Example 1
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an embodiment of a control method of a cleaning apparatus, it being noted that the steps shown in the flowchart of the drawings may be performed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and that although a logical sequence is shown in the flowchart, in some cases the steps shown or described may be performed in a different order than here.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an alternative control method of a cleaning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method including the steps of:
step S101, acquiring cleaning data of a cleaning operation performed by the cleaning apparatus on an area to be cleaned.
In step S101, the cleaning data of the cleaning device for cleaning the area to be cleaned may be acquired through an application system, a server, an electronic device, or the like, and in this embodiment, the cleaning data of the cleaning device for cleaning the area to be cleaned may be acquired through an optional control system of the cleaning device as shown in fig. 3. Alternatively, the cleaning device may be a small household appliance under the category of automatic cleaning, and in this embodiment, the cleaning device is a cleaning robot that can implement a sweeping and mopping function. The area to be cleaned may be an area obtained through corresponding judgment after the cleaning robot scans the entire area. The cleaning operation may be a sweeping or mopping operation, and the cleaning data corresponding to the cleaning operation may include, but is not limited to, a cleaning duration and a cleaning area.
It should be noted that, by acquiring the cleaning data, the cleaning data and the preset conditions can be compared and analyzed, so as to provide a data base for the subsequent corresponding operation.
Step S102, when the cleaning data meets the preset conditions, the cleaning equipment is controlled to move to the cleaning base station, so that the cleaning base station is replaced and cleaning parts of the cleaning equipment are cleaned.
In step S102, the cleaning data and the preset conditions are compared and analyzed by the control system of the cleaning apparatus, and when it is determined that the cleaning data meets the preset conditions, the cleaning robot is controlled to move to the cleaning base station. Alternatively, the preset conditions may include, but are not limited to: the cleaning time of the cleaning device reaches the preset time, the cleaning area of the cleaning device reaches the preset area, whether the cleaning device performs cleaning operation on the preset area in the area to be cleaned or not, and the like. At least one of the plurality of regions included in the region to be cleaned may be the preset region.
Further, the cleaning base station replaces and cleans the cleaning components of the cleaning robot, and the number of the cleaning components includes but is not limited to two. In this embodiment, the cleaning member may be a rolling brush with a cloth or a cloth on a rolling brush. Alternatively, the replacement may be to replace the entire rolling brush, that is, the cleaning cloth on the rolling brush, or directly replace the cleaning cloth on the rolling brush without replacing the rolling brush.
It should be noted that, through comparing the cleaning data with the preset conditions, the current state of the cleaning component can be obtained, so as to determine the dirt degree of the cleaning component, and according to the judging result of the control system, a conclusion about whether to replace is obtained, so that the cleaning robot is controlled to move to the cleaning base station, and the accurate judgment of the dirt degree of the cleaning component is realized. Through changing cleaning element to cleaning robot, can make cleaning element remain relatively clean state all the time, avoid using only a cleaning element in the cleaning process, when cleaning element reaches certain dirty degree, the cleaning element is not changed and the condition of secondary pollution is caused to the clean region to continue cleaning.
Step S103, after the cleaning component of the cleaning device is replaced, the cleaning device is controlled to continue to perform cleaning operation on the area to be cleaned.
In step S103, the cleaning robot is controlled to continue sweeping or mopping the area to be cleaned using a new roll brush by the control system of the cleaning apparatus.
It should be noted that in the above process, the cleaning robot can continue to work after replacing the rolling brush, and is not required to wait for cleaning in the cleaning base station, so that efficient cleaning of the area to be cleaned is realized, and the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning equipment is improved.
Based on the above-described schemes defined in steps S101 to S103, it can be known that, in the embodiment of the present invention, in a manner that the cleaning operation of the cleaning component of the cleaning device and the cleaning operation of the cleaning device on the area to be cleaned are performed simultaneously, first, the cleaning data of the cleaning operation of the cleaning device on the area to be cleaned is obtained, when the cleaning data meets the preset condition, the cleaning device is controlled to move to the cleaning base station, so that the cleaning base station is replaced and the cleaning component of the cleaning device is cleaned, and after the replacement of the cleaning component of the cleaning device is completed, the cleaning device is controlled to continue the cleaning operation on the area to be cleaned.
