As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 6 and fig. 7, when the motor 8 is turned on, the rotating shaft of the motor 8 drives the cam 34 to rotate, at this time, the driving ring 35 is coaxially connected to the cam 34 in a rotating way, the sliding plate 37 is vertically slidably connected to one of the vertical plates 25, and the pull rod 36 on the driving ring 35 is hinged to the sliding plate 37, so that when the rotating shaft of the motor 8 drives the cam 34 to rotate, the sliding plate 37 drives the rack 38 to vertically reciprocate up and down through the cooperation of the cam 34, the driving ring 35, the pull rod 36 and the sliding plate 37, at this time, the vertically reciprocate rack 38 drives one of the rotating columns 27 to reciprocate in the rotating groove 26 through the meshing gear 39 thereof, at this time, one of the rotating columns 27 drives the connecting pipe 28 to reciprocate along the rotating axis of the rotating column 27, and the spraying range of each spray head 29 is increased, and the spray head is simple and convenient to use.
