scraping materials, and the scraper 400 does not need to rotate when the frame 200 moves, so the driving wheel assembly 320 can only be matched with one of the meshing teeth and the driving gear 334 at the same time, interference between the movement of the frame 200 and the rotation of the scraper 400 is avoided, and the stability of the cleaning device during operation is improved.
As shown in fig. 1, in one possible application, a stopper rod 240 is provided at one side of the frame body 200, a guide hole is provided on the main body 100, the stopper rod 240 is inserted into the guide hole, and the stopper rod 240 can slide in the guide hole. The guide hole plays a role of limiting the limiting rod 240, thereby limiting the rotation of the frame body 200. The stopper rod 240 also can play a guiding role for the stopper rod 240, so that the frame body 200 can stably move between the washing chamber 120 and the discharging chamber 130. In order for the stopper rod 240 to stably perform the above-described function, the number of the stopper rods 240 is at least two.
As shown in connection with fig. 1, 2, 5 and 6, in one possible embodiment, the drive wheel assembly 320 comprises: a first driving wheel 321 and a second driving wheel 322, wherein the first driving wheel 321 is capable of meshing with the meshing teeth; the second driving wheel 322 is capable of meshing with the transmission gear teeth, the second driving wheel 322 and the transmission gear 334 are in a separated state with the first driving wheel 321 and the meshing gear meshed with each other, and the second driving wheel 322 is separated from the transmission gear 334 with the second driving wheel 322 and the meshing gear meshed with each other.
In this embodiment, the driving member 310 can simultaneously drive the first driving wheel 321, the second driving wheel 322, and the third driving wheel to rotate, and the driving member 310 can drive the first driving wheel 321, the second driving wheel 322, and the third driving wheel to rotate. When the frame 200 needs to be moved, the first rotating driving wheel 321 drives the meshing teeth to rotate, so that the rotating nut 332 can drive the screw 331 to translate, and the screw 331 drives the frame 200 to move. When the scraper 400 needs to be rotated, the second rotating driving wheel 322 drives the transmission gear 334 to rotate, the transmission gear 334 drives the rotating shaft 333 to rotate, so that the rotating shaft 333 drives the scraper 400 to rotate, and when the first driving wheel 321 is meshed with the meshing teeth, the function of moving the frame 200 is realized, and at the moment, the scraper 400 does not need to rotate, so that the second driving wheel 322 is separated from the transmission gear 334. When the second driving wheel 322 is meshed with the transmission gear 334, the function of rotating the scraper 400 is realized, and the frame body 200 is not required to move at the moment, so that the first driving wheel 321 is separated from the meshing teeth, and the stability of the cleaning device during operation is improved.
As shown in connection with fig. 1, 2, 5 and 6, in one possible embodiment, the first drive wheel 321 comprises: the first gear is used for being meshed with the meshing teeth; the second driving wheel 322 includes: the second gear 3321 and the third gear 3322, when the frame body 200 is positioned in the material washing cavity 120, the second gear 3321 can be meshed with the transmission gear 334; when the current position of the frame 200 is located in the blanking cavity 130, the third gear 3322 can be meshed with the transmission gear 334.
In this embodiment, the first driving wheel 321 is a first gear, and the first gear can be meshed with the meshing teeth, so that the first gear can drive the nut 332 to rotate. The second driving wheel 322 includes two gears, a second gear 3321 and a third gear 3322, respectively, and the second gear 3321 and the third gear 3322 can be meshed with the transmission gear 334, respectively. When the rack 200 is located in the material washing cavity 120, the scraping plate 400 needs to stir food, when the rack 200 is located in the material discharging cavity 130, the scraping plate 400 needs to scrape the food in the inner cavity 210, so when the rack 200 is located in the material washing cavity 120 and the material discharging cavity 130, the scraping plate 400 needs to rotate, that is, the scraping plate 400 needs to realize the rotating function in both positions. The second gear 3321 and the third gear 3322 are arranged along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 333 at intervals, when the frame body 200 is positioned in the material washing cavity 120, the second gear 3321 can be meshed with the transmission gear 334, at the moment, the second gear 3321 can drive the rotating shaft 333 to rotate through the transmission gear 334, at the moment, the scraper 400 rotates at the material washing position, after the screw 331 drives the rotating shaft 333 to move, the transmission gear 334 moves a distance along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 333, at the moment, the transmission gear 334 moves to the vicinity of the third gear 3322, the third gear 3322 can drive the transmission gear 334 to rotate, and at the moment, the scraper 400 rotates at the material discharging position. By arranging the second gear 3321 and the third gear 3322, the driving function of the transmission gear 334 at different positions is realized, gears with longer axial lengths do not need to be arranged, the structure of the second driving wheel 322 is simplified, and the processing difficulty and the processing cost of products are reduced.
