Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic view showing a pet dog leg washing device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 is a schematic view showing an arrangement of a movable guide portion 20, a washing portion 30, and a pedal portion 40 according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 3 is a schematic view of the pet dog leg washing device 1 of fig. 1 as seen from the front, and fig. 4 is a schematic view showing a cross section of the movable guide portion 20 according to an embodiment of the present invention.
According to fig. 1 to 4, a pet dog foot washing device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention is formed in such a manner that a pet dog passes from the rear to the front so that the pet dog can walk from the rear to the front by itself while washing the feet of the passed pet dog.
The pet dog foot cleaning device 1 may include a housing 10, a movable guide 20, a cleaning section 30, and a footrest section 40.
The case 10 is composed of a bottom 11, a first side 12 and a second side 13, and a penetration portion 14 may be formed on the first side 12 or the second side 13. In addition, the housing 10 may also include an outer sleeve 15.
Specifically, the bottom 11 forms a bottom surface, and the first side 12 and the second side 13 may be connected to both sides of the bottom (11), respectively. As an example, the first side portion 12 may be connected to the right side of the bottom portion 11, and the second side portion 13 may be connected to the left side of the bottom portion 11. The pet dog may pass between the first side 12 and the second side 13. The 1 st and 2 nd sides 12, 13 form a channel through which the pet dog may pass, allowing the pet dog to walk along the length of the bottom 11 without moving in other directions.
The through portion 14 is formed on the first side portion 12 or the second side portion 13 so that a napkin of the cleaning portion 30 described later can be passed through to the inside and outside of the case 10. As an example, the through portion 14 may be formed at a lower portion of the second side portion 13. In this state, three through portions 14 may be formed at the lower portion of the second side portion 13 corresponding to the cleaning portion 31, the rinsing portion 32, and the drying portion 33 of the cleaning portion 30, respectively.
The outer sleeve 15 may be installed at the outside of the bottom 11, the first side 12 or the second side 13 for protecting a structure provided at the outside of the bottom 11, the first side 12 or the second side 13.
The movable guide 20 is disposed in the housing 10, and may include a boss 21 formed thereon with a plurality of magnetic pole protrusions 211 protruding therefrom. The movable guide 20 stimulates the feet of the pet dog in the passage through which the pet dog passes, so that the feet of the pet dog continuously move, and further, the feet of the pet dog contact the washing part 30 as much as possible, thereby improving washing power.
Specifically, the movable guide 20 may be disposed at an upper side of the bottom 11. The movable guide 20 may include a convex plate 21, left and right guide plates 22, and upper and lower guide plates 23.
The upper face of the relief 21 may be provided with a plurality of magnetic pole projections 211 separately. The size of the protruding magnetic pole protrusions 211 on the convex plate 21 and the interval distance of the plurality of magnetic pole protrusions 211 are such that the feet of the pet dog can be formed without falling into the interval between the magnetic pole protrusions 211. Further, the relief 21 may be classified into small dogs, medium dogs and large dogs. The size and spacing distance of the pole projections 211 can be determined according to the general sole size of the small, medium and large dogs.
The convex plate 21 may be repeatedly moved left and right within a predetermined distance or may be repeatedly moved up and down within a predetermined height.
Here, according to fig. 4, an insertion protrusion 212 may be formed to protrude at a lower portion of the convex plate 21. The insertion convex portion 212 is formed along the longitudinal direction of the front-rear direction at the center portion of the boss 21 in the left-right direction, and may be formed to protrude downward by a predetermined length. The insertion convex portion 212 is inserted into the left and right guide grooves 221 of the left and right guide plates 22, and is repeatedly movable in the left and right directions by a power unit (not shown). Therefore, as the insertion convex portion 212 moves left and right in the left and right guide plates 22, the convex plate 21 can move in the left and right direction. And the convex plate can move up and down as the left and right guide plates 22 move up and down on the up and down guide plates 23.
