After receiving the transaction information of buying or selling the financial products by the user, the financial institution needs to conduct transaction in the secondary market according to the transaction information so as to achieve the purpose of buying or selling the financial products by the user. After target transaction information with the transaction requirement opposite to the current transaction information is obtained, the target terminal for issuing the target transaction information can be determined to be the second terminal.
In some embodiments, if there are a plurality of target transaction information with the transaction requirement opposite to the current transaction information, the target terminal corresponding to each target transaction information may be marked as an alternative terminal, and it may be determined whether each alternative terminal corresponds to the same financial institution as the first terminal. The transaction information processing apparatus provided by the present application will be described below, and the transaction information processing apparatus described below and the transaction information processing method described above may be referred to correspondingly to each other.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, there is provided a transaction information processing apparatus including:
a transaction information acquisition module 210, configured to respond to current transaction information of a target financial product received from a first terminal, and acquire target transaction information with a transaction requirement opposite to the current transaction information from product transaction information issued by at least one target terminal;
a transaction information sending module 220, configured to send the current transaction information to a second terminal that issues the target transaction information in each target terminal, and send the target transaction information to the first terminal;
the first terminal and the second terminal are terminals corresponding to different financial institutions or terminals corresponding to different extension mechanisms of the same financial institution.
The target transaction information with the transaction requirements opposite to the current transaction is acquired by responding to the current transaction information of the target financial product received from the first terminal, so that the current transaction information is sent to a second terminal of a financial institution corresponding to the first terminal or a different sub-institution of the same financial institution corresponding to the first terminal, which is used for issuing the target transaction information, and the target transaction information is sent to the first terminal, thereby being capable of exchanging transaction information meeting the transaction requirements of respective financial products between different financial institutions or different sub-institutions of the same financial institution, avoiding influencing the transaction efficiency due to information isolation and further improving the processing efficiency of the transaction information of the financial products.
In one embodiment, the transaction information acquisition module 210 is specifically configured to:
responding to the current transaction information of the target financial product received from the first terminal, and extracting the characteristic text of the current transaction information;
and acquiring target transaction information with opposite transaction requirements to the current transaction information from the product transaction information issued by at least one target terminal according to the characteristic text of the current transaction information.
In one embodiment, the transaction information acquisition module 210 is specifically configured to:
according to the demand keywords of the characteristic text of the current transaction information, acquiring each piece of to-be-determined transaction information with the demand keywords of the characteristic text opposite to the transaction keywords of the characteristic text of the current transaction information from each piece of product transaction information;
matching the characteristic text of the current transaction information with the characteristic text of each piece of pending transaction information to obtain the target transaction information matched with the current transaction information from each piece of product transaction information;
the demand keywords are used for representing buying demands or selling demands.
In one embodiment, the transaction information acquisition module 210 is specifically configured to:
according to a preset matching rule, matching the characteristic text of the current transaction information with the characteristic text of each piece of pending transaction information so as to obtain the target transaction information meeting the preset matching rule from each piece of pending transaction information.
In one embodiment, the transaction information sending module 220 is further configured to:
obtaining a risk score of each user community according to at least one risk index;
determining that the risk user community with the risk score larger than a preset value responds to prompt information sent by the first terminal according to the target transaction information from the user communities, and deleting the current transaction information and the target transaction information according to the prompt information sent by the second terminal;
wherein the prompt message is used for prompting that the transaction is completed.
In one embodiment, the transaction information sending module 220 is further configured to:
and determining that the target transaction information does not exist in the product transaction information issued by each target terminal, and marking the current transaction information as the product transaction information.
In one embodiment, the transaction information sending module 220 is further configured to:
and deleting the product transaction information with the release time reaching the preset time.
Fig. 5 illustrates a physical schematic diagram of an electronic device, as shown in fig. 5, which may include: processor 810, communication interface (Communication Interface) 820, memory 830, and communication bus 840, wherein processor 810, communication interface 820, memory 830 accomplish communication with each other through communication bus 840. The processor 810 may invoke a computer program in the memory 830 to perform transaction information processing methods including, for example:
responding to the current transaction information of a target financial product received from a first terminal, and acquiring target transaction information with opposite transaction requirements to the current transaction information from product transaction information issued by at least one target terminal;
transmitting the current transaction information to a second terminal which issues the target transaction information in each target terminal, and transmitting the target transaction information to the first terminal;
the first terminal and the second terminal are terminals corresponding to different financial institutions or terminals corresponding to different extension mechanisms of the same financial institution.
Further, the logic instructions in the memory 830 described above may be implemented in the form of software functional units and may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium when sold or used as a stand-alone product. Based on this understanding, the technical solution of the present application may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art or in a part of the technical solution in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium, comprising several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, a network device, etc.) to perform all or part of the steps of the method of the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (RAM, random Access Memory), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, or other various media capable of storing program codes.
