In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art, the present invention provides an information pushing method applied to a brain stimulation device, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step S100, acquiring time data and a user position of a target user, and determining a travel item corresponding to the target user according to the time data and the user position;
step 200, acquiring a plurality of historical user positions of the target user in a preset time range before the time data, and determining historical travel information corresponding to the target user according to each historical user position;
step S300, determining a residual energy value corresponding to the target user according to the time data and the historical travel information;
and step 400, judging whether to push prompt information for using the brain stimulation device to the target user according to the residual energy value and the travel item.
In short, the embodiment comprehensively analyzes whether the user needs to use the brain stimulation device to supplement energy by predicting the ongoing or upcoming travel project and combining the energy condition of the user, so as to timely push the prompt information of using the brain stimulation device to the user. Specifically, the target user in this embodiment may be any user who uses the brain stimulation device, and the task of pushing the prompt information may be divided into two subtasks, i.e., predicting the travel item of the target user and predicting the remaining energy value of the target user. For the subtask of the predicted travel project, a certain mapping rule exists between different travels of the target user and different time points, for example, the travel corresponding to nine points in the morning is generally out of work, and the travel corresponding to five points in the afternoon is generally out of work and returns to home. Because the journey of the target user is not always changed according to the time point rule, the current time data is combined with the current user position to more accurately predict the journey item of the target user, for example, the current journey item of the target user can be accurately judged to be going out to work through the information of nine points in the morning and subway stations. For the subtask of predicting the remaining energy value of the target user, the remaining energy value of the target user is mainly affected by the time point and the history of travel, for example, the energy value is continuously reduced from the morning to the evening as time passes; after a complicated mental or heavy physical activity, the energy value is greatly reduced. The present embodiment thus comprehensively predicts the current remaining energy value of the target user by the current time data and the history trip information. And finally comprehensively analyzing whether the target user needs to supplement energy or not according to the prediction results of the two subtasks, and pushing prompt information of using the brain stimulation device to the target user in time when the target user needs to supplement energy so as to meet energy supplement requirements of the target user under different situations.
In one implementation, the determining, according to the time data and the user position, a trip item corresponding to the target user includes:
according to the time data, acquiring historical access amounts of the target users corresponding to a plurality of geographic positions respectively;
and determining the journey item according to the user position and the historical access quantity of each geographic position.
Specifically, the present embodiment collects historical positioning data of the target user at different time points in advance. And carrying out statistical analysis on all the historical positioning data acquired at the time point according to each time point to obtain the historical access quantity of each geographic position visited by the target user at the time point. In an actual application scene, historical access amounts of all geographic positions corresponding to the current time data are obtained, the access interests of the target user to different geographic positions at the moment can be obtained through the historical access amounts, and the current travel items of the target user or the upcoming travel items can be accurately predicted by combining the current user positions.
In one implementation, the determining the trip item according to the user location and the historical access amount for each of the geographic locations includes:
acquiring distance values between the user position and each geographic position respectively;
determining access frequencies corresponding to the geographic positions respectively according to the historical access amounts of the geographic positions;
determining access probabilities corresponding to the geographic positions respectively according to the distance values and the access frequencies of the geographic positions;
determining a target geographic position according to the access probability of each geographic position;
and determining the journey item according to the target geographic position.
Briefly, this embodiment predicts the destination of the target user, i.e., the target geographic location, based on two metrics. The first index is the distance between the current position of the user and each geographic position, and the second index is the historical access amount of each geographic position. And finally predicting the current or future upcoming travel item of the target user through the target geographic position. Specifically, for each geographic location that the target user has visited, a distance value between the geographic location and the user location is calculated, and a corresponding access frequency is determined according to the historical access amount of the geographic location. The probability of access to the geographic location is then determined based on the access frequency and the distance value. The higher the access probability is, the higher the probability that the geographic location is the destination of the target user is, so that the target geographic location is determined from the geographic locations according to the access probability of the geographic locations, and then the trip item of the target user is predicted by analyzing various information such as the building type, the function and the like of the target geographic location.
In one implementation manner, the determining the access probability corresponding to each geographic location according to the distance value and the access frequency of each geographic location includes:
determining a first access probability according to the distance value of each geographic position, wherein the distance value is in inverse relation with the first access probability;
determining a second access probability according to the access frequency of the geographic position, wherein the access frequency and the second access probability are in a direct proportion relation;
and determining the access probability according to the first access probability and the second access probability.
Specifically, the closer the distance value, the higher the likelihood that the target user will visit the geographic location; the further the distance value is, the lower the likelihood that the target user will access the geographic location. The distance value is inversely related to the first access probability. The higher the historical access volume, the higher the access frequency/access interest of the target user to the geographic location; the lower the historical access volume, the lower the frequency of access/access interest to that geographic location for the target user. The access frequency is thus proportional to the second access probability. Finally, the access probability of the geographic positions is comprehensively determined according to the first access probability and the second access probability, and the possibility that the target user takes each geographic position as a destination can be accurately predicted.