As shown in connection with fig. 5 and 6, in one possible embodiment, the drive wheel assembly 320 further comprises: the connection shaft 323, and the first gear, the second gear 3321, and the third gear 3322 are provided at intervals along the axial direction of the connection shaft 323 to the connection shaft 323.
In this embodiment, the first gear, the second gear 3321 and the third gear 3322 are disposed on the connecting shaft 323, so that the driving wheel assembly 320 is an integral component, and the number of components of the product is reduced, thereby effectively reducing the difficulty in installing the driving wheel assembly 320.
As shown in connection with fig. 5 and 6, in one possible embodiment, the second gear 3321 and the third gear 3322 are disposed offset from the first gear in the circumferential direction of the connecting shaft 323.
In this embodiment, in order to satisfy the function of separating the first gear from the meshing teeth when the second gear 3321 and the third gear 3322 are meshed with the transmission gear 334, the first gear, the second gear 3321, and the third gear 3322 are not completed gears, the first gear is provided with a tooth structure in a part of the circumferential direction of the connecting shaft 323, the second gear 3321 and the third gear 3322 are also provided with a tooth structure in only a part of the axial direction of the connecting shaft 323, and the second gear 3321 is offset from the first gear in the circumferential direction of the connecting shaft 323, and the third gear 3322 is offset from the first gear. For example, when the driving rack 200 is required to move from the material washing chamber 120 to the material discharging chamber 130, the first gear is meshed with the meshing teeth, at this time, the second gear 3321 is staggered with the transmission gear 334, and even if the first gear rotates, the second gear 3321 cannot drive the transmission gear 334, and similarly, when the second gear 3321 or the third gear 3322 is meshed with the transmission gear 334, the first gear is staggered with the meshing teeth, so that interference between the movement of the rack 200 and the rotation of the scraper 400 is effectively avoided. Moreover, the second gear 3321 and the third gear 3322 are disposed at intervals, and when the transmission gear 334 moves along with the rotation shaft 333, the transmission gear 334 is located between the second gear 3321 and the third gear 3322, and the second gear 3321 and the third gear 3322 which avoid rotation are in contact with the transmission gear 334, so that a gear-driving phenomenon occurs, that is, the second gear 3321 which avoids rotation interferes with the transmission gear 334 and the third gear 3322 which avoids rotation interferes with the transmission gear 334.
As shown in connection with fig. 1, 2, 6 and 7, in one possible embodiment, the screw 331 comprises: when the second gear 3321 is meshed with the transmission gear 334, the transmission gear 334 is sleeved on the first rod 3311; the first end is disposed on the first rod 3311, the second rod 3312 is provided with a threaded portion, the threaded portion is matched with the nut 332, and when the first gear is meshed with the meshing portion, the second gear 3321 and the third gear 3322 are separated from the transmission gear 334; the third rod 3313 is disposed at the second end of the second rod 3312, and the transmission gear 334 is sleeved on the third rod 3313 under the condition that the third gear 3322 is meshed with the transmission gear 334.
