Abstract
The invention relates to the field of air pressure detection of air tanks, in particular to an air pressure indicator device for an all-welded air tank. To achieve the above-mentioned effect, in this embodiment, the monitoring mechanism 1 is placed inside the closed air box, and the indicating mechanism 2 is disposed outside the air box, and meanwhile, the monitoring mechanism 1 and the indicating mechanism 2 are linked, so that when the monitoring mechanism 1 monitors the air pressure change in the air box, the indicating mechanism 2 can be driven to move, and then the air pressure change inside the air box is intuitively reflected.
In order to feed back the change in air pressure detected by the monitoring means 1 inside the air box to the indicating means 2 so that the indication number indicated by the indicating means 2 changes, in this embodiment, the monitoring means 1 and the indicating means 2 are magnetically connected. Through the arrangement, when the air pressure of the monitoring mechanism 1 in the air box changes, the monitoring mechanism 1 mechanically moves, and then the indicating mechanism 2 outside the air box is driven to synchronously move through magnetic force, so that the effect of changing the air pressure in the air box into mechanical movement and transmitting the mechanical movement to the indicating mechanism 2 is achieved.
To achieve the above effect, in this embodiment, the monitoring mechanism 1 includes a built-in magnet 11, and the built-in magnet 11 is magnetically connected to the indicating mechanism 2. The built-in magnet 11 and the indicating mechanism 2 have magnetism, so that the indicating mechanism 2 and the built-in magnet 11 transmit motion through the outer wall of the closed air box, and the indicating mechanism 2 synchronously moves.
