The first connector 10, the first connector 10 includes the plug housing 1, the first connects the electric assembly 2 and locating piece 3, the said plug housing 1 has first plug cavity 11 and fixed cavity 12, one end of the said first plug cavity 11 is communicated with fixed cavity 12, the said fixed cavity 12 includes locating end 121, fixed end 122 and terminal 123 that set gradually, one side of the said locating end 121 is communicated with first plug cavity 11, the said fixed end 122 has fixed seats 124, there are fixed slots 125 on the said fixed seats 124, both ends of the said fixed slot 125 communicate locating end 121 and terminal 123 separately; the first power receiving assembly 2 comprises a first power receiving sleeve 21, an insulator 22 arranged in the first power receiving sleeve 21 and a first power receiving terminal 23 inserted in the insulator 22, wherein one end of the first power receiving sleeve 21 is inserted in the fixed groove 125, and the other end extends towards the first inserting cavity 11 and towards the terminal 123; the positioning piece 3 is provided with a positioning groove 31, the positioning piece 3 is installed at the positioning end 121, the positioning groove 31 corresponds to the fixing groove 125, and one end of the first power-on sleeve 21 passes through the positioning groove 31 and extends to the first plug-in cavity 11; in this embodiment, the fixing cavity 12 is disposed in the plugging housing 1, the fixing seat 124 is disposed in the fixing cavity 12, the fixing seat 124 is provided with the fixing groove 125, the fixing groove 125 is used for inserting the first power receiving sleeve 21, and the positioning piece 3 is further disposed for fixing the first power receiving assembly 2 at the positioning end 121, so that the structure is stable in the plugging process of the connector. During the power connection process, the first power connection sleeve 21 is used for contact conductive transmission after the connector is plugged in a matched mode with the first power connection terminal 23. The first power-on sleeve 21 is matched and fixed with the positioning piece 3 through the fixing seat 124, the shifting phenomenon can not occur in the connector inserting process, the inserting is stable, and the structure is reliable. The problem that the existing second connector inner structure is easy to shift during plugging, so that unstable contact occurs is solved, the fixing seat 124 is integrally formed in the plugging shell 1, the fixing groove 125 on the fixing seat 124 is matched with the positioning piece 3 to fix the first power-connection sleeve 21, and the connector is stable in power connection.
The second connector 20, the second connector 20 includes the butting shell 4, the second connects the electric assembly 5, the fixed part 6 and the terminal cover 7, there is socket sleeve 41 in the butting shell 4, there is socket mount pad 42 in the socket sleeve 41, there is outer socket cavity 43 between socket sleeve 41 and butting shell 4, there is inner socket cavity 44 between socket mount pad 42 and socket sleeve 41, there is electric slot 45 on socket mount pad 42, one end of socket mount pad 42 facing away from inner socket cavity 44 has wiring cavity 422; one end of the second power connection assembly 5 is inserted into the power connection slot 45, and one end extends towards the inward insertion cavity 44, and the other end extends towards the wiring cavity 46; the fixing piece 6 is installed in the inner plug-in cavity 44 and fixes the second power connection assembly 5 in the power connection slot 45, one end of the fixing piece 6 extends towards the outer plug-in cavity 43 and is provided with a sealing step 61, a sealing groove is formed between the sealing step 61 and the plug-in sleeve 41, and a first sealing piece 62 is sleeved on the sealing groove; one end of the terminal cover 7 is connected to the terminal cavity 46, a second sealing member 47 is arranged in the terminal cavity 46, the terminal cover 7 is provided with a connecting wire 71, and one end of the connecting wire 71 passes through the second sealing member 47 to be connected with the second power receiving assembly 5. In this embodiment, an outer plug cavity 43 and an inner plug cavity 44 are provided in the docking housing 4, and a fixing member 6 is installed in the inner plug cavity 44, where the fixing member 6 fixes the power receiving assembly in the power receiving slot 45. A sealing groove is formed between the fixing piece 6 and the plug sleeve 41, a first sealing piece 62 is sleeved on the sealing groove, and the sealing piece 62 is used for sealing when the connector is plugged, and sealing and waterproof functions are achieved on the front end; the terminal cover 7 is further provided, the terminal cover 7 is provided with a connecting wire 71 for connecting the power-connection assembly to conduct electricity, and the second sealing piece 47 is arranged in the terminal cavity 46, and the second sealing piece 47 is used for sealing the terminal cavity 46, so that the rear end can be sealed. The problem of current connector in to inserting the in-process seal not enough is solved, seals the front end through first sealing member 62, and second sealing member 47 seals the rear end, and the structural sealability is good, and the waterproof effect is good.
