Technical Field

Background

1. Data flow (QoS flow)
In NR systems, the concept of QoS flow is introduced to carry the transmission of data. The 5G newly added protocol layer (Service Data Adaptation Protocol, SDAP) is responsible for accomplishing one or more QoS flows mapped onto the radio bearer (Data Radio Bearer, DRB). In SDAP, from the 5G base station (gNB) to the core network, qoS flows are also mapped into one or more protocol data unit PDU sessions (PDU sessions). The DRB configuration is per UE configuration, i.e. two UEs configure different DRBs.
2. SDAP protocol layer
The identifier of the QoS Flow, that is, QFI (QoS Flow ID) value, is added to the data packet, and the receiving end reads the value from the SDAP header of the data packet, so that one or more QoS flows can be mapped onto one DRB.
The data transmission method provided by the embodiment of the application is described in detail below through some embodiments and application scenarios thereof with reference to the accompanying drawings.
An embodiment of the present application provides a data transmission method, and fig. 2 shows a flowchart of the data transmission method provided by the embodiment of the present application. Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the data flow information includes at least one of the following: identification information of the data stream, and radio bearer DRB information of the data stream.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the target configuration information sent by the network side device is used to indicate identification information, such as a data flow identifier (QFI), of the data flows configured for the first terminal and the second terminal respectively.
For example: the target configuration information is used for configuring the data stream with the identifier 1 for the first terminal, and configuring the data stream 2 with the identifier 2 for the second terminal, so that one terminal can know the identifier information of the data stream of the other cooperative terminal.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, when the first terminal and the second terminal are in a binding state, and the terminal knows the identification information of the data stream of the other terminal that cooperatively transmits data, the network side device may combine and process the data stream of the first terminal and the data stream of the second terminal after receiving the data transmitted by the first terminal and the second terminal.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the target configuration information sent by the network side device is used to indicate radio bearer DRB information of the data flows configured for the first terminal and the second terminal respectively, for example, identification information of the configured DRB.
For example: the target configuration information is used for configuring the DRB with the identification information of 1 for the data stream with the identification of 1 of the first terminal, and configuring the DRB with the identification information of 2 for the data stream with the identification of 2 of the second terminal, so that one terminal can know the DRB information of the data stream of the other cooperative terminal.

Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, after the network side device receives the data transmitted by the terminal in the binding state of the first terminal and the second terminal, the two data streams may be mapped in the same PDU session according to the identification information of the first terminal and the second terminal, that is, the data stream of the first terminal and the data stream of the second terminal are combined and processed.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the network side device configures data upload rates for the first terminal and the second terminal according to the positions of the first terminal and the second terminal, for example: the first terminal is far away, the first terminal is configured with a faster uploading rate, the second terminal is near, and the second terminal is configured with a slower uploading rate, so that the first terminal and the second terminal can synchronously upload to the network when cooperatively transmitting data.

The embodiment of the application also provides a terminal, which comprises a processor and a communication interface, wherein the communication interface is used for receiving target configuration information sent by the network side equipment, and the target configuration information is used for configuring related information when the first terminal and the second terminal cooperate to transmit data; the processor is used for cooperatively transmitting data with the second terminal according to the target configuration information; wherein the target configuration information is used to indicate at least one of: data stream information configured for the first terminal and the second terminal respectively; the associated identification of the data flow configured for the first terminal and the second terminal; identification information configured for the first terminal and the second terminal, respectively; data uploading rates respectively configured for the first terminal and the second terminal; the same uplink resources configured for the first terminal and the second terminal; and the target association indication information is used for indicating the association of the data flow of the first terminal and the data flow of the second terminal. The terminal embodiment corresponds to the terminal-side method embodiment, and each implementation process and implementation manner of the method embodiment can be applied to the terminal embodiment, and the same technical effects can be achieved. Specifically, fig. 10 is a schematic diagram of a hardware structure of a terminal for implementing an embodiment of the present application.
