Description

Air conditioner and protection operation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioners, in particular to an air conditioner and a protection operation method thereof.
Background
In order to prevent users (especially children) from being injured by mistakenly touching an axial flow fan of an air conditioner on-hook in operation, the current mainstream solution is to add an iron wire protective net at an air outlet of the on-hook. Generally speaking, in order to prevent the fingers of a person from extending into the interior of the hanging machine, the distance between the wire protection nets needs to be smaller than the fingers of the person, and the dense wire protection nets increase the resistance, reduce the heat exchange effect of the evaporator and further influence the energy efficiency of the hanging machine.
Therefore, how to avoid the reduction of the hanging energy efficiency of the air conditioner is a current urgent problem on the basis of avoiding the injury caused by the user touching the axial flow fan of the hanging machine of the air conditioner in operation by mistake.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a protection operation method for an air conditioner, which avoids the occurrence of the condition that an axial flow fan hurts a user in the operation process of the air conditioner.
A further object of the invention is to reduce the power consumption of the on-hook.
In particular, the invention provides a protection operation method of an air conditioner, which comprises the following steps:
detecting the distance between a human body and an air outlet of the air conditioner after the air conditioner is started to run;
judging whether the distance is smaller than a first preset distance value or not;
if yes, the air deflector and the fan of the air conditioner are controlled to be closed.
Optionally, after the step of controlling the air deflector and the fan of the air conditioner to be closed, the method further comprises:
after the air conditioner and the air deflector are controlled to be closed for a first preset time period, judging whether the distance between the human body and the air outlet is larger than a second preset distance value, wherein the second preset distance value is larger than the first preset distance value;
if yes, controlling the air conditioner to recover the previous running state.
Optionally, after the step of determining whether the distance between the human body and the air outlet is greater than a second preset distance value, the method further includes:
if the distance between the human body and the air outlet is smaller than or equal to the second preset distance value, controlling the air conditioner to stop, outputting an alarm code to a display screen of the air conditioner, controlling the air conditioner to send out an alarm and outputting the information to preset terminal equipment.
Optionally, the method further comprises:
recording the shutdown times of the air conditioner when the distance between the human body and the air outlet is smaller than or equal to the second preset distance value;
and in the second preset time period, when the shutdown times of the air conditioner reach the first preset times, sending the information to preset terminal equipment.
Optionally, after the step of sending the information to the preset terminal device when the number of times of stopping the air conditioner reaches the first preset number of times within the second preset time period, the method further includes:
and carrying out zero clearing processing on the recorded shutdown times.
Optionally, after the step of determining whether the distance is smaller than the first preset distance value, the method further includes:
and if the distance is larger than or equal to the first preset distance value and smaller than or equal to the second preset distance value, controlling the air deflector of the air conditioner to rotate upwards, and reducing the opening amplitude of the air outlet.
Optionally, after controlling the air deflector of the air conditioner to rotate upwards, the method further comprises:
periodically detecting whether the distance between the human body and the air outlet of the air conditioner is greater than or equal to the first preset distance value and less than or equal to a second preset distance value;
and if the times of detecting that the distance between the human body and the air outlet of the air conditioner is larger than or equal to the first preset distance value and smaller than or equal to the second preset distance value within the third preset time length reaches the second preset times, sending the message to preset terminal equipment.
Optionally, after the distance is determined to be smaller than the first preset distance value, the method further includes: the compressor frequency is reduced.
Optionally, a human body detection device is arranged at an air outlet of the air conditioner; and
the step of detecting the distance between the human body and the air outlet of the air conditioner comprises the following steps: and detecting the distance between the human body and the air outlet of the air conditioner through the human body detection device.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided an air conditioner including:
a control device comprising a processor and a memory storing a computer program, wherein the computer program, when executed by the processor, causes the control device to perform the method as claimed in any one of the preceding claims.
In the protection operation method of the air conditioner, after the air conditioner is started and operated, the distance between a human body and an air outlet of the air conditioner is detected, and if the distance between the human body and the air outlet is detected to be smaller than a first preset distance value, an air deflector and a fan of the air conditioner are controlled to be closed. Based on the technical scheme provided by the invention, the air deflector and the fan are controlled to be closed when the distance between the human body and the air outlet is smaller than the first preset distance, so that the user can be prevented from being injured by mistakenly touching the axial flow fan of the running air conditioner.

Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.
