The top end of the equipment base 1 is fixedly connected with a water pump 7 near the storage tank 62; the output end of the water pump 7 is fixedly connected with a guide pipe 71, and one end of the guide pipe 71 far away from the water pump 7 is communicated with the inside of the water tank 6; a sponge filter plate 72 is fixedly connected to the top end of the equipment base 1; when the water for mixing paint falling falls to the storage tank 62 for storage, the water is collected and filtered by the sponge filter plate 72, part of paint liquid is filtered on the sponge filter plate 72, the water at the storage tank 62 is pumped by the water pump 7, and the water is returned to the water tank 6 through the guide pipe 71, so that the effect of filtering and recycling the mixed water is achieved.
The sensor 8 is installed in the equipment base 1, and the sensor 8 is electrically connected with the direct current nozzle 61; a trigger rod 81 is slidably connected to the inside of the equipment base 1 near the sensor 8, and an elastic member is fixedly connected to the outside of the trigger rod 81 near the sensor 8; when the jet flow is controlled at the position of the direct-current spray head 61, the sensor 8 is arranged in the equipment base 1, the paint box 22 is driven by the electric slide block 2 to slide close to the hardware tubular part, the trigger rod 81 is extruded by the paint box 22, the trigger rod 81 is extruded and contracted by the elastic part, the trigger rod 81 is extruded and triggered to the sensor 8, and the sensor 8 sends a signal to the direct-current spray head 61, so that the water pumping and spraying at the position of the direct-current spray head 61 are realized, and the spraying control effect at the position of the direct-current spray head 61 is realized.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, a drainage groove 9 is formed in the sliding frame 5; the drainage groove 9 is communicated with the inside of the scraping plate 51; when the surface of the hardware tubular part is scraped with redundant paint, the surface redundant part of the hardware tubular part is scraped with the scraper blade 51, the redundant paint can flow to the drainage groove 9, overflow outwards along the drainage groove 9 in the sliding frame 5, the paint is reduced to flow onto the limiting seat 14, the influence of the paint on the rotation of the limiting seat 14 is reduced, and meanwhile, the paint scraped with the scraper blade 51 by the drainage groove 9 is drained, so that the paint adhesion on the scraper blade 51 is reduced.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an arc plate 91 is fixedly connected to the top end of the device base 1; a side plate 92 is inserted into one side of the outside of the guard plate 11; when the hardware tubular part is painted, the top end of the equipment base 1 close to the paint box 22 is fixed by utilizing the two arc plates 91, when the paint box 22 is close to the hardware tubular part, the two arc plates 91 can be matched to seal the inside of the guard plate 11, the outward floating of the painted paint is reduced, the side plate 92 can be pulled out when the hardware tubular part is placed, and the hardware tubular part can be conveniently taken and placed at the installation position of the side plate 92.
The working process comprises the following steps: when the hardware tubular part is fixed and sprayed, the hardware tubular part is firstly placed on a collet assembly at the top end of the equipment base 1, the output end of the first electric cylinder 12 drives the fixing frame 13 to be pressed down, the fixed sliding block 17 at the bottom end of the limiting seat 14 is deeply embedded into the inside of the hardware tubular part, the output end of the second electric cylinder 15 simultaneously drives the extrusion block 16 to slide downwards, the fixed sliding blocks 17 at two sides are extruded and supported on the inner wall of the hardware tubular part respectively when the extrusion block 16 slides downwards, so that the inner wall of the hardware tubular part is extruded and supported fixedly, springs are arranged at the side parts of the two fixed sliding blocks 17 and used for driving the fixed sliding blocks 17 to reset, then the collet assembly drives the hardware tubular part to rotate, so that the surface of the hardware tubular part is sprayed by the spraying assembly, the inner wall of the hardware tubular part is extruded and supported by the two fixed sliding blocks 17, thereby playing the role of spraying paint on the hardware tubular parts with different inner diameters, and the fixed hardware tubular part rotates and shakes when the hardware tubular part is sprayed with different inner diameters; when the surface of the hardware tubular part is sprayed with paint, the electric slide block 2 is utilized to drive the support frame 21 to slide in the guard plate 11, the spraying head 23 is driven to be close to the placement position of the hardware tubular part, the sprayed paint liquid is stored in the paint box 22, and the surface of the hardware tubular part which rotates is sprayed with paint after the spraying head 23 is electrified, so that the effect of spraying paint on the hardware tubular part is achieved; when the hardware tubular part rotates to spray paint, the hardware tubular part is placed at the top end of the bottom bracket 3, and the top end of the bottom bracket 3 is also provided with a limiting seat 14, a second electric cylinder 15, an extrusion block 16 and a fixed sliding block 17, the output end of the servo motor 31 is connected with the limiting seat 14, so that when a plurality of fixed sliding blocks 17 are extruded and supported on the inner wall of the hardware tubular part, the output end of the servo motor 31 rotates, the hardware tubular part fixed on the limiting seat 14 can be driven to rotate simultaneously, and the effect of rotating and spraying the hardware tubular part is achieved;
when the plurality of fixed sliding blocks 17 support the inner wall of the hardware tubular member, the elastic plate 4 at one end of the fixed sliding blocks 17 is extruded and deformed by the extrusion block 16 in the process of extruding the plurality of fixed sliding blocks 17, and the anti-sliding blocks 41 at two ends of the elastic plate 4 are tightly attached to the inner wall support of the hardware tubular member, so that the anti-sliding effect on the inner wall support of the hardware tubular member is improved, and meanwhile, the magnetic force of the hardware tubular member can be adsorbed by virtue of the magnetic material of the anti-sliding blocks 41, and the fixed supporting effect on the inner wall of the hardware tubular member is improved;