It is easy to note that in the above-mentioned process, when the cleaning data of cleaning equipment for cleaning the region to be cleaned satisfies the preset condition, the cleaning equipment can be moved to the cleaning base station to replace and clean the cleaning component, that is, the cleaning equipment can replace and clean the cleaning component after completing certain work, thereby ensuring the continuity of the work of the cleaning equipment, avoiding the influence of the replacement or cleaning of the cleaning component on the cleaning work of the cleaning equipment in the working process of the cleaning equipment, in addition, when the cleaning base station cleans and dries the replaced cleaning component, the cleaning equipment cleans the region to be cleaned with the replaced new cleaning component, thereby ensuring that the cleaning equipment does not need to stay at the cleaning base station when cleaning and drying the replaced cleaning component, and the working continuity of the cleaning equipment is improved, thereby improving the working efficiency of the cleaning equipment.
Therefore, the scheme provided by the application achieves the aim of improving the cleaning efficiency of the cleaning equipment, thereby realizing the technical effect of reducing the waiting time of the cleaning equipment in operation and further solving the technical problem of low cleaning efficiency of the cleaning equipment in the prior art.
In an alternative embodiment, when the cleaning data satisfies any one or more of the following conditions, it may be determined that the cleaning data satisfies the preset conditions: the cleaning time of the cleaning equipment reaches the preset time; the cleaning area of the cleaning device reaches a preset area; the cleaning equipment completes the cleaning operation of the preset area; the dirt degree of the cleaning component of the cleaning device reaches a preset dirt degree; the preset area is at least one of a plurality of areas contained in the area to be cleaned.
Optionally, the cleaning duration of the cleaning robot may be a duration of performing a sweeping operation, a duration of performing a mopping operation, or a duration of performing a sweeping operation and a mopping operation simultaneously. The preset time length can be a working time length obtained through corresponding calculation according to the dirt condition of the region to be cleaned after the cleaning robot scans the whole region, or can be a working time length estimated by automatically sensing the dirt degree of the rolling brush in the cleaning process of the cleaning robot. Alternatively, the cleaning area may be the entire area obtained after the cleaning robot scans the entire area, or may be the area of a certain room. Optionally, the preset area may be a working area obtained by corresponding calculation according to the dirt condition of the area to be cleaned after the cleaning robot scans the whole area, or may be a working area estimated by autonomously sensing the dirt degree of the rolling brush during the cleaning process of the cleaning robot. In addition, the cleaning robot can also detect the dirt degree of the cleaning component, and when detecting that the dirt degree of the cleaning component reaches a certain degree, the cleaning robot determines that the cleaning component needs to be cleaned. Wherein the cleaning robot can detect the dirt degree of the cleaning component by means of image recognition, in which scene the cleaning robot is equipped with at least an image acquisition device. Further, the cleaning robot may detect the degree of contamination of the cleaning member by a sensor (e.g., an odor sensor, a chemical detection sensor), and in this case, the cleaning robot is mounted with at least the above-mentioned sensor.
In addition, the preset area may be a working area obtained by cutting the whole area according to the dirt condition of the area to be cleaned after the cleaning robot scans the whole area, or may be a working area estimated by autonomously sensing the dirt degree of the rolling brush during the cleaning process of the cleaning robot.
Specifically, the preset duration may be a fixed time, a fixed area, or a single area cleaned, etc. When the cleaning duration of the cleaning robot reaches a fixed time, or the cleaning area of the cleaning robot reaches a fixed area, or the cleaning robot cleans a single area, the cleaning robot is controlled to move to a cleaning base station, and the next operation is performed.
It should be noted that, through judging whether the cleaning data satisfies the condition of predetermineeing, can realize the effective arrangement to the cleaning data, increased the precision of cleaning data, standardized through the condition of predetermineeing, avoided the judgement result inaccuracy that the standard is inconsistent to lead to between each cleaning data, from this, promoted the validity of cleaning work.
In an alternative embodiment, after controlling the cleaning device to continue the cleaning operation on the area to be cleaned, the cleaning data of the cleaning device is continuously acquired until the cleaning device has completed cleaning all the area to be cleaned. That is, after step S103 is performed, it is possible to directly return to step S101, thereby realizing continuous replacement of the cleaning member in the cleaning apparatus until the cleaning of the entire area to be cleaned is completed, improving the utilization efficiency and cleaning efficiency of the cleaning member. Optionally, the cleaning robot is controlled to continuously acquire cleaning data in the working process, and the acquisition is stopped after the working is finished.
