External rings 64 are symmetrically connected to two sides of the outer surface of the top cap 61, the top cap 61 is sleeved on the hearing test player 45 through the external rings 64, internal rings 65 are symmetrically connected to the middle of two sides of the outer surface of the bottom cap 62, the bottom cap 62 is sleeved on the hearing test player 45 through the internal rings 65, and the top cap 61 is sleeved with the bottom cap 62 through the hearing test player 45; the wearing part 63 comprises a left strap 631 arranged at one side of the bottom cap 62, a right strap 632 is arranged at the other side of the bottom of the wearing part 63, a magnetic suction buckle 633 is arranged at one end of the left strap 631, which is close to the right strap 632, and the right strap 632 is magnetically mounted with the left strap 631 through the magnetic suction buckle 633; the wearing assembly 6 is convenient to wear, and the wearing assembly 6 is convenient to drag and drop rapidly, so that the preparation process before hearing test is shortened while the time is not delayed.
When the hearing test device is used, the overhead cap 61 rotates around the axis where the hearing test player 45 is located, circumferential rotation adjustment can be performed on the outer surface of the bottom covering cap 62, and the covering area and the shielding and overlapping range of the overhead cap 61 on the bottom covering cap 62 can be adjusted, so that interference of external noise to the hearing of a tester is further eliminated, and high-precision hearing test can be effectively facilitated for patients with serious hearing impairment.
Through with overhead cap 61 suit at the head of tester, the laminating of cover 62 is worn at the afterbody of tester, can be under the cooperation of overhead cap 61 and cover 62 at the bottom of the cover, closely laminate with patient's brain, can form the bone conduction effect to patient's head to this is the test sound that the amplification tester leaned over through hearing test player 45, and the test sound is further caught to help the tester of hearing impaired, detects the minimum hearing scope that the tester can receive under the bone conduction effect.
And the external ring 64 and the internal ring 65 are both sleeved on the hearing test player 45, so that the sound during the test can be directly transmitted to the ears of the testers, the path of sound transmission is reduced, the sound of the hearing test is more concentrated, and the hearing test effect is improved.
Meanwhile, the size of the overlapping part of the support of the overhead cap 61 and the bottom cap 62 can be changed by rotating around the hearing test player 45, so that the size of the front and rear coverage of the wearing assembly 6 can be adjusted lightly, and the wearing assembly 6 can be suitable for testers with different head types to use in a fitting way; and abandon current cover ear formula of wearing, eliminate the uncomfortable sense of wearing the hangers formula test equipment for a long time for the tester can enjoy comfortable hearing and detect experience in the in-process of hearing test.

Hearing test device for otorhinolaryngological physical examination, comprising a seat (1), characterized in that: the hearing test device is characterized in that a hearing test main body (2) is arranged in the middle of the bottom end of the seat (1), lifting plates (3) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the rear end of the seat (1), the top end of each lifting plate (3) is connected with an arc-shaped frame (7), and the arc-shaped frames (7) are installed in a lifting mode with the seat (1) through the lifting plates (3);

a hearing test player (45) is arranged in the middle of the top end of the support column (42), a hoop frame (46) is fixedly arranged on the surface of the top end of the support column (42), one side of the hoop frame (46) is connected with a guide ring (47), and the hoop frame is sleeved on the outer surface of the hearing test player (45) and is arranged on one side close to the support column (42);
the inner side of the guide ring (47) is provided with a steel ring frame (48) and is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the hearing test playing body (45), the fan batten (43) is assembled with the hearing test playing body (45) through the guide ring (47), the other end of the fan batten is propped against the inner wall surface of the annular scale frame (41), and the steel ring frame (48) and the fan batten (43) are arranged in a penetrating way;
the shielding assembly (5) comprises a sound insulation assembly which is unfolded in a ring shape or is contained between two annular scale frames (41), and the side of the sound insulation assembly is connected to the side edge of the fan batten (43);

a first tightening belt (54) is arranged at the joint of the bottom of the rear sound insulation cloth (51) and the bottom of the front sound insulation cloth (52), the first tightening belt (54) is arranged in the middle, and a second tightening belt (55) is arranged on the opposite side of the first tightening belt (54);
the two opposite sides of the semicircular ring where the first tightening belt (54) and the second tightening belt (55) are located are fixedly connected with magic tapes (56) and are arranged in the middle of the tail end of the rear sound insulation cloth (51), the front sides of the magic tapes (56) are provided with two silencing sponges (57), the two silencing sponges are symmetrically arranged between the rear sound insulation cloth (51) and the front sound insulation cloth (52), and the outer surfaces of the two silencing sponges (57) are provided with adhesive parts (58);
an attaching groove (59) is formed in the side of the bottom of the front sound insulation cloth (52), one silencing sponge (57) is attached to the magic tape (56) through an attaching part (58), the other silencing sponge (57) is attached to the first tightening belt (54) and the second tightening belt (55) through the attaching part (58), and one surface, deviating from the silencing sponge (57), of the first tightening belt (54) and the second tightening belt (55) is attached to the front sound insulation cloth (52) through the attaching groove (59);
external rings (64) are symmetrically connected to two sides of the outer surface of the top cap (61), the top cap (61) is sleeved on the hearing test player (45) through the external rings (64), the middle parts of two sides of the outer surface of the bottom covering cap (62) are symmetrically connected with internal rings (65), the bottom covering cap (62) is sleeved on the hearing test player (45) through the internal rings (65), and the top cap (61) is sleeved with the bottom covering cap (62) through the hearing test player (45);
the wearing part (63) comprises a left strap (631) arranged on one side of the bottom cap (62), a right strap (632) is arranged on the other side of the bottom of the wearing part (63), a magnetic suction buckle (633) is arranged at one end, close to the right strap (632), of the left strap (631), and the right strap (632) is magnetically suction-mounted with the left strap (631) through the magnetic suction buckle (633).
