If the network protocol information is 3GPP protocol, determining the call type of the call to be processed is network cellular call, executing step 604; if the network protocol information is the IEEE protocol, it is determined that the call type of the pending call is the network VoWiFi call, and step 605 is executed.
Step 604, the user reminding request is sent to the CRBT platform corresponding to the called terminal, so that the CRBT platform controls the calling terminal to carry out CRBT reminding on the call to be processed according to the user reminding request.
Step 605, the user reminding request is sent to the calling terminal corresponding to the called terminal, so that the calling terminal carries out ringing reminding on the call to be processed.
According to the call processing method, the call type of the call to be processed is determined through the current call parameters carried in the user reminding request, and further, when the call type of the call to be processed is a VoWiFi call, the user reminding request is sent to the calling terminal corresponding to the called terminal. In the above process, when the call type is determined to be the wireless network VoWiFi call, the user reminding request is directly sent to the calling terminal corresponding to the called terminal, instead of the operation of sending the user reminding request to the color ring platform in the prior art, so that when the call to be processed of the call type of the VoWiFi call is processed, the situation that the communication call is not communicated or the communication call is not reminded between the calling terminal and the called terminal is prevented from occurring because the calling terminal of the call to be processed of the call type of the VoWiFi call does not send a resource update signaling to the color ring platform, which results in the fact that the user reminding request of the called terminal cannot be forwarded to the calling terminal, is ensured to be successfully completed.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the above embodiments are sequentially shown as indicated by arrows, these steps are not necessarily sequentially performed in the order indicated by the arrows. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the flowcharts described in the above embodiments may include a plurality of steps or a plurality of stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of the steps or stages is not necessarily performed sequentially, but may be performed alternately or alternately with at least some of the other steps or stages.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides a call processing device for realizing the call processing method. A determining module 20, configured to determine a call type of the pending call according to the current call parameter.
And the first sending module 30 is configured to send a user alert request to a calling terminal corresponding to the called terminal if the call type is a wireless network VoWiFi call, so that the calling terminal carries out a ringing alert on the call to be processed.
According to the call processing device, the call type of the call to be processed is determined through the current call parameters carried in the user reminding request, and when the call type of the call to be processed is a VoWiFi call, the user reminding request is sent to the calling terminal corresponding to the called terminal. In the above process, when the call type is determined to be the wireless network VoWiFi call, the user reminding request is directly sent to the calling terminal corresponding to the called terminal, instead of the operation of sending the user reminding request to the color ring platform in the prior art, so that when the call to be processed of the call type of the VoWiFi call is processed, the situation that the communication call is not communicated or the communication call is not reminded between the calling terminal and the called terminal is prevented from occurring because the calling terminal of the call to be processed of the call type of the VoWiFi call does not send a resource update signaling to the color ring platform, which results in the fact that the user reminding request of the called terminal cannot be forwarded to the calling terminal, is ensured to be successfully completed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, there is provided a call processing apparatus in which the determining module 20 includes: a first determination unit 21 and a second determination unit 22, wherein:
a first determining unit 21, configured to determine network protocol information of the call to be processed according to the current call parameter.
The first determining unit 21 is specifically configured to extract the current call parameter from the access type field of the signaling header field of the user alert request.
A second determining unit 22, configured to determine a call type of the pending call according to the network protocol information.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, there is provided a call processing apparatus in which the second determining unit 22 includes: a first determination subunit 221 and a second determination subunit 222, wherein:
a first determining subunit 221, configured to determine that the call type of the pending call is a network cellular call if the network protocol information is a 3GPP protocol.
If the network protocol information is 3GPP protocol, the current call parameters include: at least one of 3GPP-E-UTRAN-FDD, 3GPP-E-UTRAN-TDD, 3GPP-NR-FDD, and 3 GPP-NR-TDD.
The second determining subunit 222 is configured to determine that the call type of the pending call is a network VoWiFi call if the network protocol information is an IEEE protocol.
If the network protocol information is an IEEE protocol, the current call parameters include: at least one of IEEE-802.11a, IEEE-802.11b, IEEE-802.11g, IEEE-802.11n, IEEE-802.11ac, and IEEE-802.11 ax.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, there is provided a call processing apparatus, further comprising: a second transmitting module 40, wherein:
and the second sending module 40 is configured to send a user alert request to a polyphonic ringtone platform corresponding to the called terminal if the call type is a cellular call, so that the polyphonic ringtone platform controls the calling terminal to perform polyphonic ringtone alert on the call to be processed according to the user alert request.
The various modules in the call processing apparatus described above may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the communication device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the communication device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In one embodiment, a communication device is provided, which may be a terminal, and the internal structure thereof may be as shown in fig. 11. The communication device includes a processor, a memory, an input/output interface, a communication interface, a display unit, and an input means. The processor, the memory and the input/output interface are connected through a system bus, and the communication interface, the display unit and the input device are connected to the system bus through the input/output interface. Wherein the processor of the communication device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the communication device includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of the operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage media. The input/output interface of the communication device is used to exchange information between the processor and the external device. The communication interface of the communication device is used for carrying out wired or wireless communication with an external terminal, and the wireless mode can be realized through WIFI, a mobile cellular network, NFC (near field communication) or other technologies. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a call processing method. The display unit of the communication device is used for forming a visually visible picture and can be a display screen, a projection device or a virtual reality imaging device. The display screen can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the communication equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, can also be a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the communication equipment, and can also be an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the structure shown in fig. 11 is merely a block diagram of a portion of the structure associated with the present inventive arrangements and is not limiting of the communication device to which the present inventive arrangements are applied, and that a particular communication device may include more or fewer components than shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, a communication device is provided comprising a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein a computer program, the processor when executing the computer program performing the steps of:
receiving a user reminding request sent by a called terminal, wherein the user reminding request carries current call parameters corresponding to a call to be processed;
determining the call type of the call to be processed according to the current call parameters;
if the call type is the wireless network VoWiFi call, the user reminding request is sent to the calling terminal corresponding to the called terminal, so that the calling terminal carries out ringing reminding on the call to be processed.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of:
according to the current call parameters, determining network protocol information of the call to be processed;
And determining the call type of the call to be processed according to the network protocol information.
In one embodiment, the processor when executing the computer program further performs the steps of:
if the network protocol information is 3GPP protocol, determining the call type of the call to be processed is network cellular call;
if the network protocol information is the IEEE protocol, determining that the call type of the call to be processed is the network VoWiFi call.

