Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the conveying mechanism 2 includes a second driving member installed at an outer side surface of the table 1 and located at a feeding end of the table 1, a driving roller rotatably connected to the table 1 and located at the feeding end of the table 1, a driven roller rotatably connected to the table 1 and located at a discharging end of the table 1, and a conveying belt sleeved on the driving roller and the driven roller; the output shaft of the second driving member passes through the side surface of the workbench 1 and is fixedly connected with the end part of the driving roller. In order to improve the bearing capacity of the conveyor belt, a bearing plate 65 which is horizontally arranged is fixedly connected in the workbench 1, the bearing plate 65 is positioned between the driving roller and the driven roller, the bearing plate 65 is positioned in the hollow part of the conveyor belt, and the top surface of the bearing plate 65 supports the inner top surface of the conveyor belt.
The embodiment of the application relates to a discharge flattening device of an automatic paper mounting machine, which comprises the following implementation principles: the conveyer belt accepts and carries paper and cardboard after pressing from compression roller or pressure roller pressfitting to make paper and cardboard after pressing carry between flattening blanket and conveyer belt, start first driving piece 41, first driving piece 41 drives first compression roller 42, under the connected action of flattening blanket, make flattening blanket drive second compression roller 43 rotate, thereby make flattening blanket carry out comprehensive flattening to carrying paper and cardboard between flattening blanket and conveyer belt, so that paper and cardboard can be firmly bonded at the in-process of flattening, ensure paper and cardboard bonding firm and get rid of the bubble that exists between paper and the cardboard.

Claims (10)
1. The discharge flattening device of an automatic paper mounting machine according to claim 2, wherein: the flattening assembly comprises a first driving part (41) arranged at the feeding end of the workbench (1) and located above the conveying mechanism (2), a first pressing roller (42) connected with the output end of the first driving part (41), a second pressing roller (43) arranged at the discharging end of the workbench (1) and located above the conveying mechanism (2) and a flattening part (44) sleeved on the first pressing roller (42) and the second pressing roller (43), wherein the flattening part (44) comprehensively flattens paper and paper board conveyed between the flattening part (44) and the conveying mechanism (2).

The discharge flattening device of an automatic paper mounting machine according to claim 5, wherein: the workbench (1) is provided with a pressing roller group (45) positioned between the first pressing roller (42) and the second pressing roller (43), and the pressing roller group (45) presses the inner bottom surface of the flattening piece (44).

The discharge flattening device of an automatic paper mounting machine according to claim 5, wherein: the flattening piece (44) is a flattening blanket, clamping grooves (441) are formed in the head end and the tail end of the flattening blanket, and the two clamping grooves (441) of the flattening blanket are slidably connected with the same clamping piece (442).