In this embodiment, the screw 331 is composed of three parts, the first rod body 3311, the second rod body 3312 and the third rod body 3313 extend along the same direction, the second rod body 3312 is located between the first rod body 3311 and the third rod body 3313, the threaded portion is provided on the second rod body 3312, the threaded portion is not provided on the first rod body 3311 and the third rod body 3313, so the nut 332 can only be matched with the second rod body 3312. For example, when the first gear rotates clockwise to drive the nut 332 to rotate, the second rod body 3312 is matched with the nut 332, at this time, the screw 331 can move axially, when the nut 332 is located at the end of the second rod body 3312, the nut 332 is sleeved on the first rod body 3311, since no threaded structure is provided on the first rod body 3311, the nut 332 still rotates and cannot drive the first rod body 3311 to move, at this time, the frame 200 is located in the material washing cavity 120, the driving wheel assembly 320 continuously rotates, the second gear 3321 can drive the scraper 400 to rotate, and when the driving wheel assembly 320 continuously rotates, the second gear 3321 intermittently drives the scraper 400 to rotate, at this time, the first gear can drive the screw 331 to move although the nut 332 can also not drive the screw 331, so that the purpose of continuously and intermittently rotating the scraper 400 can be realized, which is beneficial to improving the cleaning effect on food materials. After the food is washed, the driving piece 310 drives the first gear to rotate anticlockwise, at this time, the nut 332 can be matched with the threaded part on the second rod body 3312, so that the nut 332 can drive the screw 331 to move, and accordingly, the frame body 200 can be driven into the blanking cavity 130, and similarly, when the end part of the other end of the second rod body 3312 is contacted with the nut 332, the nut 332 cannot drive the screw 331 to move, and at this time, the nut 332 is sleeved on the third rod body 3313. At this time, the third gear 3322 may intermittently drive the scraper 400 to rotate, so as to improve the scraping effect of the scraper 400 on the food materials in the inner cavity 210.
As shown in connection with fig. 1 and 2, in one possible embodiment, the drive assembly 300 further comprises: the first elastic member 500 is sleeved on the screw 331, the second elastic member 600 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 333, when the nut 332 is sleeved on the first rod body 3311, the first elastic member 500 is in an elastic deformation state, and the second elastic member 600 is in an original state, and when the nut 332 is sleeved on the second rod body 3312, the first elastic member 500 is in an original state, and the second elastic member 600 is in an elastic deformation state.
In this embodiment, when the nut 332 is sleeved on the first rod 3311, the first elastic member 500 is in an elastic deformation state, and the first elastic member 500 has a pushing tendency to the screw 331, so that the nut 332 can be stably contacted with the threaded portion on the first end of the second rod 3312, and when the first gear rotates anticlockwise, the nut 332 can be stably matched with the second rod 3312 to drive the second rod 3312 to move. Similarly, when the nut 332 is sleeved on the third rod 3313, the second elastic member 600 is in an elastic deformation state, and the second elastic member 600 has a pushing tendency to the screw 331, so that the screw 331 can be stably contacted with the threaded portion on the second end of the second rod 3312. By providing the first elastic member 500 and the second elastic member 600, the coupling stability of the nut 332 and the second rod 3312 can be improved.
As shown in fig. 1, in one possible embodiment, the frame body 200 is mounted with a sealing member 700, and specifically, both the top and bottom of the frame body 200 are provided with the sealing member 700, and the main body 100 is in contact with the sealing member 700.
In this embodiment, the rack 200 can move relative to the main body 100, in order to avoid interference of the main body 100 to the movement of the rack 200, a gap needs to be provided between the main body 100 and the rack 200, in order to avoid water and food overflowing from the gap between the main body 100 and the rack 200 in the process of cleaning food materials, sealing elements 700 are provided at the top of the rack 200 and at the bottom of the rack 200, the sealing elements 700 play a role in sealing the gap between the main body 100 and the rack 200, so as to avoid overflowing food materials and water, not only prevent the problem of dirt of the cleaning device caused by overflowing sewage, but also avoid the problem of blockage between the rack 200 and the main body 100 caused by overflowing food materials, thereby being beneficial to improving the smoothness of the cleaning process.
The sealing member 700 has a soft texture, and the sealing member 700 is not easily damaged when the frame 200 moves, so that the structural stability of the cleaning device is improved.
As shown in connection with fig. 1 and 8, in some embodiments of the present application, a cooking appliance is provided, including: a body 800; the pan body assembly 900, the pan body assembly 900 is detachably arranged on the body 800; as with the cleaning device of any of the foregoing possible embodiments, the cleaning device is mounted on the body 800, and the pot assembly 900 is provided with a rice inlet, and the discharge opening 140 in the cleaning device communicates with the rice inlet.