determining the call type of the call to be processed according to the current call parameters;
if the call type is the wireless network VoWiFi call, the user reminding request is sent to the calling terminal corresponding to the called terminal, so that the calling terminal carries out ringing reminding on the call to be processed.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
according to the current call parameters, determining network protocol information of the call to be processed;
and determining the call type of the call to be processed according to the network protocol information.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
if the network protocol information is 3GPP protocol, determining the call type of the call to be processed is network cellular call;

The databases referred to in the embodiments provided herein may include at least one of a relational database and a non-relational database. The non-relational database may include, but is not limited to, a blockchain-based distributed database, and the like. The processor referred to in the embodiments provided in the present application may be a general-purpose processor, a central processing unit, a graphics processor, a digital signal processor, a programmable logic unit, a data processing logic unit based on quantum computing, or the like, but is not limited thereto.
The technical features of the above embodiments may be arbitrarily combined, and all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described for brevity of description, however, as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features, they should be considered as the scope of the description.

It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the application, which are all within the scope of the application. Claims (11)

1. A call processing method, applied to a call session control network element, the method comprising:
receiving a user reminding request sent by a called terminal, wherein the user reminding request carries current call parameters corresponding to a call to be processed;
determining the call type of the call to be processed according to the current call parameters;
and if the call type is a wireless network VoWiFi call, sending the user reminding request to a calling terminal corresponding to the called terminal so that the calling terminal carries out ringing reminding on the call to be processed.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said determining the call type of the pending call based on the current call parameters comprises:
determining network protocol information of the call to be processed according to the current call parameters;
and determining the call type of the call to be processed according to the network protocol information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein said determining the call type of the pending call based on the network protocol information comprises:
if the network protocol information is 3GPP protocol, determining the call type of the call to be processed is network cellular call;
if the network protocol information is an IEEE protocol, determining that the call type of the call to be processed is a network VoWiFi call.
4. A method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein if the network protocol information is a 3GPP protocol, the current call parameters include: at least one of 3GPP-E-UTRAN-FDD, 3GPP-E-UTRAN-TDD, 3GPP-NR-FDD, and 3 GPP-NR-TDD.
5. A method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein if the network protocol information is an IEEE protocol, the current call parameters include: at least one of IEEE-802.11a, IEEE-802.11b, IEEE-802.11g, IEEE-802.11n, IEEE-802.11ac, and IEEE-802.11 ax.
6. The method according to claim 2, wherein the method further comprises:
and extracting the current call parameters from the access type field of the signaling header field of the user reminding request.
7. A method according to claim 3, wherein after determining the call type of the pending call based on the current call parameters, further comprising:
and if the call type is a cellular call, sending the user reminding request to a CRBT platform corresponding to the called terminal, so that the CRBT platform controls the calling terminal to carry out CRBT reminding on the call to be processed according to the user reminding request.
8. A call processing apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving a user reminding request sent by a called terminal, wherein the user reminding request carries current call parameters corresponding to a call to be processed;
the determining module is used for determining the call type of the call to be processed according to the current call parameters;
and the sending module is used for sending the user reminding request to a calling terminal corresponding to the called terminal if the call type is a wireless network VoWiFi call so as to enable the calling terminal to carry out ringing reminding on the call to be processed.
9. A communication device comprising a memory, a processor, a receiver and a transmitter, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
11. A computer program product comprising a computer program, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 7.