It should be noted that, through continuously obtaining the cleaning data, the cleaning equipment is guaranteed to timely change the cleaning component, so that the cleaning component can be guaranteed to be always kept in a relatively clean state, and secondary pollution to the area to be cleaned is avoided.
In an alternative embodiment, during replacement of the cleaning part of the cleaning device by the cleaning station, the cleaning station detects position information of the cleaning device in the cleaning station, and upon detecting that the cleaning device is located at a target position in the cleaning station, the cleaning station acquires the cleaning part to be replaced from the storage area and replaces the cleaning part of the cleaning device by the switching unit.
Optionally, after the cleaning robot moves to the cleaning base station, the cleaning base station detects the position of the cleaning robot, where the target position may be a position where the cleaning robot can perform a roll brush replacement, and a storage area of the cleaning base station may be used to store the roll brushes after cleaning, where the number of the stored roll brushes includes but is not limited to two. In addition, the replacement instruction can be to replace the whole rolling brush of the cleaning robot, namely, the cleaning cloth on the rolling brush is replaced, or the cleaning cloth on the rolling brush is directly replaced without replacing the rolling brush.
It should be noted that, through detecting the position of cleaning equipment, guaranteed the accuracy of changing clean part, through the change to clean part, can guarantee that clean part remains relatively clean state all the time, avoided treating clean regional secondary pollution.
In an alternative embodiment, the cleaning base station detects position information of the cleaning device entering the cleaning base station, acquires the cleaning member to be replaced from the storage area of the cleaning base station when the cleaning base station detects that the cleaning device is located at the target position in the cleaning base station, and replaces the cleaning member of the cleaning device by the switching unit.
Optionally, the cleaning base station detects a position of the cleaning robot entering the cleaning base station, wherein the target position may be a position where the cleaning robot can perform a rolling brush replacement, and a storage area of the cleaning base station may be used to store the rolling brushes after cleaning, and the number of the rolling brushes stored includes but is not limited to two. In addition, the switching unit of the cleaning base station can be used for replacing the rolling brush of the cleaning robot, the whole rolling brush can be replaced, namely the rag on the rolling brush is replaced, and the rag on the rolling brush can be directly replaced without replacing the rolling brush.
In an alternative embodiment, in the process of enabling the cleaning base station to clean the cleaning components of the cleaning device, firstly determining a target working time length of the cleaning device, then determining a cleaning time length of the cleaning base station for cleaning the cleaning components to be replaced according to the target working time length, and a drying time length of the cleaning base station for drying the cleaning components to be replaced, and then controlling the cleaning base station for cleaning and drying the cleaning components to be replaced based on the cleaning time length and the drying time length. The target working time is the time for the cleaning device to perform cleaning operation on the cleaning area by the cleaning component to be replaced.
Optionally, the target working time may be a theoretical time when the cleaning robot performs cleaning operation on the area to be cleaned, and the cleaning effect reaches the requirement, and may be obtained by performing corresponding calculation by the cleaning robot according to the dirt degree of the remaining area to be cleaned. In addition, the cleaning and drying treatment of the rolling brush may be the cleaning and drying treatment of the entire rolling brush, or the cleaning and drying treatment of one of the rolling brush or the wiper. In this embodiment, cleaning may refer to cleaning the rag by adding a cleaning agent, and may refer to cleaning hair wound in the roller brush. Optionally, the cleaning base station may determine whether the rolling brush needs drying treatment, for example, when adding a cleaning agent to clean the rag, the cleaning base station needs drying treatment on the cleaned rag; when the hair wound in the rolling brush is cleaned, the rag of the rolling brush does not need to be cleaned, so that drying is not needed.
It should be noted that, by determining the target working time of the cleaning device, a foundation is provided for the subsequent cleaning time and drying time, so that the accuracy of the cleaning time and the drying time is ensured, and the working time of the cleaning device is further saved.