The left and right guide plates 22 are disposed at the lower side of the convex plate 21, and can guide the convex plate 21 to move repeatedly in the left and right directions. The left and right guide plates 22 may include left and right guide grooves 221 and upper and lower protrusions 222.
The left and right guide grooves 221 may be grooves formed long in the length of the center portion of the left and right guide plate 22 in the left and right direction along the front-rear direction. The left and right guide grooves 221 are formed at a height that allows the insertion convex portion 212 to be positioned, and may be formed at a width longer than the length of the left and right width of the insertion convex portion 212. The insertion convex portion 212 of the convex plate 21 can be inserted into the left and right guide grooves 221. The insertion projection 212 can be repeatedly moved in the left and right directions within a predetermined range at a set speed by a power device (not shown) such as a motor in the left and right guide grooves 221.
The up-down protrusions 222 may be formed to protrude downward by a predetermined length from the lower surfaces of the left and right guide plates 22.
The upper and lower guide plates 23 are disposed at the lower side of the convex plate 21, and can guide the convex plate 21 to repeatedly move in the up and down direction. The upper and lower guide plates 23 may include upper and lower guide grooves 231.
The upper and lower guide grooves 231 may be formed long in the front-rear direction at the center of the upper and lower guide plates 23 in the left-right direction. The upper and lower guide grooves 231 are formed so as to be inserted into the upper and lower protrusions 222. The upper and lower protrusions 222 of the left and right guide plates 22 can be inserted into the upper and lower guide grooves. The vertical protrusion 222 can be repeatedly moved in the vertical direction within a predetermined range at a set speed by a power device (not shown) such as a motor in the vertical guide groove 231.
When the boss 21 is moved laterally, the boss 21 is repeatedly moved laterally on the left and right guide plates 22, and when the boss 21 is moved vertically, the boss 21 and the left and right guide plates 22 are fixed to each other, and the left and right guide plates 22 can be repeatedly moved vertically on the vertical guide plates 23.
As the boss 21 moves left and right or up and down through the left and right guide plates 22 or the up and down guide plates 23, the pet dog positioned on the upper side of the boss 21 is stimulated, so that the pet dog moves its feet repeatedly in the housing 10. The pet dog repeatedly moves the feet, so that the feet of the pet dog can be contacted with the cleaning paper towel 311, the washing paper towel 321 and the drying paper towel 331 of the cleaning part 30, which will be described later, for a plurality of times, and the feet of the pet dog can be induced to be wiped for a plurality of times.
In the present invention, the explanation has been given by taking the example in which the boss 21, the left and right guide plates 22, and the upper and lower guide plates 23 are connected in order, but the boss 21, the upper and lower guide plates 23, and the left and right guide plates 22 may be connected in order and operated.

The first supply spool 312, the second supply spool 322, and the third supply spool 332 connected in a line are connected in one shaft, which is connected to one driving section 35 so as to be rotatable at the same time. As an example, the driving unit 35 may be connected to the rear of the third supply roll 332.
Also, the first winding drum 313, the second winding drum 323, and the third winding drum 333 connected in a line are connected to one shaft, which is connected to one driving part 35, and thus can be simultaneously rotated. As an example, the driving unit 35 may be connected to the rear of the third winding drum 333.
The guide shaft 36 may be disposed inside the first side 12. On the right outer peripheral surface of the guide shaft 36, the cleaning wipe 311, the washing wipe 321, and the drying wipe (331) are circumferentially arranged so as to guide the supply and winding of the cleaning wipe 311, the washing wipe 321, and the drying wipe.
Specifically, in a state where the plurality of supply rolls 312, 322, 332 and the plurality of winding rolls 313, 323, 333 are arranged outside the second side portion 13 of the housing 10, the cleaning towel 311, the washing towel 321, and the drying towel 331 are respectively introduced from the outside of the second side portion 13 into the housing 10 through the through portion 14, and are further supplied to the first side portion 12. Thereby allowing the cleaning wipe 311, the rinsing wipe 321, and the drying wipe 331 to be disposed in an unfolded state between the first side 12 and the second side 13 within the housing 10.