In the invention, the connector structure of the double-wire end is combined, and in the connecting process, one end of the plug housing 1 is inserted into the outer plug cavity 43, so that the fixing piece 6 is matched with the first plug cavity 11, and meanwhile, the first electric connection terminal 23 is in conductive contact with the second electric connection assembly 5; one end of the positioning piece 3 is matched with the opposite inserting cavity 65, and the stability of connection of the first electric terminal 23 and the second electric component 5 is guaranteed through structural matching of the outer inserting cavity 43 and the opposite inserting cavity 65, so that the structural conduction stability is good.
Referring to fig. 4 to 11, the plug housing 1 is located outside the first plug cavity 11 and provided with a plug connector 13, the periphery of the plug connector 13 is provided with a plug guide strip 131, and the upper side of the plug connector 13 is provided with a plug buckle 132; in this embodiment, in the plugging process of the connector, the guiding structure disposed on the periphery of the plugged connector is used for guiding and plugging with the plugging guiding strip 131, so as to ensure the contraposition in the plugging process of the connector. In addition, the plugging buckle 132 is provided, and the plugging clamping groove is provided in the plugged connector to cooperate, so that a structure of fixed clamping is formed after the connector is plugged, the connector is kept in a plugging state, and the connector cannot be easily pulled out.
Referring to fig. 14 to 17, the docking housing 4 is provided with a guiding and matching groove 431 located outside the outer plugging cavity 43, and one end of the guiding and matching groove 431 protrudes towards the outer plugging cavity 43; a plugging guide groove 432 is formed in one side of the outer plugging cavity 43, and a plugging fixing buckle 48 is arranged on the upper side of the plugging guide groove 432 of the docking shell 4; the plugging guide bar 131 is used for being matched with the guiding matching groove 431; in this embodiment, the guiding matching groove 431 is provided for positioning and guiding the connector during the plugging process, so that the connector can be plugged in a aligned manner, and the plugging precision is ensured.
The docking shell 4 is provided with a locking sliding groove 49 on the upper side of the plugging guide groove 432, the locking sliding groove 49 is provided with a locking sliding block 491, the locking sliding block 491 is provided with a locking limiting piece 492 and a locking positioning piece 493, the plugging fixing buckle 48 comprises a buckle end 481 extending towards the outer plugging cavity 43 and a pressing end 482 extending towards the wiring cavity 46, the buckle end 481 is provided with a buckle groove 483, the locking limiting piece 492 extends into the buckle groove 483, the locking positioning piece 493 is provided with a pressing positioning groove 494, and the pressing positioning groove 494 is used for positioning the pressing end 482; the clamping groove 483 is used for matching with the plugging clamping buckle 132; in this embodiment, by matching the locking slider 491 with the locking chute 49, when the connector is plugged, the plug-in fixing buckle 48 is locked and fixed with the plugged connector, the locking limiting piece 492 is used for limiting the locking of the buckle, and the locking positioning piece 493 is used for pressing the pressing end 482. The locking chute 49 is provided with a locking positioning groove 31495, both sides of the locking slide 491 are provided with locking positioning blocks 496, and the locking positioning groove 31495 is used for matching with the locking positioning blocks 496; specifically, the locking chute 49 is provided with a pressing positioning groove 494, two sides of the locking slide 491 are provided with locking positioning blocks 496, and the pressing positioning groove 494 is used for matching with the locking positioning blocks 496. After the structure is matched and positioned, the phenomenon of loose pulling and inserting caused by false touch can not occur.
Referring to fig. 5 to fig. 6, positioning clamping grooves 1211 are formed on two sides of the positioning end 121, positioning buckles 32 are formed on two sides of the positioning piece 3, and the positioning piece 3 is clamped on the positioning clamping grooves 1211 through the positioning buckles 32; in this embodiment, the positioning slot 1211 and the positioning buckle 32 are matched to be used for assembling the positioning piece 3, and after assembling, one end of the first power receiving sleeve 21 is fixed, so that the structure is stable in the plugging process of the connector.
The fixing seat 124 is provided with a first elastic buckle 1241, the first elastic buckle 1241 is located at one side of the fixing groove 125, the first power receiving sleeve 21 is provided with a fixing clamping groove 211, and the first elastic buckle 1241 is used for being clamped on the fixing clamping groove 211 to fix the first power receiving sleeve 21 in the fixing groove 125; in this embodiment, the first elastic buckle 1241 is provided to fix the fixing slot 211 on the first power receiving sleeve 21, so that the structure of the first power receiving sleeve 21 is fixed in the fixing slot 125 after fixing, and no shift phenomenon occurs in the plugging process. The first elastic buckle 1241 has elasticity in the assembly process, and the first power receiving sleeve 21 is convenient to assemble.
