The curved surface of the inner wall of the shell 50 is provided with a guide rail 53, and the guide rail 53 is used for guiding the drainage tube 4 in the shell 50 to be in a spiral surrounding state. The guide rail 53 can assist the drainage tube 4 stored in the shell 50 through the round hole to be spirally wound, so that the storage space is improved on one hand, and the spiral winding state formed on the other hand can prevent the drainage tube 4 from being excessively twisted and bent, so that the liquid blockage caused by the too small inner diameter of the drainage tube 4 is prevented.
Referring to fig. 3, the drainage tube 4 is connected with a flow guiding member 6 for preventing backflow of drainage liquid, the flow guiding member 6 includes an inner sleeve body 60 with two ends communicating with the drainage tube 4, a flow passing plate 61 is arranged on a curved wall of the inner sleeve body 60 at one end of the liquid flowing forward, the flow passing plate 61 is slidably connected with the inner sleeve body 60, a plurality of flow passing holes 62 are arranged on the flow passing plate 61 in a penetrating manner, a plurality of flow guiding columns 63 are fixed in the inner sleeve body 60, and the flow guiding columns 63 are arranged in cooperation with the flow passing holes 62 and are positioned at one side of the flow passing plate 61 which is contacted with the liquid at first. When liquid is normally drained, the liquid enters the inner sleeve body 60 through the drainage tube 4 and acts on the overflow plate 61, at the moment, the overflow plate 61 is positioned at the output end of the inner sleeve body 60 and far away from the drainage column 63, the liquid penetrates through the overflow hole 62 to enter the drainage tube 4 at the other end, when the liquid is in reverse flow, the liquid pressure drives the overflow plate 61 to be close to the drainage column 63 until the drainage column 63 blocks the overflow hole 62, wound infection caused by liquid backflow is prevented, and the plurality of drainage columns 63 can drain the liquid entering the shell 50 into a plurality of strands, so that water blockage is prevented from being formed when the liquid penetrates through the overflow hole 62.
An outer sleeve body 64 is fixed on the outer side of the inner sleeve body 60, a cavity 65 is formed between the outer sleeve body 64 and the inner sleeve body 60, a shunt opening 66 is formed in a curved wall of one end of the inner sleeve body 60, which is in the forward flowing direction of liquid, the radial length of the shunt opening 66 is smaller than the thickness of the overcurrent plate 61, the overcurrent plate 61 is positioned on the inner side of the shunt opening 66 to form a seal of the cavity 65, and the outer sleeve body 64 is made of transparent elastic materials. In the initial state, the flow-through plate 61 is opposite to the flow-splitting opening 66 and is blocked, at the moment, the inner space of the inner sleeve body 60 is not communicated with the cavity 65, when the backflow is formed, the flow-through plate 61 leaves the flow-splitting opening 66 and forms an inner channel closure with the drainage column 63, and the backflow liquid can enter the cavity 65 through the flow-splitting opening 66, so that on one hand, a patient and peripheral personnel can observe the backflow liquid through the transparent outer sleeve body 64, on the other hand, the adjustment and replacement of the drainage bottle and the negative pressure device 1 are facilitated in time, the situation that liquid accumulation at a wound is caused by continuous backflow is avoided, on the other hand, the cavity 65 temporarily stores the backflow liquid, can reduce the pressure of the internal liquid, the situation that the drainage tube 4 pollutes the surrounding environment due to external injection when the drainage tube 4 is detached and replaced, the backflow liquid stored in the cavity 65 continuously increases can squeeze the inner sleeve body 60 and the outer sleeve body 64, the joint of the inner sleeve body 60 and the drainage tube 4 is fastened, and the possibility that the drainage tube 4 is connected and falls down to cause the liquid to flow out is reduced.