The cleaning towel 311, the washing towel 321, and the drying towel 331 supplied to the first side portion 12 are rotatable about the guide shaft 36, and are drawn out again to the outside of the second side portion 13. Further, the cleaning towel 311, the washing towel 321, and the drying towel 331 may be arranged up and down with reference to the guide shaft 36.
The pedal 40 may be a lattice plate positioned above the cleaning towel 311, the washing towel 321, and the drying towel 331. The foot rest 40 is to prevent the movement or tearing of the cleaning paper towel 311, the washing paper towel 321, and the drying paper towel 331 when the pet dog moves, and may be placed on top of the cleaning paper towel 311, the washing paper towel 321, and the drying paper towel 331, thereby fixing and supporting the cleaning paper towel 311, the washing paper towel 321, and the drying paper towel 331.
However, the footrest 40 may be formed in a lattice-like thin plate shape in order to allow the feet of the pet dog to contact the cleaning towel 311, the washing towel 321, and the drying towel 331. For example, the foothold 40 may be formed of lattice-shaped silicon.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing a pet dog foot cleaning device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 6 is a schematic view of the pet dog cleaning device 1 of fig. 5 as seen from the front.
According to fig. 5 and 6, a plurality of supply reels 312, 322, 332 may be disposed at a lower left side of the bottom 11, and a plurality of winding reels 313, 323, 333 may be disposed at a lower right side of the bottom 11. The pet dog leg washing device 1 illustrated in fig. 5 and 6 includes a configuration corresponding to all of the pet dog leg washing devices 1 illustrated in fig. 1 to 4, but only the arrangement of the plurality of supply reels 312, 322, 332 and the plurality of winding reels 313, 323, 333 is different.
Only these differences will be described below.
A through portion 14 may be formed at the lower portions of the first side portion 12 and the second side portion 13 so that the cleaning towel 311, the washing towel 321, and the drying towel 331 are respectively passed through the inside and the outside of the casing 10. The first, second and third supply reels 312, 322 and 332 are disposed outside the second side portion 13, and the first, second and third winding reels 313, 323 and 333 may be disposed at the lower side of the first side portion 12. In this state, the cleaning towel 311, the washing towel 321, and the drying towel 331 can be supplied from the outside of the second side portion 13 to the inside of the housing 10, respectively, and then drawn out to the outside of the first side portion 12.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view showing that a paper towel separating part 50 is provided on a pet dog leg cleaning device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 8 is a schematic view showing that the pet dog leg cleaning device 1 provided with the paper towel separating part 50 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 9 is a schematic view schematically showing that the paper towel separating part 50 of fig. 7 is provided on a cleaning part 30.
According to fig. 7 to 9, the pet dog foot cleaning device 1 may further include a tissue partition 50. The tissue separator 50 may include a return portion 51 and a separator 52.
The restoring portion 51 may be wound around the guide shaft 36 a plurality of times along the circumference of the guide shaft 36.
The spacer 52 may protrude from the end of the restoring portion 51 to a predetermined length toward the inside of the case 10. In this state, the spacer 52 may be positioned at a position accessible below the paper towel disposed on the upper side with reference to the guide shaft 36.
As an example, the tissue separator 50 composed of the restoring portion 51 and the separator 52 is formed long in the front-rear direction, but may be formed in a plate spring shape wound around the guide shaft 36.
The tissue partition 52 may be disposed inside the housing 10 as shown in fig. 7, or may be disposed outside the housing 10 together with the guide shaft 36 as shown in fig. 9.
Next, an operation method of the tissue separator 50 will be described with reference to fig. 8.
Fig. 8a is a state before the pet dog enters the housing 10. In a state where the pet dog does not step on the foot pedal 40 and the washing unit 30, the clean cleansing towel 311, the washing towel 321, and the drying towel 331 located on the upper side with respect to the guide shaft 36 are isolated from the used cleansing towel 311, the washing towel 321, and the drying towel 331 located on the lower side with respect to the guide shaft (36).