The terminal 123 is provided with a third sealing element 1232, the outer periphery of the third sealing element 1232 is provided with a third sealing outer lip 1233, the third sealing element 1232 is provided with a sealing connecting hole, the sealing connecting hole is opposite to the fixing groove 125, one end of the first power receiving sleeve 21 is inserted into the sealing connecting hole, and the inner diameter of the sealing connecting hole is provided with a third sealing inner lip; in this embodiment, setting up third sealing member 1232 and being used for the wiring end 123 to seal, can playing sealed waterproof effect to the rear end portion, set up sealed connecting hole and third sealed inner lip simultaneously and be used for the structural seal, further guarantee the leakproofness and the waterproof effect of structure.
The wire connector 33 further comprises a wire connector 33, the wire connector 33 comprises a connection cover 331 and a wire holder 332 connected to the connection cover 331, the connection cover 331 is connected to the terminal 123 and fixes the third sealing member 1232 in the terminal 123, the wire holder 332 is provided with a wire hole 333, the wire hole 333 is provided with a connecting wire, and the connecting wire is connected with the first electric terminal 23; in this embodiment, the third sealing member 1232 is fixed by the connection cover 331, and a specific connection wire is used for running through the lead hole 333, and the connection wire is connected to the first electrical terminal 23 through the sealing connection for electrical conduction.
Connection clamping grooves 3311 are formed in two sides of the connection cover 331, connection buckles are arranged on the outer sides of the wiring terminals 123, and the connection cover 331 is clamped on the connection buckles through the connection clamping grooves 3311; in this embodiment, the connection clamping groove 3311 is matched with the connection buckle for connection fixation of the connection cover 331, and the structure is stable.
Referring to fig. 10 to 11, the first power receiving sleeve 21 includes a first socket sleeve 212 and a first fixing sleeve 213 connected to one end of the first socket sleeve 212, the insulator 22 is fixed in the first socket sleeve 212, and one end of the insulator extends to the first fixing sleeve 213, one end of the first socket sleeve 212 extends toward the first socket cavity 11, and one end of the first fixing sleeve 213 extends toward the terminal 123; in this embodiment, two ends of the first plugging sleeve 212 and the first fixing sleeve 213 are respectively connected, the first plugging sleeve 212 is used for plugging a connector, the first fixing sleeve 213 is used for fixing a structure, and the structure is stable in the plugging process of the connector.
The insulator 22 is provided with a stop step 221, the surface of the stop step 221 is abutted against one end of the first fixed sleeve 213, one end of the first fixed sleeve 213 is provided with a wiring sleeve 2131, the inner diameter of the first plug sleeve 212 is provided with a limit step 2121, and one end of the insulator 22 away from the stop step 221 is abutted against the limit step 2121; in this embodiment, the retaining step 221 and the limiting step 2121 are provided for limiting the installation of the insulator 22, so as to fix the insulator 22, and further ensure structural stability in the plugging process of the connector.
One end of the first electric connection terminal 23 is provided with an electric connection pin 231, the other end is provided with a jointing clamp 232, the electric connection pin 231 extends towards the first plug-in cavity 11, and the jointing clamp 232 faces towards the wiring terminal 123; the electrical contact pins 231 and the connecting clips 232 are provided for connection to electrical conductors, respectively, and to electrical conductors of the connecting lines.
Referring to fig. 13 to 17, the plug sleeve 41 is integrally formed in the docking housing 4, and the plug mounting seat 42 is integrally formed in the plug sleeve 41; in this embodiment, the structure of integral injection molding is adopted, the internal structure is stable, the integrity is good, and the structure is reliable.
A limiting block 421 is arranged at one end of the plugging mounting seat 42, which is close to the inner plugging cavity 44, the limiting block 421 protrudes towards the port of the power connection slot 45, the fixing piece 6 is provided with a limiting baffle 63, the limiting baffle 63 is opposite to the limiting block 421 and forms a limiting ring, and the limiting ring is used for limiting the second power connection assembly 5; the limiting block 421 and the limiting ring are matched to limit the second power connection assembly 5, so that the stability of the second power connection assembly 5 in the structure is guaranteed, and the structure is stable and reliable.
Specifically, the two sides of the plugging installation seat 42 are provided with assembling buckles 422, the fixing piece 6 is provided with assembling clamping grooves 64, and the fixing piece 6 is matched with the assembling buckles 422 through the assembling clamping grooves 64; in this embodiment, the plugging mounting seat 42 is cooperatively connected with the assembling clamping groove 64 of the fixing member 6 through the assembling clamping buckle 422, so that the clamping groove and the clamping buckle can be reversely arranged in use, and the two can be connected and fixed, so as to fix the fixing member 6 in the inner plugging cavity 44.