It should be noted that the technical features of the embodiments and the alternative embodiments of the present invention may be combined with each other without conflict.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a protection method of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1, the protection method of the air conditioner provided by the invention at least comprises the following steps S102-S106.
Step S102: after the air conditioner is started and operated, the distance between a human body and an air outlet of the air conditioner is detected.
Step S104: and judging whether the distance is smaller than a first preset distance value.
Step S106: if yes, the air deflector and the fan of the air conditioner are controlled to be closed.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the air conditioner is started and operated, the distance between the human body and the air outlet of the air conditioner is detected, and when the distance between the human body and the air outlet is detected to be smaller than a first preset distance value, the air deflector and the fan of the air conditioner are controlled to be closed. Based on the technical scheme provided by the invention, the air deflector and the fan are controlled to be closed when the distance between the human body and the air outlet is smaller than the first preset distance, so that the user can be prevented from being injured by mistakenly touching the axial flow fan of the running air conditioner.
The human body in step S102 is especially a child. Often children will get around the air conditioner air outlet due to curiosity, with a greater risk of being scratched.
In some embodiments of the present invention, a human body detecting device for detecting a human body is disposed at an air outlet of the air conditioner, and the detecting a distance between the human body and the air outlet of the air conditioner in the step S102 includes: the distance between the human body and the air outlet is detected by the human body detection device.
Among them, the air conditioner includes, but is not limited to, a floor air conditioner and an air conditioner hanging unit.
Wherein, the distance is the vertical distance between the human body and the air outlet.
Wherein, the human body detection device can be selected as an infrared detection device or a camera.
The infrared detection device comprises, but is not limited to, an infrared sensor, an infrared thermometer and an infrared thermal imaging device.
The first preset distance value is a smaller value, and when the distance between the human body and the air conditioner is detected to be smaller than the first preset distance value, the risk that the human body is injured due to the fact that the human body is in large false touch with the axial flow fan of the air conditioner can be determined.
Wherein the first preset distance value is optionally 1m.
It should be noted that the first preset distance value may be determined according to practical situations, which is not particularly limited in the present invention.
When a human body is detected by the human body detection device within a certain distance range of the air outlet, the human body detection device can detect the distance between the human body and the air outlet of the air conditioner.
Fig. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a protection method of an air conditioner according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, after the step S106, the method may further include the following steps S108 and S110.
Step S108: after the air conditioner and the air deflector are controlled to be closed for a first preset time period, judging whether the distance between the human body and an air outlet of the air conditioner is larger than a second preset distance value, wherein the second preset distance value is larger than the first preset distance value.
Step S110: and if the distance between the human body and the air outlet of the air conditioner is larger than a second preset distance value, controlling the air conditioner to recover the previous running state.
Wherein the first preset time period is optionally 30s.
Wherein the second preset distance value is optionally 1.5m.
It should be noted that the first preset duration and the second preset distance value may be determined according to practical situations, which is not particularly limited in the present invention.
The previous operation state may be an operation state of the air conditioner when the distance between the human body and the air outlet is greater than a second preset distance value, or may be a set operation state of the air conditioner, where the set operation state may be an operation state of the air conditioner preset by a user.
After the first preset time length, if the distance between the human body and the air outlet of the air conditioner is judged to be larger than the second preset distance value, the human body is far away from the air conditioner, the distance between the human body and the air outlet of the air conditioner is a safe distance, the probability that a user is scratched by an axial flow fan of the air conditioner is small, and under the condition, the running state of the air conditioner before recovery can be controlled, so that normal refrigeration and heating functions are guaranteed, and user experience is improved.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a protection method of an air conditioner according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 3, in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, after the step S108, the method further includes the following step S112.
Step S112: if the distance between the human body and the air outlet is smaller than or equal to a second preset distance value, controlling the air conditioner to stop, outputting an alarm code to a display screen of the air conditioner, controlling the air conditioner to send out an alarm and outputting the information to preset terminal equipment.
The preset terminal equipment comprises, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a computer and an ipad.
The preset terminal equipment and the air conditioner can be connected through WiFi, bluetooth and the like.
The preset terminal device may be a preset terminal device of a guardian of the human body.
Wherein, the air conditioner can be provided with an alarm.
Controlling the air conditioner to send out alarm sound, comprising: and controlling the alarm equipment of the air conditioner to give out alarm sound.
The alarm sound may be played in a voice mode, or may be played in a music mode, etc., and the invention is not limited in particular according to the actual situation.