The terminal 100 includes, but is not limited to: at least some of the components of the radio frequency unit 101, the network module 102, the audio output unit 103, the input unit 104, the sensor 105, the display unit 106, the user input unit 107, the interface unit 108, the memory 109, and the processor 110, etc.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the terminal 100 may further include a power source (e.g., a battery) for powering the various components, and the power source may be logically coupled to the processor 110 by a power management system to perform functions such as managing charging, discharging, and power consumption by the power management system. The terminal structure shown in fig. 10 does not constitute a limitation of the terminal, and the terminal may include more or less components than shown, or may combine some components, or may be arranged in different components, which will not be described in detail herein.
It should be appreciated that in embodiments of the present application, the input unit 104 may include a graphics processing unit (Graphics Processing Unit, GPU) 1041 and a microphone 1042, with the graphics processor 1041 processing image data of still pictures or video obtained by an image capturing device (e.g., a camera) in a video capturing mode or an image capturing mode. The display unit 106 may include a display panel 1061, and the display panel 1061 may be configured in the form of a liquid crystal display, an organic light emitting diode, or the like. The user input unit 107 includes at least one of a touch panel 1071 and other input devices 1072. The touch panel 1071 is also referred to as a touch screen. The touch panel 1071 may include two parts of a touch detection device and a touch controller. Other input devices 1072 may include, but are not limited to, a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and so forth, which are not described in detail herein.
In the embodiment of the present application, after receiving downlink data from a network side device, the radio frequency unit 101 may transmit the downlink data to the processor 110 for processing; in addition, the radio frequency unit 101 may send uplink data to the network side device. Typically, the radio frequency unit 101 includes, but is not limited to, an antenna, an amplifier, a transceiver, a coupler, a low noise amplifier, a duplexer, and the like.
Memory 109 may be used to store software programs or instructions and various data. The memory 109 may mainly include a first memory area storing programs or instructions and a second memory area storing data, wherein the first memory area may store an operating system, application programs or instructions (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, etc.) required for at least one function, and the like. Further, the memory 109 may include volatile memory or nonvolatile memory, or the memory 109 may include both volatile and nonvolatile memory. The nonvolatile Memory may be a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Programmable ROM (PROM), an Erasable PROM (EPROM), an Electrically Erasable EPROM (EEPROM), or a flash Memory. The volatile memory may be random access memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), static RAM (SRAM), dynamic RAM (DRAM), synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), double Data Rate SDRAM (ddr SDRAM), enhanced SDRAM (Enhanced SDRAM), synchronous DRAM (SLDRAM), and Direct RAM (DRRAM). Memory 109 in embodiments of the present application includes, but is not limited to, these and any other suitable types of memory.
Processor 110 may include one or more processing units; optionally, the processor 110 integrates an application processor that primarily processes operations involving an operating system, user interface, application programs, etc., and a modem processor that primarily processes wireless communication signals, such as a baseband processor. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 110.
The radio frequency unit 101 is configured to receive target configuration information sent by a network side device, where the target configuration information is used to configure related information when the first terminal cooperates with the second terminal to transmit data. A processor 110 for cooperatively transmitting data with the second terminal according to the target configuration information; wherein the target configuration information is used to indicate at least one of: data stream information configured for the first terminal and the second terminal respectively; the associated identification of the data flow configured for the first terminal and the second terminal; identification information configured for the first terminal and the second terminal, respectively; data uploading rates respectively configured for the first terminal and the second terminal; the same uplink resources configured for the first terminal and the second terminal; and the target association indication information is used for indicating the association of the data flow of the first terminal and the data flow of the second terminal.
The embodiment of the application provides a terminal, wherein a first terminal can cooperatively transmit data with a second terminal according to target configuration information sent by network side equipment, namely, the first terminal and the second terminal cooperatively transmit data based on the target configuration information sent by the network side equipment.
The terminal provided by the embodiment of the application can realize each process realized by the terminal in the embodiment of the method and achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, the description is omitted here.