The pot assembly 900 can be placed on the body 800 or separated from the body 800. Namely, the pan body assembly 900 and the body 800 are in a separable structure, and when food materials are required to be put in, contained or the pan body assembly 900 is required to be cleaned, the pan body assembly 900 can be separated from the body 800, so that a user can conveniently and independently use the pan body assembly 900. In addition, since the pan body assembly 900 and the body 800 are in a separated structure, the heating and other components can be arranged on the body 800, namely, the pan body assembly 900 does not need to be provided with an electric device, when the pan body assembly 900 is cleaned, the problem that the pan body assembly 900 is damaged due to water inlet of the electric device is not easy to occur, and the stability and the safety of a user in using the cooking utensil are improved. When the cooking appliance needs to be used, the frame body 200 is positioned in the material washing cavity 120, food materials to be washed and water enter the cavity, after the food materials are washed, the frame body 200 is positioned in the discharging cavity 130, and the washed food materials are discharged out of the cavity. Specifically, the food and water to be washed enter the inner cavity 210 of the frame 200 through the inlet 110, and the food to be washed can be washed in the inner cavity 210 in various manners, for example, a stirring member is provided to stir the inner cavity 210, or a vibrating member drives the frame 200 to vibrate. After the food is washed, the sewage in the material washing cavity 120 is discharged through the water outlet, the washed food is left in the inner cavity 210, the driving assembly 300 can drive the frame body 200 to move, the frame body 200 can move into the discharging cavity 130, in the moving process of the frame body 200, the frame body 200 can drive the food in the inner cavity 210 to move together, the frame body 200 and the food move into the discharging cavity 130 together, the inner cavity 210 is communicated with the discharging opening 140, the food in the inner cavity 210 is discharged through the discharging opening 140, and the washed food can enter a container of the cooking utensil, so that the discharging function is completed. When the rack 200 is located in the material washing cavity 120, the bottom of the rack 200 contacts with the bottom wall of the material washing cavity 120, so that food and water in the inner cavity 210 are not easy to flow out of the inner cavity 210, and when the rack 200 moves, the side wall of the rack 200 pushes the food, so that the food is pushed into the discharging cavity 130. Through setting up mobilizable support body 200, the support body 200 has realized wasing the function of eating material and unloading respectively when being located different cavitys, does not need to accomplish the cleaning process to eating material in the container, simplifies the structure of container, reduces the processing degree of difficulty to the container, moreover, separates belt cleaning device and container, when heating the container, belt cleaning device also is difficult for receiving high temperature influence and takes place to damage, is favorable to improving the functional stability of the cooking utensil of this belt cleaning device of assembly.
Through set up washing material chamber 120 and unloading chamber 130 on main part 100 for belt cleaning device can accomplish the function of washing material and unloading simultaneously, need not set up two independent parts, has simplified the structure of product, reduces belt cleaning device's occupation volume, thereby can reduce the occupation space of the culinary art device of this belt cleaning device of assembly, and convenience of customers accomodates cooking utensil.
The top of the inner cavity 210 is provided with the first opening 220, the bottom of the inner cavity 210 is provided with the second opening 230, so that the inner cavity 210 is a cavity which penetrates up and down, when the frame body 200 is positioned in the material washing cavity 120, food and water to be washed sequentially enter the inner cavity 210 through the feeding hole 110 and the first opening 220, so that the food to be washed can be washed in the inner cavity 210, after the food is washed, the frame body 200 pushes the food to move when moving, the second opening 230 on the frame body 200 is gradually opposite to the material discharging hole 140 along with the entering of the frame body 200 into the material discharging cavity 130, and the food to be washed in the frame body 200 is sequentially discharged through the second opening 230 and the material discharging hole 140 under the action of gravity. By providing the second opening 230 at the bottom of the frame 200, no auxiliary component is needed to push the food material in the inner cavity 210 out of the inner cavity 210 during the discharging process, and the structure of the product can be further simplified.