The plugging installation seat 42 extends towards the wiring cavity 46 to form a wiring sleeve 423, a second elastic buckle 424 is arranged on one side of the plugging installation seat 42 close to the fixing piece 6, and the second elastic buckle 424 is used for fixing the second power connection assembly 5 in the power connection slot 45; in this embodiment, the second electrical connection assembly 5 is kept fixed by the connection sleeve 423, and the connection wire 71 is also facilitated to be fixed. The second elastic buckle 424 is arranged on the plugging installation seat 42, and the second power receiving assembly 5 is fixed by matching the second elastic buckle 424 with the power receiving slot 45, so that the structure assembly is stable.
Referring to fig. 20, the second electrical connection assembly 5 includes a second electrical connection sleeve 51, an insulation post 52 disposed in the second electrical connection sleeve 51, and a second electrical connection terminal 53 disposed in the insulation post 52, the fixing member 6 is provided with an opposite insertion cavity 65, and the second electrical connection sleeve 51 includes a second fixing sleeve 511 inserted in the electrical connection slot 45, and a second contact sleeve 512 connected to the second electrical connection sleeve 51 and extending to the opposite insertion cavity 65; the power receiving slot 45 is provided with a first positioning step 451 and a second positioning step 452, the second fixing sleeve 511 is provided with a fixing ring 5111, the first positioning step 451 is used for positioning the fixing ring 5111, and the second positioning step 452 is used for positioning the second contact sleeve 512; in this embodiment, the positioning step is disposed in the electrical connection slot 45 to position the second fixing sleeve 511 and the second contact sleeve 512, so as to ensure the stability of the electrical connection structure inside, and no displacement phenomenon occurs in the plugging process.
An insulation placing cavity 5112 is arranged at the connecting position of the second fixing sleeve 511 and the second contact sleeve 512, the insulation column 52 is installed in the insulation placing cavity 5112, a stop block 5121 is arranged towards the insulation placing cavity 5112 of the second contact sleeve 512, and the stop block 5121 is used for fixing the insulation column 52 in the insulation placing cavity 5112; the rear end of the second fixing sleeve 511 is provided with a heat shrinkage tube 5113, and the heat shrinkage tube 5113 is used for cladding and connecting the connecting wire 71 to the second fixing sleeve 511; in this embodiment, the insulating column 52 is fixed by the insulating installation cavity 5112 and the stop block 5121, so that the insulating column 52 is kept in a fixed state inside, and no displacement phenomenon occurs in the plugging process. Meanwhile, the heat-shrinkable sleeve is used for fixing the connecting wire 71, so that the connecting wire 71 cannot be pulled to loose.
The second contact sleeve 512 is provided with a contact portion 5122 at one end facing the opposite insertion cavity 65, the contact portion 5122 is circumferentially and uniformly provided with a plurality of contact protrusions 5123, and one ends of the contact protrusions 5123 are provided with contact rings for interconnection; in this embodiment, the contact portion 5122 is used for the connector to perform a contact function after insertion, specifically, contact through the contact protrusion 5123, so as to form a stable contact structure.
The second electrical connection terminal 53 includes a plugging conductive portion 531 and a conductive wire clip 532, the plugging conductive portion 531 is plugged in the insulating column 52, the conductive wire clip 532 is used for contacting the connection wire 71, and the plugging conductive portion 531 is provided with a plugging hole; in this embodiment, a plugging conductive portion 531 is provided for plugging and conducting, specifically, a terminal pin is inserted into a plugging hole for contact, and a conductive wire clip 532 is used for clamping, contacting and conducting in cooperation with a connecting wire 71.
The periphery of the first sealing member 62 is provided with a first sealing outer lip 621, the periphery of the second sealing member 47 is provided with a second sealing outer lip 471, the second sealing outer lip 471 is in sealing abutting joint with the inner wall of the wiring cavity 46, the second sealing member 47 is provided with a sealing through hole 472, the sealing through hole 472 is provided with a sealing inner lip, the connecting wire 71 passes through the sealing through hole 472 and is in sealing abutting joint with the sealing inner lip, one surface of the wiring end cover 7 is provided with a pressing table 72, and the pressing table 72 is used for pressing and sealing the second sealing member 47 in the wiring cavity 46; in this embodiment, the first sealing outer lip 621 is provided for forming a sealing structure after the connectors are plugged, the second sealing outer lip 471 and the sealing inner lip perform a sealing function on the structure in the wiring cavity 46, and the pressing table 7242 is provided for pressing and sealing, so that the tightness of the structure is further ensured.
The two sides of the wiring end cover 7 are provided with end cover clamping grooves 73, the outer side of the wiring cavity 46 is provided with end cover buckles 461, and the end cover clamping grooves 73 are clamped on the end cover buckles 461; in this embodiment, the end cover clamping groove 73 and the end cover clamping buckle 461 are arranged to be matched and used for clamping and fixing the structure, so that the connection stability of the structure is ensured.