The embodiment of the application also provides network side equipment, which comprises a processor and a communication interface, wherein the communication interface is used for sending target configuration information to the first terminal, the target configuration information is used for configuring relevant information when the first terminal and the second terminal cooperate to transmit data, and the target configuration information is used for the first terminal and the second terminal to cooperate to transmit data; wherein the target configuration information is used to indicate at least one of: data stream information configured for the first terminal and the second terminal respectively; the associated identification of the data flow configured for the first terminal and the second terminal; identification information configured for the first terminal and the second terminal, respectively; data uploading rates respectively configured for the first terminal and the second terminal; the same uplink resources configured for the first terminal and the second terminal; and the target association indication information is used for indicating the association of the data flow of the first terminal and the data flow of the second terminal. The network side device embodiment corresponds to the network side device method embodiment, and each implementation process and implementation manner of the method embodiment can be applied to the network side device embodiment, and the same technical effects can be achieved.
Specifically, the embodiment of the application also provides network side equipment. As shown in fig. 11, the network side device 600 includes: an antenna 61, a radio frequency device 62, a baseband device 63, a processor 64 and a memory 65. The antenna 61 is connected to a radio frequency device 62. In the uplink direction, the radio frequency device 62 receives information via the antenna 61, and transmits the received information to the baseband device 63 for processing. In the downlink direction, the baseband device 63 processes information to be transmitted, and transmits the processed information to the radio frequency device 62, and the radio frequency device 62 processes the received information and transmits the processed information through the antenna 61.
The method performed by the network side device in the above embodiment may be implemented in the baseband apparatus 63, and the baseband apparatus 63 includes a baseband processor.
The radio frequency device 62 is configured to send target configuration information to the first terminal, where the target configuration information is used to configure related information when the first terminal cooperates with the second terminal to transmit data, and the target configuration information is used for the first terminal to cooperate with the second terminal to transmit data; wherein the target configuration information is used to indicate at least one of: data stream information configured for the first terminal and the second terminal respectively; the associated identification of the data flow configured for the first terminal and the second terminal; identification information configured for the first terminal and the second terminal, respectively; data uploading rates respectively configured for the first terminal and the second terminal; the same uplink resources configured for the first terminal and the second terminal; and the target association indication information is used for indicating the association of the data flow of the first terminal and the data flow of the second terminal.
The embodiment of the application provides network side equipment, wherein the network side equipment can send target configuration information to a first terminal, and after the first terminal receives the target configuration information sent by the network side equipment, the first terminal and the second terminal can cooperatively transmit data with a second terminal according to the target configuration information sent by the network side equipment, namely, the first terminal and the second terminal cooperatively transmit data based on the target configuration information sent by the network side equipment, specifically, the first terminal and the second terminal can cooperatively transmit data according to data flow information configured by the network side, association identification of data flow, identification information of equipment, data uploading rate, association of data flow and the like, namely, the first terminal and the second terminal can synchronously cooperatively transmit data according to some related information when the network side configures the cooperative transmission data for the first terminal and the second terminal, so that the synchronism and the transmission quality of the cooperative transmission data of the first terminal and the second terminal are ensured.
The network side device provided by the embodiment of the application can realize each process realized by the network side device in the embodiment of the method and achieve the same technical effect, and in order to avoid repetition, the description is omitted.
The baseband apparatus 63 may, for example, include at least one baseband board, on which a plurality of chips are disposed, as shown in fig. 11, where one chip, for example, a baseband processor, is connected to the memory 65 through a bus interface, so as to call a program in the memory 65 to perform the network device operation shown in the above method embodiment.
The network side device may also include a network interface 66, such as a common public radio interface (common public radio interface, CPRI).
Specifically, the network side device 600 of the embodiment of the present application further includes: instructions or programs stored in the memory 65 and executable on the processor 64, the processor 64 calls the instructions or programs in the memory 65 to perform the methods performed by the modules shown in fig. 8 and achieve the same technical effects, and are not repeated here.
The embodiment of the application also provides a readable storage medium, on which a program or an instruction is stored, which when executed by a processor, implements each process of the above method embodiment, and can achieve the same technical effects, and in order to avoid repetition, the description is omitted here.
Wherein the processor is a processor in the communication device described in the above embodiment. The readable storage medium includes computer readable storage medium such as computer readable memory ROM, random access memory RAM, magnetic or optical disk, etc.
