A further portion of the hot air may accumulate under the hot plate 77, wherein the hot plate 77 has a temperature consistent with the hot air temperature due to the long contact time with the hot air, but as the hot air accumulates at the bottom thereof, the hot air pushes the push-turn plate 79 away and enters the return pipe 78, and because the density of the hot air is less than that of air, the hot air collides with the second cold plate 73 through the return pipe 78 to form water drops and flows out of the outlet pipe 71, thereby reducing the internal temperature of the cabinet 3.
