the fixed conductive cable 3 and the electric wires are fixed and sealed through the fixing component 9 at the top of the wiring machine shell 4, the protective cover plate 91 is covered on the top of the wiring machine shell 4, the positioning protruding blocks 917 at the outer side of the protective cover plate 91 are inserted into the assembling grooves in the inside of the wiring machine shell 4, so that the assembly positioning is facilitated, in the installation process, the dust removing fan 919 between the ventilation plates 918 works, external air flow can be conveyed to the inside of the wiring machine shell 4 through the ventilation plates 918, the air flow can clean dust at the outer sides of the conductive underframe 5, the first wiring clamping frame 6 and the second wiring clamping frame 7, the inside of the wiring machine shell 4 is blown out, the assembling studs 920 in the countersunk holes penetrate through the protective cover plate 91 and the inside of the assembling threaded seat 8, and the protective cover plate 91 is installed on the top end face of the wiring machine shell 4, and one end at the bottom of the two sides of the protective cover plate 91 is located at the outer side of the conductive underframe 5;