Then, when the pet dog is put into the housing 10 and steps on the pedal portion 40 and the washing portion 30, as shown in fig. 8b, the clean cleansing towel 311, the washing towel 321 and the drying towel 331 located at the upper side with respect to the pedal portion 40 and the guide shaft 36 come into contact with the used cleansing towel 311, the washing towel 321 and the drying towel located at the lower side with respect to the guide shaft 36 due to the weight of the pet dog.
If the upper and lower cleaning paper handkerchiefs 311, the washing paper handkerchief 321 and the drying paper handkerchief 331 of the guide shaft 36 are kept in a closely attached state as such, it is difficult to smoothly wind out and wind the cleaning paper handkerchief 311, the washing paper handkerchief 321 and the drying paper handkerchief 331 with the rotation of the supply reel (312, 322, 332) and the winding reel 313, 323, 333 after the feet of the pet dog are washed.
Accordingly, the upper side cleaning sheet 311, the washing sheet 321, and the drying sheet 331 are separated from the lower side cleaning sheet 311, the washing sheet 321, and the drying sheet 331 by the sheet separating portion 50, and the process of supplying the cleaning sheet 311, the washing sheet 321, and the drying sheet 331 from the supply rolls 312, 322, and 332 and the process of winding the cleaning sheet 311, the washing sheet 321, and the drying sheet 321 around the winding rolls 313, 323, and 333 are smoothly performed.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 8c, the paper towel separator 50 formed in the shape of a leaf spring is rotated by the elastic force of the restoring portion 51 wound around the guide shaft 36 after the pet dog walks to the outside of the housing 10 and the pressurizing force is removed. Accordingly, the upper cleaning sheet 311, the washing sheet 321, and the drying sheet 331 can be separated from the lower cleaning sheet 311, the washing sheet 321, and the drying sheet 331 by a distance as shown in fig. 8d while the partition portion 52 inclined downward is lifted.
Fig. 10 is a schematic view showing a state in which a tissue isolation module 500 is provided on the pet dog leg washing device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 11 is a schematic view showing the tissue isolation module 500 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 12 is a schematic view schematically showing a state in which the tissue isolation part 50 of fig. 11 is provided in the washing part 30 to operate.
According to fig. 10 to 12, the tissue partition module 500 has the same function and effect as the tissue partition 50, but is structurally different. The differences in construction and structure are described below.
As shown in fig. 10, the tissue isolation module 500 may be disposed at a plurality of points between the upper side of the cleaning tissue 311, the washing tissue 321, and the drying tissue 331, and the lower side of the cleaning tissue 311, the washing tissue 321, and the drying tissue 331.
As shown in fig. 11, the tissue isolation module 500 may include a body portion 510, a protrusion portion 520, and an elastic portion 530. The protrusion 520 may be inserted into and protrude to the inside of the body 510.
The operation method of the tissue isolation module 500 is described with reference to fig. 12, and as shown in fig. 12a, the tissue isolation module 500 may be disposed between the upper side cleaning tissue 311, the washing tissue 321, the drying tissue 331, and the lower side cleaning tissue 311, the washing tissue 321, and the drying tissue 331.
Thereafter, when the pet dog enters the housing 10 and steps on the pedal portion 40 and the washing portion 30, as shown in fig. 12b, the clean cleansing towel 311, the washing towel 321 and the drying towel 331 located at the upper side with respect to the pedal portion 40 and the guide shaft 36 come into contact with the used cleansing towel 311, the washing towel 321 and the drying towel located at the lower side with respect to the guide shaft 36 due to the weight of the pet dog. At this time, the protrusion 520 is inserted inside the body 510, and the elastic part 530 may be compressed.