In an alternative embodiment, in the process of determining the cleaning time length of the cleaning base station for cleaning the cleaning component to be replaced and the drying time length of the cleaning base station for drying the cleaning component to be replaced according to the target working time length, firstly, acquiring the preset drying time length of the cleaning base station for drying the cleaning component to be replaced, then detecting the number of the cleaning components stored in the storage area of the cleaning base station, adjusting the preset drying time length to a first preset time length when the number of the components is larger than the preset number, and determining the cleaning time length of the cleaning base station for cleaning the cleaning component to be replaced according to the target working time length and the first preset time length. The first preset time period is longer than the preset drying time period.
Optionally, the preset drying duration may be at least one preset number obtained by comparing the number of the rolling brushes stored in the storage area with the preset number and performing corresponding calculation. In addition, the first preset duration may be a drying duration corresponding to when it is detected that the number of the roller brushes stored in the storage area is relatively large. The number of the parts of the rolling brush stored in the storage area may be one or a plurality of parts.
During the operation of the cleaning device, the cleaning base station performs the cleaning and drying of the replaced cleaning components and the cleaning operation of the cleaning device synchronously. Therefore, the working time of the cleaning device can be optimized by controlling the cleaning and drying time. Wherein, the washing and drying time has the minimum value. For example, when only one rolling brush to be replaced is stored in the cleaning base station, the drying time is consistent with the service time of a single rolling brush, and the cleaning equipment can be ensured to be in a working state all the time; when the number of the rolling brushes is relatively large, the drying time can be properly increased, so that the cleaning and drying quality can be ensured, and the service life of the rolling brushes or the rags can be prolonged.
In an alternative embodiment, in the process of enabling the cleaning base station to clean the cleaning component of the cleaning device, firstly, determining the target working time length of the cleaning device, then detecting the dirt degree of the cleaning component to be replaced, determining the cleaning time length of the cleaning base station for cleaning the cleaning component to be replaced according to the dirt degree, and determining the drying time length of the cleaning base station for drying the cleaning component to be replaced according to the target working time length and the cleaning time length, so that the cleaning base station is controlled to clean and dry the cleaning component to be replaced based on the cleaning time length and the drying time length. The target working time is the time for the cleaning device to perform cleaning operation on the cleaning area by the cleaning component to be replaced.
Optionally, after determining the target working time of the cleaning robot, the dirt level of the replaced rolling brush is detected, wherein the dirt level can be slightly dirt, moderately dirt, seriously dirt and the like. Then, determining the cleaning time length of the cleaning base station for cleaning the replaced rolling brush according to different dirt degrees, and optionally, setting the cleaning time length for the rolling brush with slightly dirt degree to be 1 minute, setting the cleaning time length for the rolling brush with moderately dirt degree to be 3 minutes, and setting the cleaning time length for the rolling brush with severely dirt degree to be 5 minutes.
Further, the drying time of the cleaning base station for drying the replaced rolling brush is determined according to the target working time and the cleaning time, wherein the drying time can be obtained by detecting the humidity of the rolling brush after the cleaning is finished, and the humidity of the rolling brush can be slightly, moderately or severely humid. For example, when the humidity of the roll brush is detected to be slightly humid, the drying time period is set to be 10 seconds; setting the drying time to be 30 seconds when the humidity of the rolling brush is detected to be moderate humidity; when the humidity of the roller brush is detected to be severely wet, the drying time period is set to be 60 seconds.
It should be noted that, by detecting the dirt degree of the replaced cleaning component, accurate judgment of the cleaning time length is realized, so that accurate judgment of the drying time length is realized, and the working time of the cleaning equipment is optimized.
There is also an alternative embodiment in which the base station performs a uniform drying process on all cleaning members after the cleaning device completes the cleaning operation of the area to be cleaned. Specifically, the cleaning device determines a target working time of the cleaning device, determines a cleaning time of cleaning operation of the cleaning base station on the cleaning component to be replaced according to the target working time, then performs cleaning treatment on the cleaning component to be replaced based on the cleaning time, and controls the cleaning base station to perform drying treatment on the cleaned cleaning component after the cleaning device completes cleaning operation of the area to be cleaned. The target working time is the time for the cleaning device to perform cleaning operation on the cleaning area by the cleaning component to be replaced.
