The boring and milling machine for machining the shell comprises a base (1), wherein a clamp for clamping a workpiece shell (4) is arranged on the base (1), and a machining part on the workpiece shell (4) comprises an area a and an area b and is in a step shape; the method is characterized in that: a first workpiece, a second workpiece and a third workpiece are arranged on the base (1); the first workpiece comprises a first feeding piece moving in two horizontal directions and a first boring piece for boring, and the first feeding piece drives the first boring piece to move; boring one side of the boring piece on the pair of workpiece shells (4) is subjected to boring processing; the second workpiece comprises a second feeding part moving in two horizontal directions, a first lifting part moving in the vertical direction, a second boring part for boring and a first milling part for stepped plane processing; the feeding piece II and the lifting piece drive the boring piece II and the milling piece I to move; boring is carried out on the other side of the workpiece shell (4) by the boring piece II, and stepped plane processing is carried out on the region a on the workpiece shell (4) by the milling piece I; the milling part I comprises a combined milling cutter I which is formed by linearly arranging a milling cutter I (a 1), a milling cutter II (a 2), a milling cutter III (a 3) and a milling cutter IV (a 4); simultaneously processing the step plane of the area a; the machining part III comprises a feeding part III moving in two horizontal directions, a lifting part II moving in the vertical direction and a milling part II for stepped plane machining, the feeding part III and the lifting part II drive the milling part II to move, the milling part II carries out stepped plane machining on a region b, the milling part II comprises a combined milling cutter II, and the combined milling cutter II consists of a milling cutter five (b 1), a milling cutter six (b 2) and a milling cutter seven (b 3) which are linearly arranged; and (3) simultaneously processing the stepped plane in the region b.

The boring and milling machine for machining a housing according to claim 1, wherein: the fixture comprises a clamping seat (2) fixedly arranged on a base (1), a positioning seat (3) is arranged at the top of the clamping seat (2), and a positioning groove matched with the shape of a workpiece shell (4) is formed in the positioning seat (3); the two sides of the positioning seat (3) are slidably provided with a moving seat (6), and the moving seat (6) is provided with a moving cylinder (8) for controlling the moving seat (6) to move; a jacking cylinder (7) is fixedly arranged on the movable seat (6); and the movable seat (6) is rotatably provided with a pressing rod (5) for fixing the workpiece shell (4), and a telescopic rod for pushing the electric cylinder (7) pushes the pressing rod (5) to rotate the pressing rod (5) so as to press the workpiece shell (4).

The boring and milling machine for machining a housing according to claim 1, wherein: the feeding piece I comprises a first sliding rail (9) fixedly arranged on the base (1), a second sliding rail (11) is slidably arranged on the first sliding rail (9), one end of the first sliding rail (9) is provided with a first servo motor (10), the output shaft of the first servo motor (10) is provided with a screw rod, and the screw rod on the output shaft of the first servo motor (10) and the second sliding rail (11) form a screw pair; further driving the second slide rail (11) to move; a second servo motor (12) is arranged at one end of the second slide rail (11), and a screw rod is arranged on an output shaft of the second servo motor (12); a third sliding rail (13) is arranged on the second sliding rail (11) in a sliding manner, and the third sliding rail (13) and a screw rod on an output shaft of the second servo motor (12) form a screw pair; the boring part I is arranged on the sliding rail III (13); the boring part I comprises a boring driving motor I (14) fixedly arranged on the sliding rail III (13) and a boring drill bit I (15) rotatably arranged on the sliding rail III (13), and the boring driving motor I (14) is used for driving the boring drill bit I (15) to rotate.

The boring and milling machine for machining a housing according to claim 1, wherein: the feeding part II comprises a sliding rail IV (16) fixedly arranged on the base (1), one end of the sliding rail IV (16) is provided with a servo motor III (17), and an output shaft of the servo motor III (17) is connected with a screw rod; a sliding rail five (18) is arranged on the sliding rail four (16) in a sliding way, and the sliding rail five (18) and a screw rod on an output shaft of the servo motor three (17) form a screw pair so as to drive the sliding rail five (18) to move; one end of the sliding rail five (18) is provided with a servo motor four (19), an output shaft of the servo motor four (19) is connected with a screw rod, the sliding rail five (18) is provided with a sliding rail six (20) in a sliding way, and the sliding rail six (20) and the screw rod on the output shaft of the servo motor four (19) form a screw pair so as to drive the sliding rail six (20) to move; the lifting piece I is arranged on the sliding rail II (20); the lifting piece I comprises a lifting slide rail I (21) fixedly arranged on a slide rail II (20), a lifting motor I (22) is arranged at the top of the lifting slide rail I (21), a screw rod is connected to an output shaft of the lifting motor I (22), a lifting table I (23) is vertically arranged on the lifting slide rail I (21) in a sliding manner, and the lifting table I (23) and the screw rod on the output shaft of the lifting motor I (22) form a screw pair; the milling part I and the boring part II are respectively arranged on the lifting platform I (23).

The boring and milling machine for machining a housing according to claim 4, wherein: the boring part II comprises a boring driving motor II (26) arranged on one side of the lifting table I (23), and a boring machining drill bit II (27) is arranged on an output shaft of the boring driving motor II (26).

The boring and milling machine for machining a housing according to claim 4, wherein: the first face milling part comprises a first face milling installation seat (25) arranged at one end of a first lifting table (23), the first combined milling cutter is rotatably arranged on the first face milling installation seat (25), a first face milling driving motor (24) is arranged at the other end of the first lifting table (23), and a belt structure is connected to an output shaft of the first face milling driving motor (24) and used for driving the first combined milling cutter.

10. A method of using the boring and milling machine of claim 1, comprising the steps of:
step one: clamping and fixing the workpiece shell (4) by using a clamp;
step two: boring is carried out on one side of a workpiece shell (4) by utilizing a first workpiece, a first boring part is driven by a feeding part to move in two horizontal directions, and boring is carried out through the first boring part;
step three: carrying out stepped plane machining and boring machining on an area a on a workpiece shell (4) by utilizing a second machined part; the feeding piece II and the lifting piece drive the boring piece II and the milling piece I to move, the boring piece II is used for boring the other side of the workpiece shell (4), the milling piece I is used for carrying out stepped plane processing on the a region on the workpiece shell (4), and the combined milling cutter I is used for carrying out simultaneous processing on different stepped planes on the a region;
step four: and carrying out step plane processing on the b region on the workpiece shell (4) by utilizing the workpiece III, driving the milling surface part II to move by the feeding part III and the lifting part II, carrying out step plane processing on the b region on the workpiece shell (4) by the milling surface part II, and carrying out simultaneous processing on different step planes on the b region by the combined milling cutter II.