The embodiment of the application further provides a chip, which comprises a processor and a communication interface, wherein the communication interface is coupled with the processor, and the processor is used for running programs or instructions to realize the processes of the embodiment of the method, and can achieve the same technical effects, so that repetition is avoided, and the description is omitted here.
It should be understood that the chips referred to in the embodiments of the present application may also be referred to as system-on-chip chips, or the like.
The embodiments of the present application further provide a computer program/program product stored in a storage medium, where the computer program/program product is executed by at least one processor to implement each process of the above method embodiments, and achieve the same technical effects, and are not repeated herein.
The embodiment of the application also provides a communication system, which comprises: the terminal can be used for executing the steps of the data transmission method, and the network side device can be used for executing the steps of the data transmission method.

Claims (34)
1. A method of data transmission, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps that a first terminal receives target configuration information sent by network side equipment, wherein the target configuration information is used for configuring relevant information when the first terminal cooperates with a second terminal to transmit data;
the first terminal cooperates with the second terminal to transmit data according to the target configuration information;
wherein the target configuration information is used to indicate at least one of:
data flow information configured for the first terminal and the second terminal respectively;
an associated identifier of a data stream configured for the first terminal and the second terminal;
identification information configured for the first terminal and the second terminal, respectively;
data uploading rates respectively configured for the first terminal and the second terminal;
the same uplink resources configured for the first terminal and the second terminal;
and the target association indication information is used for indicating the association of the data flow of the first terminal and the data flow of the second terminal.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the data stream information comprises at least one of: identification information of the data stream, and radio bearer DRB information of the data stream.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein before the first terminal receives the target configuration information sent by the network side device, the method further comprises:
the first terminal sends a request message to the network side equipment, wherein the request message is used for requesting to cooperatively transmit data with the second terminal, the request message comprises first information, and the first information comprises at least one of the following items: the identification information of the second terminal, the information of the data stream that the first terminal needs to transmit the second terminal, and the DRB information of the data stream that the first terminal needs to transmit the second terminal.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the first terminal, prior to cooperatively transmitting data with the second terminal according to the target configuration information, further comprises:
the first terminal receives a collaboration command sent by the network side device, wherein the collaboration command is used for indicating the first terminal and the second terminal to cooperatively transmit data;
wherein the collaboration command is any one of the following: radio resource control, RRC, signaling, medium access control, control unit, MAC CE, command, downlink control information, DCI.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
when the first terminal and the second terminal cooperatively transmit data, the first terminal sends target information to the network side equipment, wherein the target information comprises at least one of the following items: the association identifier of the data streams of the first terminal and the second terminal and the identification information of the first terminal.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the target association indication information comprises at least one of:
the method comprises the steps of associating indication information of transmission rate of a data stream, associating indication information of the number of data packets, associating indication information of delay difference of the data packets and associating indication information of association identification of the data stream.
7. The method according to claim 1 or 6, wherein after the first terminal cooperates with the second terminal to transmit data according to the target configuration information, the method further comprises:
and the first terminal combines and processes the data stream of the first terminal and the data stream of the second terminal according to the target association indication information.
8. A method of data transmission, the method comprising:
The method comprises the steps that network side equipment sends target configuration information to a first terminal, wherein the target configuration information is used for configuring relevant information when the first terminal and a second terminal cooperatively transmit data, and the target configuration information is used for the first terminal and the second terminal cooperatively transmit data;
wherein the target configuration information is used to indicate at least one of:
data flow information configured for the first terminal and the second terminal respectively;
an associated identifier of a data stream configured for the first terminal and the second terminal;
identification information configured for the first terminal and the second terminal, respectively;
data uploading rates respectively configured for the first terminal and the second terminal;
the same uplink resources configured for the first terminal and the second terminal;
and the target association indication information is used for indicating the association of the data flow of the first terminal and the data flow of the second terminal.
9. The method according to claim 8, wherein before the network side device sends the target configuration information to the first terminal, the method further comprises:
the network side equipment receives a request message sent by the first terminal, wherein the request message is used for requesting to cooperatively transmit data with the second terminal, the request message comprises first information, and the first information comprises at least one of the following items: the identification information of the second terminal, the information of the data stream that the first terminal needs to transmit to the second terminal, and the radio bearer DRB information of the data stream that the first terminal needs to transmit to the second terminal.