Referring to fig. 4-6, the postoperative drainage device for breast cancer further comprises a protection component 7 for protecting the drainage tube 4, the protection component 7 comprises a flexible pad 70 for wrapping the limb of a patient, the flexible pad 70 is connected with a binding band 71, a plurality of guard plates 72 distributed at intervals are connected to the outer side of the flexible pad 70, intervals exist between the guard plates 72 and the flexible pad 70 and penetrate through the drainage tube 4, and limiting clamps 73 for positioning the drainage tube 4 are arranged on the end guard plates 72. The flexible pad 70 is convenient for dress at different limbs of patient through bandage 71, and outside backplate 72 protects drainage tube 4, reduces drainage tube 4 by flattening the risk, and ventilation heat dissipation when the interval that exists between backplate 72 is convenient for dress, and spacing clamp 73 fixes drainage tube 4 between flexible pad 70 and backplate 72, and the personnel of being convenient for drive drainage tube 4 and carry out limb action, reduces drainage tube 4 and draws probably, also reduces drainage tube 4 pressurized jam risk.
The limiting clamp 73 comprises a limiting bottom plate 74 fixed to the outer side of the tail end guard plate 72, a limiting bent plate 75 is rotatably connected above the limiting bottom plate 74, a fastening spring 76 is connected between the limiting bent plate 75 and the limiting bottom plate 74, and the limiting bent plate 75 limits the drainage tube 4 on the limiting bottom plate 74 through the fastening spring 76. Referring to fig. 7-8, a movable mechanism 8 is connected between the flexible pad 70 and the guard plates 72, the movable mechanism 8 includes a connecting rod 80 inserted into and fixing the guard plates 72, a plurality of sliding sleeves 81 are fixed on the outer side of the flexible pad 70, arc-shaped groove bodies are arranged inside the sliding sleeves 81, the connecting rod 80 penetrates through the arc-shaped groove bodies, second springs 82 are arranged on two sides of the sliding sleeves 81, and the second springs 82 are sleeved on the connecting rod 80. The sliding sleeve 81 can axially move relative to the connecting rod 80 through the inner arc-shaped groove body, and can also swing on the corresponding circumferential track of the arc-shaped groove relative to the connecting rod 80, so that the sliding and swinging of the flexible pad 70 relative to the guard plate 72 are realized, the interference of the flexible pad 70 transmitted to the guard plate 72 during limb movement is reduced, the influence of the flexible pad 70 on the shape of the drainage tube 4 is reduced, when the flexible pad 70 is impacted by the outside when the patient wears the flexible pad 70, the guard plate 72 is stressed to elastically slide and swing through the connecting rod 80 and the sliding sleeve 81, the impact of the limb is eliminated, meanwhile, the drainage tube 4 and the limb of the patient are protected, the air flow movement can be caused by the flexible pad 70 and the guard plate 72 which are arranged in a relative movement manner, and the wearing and the drainage comfort of the patient are improved.
The outer side of the flexible pad 70 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 77 in an array, and the protruding height of the protrusions 77 is smaller than the inner diameter of the drainage tube 4. When solid or flocculent caking exists in drainage liquid, the drainage tube 4 is blocked, the drainage rate is influenced, the guard plate 72 swings and slides relative to the flexible pad 70, the bulge 77 can be driven to slightly press the drainage tube 4 and then reset, caking flow in the drainage tube 4 is promoted, continuous blockage is prevented, liquid is prevented from flowing completely, and the drainage rate is improved.
The inside of the flexible pad 70 is also provided with a sponge block 78 for reducing contact between the flexible pad 70 and the skin of the patient's body, improving the ventilation effect and friction, and preventing the flexible pad 70 from slipping off the limb.
The second drainage bottle 3 is internally provided with a pressure sensor 30 for detecting the liquid pressure, and the first drainage bottle 2 is connected with a flushing pipe 20, and the flushing pipe 20 is externally connected with a pump body and a water source for cleaning. The pressure sensor 30 can judge whether the inside liquid is collected fully through detecting the inside liquid pressure of the second drainage bottle 3, and the personnel of being convenient for in time change and prevent the backward flow, after the drainage work is over, pour into clean water source into in the flushing pipe 20 through the pump body into, be convenient for once only wash the inside of first drainage bottle 2, second drainage bottle 3.

Claims (10)
1. A breast cancer postoperative drainage device, comprising: the negative pressure device (1), the first drainage bottle (2) and the second drainage bottle (3) are connected in sequence, the second drainage bottle (3) is connected with at least one drainage tube (4),