In this scenario, the base station performs the cleaning operation only on the cleaning member replaced each time by the cleaning apparatus without performing the drying operation, and after the cleaning apparatus completes wet-wiping cleaning of the area to be cleaned, the base station performs the drying operation on the cleaning member again, and performs dry-wiping processing on the area to be cleaned using the dried cleaning member. It is easy to note that, after the cleaning component is cleaned by the base station, the cleaning component is in a wet state, and the cleaning component is wet-wiped by the base station in general, then dry-wiped by the cleaning device, and by adopting the scheme provided by the embodiment, the cleaning component is not required to be wet-wiped by the cleaning device in the wet-wiping cleaning process of the cleaning region, the wet-wiped by the cleaning component in the wet state after cleaning can be directly used, and after the wet-wiping of the cleaning component is completed by the cleaning device, the clean component in the wet state is uniformly dried by the base station, so that the number of times of drying the cleaning component by the base station is reduced, and the waste of energy is avoided.
In an alternative embodiment, the cleaning station stores the cleaned cleaning elements in a storage area of the cleaning station. Optionally, after the cleaning base station performs cleaning and drying treatment on the replaced rolling brush, the rolling brush is stored in a storage area of the cleaning base station, wherein the number of the rolling brush includes but is not limited to two. Alternatively, the rolling brush can be stored independently, the rag on the rolling brush can be stored independently, and the whole rolling brush can be stored.
By storing the cleaned cleaning member, the cleaning member storage is provided, so that the cleaning member can be smoothly replaced next time, and the cleaning member can be effectively replaced.
Example 2
According to an embodiment of the present application, there is provided an embodiment of a control method of a cleaning apparatus, and fig. 2 is a flowchart of an alternative control method of a cleaning apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, the method including the steps of:
In step S201, the cleaning apparatus acquires cleaning data for performing a cleaning operation on an area to be cleaned.
It should be noted that, by acquiring the cleaning data, the cleaning robot can compare and analyze the cleaning data with the preset conditions, so as to provide a data base for the subsequent corresponding operation.
In step S202, when the cleaning data satisfies the preset condition, the cleaning apparatus moves to the cleaning base station.
It should be noted that, by comparing the cleaning data with the preset conditions, the cleaning robot can be made to obtain the current state of the cleaning member, so that when the preset conditions are satisfied, the cleaning robot moves to the cleaning base station.
Step S203, the cleaning base station replaces the cleaning member on the cleaning device, and performs the cleaning process on the replaced cleaning member.
Optionally, the cleaning base station replaces and cleans the cleaning components of the cleaning robot, and the number of the cleaning components includes but is not limited to two. It should be noted that, through changing the cleaning component of the cleaning robot, the cleaning component in the working process can be kept in a relatively clean state all the time, so that only one cleaning component is avoided in the cleaning process, and when the cleaning component reaches a certain dirt degree, the cleaning component is not changed and continues to be cleaned, thereby causing secondary pollution to the area to be cleaned; through cleaning the cleaning element of cleaning robot, can provide the reserve for cleaning element is changed next time to cleaning robot, guaranteed that the cleaning element that changes is clean part.
Step S204, after the cleaning components of the cleaning device are replaced, the cleaning device continues to perform cleaning operation on the area to be cleaned.
Optionally, the cleaning robot continues to sweep or mopping the area to be cleaned using a new roller brush.
Based on the above-described schemes defined in step S201 to step S204, it can be known that, in the embodiment of the present invention, in a manner that the cleaning operation of the cleaning component of the cleaning device and the cleaning operation of the cleaning device on the area to be cleaned are performed simultaneously, the cleaning device firstly obtains the cleaning data of the cleaning operation of the area to be cleaned, and when the cleaning data meets the preset condition, the cleaning device moves to the cleaning base station, then the cleaning base station replaces the cleaning component on the cleaning device, and performs the cleaning process on the replaced cleaning component, and after the replacement of the cleaning component of the cleaning device is completed, the cleaning device continues to perform the cleaning operation on the area to be cleaned.
It is easy to note that in the above-mentioned process, when the cleaning data of cleaning equipment for cleaning the region to be cleaned satisfies the preset condition, the cleaning equipment can be moved to the cleaning base station to replace and clean the cleaning component, that is, the cleaning equipment can replace and clean the cleaning component after completing certain work, thereby ensuring the continuity of the work of the cleaning equipment, avoiding the influence of replacing or cleaning the cleaning component on the cleaning work of the cleaning equipment in the working process of the cleaning equipment.
