On the basis of the embodiment, the two transverse ends of the mounting through groove 21 are correspondingly provided with the embedded blocks 22 respectively, the embedded blocks 22 are in one-to-one correspondence with the embedded holes at the two transverse ends of the grille 6, and the embedded blocks 22 are fixedly connected with the substrate 2 at one side of the measuring side 2b through the connecting plate 23, so that the grille 6 is convenient to mount. Since the grid 6 itself is structured to reserve large-area through holes corresponding to the insert blocks 22 in the drawing, this position is filled by the insert blocks 22, facilitating the installation of the detection assembly 5. Depending on the actual situation, the detection assembly 5 may be mounted on the base 2, the insert 22, the second limiting assembly 44. The position of the installation position can also be selected by a worker according to actual conditions
During installation, referring to fig. 1, the X/Y reference position can be clamped firstly, then the X/Z reference position can be clamped, the installation efficiency is high, and the stability of the grid 6 can be ensured.
The scheme also provides an air inlet grille detection method, which comprises the following steps:
S1, prefabricating a substrate 2 with a mounting through groove 21, wherein the mounting through groove 21 corresponds to a grid 6 to be detected, and the grid 6 can be embedded into the mounting through groove 21;
S2, arranging a plurality of dial indicators on the base plate 2 according to the position of the grid 6 to be detected, wherein a linkage piece 53 capable of converting deflection force into pressing force for the measuring end of the dial indicators is arranged at the measuring end of the dial indicators;
S3, arranging the base plate 2 in the vertical direction, and placing a standard grid 6 serving as a standard component in the mounting through groove 21;
S4, taking a reserved mounting opening when the grille 6 is manufactured as a supporting opening, and applying supporting force in the vertical direction to the grille 6 at the position of the mounting opening of the grille 6;
s5, applying opposite and horizontal force to the grating 6 on two horizontal sides of the position of the mounting opening of the grating 6, and limiting the grating 6 to move in the horizontal direction;
s6, zeroing the dial indicator, and taking down the grille 6 serving as a standard component to finish detection preparation work;
s7, placing the grid 6 to be detected into the mounting through groove 21, fixing in the same fixing mode, observing the reading of the dial indicator, and judging whether the grid 6 to be detected meets the requirements according to the reading result;
and S8, taking down the detected grating 6, and repeating the step S6 until the grating 6 is detected.
Different from the scheme, the scheme uses a standard component as a zero reading standard of the dial indicator, so that the subsequent detection process only needs to replace the grating, and the dial indicator is not required to be plugged and unplugged one by one. One problem that may occur with this approach is that when the structure of the grating 6 is out of the standard range, i.e. the structure is convex, it pushes the linkage to change the dial indicator reading, whereas when the structure of the grating 6 is concave, the dial indicator will not have feedback. In view of this, a torsion spring may be mounted at the axis of rotation of the linkage member, and the end of the dial indicator adjacent to the linkage member may remain in a snug linkage. The linkage mode is realized by adopting the prior art, such as a pull rope, or a groove is formed in the linkage piece, and the measuring end of the dial indicator is matched with the groove hole of the linkage piece. If the grating 6 to be tested has a recess, the linkage is twisted towards the recess position, and the dial indicator can read the result.
In practical operation, the problem of reading the concave of the grid structure 6 can be avoided, because after the grid structure is set, if the structure of the grid structure 6 is attached to the linkage member and the pushed linkage member is twisted, the dial indicator has a reading, which indicates that the measuring structure of the grid structure 6 is located at a position protruding from the standard member. The structure of the grating 6 is attached to the linkage, and the dial indicator has no reading, which indicates that the structure meets the standard. The structure of the grille 6 is concave, and the grille can not be attached to the linkage piece, so that a gap between the grille and the linkage piece can be seen by naked eyes.

the detection assemblies (5) are arranged on the installation side (2 a) or the measurement side (2 b) of the installation through groove (21); the detection end of the device faces to the structure to be detected of the grid (6), and the detection assembly (5) can form feedback to the detection result;

The pressing piece (35) is connected with the first movable piece (32), and after the first movable piece (32) turns upwards, the pressing piece (35) is abutted against the side face of the grid (6);
the detection assembly (5) comprises:
the detection fixing seat (56) is fixedly arranged corresponding to the position to be detected of the grille (6);
The detection piece (51) is a dial indicator, and the detection piece (51) is fixedly arranged on the detection fixing seat (56);
the meter printing support (52) is fixed on the detection fixing seat (56);
