Claims (10)

1. A spiral controllable bone screw tap, characterized in that: comprises a drill bit assembly, a switching assembly and a handle assembly;
the drill bit assembly is screwed into the drill bit assembly from the bottom of the switching assembly, and the handle assembly is inserted into the drill bit assembly from the top of the switching assembly;
the drill bit assembly comprises a drill bit (1) and a drill bit connecting part (2), wherein the drill bit connecting part (2) is fixed at one end of the drill bit (1), a thread groove I (201) is formed in the outer wall of the drill bit connecting part (2), and a thread I (202) is formed in the inner wall of the drill bit connecting part;
the switching assembly comprises a switching tube (3) and a blocking piece (4), the blocking piece (4) is arranged at the top of the switching tube (3), the handle assembly is locked in the switching assembly, and a thread II (301) is arranged on the inner wall of the switching tube (3);
the handle assembly comprises a T-shaped handle (5), a second threaded groove (502) is formed in the outer wall of a connecting rod (501) at the bottom of the T-shaped handle (5), and a rotating piece (6) matched with the blocking piece (4) is further arranged at the joint of the connecting rod (501) and the handle (5).

A spiral steerable bone tap according to claim 1, wherein: the blocking piece (4) is welded on the outer side of the top of the adapter tube (3) and comprises a sleeve tube (401), an opening (402) is formed in the center of the top of the sleeve tube (401), a locking ring (403) is arranged in the opening (402), and a first sliding groove (404) is formed in the bottom of the locking ring (403).

A spiral steerable bone tap according to claim 2, wherein: the top of the transfer pipe (3) is provided with a second sliding groove (302), the depth and the width of the second sliding groove (302) are the same as those of the first sliding groove (404), the positions of the second sliding groove and the first sliding groove are opposite in a vertical plane, and the diameter of the opening (402) is at least larger than the inner diameter of the transfer pipe (3).

A spiral steerable bone tap according to claim 1, wherein: the rotating piece (6) comprises two symmetrically arranged rotating shafts (601), the two rotating shafts (601) are movably sleeved on the outer surface of the fixed shaft (602), a containing groove (603) is formed in one end plane of the rotating shaft (601), and a plurality of balls (604) are arranged in the containing groove (603).

A spiral steerable bone tap according to claim 4, wherein: the fixed shaft (602) is fixed on the outer surface of the connecting rod (501), the holding grooves (603) on the two rotating shafts (601) face opposite directions, the holding groove (603) at the upper end corresponds to the first sliding groove (404), the holding groove (603) at the lower end corresponds to the second sliding groove (302), and the sum of the depth of the holding groove (603) and the depth of the first sliding groove (404) and the sum of the depth of the holding groove (603) and the depth of the second sliding groove (302) at the lower end are not more than the diameter of the ball (604).
6. A spiral steerable bone tap according to claim 4, wherein: the diameter of the opening (402) should be at least smaller than the diameter of the rotation shaft (601), and the inner diameter of the ferrule (401) should be at least larger than the diameter of the rotation shaft (601).

A spiral steerable bone tap according to claim 1, wherein: the screw thread II (301) and the screw thread groove I (201) are in matched rotary connection, the screw thread I (202) and the screw thread groove II (502) are in matched rotary connection, the matched spiral direction of the screw thread II (301) and the screw thread groove I (201) is the same as the matched spiral direction of the screw thread I (202) and the screw thread groove II (502), the section diameter of the connecting rod (501) does not exceed the pipe inner diameter of the drill bit connecting part (2), and the pipe outer diameter of the drill bit connecting part (2) does not exceed the pipe inner diameter of the switching pipe (3).

The spiral steerable bone tap according to claim 7, wherein: the anti-skid connecting device is characterized in that anti-skid lines (7) are arranged on both sides of the outer surface of the T-shaped handle (5) and the outer surface of the switching tube (3), the anti-skid lines (7) on both sides of the outer surface of the T-shaped handle (5) are symmetrically arranged, and connecting blocks (8) are further arranged at both ends of the T-shaped handle (5).

10. A method of using a spiral steerable bone tap according to any of claims 1-9, wherein: comprising the following steps:
s1, screwing the drill bit assembly into the adapter tube (3) from the bottom of the adapter tube, holding the T-shaped handle (5) and rotating until a thread groove II (502) on the outer surface of the connecting rod (501) is matched with a thread I (202) in the drill bit connecting part (2);
s2, rotating the T-shaped handle (5) to adjust whether the rotating direction of the T-shaped handle is matched with the extending direction of the drill bit (1);
s3, holding the T-shaped handle (5) by hand and rotating the handle to adjust the drill bit (1) to a required length;
s4, aligning the drill bit (1) to a part needing to be drilled, holding the adapter tube (3) and simultaneously rotating the T-shaped handle (5) to drive the drill bit (1) to rotate for drilling;
s5, after the drilling is finished, the drill bit (1) is disinfected and cleaned, and then the T-shaped handle (5) is rotated to enable the drill bit (1) to be received into the adapter tube (3) so as to finish receiving.