In one implementation, the determining the access probability according to the first access probability and the second access probability includes:
acquiring travel track data corresponding to a plurality of pieces of history travel information of the target user respectively;
calculating the similarity between every two travel track data to obtain a plurality of similarity values;
determining the regularity of each history travel according to the duty ratio of the similarity value with the value larger than a preset similarity threshold, wherein the duty ratio is in a direct proportion relation with the regularity;
determining weight values respectively corresponding to the first access probability and the second access probability according to the regularity, wherein the regularity is in a direct proportion relation with the weight value of the second access probability;
and determining the access probability according to the first access probability, the weight value of the first access probability, the second access probability and the weight value of the second access probability.
Specifically, by analyzing a large number of historical trips of the target user, the trip characteristics of the target user, such as higher trip randomness or higher regularity of the target user, can be known. If the regularity of the target user is higher, the travel information reflected by the historical travel of the target user is higher in reliability, and the target user is more likely to access the frequently accessed geographic position currently, a higher weight value is given to the second access probability, so that the access probability of each geographic position is predicted more accurately.
In one implementation manner, the determining the historical trip information corresponding to the target user according to each historical user position includes:
determining user track data corresponding to the target user according to each historical user position;
inputting the user track data into a pre-trained prediction model to obtain the historical trip information, wherein the prediction model is used for: acquiring a historical track database corresponding to the target user, and matching the user track data with the historical track database; if the matching is successful, acquiring a travel information label corresponding to the history track data which is successfully matched; and determining the historical journey information according to the journey information tag.
Specifically, each historical user location has its corresponding timestamp reflecting the time of acquisition of that historical user location. And according to all the time stamps and the historic user positions, user track data preset before the target user can be drawn. In order to quickly determine the historical trip information of the target user, the embodiment trains a prediction model in advance, learns the corresponding relation between the historical track data and the trip information, and constructs a historical track database. In an actual application scene, user track data are input into a prediction model, the prediction model can automatically match the user track data with a historical track database, if historical track data with similarity higher than a preset threshold value exist, the historical track data with highest similarity are used as objects successfully matched, and the historical travel information of a target user in a preset time range is determined according to travel information labels of the historical track data. According to the embodiment, by combining the deep learning technology and the historical user position, the historical trip information of the target user in the preset time range can be rapidly determined.
In one implementation, the determining, according to the time data and the historical trip information, a remaining energy value corresponding to the target user includes:
determining an energy attenuation value based on the time data;
determining a effort consumption value according to the historical trip information;
and acquiring an initial energy value corresponding to the target user, and determining the residual energy value according to the initial energy value, the energy attenuation value and the energy consumption value.
Specifically, without the replenishment of energy, the target user is constantly attenuating in the middle of the day, the morning is highest in the energy value, the afternoon is centered in the energy value, and the evening is lowest in the energy value, so the present embodiment can determine the degree of attenuation of the target user's energy, that is, the energy attenuation value, based on the current time data. And different travel items have different effects on the energy value of the target user, so that the energy consumption degree of the target user can be determined based on the historical travel information, namely the energy consumption value is obtained. The present embodiment may calculate the initial energy value of the target user based on the sleep information and/or the physiological information of the target user in advance, i.e., the initial energy values of different users may be different. And then comprehensively determining the energy loss condition of the target user under the influence of time and travel through the energy attenuation value and the energy consumption value, and accurately calculating the current residual energy value of the target user by combining the initial energy value.
In one implementation, the determining, according to the remaining energy value and the trip item, whether to push the prompt information for using the brain stimulation device to the target user includes:
determining an energy demand value from the trip item;
and if the remaining energy value is smaller than or equal to the energy requirement value, generating the prompt information according to the difference value between the remaining energy value and the energy requirement value, and pushing the prompt information to the target user.
Specifically, since the energy values required for different types of travel are different, the present embodiment determines the energy demand condition of the target user according to the type of the current travel item, that is, obtains the energy demand value. If the current remaining energy value of the target user is smaller than or equal to the energy requirement value, the target user is required to be prompted to timely supplement energy in order to ensure the normal running and completion quality of the travel item. The present embodiment generates a prompt message based on the difference between the remaining energy value and the energy demand value and pushes the prompt message to the user to prompt timely and how much energy is needed to be replenished in this case.
In one implementation, the generating the hint information according to the difference between the remaining energy value and the energy demand value includes:
determining a recommended use mode corresponding to the brain stimulation device according to the difference between the remaining energy value and the energy demand value;
and generating the prompt information according to the recommended use mode.
Specifically, the brain stimulation device in this embodiment stores multiple usage modes in advance, in order to reduce the selection difficulty of the target user and provide better usage experience for the target user, the embodiment automatically matches a suitable usage mode for the target user according to the difference between the remaining energy value and the energy requirement value, and pushes the usage mode to the target user in a prompt information manner.