when the hardware tubular part is rotationally sprayed, the flatness of the surface of the hardware tubular part is affected because the position of the hardware tubular part is easy to be sprayed too much, the sliding frame 5 is fixed at the bottom end of the fixed frame 13 by the bolts 52, the scraping plate 51 is attached to the side part of the hardware tubular part, and the scraping plate 51 can scrape the too much sprayed part of the surface of the hardware tubular part along with the rotation of the hardware tubular part, so that the condition of too much surface spraying of the hardware tubular part is reduced; when the surface of the hardware tubular part is scraped with redundant paint, the redundant paint is scraped with the scraper blade 51 to the superfluous part of the surface of the hardware tubular part, the superfluous paint flows to the drainage groove 9 and overflows outwards along the drainage groove 9 in the sliding frame 5, the paint is reduced from flowing downwards to the limiting seat 14, the influence of the paint when the paint is attached to the limiting seat 14 and rotates is reduced, and meanwhile, the paint scraped with the scraper blade 51 is drained by the drainage groove 9, so that the paint attachment on the scraper blade 51 is reduced;
when the surface of the hardware tubular part is sprayed, part of sprayed paint can splash so as to pollute the surrounding environment, the water tank 6 is arranged at the inner top end of the guard plate 11, the direct-current nozzle 61 extracts water in the water tank 6 to spray in the spraying process of the hardware tubular part, the splashed paint liquid is mixed and dusted, finally falls into the storage tank 62 for storage, the effect of dusting the splashed paint is achieved, and meanwhile, the guard plate 11 surrounds the hardware tubular part to shield the splashed paint; when the mixed paint-lowering water falls to the storage tank 62 for storage, the mixed paint-lowering water is firstly collected and filtered by the sponge filter plate 72, part of paint liquid is filtered on the sponge filter plate 72, the water at the storage tank 62 is pumped by the water pump 7, and the water is returned to the inside of the water tank 6 through the guide pipe 71, so that the effect of filtering and recycling the mixed water is achieved; when the jet flow is controlled at the position of the direct-current spray head 61, the sensor 8 is arranged in the equipment base 1, the paint box 22 is driven by the electric slide block 2 to slide close to the hardware tubular part, the trigger rod 81 is extruded by the paint box 22, the trigger rod 81 extrudes and contracts the elastic part, the trigger rod 81 extrudes and triggers the sensor 8, and the sensor 8 sends a signal to the direct-current spray head 61, so that the water pumping and the spraying at the position of the direct-current spray head 61 are realized, and the spraying control function at the position of the direct-current spray head 61 is realized;
when the hardware tubular part is painted, the top end of the equipment base 1 close to the paint box 22 is fixed by utilizing the two arc plates 91, when the paint box 22 is close to the hardware tubular part, the two arc plates 91 can be matched to seal the inside of the guard plate 11, the outward floating of the painted paint is reduced, the side plate 92 can be pulled out when the hardware tubular part is placed, and the hardware tubular part can be conveniently taken and placed at the installation position of the side plate 92.

the spraying assembly comprises an electric sliding block (2), a supporting frame (21), a coating box (22) and a spraying head (23); the electric sliding block (2) is connected inside the guard plate (11) in a sliding way; the supporting frame (21) is fixedly connected to the outer part of the electric sliding block (2); the paint box (22) is fixedly connected to one end of the supporting frame (21) far away from the electric sliding block (2); the spraying head (23) is arranged outside the paint box (22) close to the guard plate (11), and the spraying head (23) is communicated with the paint box (22);
the bottom bracket assembly comprises a bottom bracket (3) and a servo motor (31); the bottom bracket (3) is fixedly connected to the top end of the equipment base (1); the servo motor (31) is fixedly connected in the bottom bracket (3);
the outer part of the fixed sliding block (17) far away from the extrusion block (16) is fixedly connected with an elastic plate (4); anti-skid blocks (41) are fixedly connected to the two ends of the elastic plate (4); the anti-skid block (41) is made of magnetic materials;
the bottom end of the fixed frame (13) is connected with a sliding frame (5) in a sliding way; a scraping plate (51) is fixedly connected to the outside of the sliding frame (5); a bolt (52) is connected with the inside of the fixing frame (13) through threads, and the bolt (52) penetrates through the sliding frame (5);
the top end of the inner wall of the guard plate (11) is fixedly connected with a water tank (6); the bottom end of the water tank (6) is provided with a direct current spray head (61); a storage groove (62) is formed in the top end of the equipment base (1);
a water pump (7) is fixedly connected to the top end of the equipment base (1) close to the storage groove (62); the output end of the water pump (7) is fixedly connected with a flow guide pipe (71), and one end, far away from the water pump (7), of the flow guide pipe (71) is communicated with the inside of the water tank (6); the top end of the equipment base (1) is fixedly connected with a sponge filter plate (72);
a sensor (8) is arranged in the equipment base (1), and the sensor (8) is electrically connected with the direct-current spray head (61); the device is characterized in that a trigger rod (81) is slidably connected to the position, close to the sensor (8), of the device base (1), and an elastic piece is fixedly connected to the outer portion, close to the sensor (8), of the trigger rod (81).
