The PVC pipeline hot melting butt joint device is characterized by comprising a movable butt joint structure, a pipeline end cleaning structure and a heating plate cleaning structure; the movable butt joint structure comprises two clamping assemblies which are positioned at two ends and can move horizontally relatively, and each clamping assembly comprises two symmetrically arranged clamping plates (3) which can move horizontally relatively; two symmetrically arranged clamping plates (3) are used for clamping a PVC pipeline;
the pipeline end cleaning structure comprises a rotary disc (11), wherein the rotary disc (11) is respectively connected with a first driving device and a first linkage device; the first driving device drives the rotary disc (11) to move up and down, and the first driving device drives the rotary disc (11) to perform rotary motion along the end face of the PVC pipeline through the first linkage device; the side surface of the rotary disk (11) is connected with an arc-shaped friction disk (12) with a cleaning groove; the end face of the PVC pipeline stretches into the cleaning groove, and the arc friction disc (12) is driven by the rotary disc (11) to rotate along the end face of the PVC pipeline for cleaning operation;
the heating plate cleaning structure comprises a cleaning disc (8), a cleaning brush is arranged on the side face of the cleaning disc (8), a second linkage device is connected to the cleaning disc (8), a second driving device is connected to the heating plate (7), the second driving device drives the heating plate (7) to move up and down, the second driving device drives the cleaning disc (8) to rotate around a central shaft through the second linkage device, when the heating plate (7) moves to the cleaning disc (8), the heating plate (7) is in contact with the cleaning brush, the cleaning brush cleans the heating plate (7), and when the heating plate (7) continues to move to be in the same horizontal plane with the clamping plate (3), the heating plate is used for carrying out hot melting butt joint on PVC pipes;
the first driving device is an electric push rod (9), the electric push rod (9) is connected with the connecting plate (6), the second driving device is an air cylinder (5), the output end of the electric push rod (9) is fixedly connected with a square rod (10), the bottom end of the square rod (10) is fixedly connected with a disc (24), a stop block (25) is sleeved outside the square rod (10), a first groove (26) is formed in the inner wall of the stop block (25), a spring (261) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the bottom of the first groove (26), and the top end of the spring (261) is fixedly connected with the bottom of the disc (24); an L-shaped connecting rod (28) is fixedly connected to one side of the disc (24), a sliding groove (27) is formed between the L-shaped connecting rod (28) and the inner wall of the first groove (26), and a second rack (29) is fixedly connected to one side of the L-shaped connecting rod (28) located in the sliding groove (27); the inner wall of the stop block (25) is rotationally connected with a connecting shaft (30), one end of the connecting shaft (30) is fixedly connected with a gear (31), the gear (31) is meshed with the second rack (29), and the other end of the connecting shaft (30) is fixedly connected with the rotary disk (11); under the action of the electric push rod (9), the square rod (10) drives the disc (24) to squeeze the spring (261), meanwhile, the L-shaped connecting rod (28) moves downwards, and the second rack (29) drives the gear (31) to rotate, so that the connecting shaft (30) and the rotating disc (11) rotate;
the second linkage device comprises a toothed ring (22) and a first rack (23), two cleaning discs (8) which are oppositely arranged are symmetrically and rotationally connected to the inner wall of the portal frame (4), two first racks (23) are symmetrically and fixedly connected to the rear wall of the connecting plate (6), the toothed ring (22) is fixedly connected to the circumference of the outer wall of the cleaning disc (8), the first racks (23) are in meshed connection with the toothed ring (22), the cleaning discs (8) are installed in a matched mode with the connecting plate (6), and when the connecting plate (6) moves up and down under the driving of the air cylinder (5), the cleaning discs (8) are driven to rotate through the first racks (23) and the toothed ring (22); the heating plate (7) is positioned between the two cleaning discs (8), and a steel brush (21) is arranged on one side of the cleaning disc (8) close to the heating plate (7); along with the continuous operation of the air cylinder (5), the heating plate (7) starts to move, and the first rack (23) and the toothed ring (22) are matched to drive the cleaning disc (8) and the steel brush (21) to rotate so as to clean the surface of the heating plate (7).
