Commodity information pushing method, server, storage medium and electronic device
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of Internet, in particular to a commodity information pushing method based on an e-commerce platform, a server, a storage medium and electronic equipment.
Background
With the development of internet technology, online shopping based on an e-commerce platform is in the middle of people's daily life. For example, community group purchase based on an e-commerce platform is a shopping platform for online consumption and offline distribution of communities of residents in communities.
The operation mode of community group purchase is as follows: the e-commerce platform is configured with one or more central bins offline, and the central bins are configured with a plurality of regional gridded warehouses facing different regions, such as grid bins, each grid bin being linked to one or more offline service sites (or self-lifting points).
Therefore, unlike the traditional e-commerce operation, the operation of community group purchase is obviously limited by localization. For example, in a scenario where users share across regions, there is a possibility that the merchandise will be in an unsold state in the shared RDC, which may cause inconvenience to the users and result in loss of the target consumer users.
Based on this, the inventors of the present application considered that the current information processing method for sharing commodities across regions is still to be improved.

According to another aspect of the present application, there is provided a server for performing the merchandise information pushing method as described above. The server comprises an attribute judging unit and an information pushing unit. The attribute judging unit judges the commodity attribute of the current displayed commodity; the information pushing unit judges whether the current commodity has the same commodity in the distribution center of the current area under the condition that the commodity attribute is non-saleable; the information pushing unit judges that the same product exists, and pushes commodity information of the same product on the user side based on the same product replacement logic; and the information pushing unit is used for pushing commodity information of the associated substitute at the user side if judging that the same product does not exist.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the currently displayed commodity is a shared commodity received by the user terminal from the user terminal of the other regional distribution center, the attribute determining unit determines that the commodity attribute is a non-saleable property based on the position information of the user, where the currently displayed commodity is a non-commodity or does not conform to a preset sales rule of the current regional distribution center.
According to some embodiments of the present application, the information pushing unit determines the same item of the currently displayed commodity at the current area distribution center, requests the commodity detail information of the same item from the commodity pool of the e-commerce platform, and pushes the commodity detail information at the user side.
According to some embodiments of the application, the information push unit determines the co-product based on a CSPU commodity model.
According to some embodiments of the application, the association substitute is determined by the information push unit based on user historical behavior data of the user side.
According to yet another aspect of the application, a non-volatile computer readable storage is provided. The storage medium has stored thereon a computer program that can implement the merchandise information pushing method as described above.
According to yet another aspect of the present application, an electronic device is provided. The electronic device comprises one or more processors and storage means for storing one or more programs that, when executed by the one or more processors, enable the one or more processors to implement the merchandise information pushing method as described above.

With the rapid development of internet technology, community group purchase based on an e-commerce platform has become a common new retail model. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an operation mode of a conventional community group purchase, and as shown in FIG. 1, the operation structure of the community group purchase includes a supply end, a sharing bin, a central bin, a grid bin and a self-lifting point. The goods are conveyed to a shared bin which is configured corresponding to the electronic commerce platform in a centralized manner by the goods supply end, and the goods are temporarily stored by the shared bin. When the demand for goods is met, the shared bin distributes goods to the central bin according to the order information to the corresponding central bin, and the central bin is provided with a plurality of regional gridded warehouses, such as the gridded bins shown in fig. 1. The grid bins are transfer stations of the e-commerce platform and the off-line service station, each grid bin corresponds to an independent area (self-lifting point shown in fig. 1), and all the grid bins are not affected by each other.
The user purchases the target commodity through the online link of community group purchase, the commodity supply end executes commodity dispatching according to the received order information of the user, for example, the commodity is finally sent to the corresponding self-picking point of the area where the user is located through step-by-step dispatch of the shared bin, the central bin, the grid bin and the self-picking point, and the user only needs to carry out commodity picking at the self-picking point at the appointed time according to message prompt.
Based on the operation mode of the e-commerce platform, the number and the range of the marketable commodities have a strong binding relationship with the Regional Distribution Center (RDC) where the marketable commodities are located, and most RDCs can only provide hundred-thousand-level marketable commodity supplies. Under such a supply scenario, if a user performs a cross-regional sharing action, for example, when the commodity of the present RDC is sent to a user side of a parent in another RDC through the sharing action, the situation that the commodity at the shared user side is not available may be caused due to regional limitation of the RDC, limitation or judgment abnormality of sales decision of the RDC, etc., so that experience of the user is affected, loss of a target consumer user is caused, and retention of the user is reduced.
Based on the above, the application provides the commodity information pushing method based on the e-commerce platform, which can provide a commodity non-marketable processing scheme for the scene of sharing commodities by users in a cross-region manner, and can guide the users to a marketable commodity list through commodity information pushing of the same commodity replacement or associated substitute, so that the associated guide conversion rate of the commodities can be improved, and the consumption and retention capacity of the users on the e-commerce platform can be improved.
Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of a merchandise information push method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 2, the method includes steps S100 to S400. The method may be performed by a server, for example.
