Abstract

Technical Field

the special-shaped spring is inserted into the spiral groove to enable the special-shaped spring to rotationally push along the spiral groove;
the operation pipe fitting is positioned in the catheter body, one end of the operation pipe fitting is fixedly connected with one end of the special-shaped spring positioned in the catheter body, and the other end of the operation pipe fitting extends out from the other end of the catheter body for operation and is used for operating the special-shaped spring to realize storage and release;
the extension hose is positioned on the inner side of the special-shaped spring, and the pipe assembly is arranged on the outer wall of the extension hose;

Preferably, the pipe assembly comprises a suction pipe, an air supply pipe and a liquid supply pipe, wherein a plurality of suction pipes are adhered to the outer wall of the expansion hose, a suction port is formed in one side, far away from the expansion hose, of the suction pipe, and the air supply pipe and the liquid supply pipe are adhered to the outer wall of the expansion hose and are provided with openings.

the expansion mechanism further comprises a connecting rubber, an expansion air bag and a sealing air bag, one end of the expansion hose, far away from the catheter body, is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the expansion air bag through the connecting rubber, the sealing air bag is arranged at one end, close to the catheter body, of the outer wall of the expansion hose, the expansion air bag and the sealing air bag are communicated with the outlet of the air supply pipe, the expansion air bag is inflated and attached to the inner wall of a blood vessel by the air supply pipe for air supply, the rotation of the catheter body can be stopped after the expansion support is completed until the position of the sealing air bag is separated from the catheter body, the expansion hose is pulled by the connecting wire to be unfolded, blood flows through the expansion hose, and a blood channel is established, and a sealing space is formed between the expansion air bag and the sealing air bag for thrombus suction.
2. A dual channel thrombi aspiration catheter according to claim 1 and wherein: the inner wall of extension gasbag is provided with a plurality of blocks, and each block laminating provides sealedly after the evacuation of extension gasbag.

A dual channel thrombi aspiration catheter in accordance with claim 2, wherein: the side of each block joint opening, which is far away from the catheter body, protrudes outwards to be helpful for passing through thrombus, and the middle part of each block joint is provided with a hole for a guide wire to pass through.

A dual channel thrombi aspiration catheter according to claim 1 and wherein: the connecting wires are not less than three groups, the connecting wires of each group are annularly arranged by taking the central axis of the stretching hose as a reference, and the suction pipes and the connecting wires of each group are staggered.
5. A dual channel thrombi aspiration catheter according to claim 1 and wherein: the suction port is located between the expanding balloon and the sealing balloon.

A dual channel thrombi aspiration catheter according to claim 1 and wherein: the special-shaped spring comprises a same diameter section and a conical section, the conical end of the special-shaped spring is connected with the catheter body after the special-shaped spring is stretched, the stretching hose is positioned in the same diameter section, the diameter of the special-shaped spring can be changed by rotating the special-shaped spring, the special-shaped spring is compressed into the spiral groove to be stored, and meanwhile the stretching hose is also compressed to be stored.