Then, after the pet dog walks to the outside of the housing 10, as shown in fig. 12c, the protrusion 520 protrudes to the outside of the body 510 by the restoring force of the elastic part 530. By raising the protruding portion 520 to protrude from the main body portion 510, the clean cleaning towel 311, the washing towel 321, and the drying towel 331 located on the upper side with respect to the guide shaft 36 can be separated from the used cleaning towel 311, washing towel 321, and drying towel 331 located on the lower side with respect to the guide shaft 36.
Fig. 13 is a schematic view showing a state where the convex plate 21 of an embodiment of the present invention is divided into a plurality of areas, and fig. 14 is a block diagram showing the construction of an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 13 and 14, the pet dog leg cleaning device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a control section 60, a paper towel replacement judging section 70, a vibration intensity judging section 80, and a weight sensing section 90.
The control unit 60 can send and receive signals to and from the towel replacement determination unit 70, the vibration intensity determination unit 80, and the weight sensing unit 90. The control section 60 may control the driving section 35.
The paper towel replacement determination unit 70 is configured such that the driving unit 35 activates the plurality of supply reels 312, 322, 332 and the plurality of winding reels 313, 323, 333 to wind the used cleaning paper towel 311, washing paper towel 321, and drying paper towel 331 onto the winding reels 313, 323, 333, respectively, and wind the clean cleaning paper towel 311, washing paper towel 321, and drying paper towel 331 from the supply reels 312, 322, 332, respectively.
The paper towel replacement determination unit 70 may perform determination based on the operation of the movable guide unit 20. Specifically, the relief plate 21 can be judged to be used when a predetermined time elapses after being moved in the left-right direction or in the up-down direction. In this state, a towel replacement signal is transmitted to the control unit 60, and the control unit 60 activates the driving unit 35 to rotate the plurality of supply reels 312, 322, 332 and the plurality of winding reels 313, 323, 333.
Alternatively, the towel replacement determination unit 70 may transmit a towel replacement signal to the control unit 60 when the weight is not sensed within a predetermined time after the weight is sensed by the weight sensing unit 90 described later. As an example, the weight sensing unit 90 may determine that the use is started after sensing the weight, and may determine that the use is completed when the weight sensing is completed.
The vibration intensity determination unit 80 may determine the intensity of vibration based on the weight of the pet dog sensed by the weight sensing unit 90. For example, when the weight of the pet dog is 1kg to 5kg, it can be determined as a small dog, and the vibration intensity signal is transmitted to the control unit 60 so as to control the vibration intensity to be 1 to 3. Or if the weight of the pet dog is 6kg to 13kg, the medium dog can be judged, and the vibration intensity signal is transmitted to the control unit 60 so that the vibration intensity is controlled to be 4 to 6 stages. Or the pet dog may be judged to be a large dog when its weight is 14kg to 20kg, and the vibration intensity signal may be transmitted to the control unit 60 so as to control the vibration intensity to 7 to 9 stages.
The weight sensing part 90 is provided in the upper and lower guide plates 23, and can measure the weight of the pet dog. As an example, the weight sensing portion 90 is disposed below the relief 21 corresponding to the rear portion where the cleaning portion 31 is disposed, and the weight of the pet dog is calculated from the weight of the front foot when the pet dog lifts the front foot for the first time, thereby judging as one of a small dog, a medium dog, and a large dog.
As described above, the control unit 60 transmits and receives signals to and from the paper towel replacement determination unit 70, the vibration intensity determination unit 80, and the weight sensing unit 90, thereby controlling the vibration intensity and the paper towel replacement.
The convex plate 21 may be divided into a plurality of areas and may be moved in the up-down direction. As an example, as shown in fig. 13, the convex plate 21 may be divided into three regions in the front-rear direction, driven to the rear, to the center, and to the front, or may be divided into two regions in the left-right direction.
Since the relief plate 21 divided into a plurality of areas moves up and down alone, the pet dog can be further stimulated, and the activity of the pet dog can be increased. And further increases the number of repeated lifting and touching of the feet by the pet dog, thereby improving the cleaning force of the feet.