According to an example embodiment, in step S100, the server determines a commodity attribute of a currently displayed commodity.
Optionally, the currently displayed commodity is a shared commodity received by the user terminal from another regional distribution center user terminal.
The current displayed commodity is the commodity displayed at the E-commerce platform of the user side. The commodity may be a commodity shared by a user from another RDC, such as a user of another RDC sharing the commodity to a user side of the current RDC through a page sharing behavior.
Illustratively, the merchandise attributes include marketable properties and non-marketable properties. If the current displayed commodity is of a saleable commodity property, commodity detail information of the displayed commodity is normally pushed and displayed at the user side.
For example, the server obtains the commodity basic information of the currently displayed commodity, and further determines whether the RDC where the currently displayed commodity is located is a non-marketable commodity.
Fig. 3 shows another flowchart of a merchandise information push method of an exemplary embodiment of the present application.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3, in step S100, the server judging that the commodity attribute of the currently displayed commodity may include steps S110 to S120.
In step S110, the server determines a current area distribution center in which the user is located based on the location information of the user.
In step S120, the server determines that the commodity attribute is a non-marketable property if the currently displayed commodity is a non-commodity at the current area distribution center or does not conform to the preset sales rules of the current area distribution center.
For example, the server obtains the RDC where the user is located through LBS (LocationBasedServices), and determines that the currently displayed commodity is of a non-marketable nature when the RDC is determined to be a non-marketable commodity according to the commodity basic information of the currently displayed commodity. Or if the server judges that the currently displayed commodity hits other non-sellable rules in the current RDC, determining that the currently displayed commodity is of a non-sellable nature.
In step S200, if the commodity attribute is non-saleable, the server determines whether the currently displayed commodity has a same commodity in the distribution center of the current area.
In step S300, if the server determines that the same product exists, the server pushes the commodity information of the same product at the user side based on the same product replacement logic.
For example, the same good is the same as the currently displayed good and the same good is sold at the current RDC. In the event that the presence of a commodity is determined, the server replaces the currently non-marketable commodity with the marketable commodity according to the commodity replacement logic, thereby facilitating the ordering and retention by the user.
For example, FIG. 4 shows a schematic diagram of a prior art article that is not commercially available. As shown in fig. 4, in a general case, when a user enters the e-commerce platform and clicks on an item detail page of a corresponding item, since the item is not available at the current RDC, the current page prompts information that the current item is not available (e.g., "in restocking" in fig. 4).
Fig. 5 shows a schematic diagram of an exemplary embodiment of the present application after replacement of the same. As shown in fig. 5, after judging that the currently displayed commodity is of a non-marketable nature, the server replaces the currently non-marketable commodity with a corresponding commodity through a commodity logic replacement, and allows the user to make a corresponding purchase directly through "immediate purchase" shown in fig. 5.
Fig. 6 shows another flowchart of a merchandise information push method of an exemplary embodiment of the present application.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 6, pushing the commodity information of the same commodity at the user side based on the commodity replacement logic in step S300 may include steps S310-330.
In step S310, the server determines the identity of the currently displayed merchandise at the current regional distribution center.
In step S320, the server requests the commodity pool of the e-commerce platform for commodity detail information of the same commodity.
In step S330, the server pushes the item detail information at the user side.
For example, the server determines the same product corresponding to the RDC according to the basic information of the currently displayed product, and if the same product is of a saleable nature, the server requests the product detail information of the product again, and displays the communicated product detail information at the user side after the product detail information is rendered on the front-end page (as shown in fig. 5). The setting can accurately provide target commodities for users, so that the ordering conversion rate of the users is improved.
Illustratively, the commodity detail information includes, but is not limited to, commodity basic information (class, price, specification), direct broadcast information, menu information, evaluation information, and the like, to which the present application is not limited.
Optionally, in step S310, the server may also determine the same product based on the CSPU commodity model.
CSPU (ChildStandardProductUnit): a sub-standard product unit, which is a commodity model, is a description of common characteristic attributes (including sales attributes) of a standard product, and can uniquely determine a fine-grained product through leaf categories, key attributes and sales attributes.
The server can accurately determine the same product as the currently displayed commodity by carrying out CSPU dimension same product replacement, and can realize accurate same product replacement.
In step S400, if the server determines that there is no different product, the server pushes the commodity information of the associated substitute at the user side.
For example, if the server determines that there is no different product, the user side continues to display information such as that the currently displayed product is not available for sale (e.g. "in replenishment"), and simultaneously displays product information of the associated substitute.
Fig. 7 shows a schematic diagram of an associated substitute of an example embodiment of the application. Optionally, the associated surrogate is determined based on user historical behavioral data.
For example, the server determines data such as historical browsing data and historical consumption data of the user based on the historical behavior data of the user, automatically anchors the current node to a link of 'frequent purchase' and/or a link of 'similar goods' according to the data, so that the associated substitute in the links of 'frequent purchase' and 'similar goods' is pushed to a user side (shown in fig. 7) for the user to refer and select, and the user is prevented from selecting to fall, so that the user can be guided to a list of the goods which can be placed in a list according to the associated recommendation, the associated guiding conversion rate of the goods is improved, and the retention of the user is realized.