In another aspect, an embodiment of the present application further provides a processor readable storage medium, where a computer program is stored, where the computer program is configured to cause a processor to perform a method provided in the foregoing embodiments, for example, including:
responding to the current transaction information of a target financial product received from a first terminal, and acquiring target transaction information with opposite transaction requirements to the current transaction information from product transaction information issued by at least one target terminal;
transmitting the current transaction information to a second terminal which issues the target transaction information in each target terminal, and transmitting the target transaction information to the first terminal;
the first terminal and the second terminal are terminals corresponding to different financial institutions or terminals corresponding to different extension mechanisms of the same financial institution.
The processor-readable storage medium may be any available medium or transaction information processing device that can be accessed by a processor, including, but not limited to, magnetic memory (e.g., floppy disk, hard disk, magnetic tape, magneto-optical disk (MO), etc.), optical memory (e.g., CD, DVD, BD, HVD, etc.), semiconductor memory (e.g., ROM, EPROM, EEPROM, nonvolatile memory (NAND FLASH), solid State Disk (SSD)), and the like.
The apparatus embodiments described above are merely illustrative, wherein elements illustrated as separate elements may or may not be physically separate, and elements shown as elements may or may not be physical elements, may be located in one place, or may be distributed over a plurality of network elements. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment. Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand and implement the present application without undue burden.
From the above description of the embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the embodiments may be implemented by means of software plus necessary general hardware platforms, or of course may be implemented by means of hardware. Based on this understanding, the foregoing technical solution may be embodied essentially or in a part contributing to the prior art in the form of a software product, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, such as ROM/RAM, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, etc., including several instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device, etc.) to execute the method described in the respective embodiments or some parts of the embodiments.

Claims (10)
1. A transaction information processing method, comprising:
responding to the current transaction information of a target financial product received from a first terminal, and acquiring target transaction information with opposite transaction requirements to the current transaction information from product transaction information issued by at least one target terminal;
transmitting the current transaction information to a second terminal which issues the target transaction information in each target terminal, and transmitting the target transaction information to the first terminal;
the first terminal and the second terminal are terminals corresponding to different financial institutions or terminals corresponding to different extension mechanisms of the same financial institution.
2. The transaction information processing method according to claim 1, wherein in response to current transaction information of a target financial product received from a first terminal, obtaining target transaction information corresponding to the current transaction information from product transaction information issued by at least one target terminal, comprises:
responding to the current transaction information of the target financial product received from the first terminal, and extracting the characteristic text of the current transaction information;
and acquiring target transaction information with opposite transaction requirements to the current transaction information from the product transaction information issued by at least one target terminal according to the characteristic text of the current transaction information.
3. The transaction information processing method according to claim 2, wherein acquiring target transaction information opposite to the transaction requirement of the current transaction information from product transaction information issued by at least one target terminal according to the characteristic text of the current transaction information, comprises:
according to the demand keywords of the characteristic text of the current transaction information, acquiring each piece of to-be-determined transaction information with the demand keywords of the characteristic text opposite to the transaction keywords of the characteristic text of the current transaction information from each piece of product transaction information;
matching the characteristic text of the current transaction information with the characteristic text of each piece of pending transaction information to obtain the target transaction information matched with the current transaction information from each piece of product transaction information;
the demand keywords are used for representing buying demands or selling demands.
4. The transaction information processing method according to claim 3, wherein matching the characteristic text of the current transaction information with the characteristic text of each of the pending transaction information to obtain the target transaction information matched with the current transaction information from each of the product transaction information, includes:
according to a preset matching rule, matching the characteristic text of the current transaction information with the characteristic text of each piece of pending transaction information so as to obtain the target transaction information meeting the preset matching rule from each piece of pending transaction information.
5. The transaction information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by further comprising:
responding to prompt information sent by the first terminal according to the target transaction information, and deleting the current transaction information and the target transaction information according to the prompt information sent by the second terminal according to the current transaction information;
wherein the prompt message is used for prompting that the transaction is completed.
6. The transaction information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by further comprising:
and determining that the target transaction information does not exist in the product transaction information issued by each target terminal, and marking the current transaction information as the product transaction information.
7. The transaction information processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by further comprising:
and deleting the product transaction information with the release time reaching the preset time.
8. A transaction information processing apparatus, comprising:
the transaction information acquisition module is used for responding to the current transaction information of the target financial product received from the first terminal and acquiring target transaction information with opposite transaction requirements to the current transaction information from the product transaction information issued by at least one target terminal;
the transaction information sending module is used for sending the current transaction information to a second terminal which issues the target transaction information in each target terminal and sending the target transaction information to the first terminal;
the first terminal and the second terminal are terminals corresponding to different financial institutions or terminals corresponding to different extension mechanisms of the same financial institution.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor and a memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the transaction information processing method of any of claims 1 to 7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the transaction information processing method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