In this step, the information refers to the information that the distance between the air conditioner and the air outlet is still less than or equal to the second preset distance value after the air conditioner closes the air deflector and the air blower for the first preset time period because the distance between the air conditioner and the air outlet is less than the first preset distance value.
If the air deflector of the air conditioner is controlled to be closed for a first preset time period, the distance between the human body and the air outlet is smaller than or equal to a second preset distance value, the human body is indicated to be nearby the air outlet of the air conditioner all the time, and although the air outlet is closed, the human body is prevented from pulling the air deflector into the air outlet of the air conditioner and extending into fingers, that is, the human body is still in risk of mistakenly touching an inner fan of the air conditioner, at the moment, the air conditioner is controlled to stop, and a warning code is output to a display screen of the air conditioner, the air conditioner is controlled to send warning sound and output the information to preset terminal equipment, and in such a multiple reminding mode, families of the human body can be effectively reminded, and the human body is prevented from being scratched by the inner fan of the air conditioner.
In some embodiments of the invention, the method further comprises: and recording the shutdown times of the air conditioner when the distance between the human body and the air outlet is smaller than or equal to a second preset distance value. And in the second preset time period, when the shutdown times of the air conditioner reach the first preset times, sending the information to the preset terminal equipment.
The second preset time period is 24h, and the first preset times are 3 times.
It should be noted that the second preset duration and the first preset number of times may be determined according to practical situations, which is not particularly limited in the present invention.
And in the second preset time period, if the shutdown times of the air conditioner reach the first preset times, the human body is indicated to frequently walk near the air outlet of the air conditioner, and the risk of being scratched by a fan in the air conditioner is high. At the moment, the information that the shutdown times reach the first preset times is sent to the preset terminal equipment, so that the attention of a user can be drawn, and the risk that a human body is scratched by a fan in the air conditioner is further reduced.
In addition, in some embodiments of the present invention, after sending the information that the number of times of stopping the air conditioner reaches the first preset number of times to the preset terminal device, the method further includes: and clearing the recorded shutdown times.
And zero clearing is carried out on the recorded shutdown times, so that the condition of inaccurate control of the air conditioner can be avoided.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a protection method of an air conditioner according to still another preferred embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 4, in still another preferred embodiment of the present invention, after determining whether the distance between the human body and the air outlet of the air conditioner is smaller than the first preset distance value in the above step S104, the method further includes the following step S114.
Step S114: if the distance between the human body and the air outlet of the air conditioner is larger than or equal to a first preset distance value and smaller than or equal to a second preset distance value, the air deflector of the air conditioner is controlled to rotate upwards, and the opening amplitude of the air outlet of the air conditioner is reduced.
If the distance between the human body and the air outlet of the air conditioner is greater than or equal to a first preset distance value and less than or equal to a second preset distance value, the risk that the human body is scratched by the air conditioner is indicated, and at the moment, the air deflector of the air conditioner is controlled to rotate upwards, the air outlet is upwards, the opening amplitude of the air outlet of the air conditioner can be reduced, and therefore the risk that the human body is scratched by a fan in the air conditioner can be reduced.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a protection method of an air conditioner according to still another preferred embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 5, in a further preferred embodiment of the present invention, after the step S114, the method further includes the following steps S116 and S118.
Step S116: and periodically detecting whether the distance between the human body and the air outlet of the air conditioner is larger than or equal to a first preset distance value and smaller than or equal to a second preset distance value.
Step S118: and if the times of detecting that the distance between the human body and the air outlet of the air conditioner is larger than or equal to the first preset distance value and smaller than or equal to the second preset distance value within the third preset time length reaches the second preset times, sending the message to preset terminal equipment.
The third preset time period is 10min, and the second preset times are 3 times.
It should be noted that, the third preset duration and the second preset number of times may be determined according to the actual situation, which is not limited in the present invention.
In this step, the message refers to a message that the number of times that the distance between the human body and the air outlet of the air conditioner is detected to be greater than or equal to the first preset distance value and less than or equal to the second preset distance value reaches the second preset number of times within the third preset time.
If the distance between the human body and the air outlet of the air conditioner is detected to be greater than or equal to the first preset distance value and less than or equal to the second preset distance value within the third preset time period, the frequency of the human body frequently approaching the air outlet of the air conditioner is indicated to be high, and the probability of scratching the human body by a fan in the air conditioner is high, so that the message that the frequency of the human body detected to be greater than the first preset distance value and less than or equal to the second preset distance value within the third preset time period reaches the second preset frequency is sent to the preset terminal equipment, and the risk of scratching the human body by the fan in the air conditioner can be effectively reduced.