10. The method according to claim 8, wherein the network side device sends the target configuration information to the first terminal, including:
and the network side equipment sends the target configuration information to the first terminal under the condition that the first terminal is transmitting the first data and the second data to be transmitted exists.
11. The method according to any one of claims 8 to 10, wherein before the network side device sends the target configuration information to the first terminal, the method further comprises:
the network side equipment sends a cooperation command to the first terminal, wherein the cooperation command is used for indicating the first terminal to cooperatively transmit data with the second terminal;
wherein the collaboration command is any one of the following: radio resource control, RRC, signaling, medium access control, control unit, MAC CE, command, downlink control information, DCI.
12. The method according to claim 8, wherein after the network side device sends the target configuration information to the first terminal, the method further comprises:
the network side equipment receives the data stream of the first terminal and the data stream of the second terminal;
the network side equipment receives second information sent by the first terminal and third information sent by the second terminal;
Wherein the second information includes at least one of: the association identifier of the data streams of the first terminal and the second terminal and the identification information of the first terminal; the third information includes at least one of: and the association identifier of the data streams of the first terminal and the second terminal and the identification information of the second terminal.
13. The method according to claim 12, wherein after the network side device receives the second information sent by the first terminal and the third information sent by the second terminal, the method further comprises:
and the network side equipment maps the data stream of the first terminal and the data stream of the second terminal into a target protocol data unit PDU session according to the second information and the third information.
14. The method of claim 8, wherein the target configuration information comprises target association indication information that is further used by the first terminal to combine the data stream of the first terminal with the data stream of the second terminal.
15. The method of claim 8, wherein the method further comprises:
The network side equipment sends the target association indication information to target equipment, wherein the target equipment comprises at least one of the following components: the target associated indication information is also used for the target equipment to combine and process the data stream of the first terminal and the data stream of the second terminal.
16. A data transmission apparatus for use in a first terminal, the apparatus comprising: a receiving module and a processing module;
the receiving module is used for receiving target configuration information sent by the network side equipment, and the target configuration information is used for configuring relevant information when the first terminal and the second terminal cooperate to transmit data;
the processing module is used for cooperatively transmitting data with the second terminal according to the target configuration information received by the receiving module;
wherein the target configuration information is used to indicate at least one of:
data flow information configured for the first terminal and the second terminal respectively;
an associated identifier of a data stream configured for the first terminal and the second terminal;
identification information configured for the first terminal and the second terminal, respectively;
Data uploading rates respectively configured for the first terminal and the second terminal;
the same uplink resources configured for the first terminal and the second terminal;
and the target association indication information is used for indicating the association of the data flow of the first terminal and the data flow of the second terminal.
17. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the data flow information comprises at least one of: identification information of the data stream, and radio bearer DRB information of the data stream.
18. The apparatus according to claim 16 or 17, characterized in that the apparatus further comprises: a transmitting module;
the sending module is configured to send a request message to the network side device before the receiving module receives the target configuration information sent by the network side device, where the request message is used to request to cooperatively transmit data with the second terminal, and the request message includes first information, where the first information includes at least one of the following: the identification information of the second terminal, the information of the data stream that the first terminal needs to transmit the second terminal, and the DRB information of the data stream that the first terminal needs to transmit the second terminal.
19. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the device comprises a plurality of sensors,
the receiving module is further configured to receive a collaboration command sent by the network side device before the processing module cooperatively transmits data with the second terminal according to the target configuration information, where the collaboration command is used to instruct the first terminal to cooperatively transmit data with the second terminal;
wherein the collaboration command is any one of the following: radio resource control, RRC, signaling, medium access control, control unit, MAC CE, command, downlink control information, DCI.
20. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the apparatus further comprises: a transmitting module;
the sending module is configured to send target information to the network side device when the first terminal and the second terminal cooperatively transmit data, where the target information includes at least one of the following: the association identifier of the data streams of the first terminal and the second terminal and the identification information of the first terminal.
21. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the target association indication information comprises at least one of:
the method comprises the steps of associating indication information of transmission rate of a data stream, associating indication information of the number of data packets, associating indication information of delay difference of the data packets and associating indication information of association identification of the data stream.
22. The apparatus of claim 16 or 21, wherein the device comprises a plurality of sensors,
the processing module is further configured to combine and process the data stream of the first terminal and the data stream of the second terminal according to the target association indication information after cooperatively transmitting data with the second terminal according to the target configuration information.
23. A data transmission apparatus applied to a network side device, the apparatus comprising: a transmitting module;
the sending module is used for sending target configuration information to a first terminal, wherein the target configuration information is used for configuring relevant information when the first terminal and a second terminal cooperatively transmit data, and the target configuration information is used for the first terminal and the second terminal cooperatively transmit data;
wherein the target configuration information is used to indicate at least one of:
data flow information configured for the first terminal and the second terminal respectively;
an associated identifier of a data stream configured for the first terminal and the second terminal;
identification information configured for the first terminal and the second terminal, respectively;

and the target association indication information is used for indicating the association of the data flow of the first terminal and the data flow of the second terminal.
24. The apparatus of claim 23, wherein the apparatus further comprises: a receiving module;
the receiving module is configured to receive, before the sending module sends the target configuration information to the first terminal, a request message sent by the first terminal, where the request message is used to request to cooperatively transmit data with the second terminal, the request message includes first information, and the first information includes at least one of the following: the identification information of the second terminal, the information of the data stream that the first terminal needs to transmit to the second terminal, and the radio bearer DRB information of the data stream that the first terminal needs to transmit to the second terminal.
25. The apparatus of claim 23, wherein the device comprises a plurality of sensors,
the sending module is specifically configured to send the target configuration information to the first terminal when the first terminal is transmitting the first data and there is second data to be transmitted.

the sending module is further configured to send a collaboration command to a first terminal before sending target configuration information to the first terminal, where the collaboration command is used to instruct the first terminal to cooperatively transmit data with the second terminal;
wherein the collaboration command is any one of the following: radio resource control, RRC, signaling, medium access control, control unit, MAC CE, command, downlink control information, DCI.
27. The apparatus of claim 23, wherein the apparatus further comprises: a receiving module;
the receiving module is used for receiving the data stream of the first terminal and the data stream of the second terminal after the sending module sends the target configuration information to the first terminal; receiving second information sent by the first terminal and third information sent by the second terminal;
wherein the second information includes at least one of: the association identifier of the data streams of the first terminal and the second terminal and the identification information of the first terminal; the third information includes at least one of: and the association identifier of the data streams of the first terminal and the second terminal and the identification information of the second terminal.
28. The apparatus of claim 27, wherein the apparatus further comprises: a processing module;
the processing module is configured to map, after the receiving module receives the second information sent by the first terminal and the third information sent by the second terminal, the data stream of the first terminal and the data stream of the second terminal to a target protocol data unit PDU session according to the second information and the third information.
29. The apparatus of claim 23, wherein the target configuration information comprises target association indication information that is further used by the first terminal to combine processing of the data stream of the first terminal with the data stream of the second terminal.
30. The apparatus of claim 23, wherein the device comprises a plurality of sensors,
the sending module is further configured to send the target association indication information to a target device, where the target device includes at least one of the following: the target associated indication information is also used for the target equipment to combine and process the data stream of the first terminal and the data stream of the second terminal.
31. A terminal comprising a processor and a memory storing a program or instructions executable on the processor, which when executed by the processor, implement the steps of the data transmission method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
32. A network side device comprising a processor and a memory storing a program or instructions executable on the processor, which when executed by the processor, implement the steps of the data transmission method of any one of claims 8 to 15.
33. A communication system comprising a data transmission device according to any one of claims 16 to 22 and a data transmission device according to any one of claims 23 to 30; or,
the communication system includes the terminal according to claim 31 and the network-side device according to claim 32.

A readable storage medium, characterized in that the readable storage medium stores thereon a program or instructions, which when executed by a processor, implements the data transmission method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 or the steps of the data transmission method according to any one of claims 8 to 15.
