The washing apparatus 1 further comprises a connecting member 15 fixedly connected to the upper side of the base 121, the second end of the flexible wall 122 being clamped between the connecting member 15 and the upper side of the base 121. The pulsator 13 is located on the upper side of the base 121 (i.e. the side of the base 121 near the laundry inlet), the driving assembly includes a motor 14, a bearing and a shaft seal (not shown in the bearing and shaft seal diagrams), a shaft hole is formed on the base 121, the bearing and the shaft seal are disposed in the shaft hole, the shaft seal is disposed on the upper side of the bearing to realize sealing, the output shaft of the motor 14 passes through the bearing and the shaft seal and stretches into the washing tub 12 and directly connects with the center of the pulsator 13, specifically, the output shaft of the motor 14 and the center of the pulsator 13 may be connected together by a screw (of course, the output shaft of the motor 14 and the pulsator 13 may be connected by other manners, such as bonding, etc.), the motor 14 can drive the pulsator 13 to rotate to agitate water in the washing tub 12, so as to wash or rinse the laundry in the washing tub 12 by the impact of water flow.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, the connection member 15 is a connection ring (which may be a circular ring, a square ring, etc.) provided at an edge of the base 121, the connection ring is provided around the pulsator 13, a side of the connection ring remote from the center of the base 121 is formed with a first receiving groove 151 and a second receiving groove 152, the second receiving groove 152 is located at a side of the first receiving groove 151 near the center of the base 121, and the second receiving groove 152 communicates with the first receiving groove 151, the first receiving groove 151 has a notch toward the base 121 and a notch toward a portion of the flexible wall 122 that is a sidewall of the washing tub 12, the second receiving groove 152 also has a notch toward the base 121, a second end of the flexible wall 122 is received in the first receiving groove 151, and the washing apparatus 1 further includes a first seal 1501 integrally provided with the second end of the flexible wall 122 (for example, the first seal 1501 may be integrally injection-molded with the flexible wall 122), the first seal 1501 is received in the second receiving groove 152 to prevent liquid in the washing tub 12 from flowing out of the flexible wall 122 and the connection member 15 and the gap 122 between the flexible wall 121 and the base 121. The first sealing member 1501 is preferably a sealing ring, but may be a sealant poured into the second receiving groove 152.
The flexible wall 122 and the first sealing member 1501 are integrally arranged, so that a gap between the flexible wall 122 and the first sealing member 1501 can be avoided, and a better sealing effect can be obtained in an auxiliary mode. In addition, in the above case, the outflow of the liquid in the washing tub 12 from the gaps between the flexible wall 122 and the connection member 15 and between the flexible wall 122 and the base 121 can be prevented by only the first sealing member 1501, and there is no need to separately provide a sealing member for sealing the gap between the flexible wall 122 and the connection member 15 and a sealing member for sealing the gap between the flexible wall 122 and the base 121, thereby reducing the number of parts and improving the assembly efficiency.
As shown in fig. 2, a third receiving groove 153 is formed at a side of the connection ring near the center of the base 121, the third receiving groove 153 has a notch toward the base 121, and the washing apparatus 1 further includes a second sealing member 1502, and the second sealing member 1502 is received in the third receiving groove 153 to at least prevent the liquid in the washing tub 12 from flowing out of the gap between the connection member 15 and the base 121. Similar to the first seal 1501, the second seal 1502 may also be a gasket or a sealant poured into the third receptacle 153.
By providing the third receiving groove 153 and the second sealing member 1502, not only the outflow of the liquid in the washing tub 12 from the gap between the connecting member 15 and the base 121 can be prevented, but also the double sealing structure can be formed by being co-operated with the first sealing member 1501, thereby further preventing the leakage of the washing water from the washing tub 12.
As shown in fig. 2, the connecting member 15 is fixedly connected to the base 121 by a fastener 12102, and in the above, the fastener 12102 may be a screw, a bolt, or the like, and the fastener 12102 shown in fig. 2 is a screw. In a more preferred case, the number of screws is plural and arranged at equal intervals.
The connecting member 15 is fixedly connected to the base 121 through the fastener 12102, not only can the connecting member 15 be mounted to the base 121 very conveniently, but also in the case that an accommodating groove for accommodating the sealing member is provided on the connecting member 15, the sealing member can be disposed in the accommodating groove to be mounted between the connecting member 15 and the base 121, the relative position of the connecting member 15 and the sealing member according to fig. 2 can be put in the assembling process, the connecting member 15 is fastened to the base 121 through the fastener 12102, the sealing member is gradually pressed by the connecting member 15 to complete the mounting of the sealing member in the fastening process, and the sealing member can be disposed in the accommodating groove to be mounted between the connecting member 15 and the base 121 if the accommodating groove for accommodating the sealing member is provided on the connecting member 15, but in the case that the connecting member 15 and the base 121 are integrally disposed, the sealing member can be forcibly inserted into the accommodating groove only when the sealing member is mounted, the sealing member is difficult to be mounted if the sealing member is relatively large in size, and even the sealing member cannot be mounted is caused to be long in the assembling process. In the case where the connection member 15 is fixedly connected to the base 121 by the fastener 12102, the installation of the sealing member can be completed relatively easily even if the sealing member is relatively large in volume, as compared with the case where the connection member 15 is integrally provided with the base 121, and therefore, this case can allow the use of a sealing member relatively large in volume, facilitating further improvement of the sealing effect.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the first end of the flexible wall 122 is connected with the housing 11, the cover 16 of the washing device 1 can close the laundry putting opening, the first end of the flexible wall 122 is provided with a sealing rib 12201, and when the cover 16 closes the laundry putting opening, the sealing rib 12201 is located between the flexible wall 122 and the cover 16 to realize sealing. And in the case shown in fig. 3, the sealing rib is a double layer sealing rib 12201, which further improves the sealing effect between the flexible wall 122 and the cover 16.
As shown in fig. 3, a first end of the flexible wall 122 is connected to the housing 11, a clamping groove 111 is formed on the housing 11, and the first end of the flexible wall 122 is clamped in the clamping groove 111. The space in the locking groove 111 needs to be smaller than the portion of the flexible wall 122 locked in the locking groove 111, so that the flexible wall 122 is fixed to the housing 11 by the friction between the locking groove 111 and the flexible wall 122. Of course, in order to further enhance the function of fixing the flexible wall 122 by the clamping groove 111, an adhesive or the like may be coated on the inner wall of the clamping groove 111.
