As shown in fig. 5, the whole inclined push plate 26 is obliquely arranged, the lower part of the inclined push plate 26 and the feeding box 6 are driven by a third screw rod 23, the lower end of the inclined push plate 26 is provided with a second thread bush 29 matched with the third screw rod 23, the bottom of the inclined push plate 26 is provided with a rolling shaft 27, when the first unreeling rod 3 releases lower piece materials through the feeding box 6 in mixed pesticide packaging bag processing operation, inner bags filled with pesticide particles or concentrated solution are put on the upper surface of the lower piece materials, the third screw rod 23 can be driven to rotate through a motor 7, the third screw rod 23 drives the inclined push plate 26 to move by utilizing the second thread bush 29, the distance between two groups of inclined push plates 26 is adjusted, and when the inner bags in the feeding box 6 are reduced, the residual inner bags can be gathered towards the middle by utilizing the movement of the two groups of inclined push plates 26, so that the putting effect is improved.
As shown in fig. 4, a material conveying rotary drum 25 is movably mounted at the middle part of the lower end of the material feeding box 6, a plurality of groups of baffle plates are annularly distributed on the surface of the material conveying rotary drum 25, baffle plates 24 are fixedly mounted on two sides of the material conveying rotary drum 25, fixed bottom plates 22 are arranged on two sides of the upper part of the material conveying rotary drum 25, a material discharging hole is formed between the two groups of fixed bottom plates 22, a user drives the material conveying rotary drum 25 through a motor, the material conveying rotary drum 25 drives the baffle plates 24 to rotate, each notch of the baffle plates 24 can only accommodate one inner bag, and therefore, the material conveying rotary drum 25 can complete throwing operation of one inner bag every time, and the baffle plates 24 play a limiting role on throwing of the inner bag.
The limiting slide bars 28 are fixedly arranged on the outer surfaces of the two sides of the inclined plane push plate 26, a slide groove matched with the limiting slide bars 28 is formed in the inner side of the feeding box 6, and when the inclined plane push plate 26 moves, the limiting slide bars 28 slide on the inner sides of the slide groove, so that an auxiliary limiting effect is achieved on the movement of the inclined plane push plate 26.
As shown in fig. 6, an electric push rod 13 is installed on the inner side of the cutter 2, a cutter head 31 is movably installed at the lower end of the electric push rod 13, one end of the cutter 2 is driven by a linear motor 33, after the sealing processing of the mixed pesticide packaging bag, the cutter head 31 is driven to move downwards by the electric push rod 13, so that the cutter head 31 is clung to the surface of the packaging bag, and the cutter head 31 is driven to translate by the linear motor 33, so that the cutter head 31 completes the cutting operation of the packaging bag.
The lower part of the cutter 2 is provided with a lifting clamp plate 30 and a cutting bottom plate 34, the lifting clamp plate 30 is movably arranged above the cutting bottom plate 34, the lifting clamp plate 30 and the cutting bottom plate 34 are driven by a second lifting rod 32, the bottom of the lifting clamp plate 30 is provided with a sensor, the inner sides of the lifting clamp plate 30 and the cutting bottom plate 34 are respectively provided with a strip-shaped notch, the lifting clamp plate 30 and the cutting bottom plate 34 are utilized to assist in fixing packaging bag materials, the cutter head 31 slides along the strip-shaped notch, packaging bag cutting operation is completed, and the cutting effect is improved.