In addition, after the distance between the human body and the air outlet of the air conditioner is judged to be smaller than the first preset distance value, the method further comprises the following steps: the compressor frequency is reduced.
The frequency of the compressor is reduced, so that the energy consumption of the air conditioner can be reduced, and the air conditioner is environment-friendly and energy-saving.
Based on the same inventive concept, the present invention also proposes an air conditioner, and fig. 6 is a schematic block diagram of the air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 6, an air conditioner 600 includes:
control device 610, the control device 610 comprising a processor 611 and a memory 621 storing a computer program 6211, wherein the computer program 6211, when run by the processor 611, causes the control device 610 to perform the method as in any of the embodiments described above.
The control device 610 may be in data connection with the air conditioner 600, and may be disposed at a network side device such as a server, a cloud, or the like. The control device 610 may also be a centralized control device, and disposed in an environment or surrounding environment where the air conditioner 600 is located, where the data connection manner between the control device 610 and the air conditioner 600 includes, but is not limited to, wireless transmission, infrared transmission, ultrasonic transmission, and the like. The control device 610 may also be provided within the air conditioner 600 as part of the air conditioner 600.
The air conditioner 600 further includes a human body detecting device disposed at an air outlet of the air conditioner.
Wherein, the human body detection device can be selected as an infrared detection device or a camera.
Wherein, infrared detection device includes but is not limited to infrared sensor, infrared thermoscope, infrared thermal imaging device.
An axial flow fan is provided at an air outlet of the air conditioner 600, and the axial flow fan is used to induce the air cooled by the evaporator to form a cool air flow flowing out of the air outlet.
In the method, after the air conditioner is started and operated, the distance between a human body and an air outlet of the air conditioner is detected, and if the distance between the human body and the air outlet is detected to be smaller than a first preset distance value, an air deflector and a fan of the air conditioner are controlled to be closed, so that the air conditioner is prevented from being injured due to the fact that a user touches an axial flow fan of the air conditioner in operation by mistake, and the energy of a hanging machine is prevented from being reduced.
Further, when the distance between the human body and the air outlet is detected to be smaller than the first preset distance value, the air deflector is controlled to be closed and the fan is controlled to be closed, so that the energy consumption of the air conditioner can be reduced, and the effect of environmental protection is achieved.
Still further, after the first preset time period, if the distance between the human body and the air outlet of the air conditioner is judged to be greater than the second preset distance value, the human body is far away from the air conditioner, at this time, the distance between the human body and the air outlet of the air conditioner is a safe distance, and the probability that a user is scratched by an axial flow fan of the air conditioner is small.
Further, if the air deflector of the air conditioner is controlled to be closed for a first preset time period, the distance between the human body and the air outlet is smaller than or equal to a second preset distance value, then the human body is always near the air outlet of the air conditioner, and the air outlet is closed, but the human body is possibly pulled out of the air deflector to extend into the air outlet of the air conditioner, that is to say, the human body is still at risk of mistakenly touching the fan in the air conditioner, at the moment, the air conditioner is controlled to stop, and a warning code is output to the display screen of the air conditioner, the air conditioner is controlled to send warning sound and output the information to the preset terminal equipment, and in such a multiple reminding mode, the family of the human body can be effectively reminded, so that the human body is prevented from being scratched by the fan in the air conditioner.
Further, if the number of times of shutdown of the air conditioner reaches the first preset number of times within the second preset duration, it is indicated that the human body frequently walks near the air outlet of the air conditioner, and the risk of being scratched by the fan in the air conditioner is high. At the moment, the information that the shutdown times reach the first preset times is sent to the preset terminal equipment, so that the attention of a user can be drawn, and the risk that a human body is scratched by a fan in the air conditioner is further reduced.
Further, if the distance between the human body and the air outlet of the air conditioner is greater than or equal to the first preset distance value and less than or equal to the second preset distance value, the risk that the human body is scratched by the air conditioner is indicated, and at the moment, the air deflector of the air conditioner is controlled to rotate upwards, the air outlet is upwards, and the opening amplitude of the air outlet of the air conditioner can be reduced, so that the risk that the human body is scratched by a fan in the air conditioner can be reduced.