The cooking appliance in this embodiment is an electric cooker, and in other embodiments, the cooking appliance may be a coffee maker, a soymilk maker, or the like.
As shown in fig. 8, in one possible embodiment, the body 800 is provided with a receiving portion 810, and the pot assembly 900 is positioned within the receiving portion 810.
In this embodiment, when the pan body assembly 900 is placed in the accommodating portion 810 of the body 800, the body 800 may heat the pan body assembly 900 to achieve a cooking function, for example, a heating element may be disposed on the body 800, and the heating element is located at the bottom of the pan body assembly 900, and the heating element may be capable of heating the pan body assembly 900. The accommodating part 810 accommodates the pot body assembly 900, and the pot body assembly 900 is not easily contacted with external parts in the cooking process, thereby avoiding the problem of scalding the user. Moreover, other parts are not easy to cook the pot body assembly 900, stability in a cooking process can be improved, and the containing part 810 is arranged on the body 800, so that the pot body assembly 900 does not need to be placed on the outer surface of the body 800, occupation space of a cooking appliance is reduced, a user can store the cooking appliance conveniently, and the pot body assembly 900 can be taken out from the containing part 810 when the user needs to independently use the pot body assembly 900. The scraper 400 mounted on the driving assembly 300 is further arranged in the inner cavity 210, the scraper 400 rotates in the inner cavity 210, and the rotating scraper 400 can stir food in the inner cavity 210, so that the food in the inner cavity 210 is fully contacted with water, the food can be fully washed, and the cleaning effect on the food is improved.

Claims (15)
1. A cleaning device, comprising:
the main body is provided with a feeding hole and a material washing cavity which are communicated, and a discharging cavity and a discharging hole which are communicated;
the frame body is provided with an inner cavity and a water outlet which are communicated, when the frame body is positioned in the material washing cavity, the feeding port is communicated with the inner cavity, and when the frame body is positioned in the material discharging cavity, the material discharging port is communicated with the inner cavity;
the driving assembly is arranged on the main body and used for driving the frame body to move between the material washing cavity and the discharging cavity.
2. The cleaning apparatus of claim 1, wherein the cleaning apparatus comprises a cleaning device,
the top of the inner cavity is provided with a first opening, and when the frame body is positioned in the material washing cavity, the feeding port is communicated with the first opening;
the bottom of the inner cavity is provided with a second opening, and when the frame body is positioned in the blanking cavity, the blanking opening is communicated with the second opening.
3. The cleaning device of claim 1, further comprising:
the scraping plate is positioned in the inner cavity, the scraping plate is arranged on the driving assembly, and the driving assembly is used for driving the scraping plate to rotate.

the rotating shaft penetrates through the mounting hole, the scraping plate is arranged on the rotating shaft, the screw rod and the rotating shaft synchronously move along the axial direction of the screw rod, and the rotating shaft can rotate in the mounting hole;
and the transmission gear is sleeved on the rotating shaft, and one of the meshing teeth and the transmission gear is separated from the transmission wheel assembly when being in driving connection with the transmission wheel assembly.
7. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 6, wherein the drive wheel assembly comprises:
A first driving wheel for meshing with the meshing teeth;
the second driving wheel is used for being meshed with the transmission gear teeth, when the first driving wheel is meshed with the meshing gear, the second driving wheel is separated from the transmission gear, and when the second driving wheel is separated from the meshing gear, the second driving wheel is separated from the transmission gear.
8. The cleaning apparatus of claim 7, wherein the cleaning apparatus comprises a cleaning device,
the first drive wheel includes: a first gear for meshing with the meshing teeth;
the second driving wheel includes:
the second gear is used for being meshed with the transmission gear when the frame body is positioned in the material washing cavity;
and the third gear is used for being meshed with the transmission gear when the frame body is positioned in the blanking cavity.
9. The cleaning apparatus defined in claim 8, wherein the drive wheel assembly further comprises:
and the first gear, the second gear and the third gear are arranged on the connecting shaft at intervals along the axial direction of the connecting shaft.
10. The cleaning apparatus of claim 9, wherein the cleaning apparatus comprises a cleaning device,