When the mixed pesticide packaging bag processing equipment is used, the release positions of an upper sheet material and a lower sheet material are respectively controlled by a second unreeling rod 8 and a first unreeling rod 3 to form a throwing area between the upper sheet material and the lower sheet material, an inner bag filled with pesticide concentrated particles or liquid is thrown on the lower sheet material through the throwing box 6, and when the upper sheet material and the lower sheet material move, the upper sheet material covers the upper part of the lower sheet material, so that the inner bag is placed in an outer bag, the throwing operation of the inner bag is completed while the inner bag moves, the four sides of the outer bag are sealed by the packer 4, a notch is reserved, and after a cover is installed, the mixed pesticide packaging bag processing operation is completed; when the packaging machine is used for packaging, a user can perform corresponding packaging adjustment according to the size of an outer bag of the mixed pesticide packaging bag and the width of the materials when the upper and lower sheets of materials are packaged, because the first screw rod 12 and the second screw rod 21 are designed to be of a bidirectional thread structure, when the first screw rod 12 and the second screw rod 21 rotate, the first screw rod 12 and the second screw rod 21 can respectively drive the two groups of sliding bases 11 and the two groups of direction-regulating frames 16, the two groups of sliding bases 11 and the two groups of direction-regulating frames 16 move inwards or outwards, the distance between the two groups of sliding bases 11 and the two groups of direction-regulating frames 16 is adjusted, after the two groups of sliding bases 11 and the two groups of direction-regulating frames 16 are aligned up and down, the packaging operation can be performed on two sides of the outer bag materials, and when the upper and lower sheets of materials pass through the material conveying rolling rods 9 of the packaging machine 4 at the same time, and the material conveying rolling rods 9 are used for pulling the upper and lower sheets of materials to move simultaneously, so that the first unreeling rod 3 and the second unreeling rod 8 finish the material releasing operation; secondly, the first lifting rod 19 is used for driving the first pressing plate 18 to move downwards, so that the upper sheet material and the lower sheet material are tightly pressed between the sliding base 11 and the first pressing plate 18, when the electric heating strips on the sliding base 11 are heated, the heat sealing operation of the upper sheet material and the lower sheet material is completed, and when the end part of the upper sheet material and the lower sheet material is sealed, the sealer 15 is used for driving the second pressing plate 14 to move downwards, and is matched with the movement control of the upper sheet material and the lower sheet material, one end of the upper sheet material and the lower sheet material is clamped and fixed, after the electric heating strips of the sliding frame 10 are heated, the heat sealing operation of the two ends of the pesticide packaging bag is completed in two times, so that the packaging operation of the pesticide packaging bag with any size can be completed, the throwing operation of the inner bag is completed instead of a manual mode, and the production efficiency of the pesticide packaging bag is improved; by arranging the inclined-plane pushing plate 26, when the mixed pesticide packaging bag processing equipment is used, the mixed pesticide packaging bag processing equipment can be used for optimizing the use of the inclined-plane pushing plate 26, so that the inner space of the feeding box 6 can be flexibly controlled, the inner bags can be continuously gathered towards the middle part according to the allowance, the feeding interruption is avoided, the stability is improved, when the mixed pesticide packaging bag processing operation is carried out, the inner bags filled with pesticide particles or concentrated solution can be put on the upper surface of the lower sheet material when the first unreeling rod 3 releases the lower sheet material through the feeding box 6, the third screw rod 23 can be driven to rotate through the motor 7, the third screw rod 23 can drive the inclined-plane pushing plate 26 to move through the second thread bush 29, the distance between the two groups of inclined-plane pushing plates 26 is adjusted, when the inner bags in the feeding box 6 are reduced, the residual inner bags can be gathered towards the middle part, the throwing effect is improved, and a baffle 24 can be driven by a motor to rotate through the conveying rotary drum 25, each notch of the baffle 24 can only hold one inner bag, therefore, the throwing effect can be achieved, and the inner bag can be automatically thrown into the baffle 24 through a certain throwing angle; The processing equipment of the mixed pesticide packaging bag is characterized in that the mixed pesticide packaging bag comprises an inner bag and an outer bag; the equipment comprises a material conveying base (1), a packer (4) and a material feeding box (6), wherein the packer (4) and the material feeding box (6) are fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the upper end of the material conveying base (1); the packer (4) is arranged on one side of the feeding box (6), a second unreeling rod (8) used for releasing materials on the upper part of a packaging bag is movably arranged between the packer (4) and the feeding box (6), a first unreeling rod (3) used for releasing materials on the lower part of the packaging bag is movably arranged at one end of the feeding base (1), the packer (4) comprises a sliding frame (10) and a fixed top cover (17), the fixed top cover (17) is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the upper end of the sliding frame (10), two groups of sliding bases (11) are movably arranged on the inner side of the sliding frame (10), two groups of direction adjusting frames (16) matched with the sliding bases (11) are movably arranged on the inner side of the fixed top cover (17), a first pressing plate (18) used for sealing the packaging bag is movably arranged at the lower end of the direction adjusting frame (16), two groups of inclined plates (26) are movably arranged on the inner side of the feeding box (6), the inner side of the feeding box (6) is movably arranged on the lower part of the inclined plates (26), two groups of the movable mounting plates (25) are movably arranged on the inner side of the inclined plates (26), two groups of the feeding plates (25) are movably arranged on the inner sides of the sliding plates (4), two ends of the inner sides of the sliding plates (8) are movably arranged on the inner sides of the feeding base (8), two groups of the movable plates (8) and the movable plates are movably arranged on the upper ends, and the inner sides of the movable plates, and the movable lifting plates are respectively, the upper material and the lower material of the outer bag are respectively wound on the second unreeling rod (8) and the first unreeling rod (3) and are used for releasing the outer bag material;