According to the technical scheme, the processing scheme for non-selling of the commodity can be provided for the situation that the user shares the commodity across the region, the commodity information of the commodity can be pushed through the commodity replacement or the related commodity, the commodity can be sold for the user or the user can be guided to a commodity list, so that the related guiding conversion rate of the commodity can be improved, the consumption retention of the user on an electronic commerce platform is improved, and finally the marketing efficiency is improved.
Another aspect of the present application provides a server for implementing the above-described commodity information pushing method based on an e-commerce platform.
Fig. 8 shows a schematic diagram of a server according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 8, the server 1 includes an attribute judging unit 10 and an information pushing unit 20.
According to an example embodiment, the attribute determining unit 10 determines a commodity attribute of a currently displayed commodity.
If the currently displayed commodity is of a saleable commodity nature, the information pushing unit 20 normally pushes and displays commodity detail information of the displayed commodity at the user side.
For example, the attribute determining unit 10 acquires the commodity basic information of the currently displayed commodity, and further determines whether the RDC in which the currently displayed commodity is located is a non-marketable commodity.
Alternatively, the attribute determining unit 10 determines the current area distribution center where the user is located based on the position information of the user, and determines that the commodity attribute is a non-marketable property in the case where the currently displayed commodity is a non-commodity in the current area distribution center or does not conform to the preset sales rule of the current area distribution center.
For example, the attribute determining unit 10 obtains the RDC where the user is located through LBS (LocationBasedServices), and determines that the currently displayed commodity is of a non-saleable nature when the RDC is determined to be a non-commodity according to the commodity basic information of the currently displayed commodity. Or the attribute judging unit 10 determines that the currently displayed commodity is of an unsold nature in the case where it is judged that the currently displayed commodity hits other unsold rules in the current RDC.
The information pushing unit 20 determines whether the current commodity has the same commodity in the current area distribution center if the commodity attribute is non-saleable, and the information pushing unit 20 pushes commodity information of the same commodity at the user side based on the commodity replacement logic if the information pushing unit 20 determines that the same commodity has the same commodity.
For example, the same good is the same as the currently displayed good and the same good is sold at the current RDC. In the case where it is determined that there is a commodity, the information push unit 20 replaces the currently non-marketable commodity with the marketable commodity according to the commodity replacement logic, so that the ordering and retention by the user can be facilitated.
Under the condition of the prior art, when a user enters an e-commerce platform and clicks an item detail page of a corresponding item, the current page prompts information that the current item is not available because the item is not available at the current RDC.
After the attribute determining unit 10 determines that the currently displayed commodity is of a non-marketable nature, the information pushing unit 20 replaces the currently non-marketable commodity with a corresponding commodity through a commodity logic replacement, and allows the user to make a corresponding purchase directly through the prompt of "immediate purchase".
Optionally, the information pushing unit 20 determines the same item of the currently displayed commodity at the current area distribution center, requests the commodity detailed information of the same item from the commodity pool of the e-commerce platform, and pushes the commodity detailed information at the user side.
For example, the information pushing unit 20 determines, according to the basic information of the currently displayed commodity, the same product corresponding to the RDC, and the same product is of a saleable property, and then the information pushing unit 20 requests the commodity detail information of the product again, and displays the commodity detail information of the communication at the user side after the page rendering at the front end.
Optionally, the information pushing unit 20 determines the co-product based on the CSPU commodity model.
CSPU (ChildStandardProductUnit): a sub-standard product unit, which is a commodity model, is a description of common characteristic attributes (including sales attributes) of a standard product, and can uniquely determine a fine-grained product through leaf categories, key attributes and sales attributes.
The information pushing unit 20 can accurately determine the same item as the currently displayed commodity by performing the same item replacement in the CSPU dimension, and can implement accurate same item replacement.
According to an example embodiment, if the information pushing unit 20 determines that there is no different product, the commodity information of the associated substitute is pushed at the user side.
For example, when the information push unit 20 determines that there is no different product, the user side continues to display information such as that the currently displayed product is not available for sale (e.g., "in replenishment"), and also displays product information of the associated substitute product.
Optionally, the associated substitute is determined by the information pushing unit 20 based on user historical behavior data.
For example, the information pushing unit 20 determines data such as historical browsing data and historical consumption data of the user based on the historical behavior data of the user, automatically anchors the current node to the link of 'frequent purchase' and/or the link of 'similar commodity' according to the data, so as to push the associated substitute in the link of 'frequent purchase' and the link of 'similar commodity' to the user side for the user to refer and select, and avoid the selection void of the user, thereby guiding the user to the list of the commodity capable of being placed according to the associated recommendation, improving the associated guiding conversion rate of the commodity, and realizing the retention of the user.
