The stabilizing device 5 comprises a positioning rod 51, a cross rod 52 and a pressing ring 53, wherein the positioning rod 51 is fixed at the outer wall of the placing table 23, the cross rod 52 is slidably mounted outside the positioning rod 51, a spring is arranged between the cross rod 52 and the positioning rod 51, the pressing ring 53 is fixed at one end, far away from the positioning rod 51, of the cross rod 52, and the cross rod 52 drives the pressing ring 53 to press a glass ware under the action of the elastic force of the spring corresponding to the cross rod 52, so that the stability of the glass ware in the process of laser etching an opening is improved.
The fixing device 5 further comprises a hollow tube 54, a sucker 55, a plug rod 56 and a threaded ring 57, the hollow tube 54 is hinged to the outer wall of the pressing ring 53, the sucker 55 is fixed to the bottom of the hollow tube 54, meanwhile, the hollow tube 54 is rotated, the hollow tube 54 drives the sucker 55 to be attached to the outside of a glass, the plug rod 56 is slidably mounted in the hollow tube 54, the plug rod 56 is lifted upwards, air in the hollow tube 54 is extracted by the plug rod 56, negative pressure is generated at the hollow tube 54, the hollow tube 54 drives the sucker 55 to be adsorbed to the outside of a portion separated from an opening of the glass, the problem that the portion separated from the opening of the glass falls after the glass is etched is avoided, the threaded ring 57 is fixed to the top of the hollow tube 54, threads matched with the threaded ring 57 are formed in the outer wall of the plug rod 56, when the plug rod 56 is lifted to the position of the threaded ring 57, the plug rod 56 is rotated, the threads of the plug rod 56 are matched with the threaded ring 57 to be fixed, and therefore the position of the plug rod 56 is fixed.
When the glass etching device is used, the electric lifting rod 11 drives the laser etching machine 12 to move to the position of the glass where the opening is needed to be etched, the telescopic end of the electric lifting rod 11 drives the L-shaped telescopic rod 41 and the telescopic inclined rod 42 to synchronously move, the telescopic inclined rod 42 drives the polishing plate 43 to synchronously move, and when the electric control turntable 24 drives the glass to rotate, the polishing plate 43 polishes the outer wall of the glass where the opening is positioned, so that the polishing plate 43 polishes the outer wall of the glass where the opening is positioned, and the problem that the smooth surface of the glass reflects laser beams to cause inaccurate or uneven shape of the opening of the glass etched by laser is avoided; simultaneously, the threaded rod 44 is rotated, the threaded rod 44 is limited by threads of the U-shaped sliding rod 45, and the threaded rod 44 pushes the polishing plate 43 to move in a direction away from the baffle plate 31, so that the polishing plate 43 is ensured to be in effective contact with the outer wall of the glassware, and the polishing efficiency of the polishing plate 43 on the outer wall of the glassware is improved.
